This Nerf gun is extremely fun! My family loves to have Nerf wars and this was a great addition to our collection. I do feel like I have to warn other families though, this is recommended for ages 14 and up and it’s very clear why.

It really hits hard (like leaves red painful marks on your skin)!! I would not recommend this for younger kids. Make sure you have safety glasses and padding for this one! Other than the obvious safety, it is SUPER fun! The rounds shoot out in a very clean, continuous manner.

If you’re looking to win a Nerf war, this is 100% the one you need!.

What I do like about this gun is that it has a few safety features. It has a safety lock so it won’t fire if it’s flipped down. It also won’t fire if the hatch for the rounds is open even a little bit.

It also won’t fire if you’re trying to unclog a jam (small hatch on left side) and it comes with safety glasses for teens and adults. It feels well made and not cheap so it can be flung around without damaging it I’m sure.

We tested it by aiming at a laundry basket with an open weave blanket so we wouldn’t have to go bullet hunting later. The rounds come out fast and are made of a soft rubber or silicone and can be a pain to hunt around for so be careful where you shoot these.

So some things to know about this gun: 1. It NEEDS batteries. The bullets are accelerated forward by a button below the trigger and the gun will not work without 6 D batteries. 2. It’s HEAVY without the batteries.

And it’s pretty bulky so definitely keep in mind who you’re buying this for. I recommend only teens or adults. 3. The bullets come out fast. I was staring at the barrel from the side while someone else was shooting nd didn’t see them come out.

Maybe it was the lighting or maybe I have bad eyes but be careful where you shoot this because you will lose all the rounds very quickly. It’s alot of fun but just be careful! The rounds are soft but they will definitely hurt.

My son has pretty much grown up with nerf. We have some of our best memories doing Nerf Wars every year for his birthday. And even though we have a huge variety of nerf products he can and does play with whenever he wants to (well almost whenever he wants) that is still what he asks to do every year.

He’s 13 now (this product is recommended for 14 plus). It was such a cool surprise seeing that the Nerf brand kind of grew their products as he’s grown. This is a really cool toy for a teenager. He absolutely loves it.

A step past the Nerf dart gun and a step before a paintball gun. It’s very age appropriate The gun has many fun features. It has a toggle on/off safety, and a power button that you have to hold at the same time as the trigger.

I like that he has to push both so he can’t accidentally shoot it. The hopper holds up to a hundred bullets and can shoot all one hundred in less than a minute. The bullets are brightly colored, which makes them easy to find.

It’s so much fun. On a safety note – I did have my son shoot me with one of these from about 15 feet away, and it does hurt. But it’s not a crying pain, way less than a paintball, and it was all the way powered up.

I just recommend padding up a bit, and maybe play with the power trigger before shooting each other, it likely hurts less at less power but I was unwilling to volunteer to be shot again. I am kind of a baby with pain.

My son just kind of growls/shrugs it off when he’s hit. Listen to the warning about eye protection. You’ll need eye protection and 6 D batteries to fully enjoy your experience. I would have gotten all three together if I’d known.

I got this for my grandkids. They love it. It seems like we are going thru alot of batteries. I bought very good batteries and since Christmas so not even a week yet , they have replaced them 3 times.

I need to look into rechargeable batteries. It would also be nice if the vest were front and back. Makes it harder for them to cheat and cover up to avoid getting hit. My grandkids are 14,12 and 10. Great fun.

As this is going to be a Christmas gift for my grandsons, I had my son-in-law check it over. He liked the set, it worked perfectly. Yes he tried each gun and vest. The blast sound effects are great and the instruction fairly easy.

The one drawback is the number of batteries the whole game takes. but it is 4 guns and 4 vests so not too bad. Ask me at Christmas but I’m pretty sure my grandsons will love it.

Bought this as a family gift for everyone and have been very happy with it. Set up and use of these is super easy and amazed at the quality of the guns and vests. We’ve played multiple times throughout the house and never gets old.

Ability to change teams, firing type and other aspects makes it continually enjoyable.

Highly recommend this product to everyone gun owner. After 200 dry fire rounds and a 100 live fire rounds, there was an obvious and clear issue with my method of holding the revolver. After getting comfortable with the advice, and the new position, and I developed a new issue.

I fixed that with the help of this training aid. By the end of my hour at the shooting range I had drastically improved my shots on target. I can’t wait to get back there this weekend and train again.

I have both the X2 and the X3. We have the ability to train with live fire using the X3. They both help you with trigger squeeze, muzzle control, and even tips on finger placement. The best thing is that you dont have to use ammo.

The mantis x3 does what it is designed to do. Improve your accuracy. I recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their shooting skills and save money on ammo.

He is also obsessed with nerf guns. He has so many of them! One of the things I really liked about this gun is how big the bullets. The surprisingly because their so big they don’t hurt as bad as the smaller ones usually do.

I would recommend using this gun outside. The gun is huge!!!! It’s at least 3 feet long. My son had so much fun chasing us around with it and even our one year old daughter got in on the action. This is guaranteed to give your child hours of fun.

I purchased this bow only two months ago and have had 2 issues occur that should not have happened this early in the life of this product. After the first month the string began to fray aggressively to the point where I had to replace it for safety’s sake.

No more than 50 arrows in to the new string the cam draw length modules gave out (in the middle of hunting season for me nonetheless). All tune ups and installations to the bow were conducted by a highly reputable archery shop with decades worth of experience.

I understand that this bow is geared more towards the entry level or budget friendly consumer, however I don’t thinks it is unreasonable to expect the parts of this bow to hold up for at least more than a season.

The only satisfactory part of the experience thus far was the customer service readily replacing my broken parts. And to be fair the bow shot like a laser for a limited time when it was tuned up and working properly.

If I had a time machine I would have just saved my money and bought a bow with higher quality materials. The money I’ve spent replacing, installing, and tuning this thing would have already bought me a better bow from the start.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

To start, I’m an experienced bow hunter for over 45 years. I’ve bow hunted whitetail and elk for years. I started with a longbow, then recurve before moving on to compounds. Three years ago I had two complete shoulder replacements and a left rotator cuff surgery.

Not much left of the left rotator, so I was seeking a light bow with adjustable draw length and adjustable draw weights, the 70 lb. Hoyt no longer an option. I wasn’t ready to give up and go to the crossbow, and I wasn’t ready to stop bow hunting.

The last two years I used a Browning Micro Midas youth bow I had purchased for our son several years ago just to get by. I hadn’t been able to find a good option at my local pro shop, but found the Cruzer G2 at Cabela’s.

I tried it and a couple of other options they had. The Cruzer was by far the smoothest and easiest on my wasted shoulders. I’m still getting comfortable and fine tuning, but it was very well setup from the start and truly not a lot of adjusting.

If you’re in a similar shoulder situation and not ready to give up being a bow hunter, I would suggest you give this option a shot.

Durable? Overall, yeah. The cylinder action is very loose/imprecise. It is a toy, but this slack leads to missed action. You kinda expect this from the rolled feeders, but maybe I’m being too critical.

It’s a toy, after all. Granted, if you just go off and squeeze multiple times, you’ll get a lotta bangs, but it is pretty sloppy. Ironic since the rest of the toy feels tight and solid, as expected of a metal toy.

Looks sharp. About half the size I’d like it to be, but then, in the context of being a toy, it’s fine for my use, which is for conditioning my dogs against fireworks.

Of several cap guns that I have purchased recently, this is the most affordable and best cap gun. Many cap guns are small (probably made for kids’ hands). This one is much larger than most. the trigger pull is smooth.

The gun is attractive. I plan to use this on New Year’s in place of popping fire crackers.

The pistol is made of metal which is nice but. The action is a bit loose so I am extremely careful with it. I am using it for dog training and it goes bang every time. It come with a holster that is designed for a child.

I am not sure how durable this will be for long term use. Definitely not the quality of those manufactured in the 70’s and 80’s. Which is what I was looking for. Not bad but not great. Works well for my purpose.

Wow! well what can I say… my little one really loved trialing the Nerf Fortnite 6-SH Blaster. Her little face just lit up with excitement when she saw what had arrived for her to trial. She has wanted a Nerf gun for quite some time now, it was actually on her Santa list this year.

It did take her a few attempts to get the hang of it, but when we explained to her exactly how to use the gun and she started shooting that was it! There was no holding back. She first used the Nerf gun to shoot everyone in the household….

and why not! Overall, I’d say she has had a lot of fun and was extremely happy with the gun. The downside is a couple of the darts bent quite easily. Also, the cartridge only holds a few darts and therefore emptied very quickly, which meant always running around picking the darts up to start again.

It would have been more handy if extra darts were supplied with the gun.

My ten year old son was super excited to try this product when it arrived as it combines his two favourite things: nerf guns and Fortnite. My son managed to assemble the gun by himself which he can’t always do with nerf guns and did not get even one bullet stuck which has happened with previous guns.

He found the trigger easy to pull and the bullets easy to load. My son was really happy with this nerf gun and managed to hit nearly every target even from some distance. This has now become his favourite nerf gun and has even asked me to purchase another so he can act out fortnite scenes with his friends.

He would give it 10 out of ten stars.

This set was amazing! My son was unbelievably excited! He loved the way the guns flip open for reloading and flip back into position for a quick draw. I enjoyed the story on the box about the Texas Rangers organization.

These were great for my daughter’s halloween costume. They were way better made than the ones I found on Amazon. So glad I kept looking and found this.

It’s an amazing product. Very realistic, very heavy duty. I bought this set for my son, and he loves them and the holster and belt.

The targets splatter color is white, the target background it white, you can’t see where the bullets hit. The targets that are black with either an orange, or yellow splatter work great, these do not.

I would not recommend this target based on the color of splatter, and the background being the same color. Can’t believe they even got to the manufacturing stage with this design. Shows that they did not try the targets before deciding to manufacture.

Kids love them to practice there shooting skills and they are getting better at making great shots

I HATE ‘SKEETERS, so killing these are fun, but the WHITE background is all wrong for a splatter target-can’t see misses. Still, lining the mancave walls with these, riddled with bullet holes looks cool.

We bought 2 sets of 4 laser guns and vests for our grandsons. They couldn’t wait while a son in law and myself loaded all the batteries into the 8 guns and 8 vests!!! The instructions were very understandable.

However, you could indicate how many hours should the batteries last before replacement. Thank you Janis.

First off this is a great turkey choke for beretta /benelli shotguns. People are saying they will not fit there shot guns. Just do some research before you nock this product and you will find out primos does make the choke in the optima and the Mobil choke tubes and yes beretta uses both of these tubes in different shotguns and that is why they work in some and not the others I think Cabela’s is offering the Mobil choke tube model and they should put In description so it would be less confusing.

I am not sure if they just carry the Mobil or if they can get the optima choke tube as well. It’s always best to call if your not sure about which tube to buy. I do know that they do make both models for the beretta / benelli shotguns.

And they do work great in them. I have pattern my beretta with 4 different types of turkey shotgun loads in 5 shot and all my shells shot awesome patterns with the jelly head choke tube. I can even shoot a good pattern at 50 yards which is way more than enough range to kill a turkey! So my suggestion if you want a good turkey choke this is it and also do a little research and find the one that works with your shotgun thanks.

I read some reviews about this choke and wanted to try it. Being that turkey season was in full swing, they were a little hard to find ” on the shelf “. Searching on line, I found a store in my general area that had some in stock the model indicated ” beretta/bennelli”.

After I picked up the choke, I discovered that it would not fit my Beretta extreme II. Now if a guy owns a few different Beretta’s, he might know the difference. I only own the extreme II, and as my x-wife would say ; ” I’m not always a deep thinker ” so did not realize that different models required different chokes.

Like I said, the choke was identified as ” beretta/bennelli “. I did manage to return the choke to the store for a refund. I contacted Primos by email to explain the problem, I also explained that I had wasted 3 hours of my time going to pick up the wrong choke.

I suggested that they should correct their labelling or have their distributors specify which guns their choke will fit. ” Bubba ” from Primos replied, ” yeah we have chokes for the extreme II “. That was it, no ” sorry that you wasted 3 hours of your time.

“. No ” thanks for the suggestion and we’ll look into the problem. ” or anything. My follow up email was a bit more “direct but polite “. It remains unanswered. I realize that Primos has a lot of products on the market.

Seeing their lack of follow up, I’ll be a bit more cautious before trying their other products. Is the ” JellyHead ” a good choke ?. I don’t know, I never got a chance to try it. Now I’m not sure that I’ll bother ordering one for my extreme II.

Tried and true. My daughter took her fourth turkey with a Remington 870 20ga 2 3/4” 4 shot at 32 yards very impressive the pattern this choke holds at that distance. Other chokes I could only pattern to 25 yards for good clean killing patterns Jelly Head patterned well to 35 and could have been farther.

With my daughters closer is always better. Take the time to call them in close even if it takes another day. No better way to spend time than in the woods.

Bought this bow for my son. The build quality is fantastic and he’s able to shoot it at his age (8) and can grow into it with the adjustable poundage. i bought this bow because his school system has an archery program and they use this bow.

The Genesis is particularly innovative because it’s not like a recurve that draws heavier with longer draw lengths, and not like a compound because the Genesis has no let-off. It stays the same draw weight from low to high draw lengths.

Making it very versatile for use my lots of different youth archers. It’s also far better than the cheaper novelty bows that look cool but can be frustrating to shoot with.

Got our kids bows for Xmas – a Genesis for the most interested and Bears for the mildly interested. There is hardly a comparison. If you can afford it, skip the cheapie stuff and just get one of these.

Its a real pleasure to use, the only caveats being: – its either RH or LH, so establish eye-dominance before buying; – its heavy for petite kids (3 lbs. ) – there is a Mini version (2lbs. ) which may be more appropriate.

The Nerf Fortnite Compact SMG Is a huge Nerf gun. It is for ages eight and up. I definitely would recommend it for older children as it can be motorized with four AA batteries. After the gun is loaded, it can blast eight darts in a row.

The bullets are very accelerated and can hurt if done close to someone. It is red in color and does have the Fortnite logo written on the top of the gun it does have what looks like a strap, but it is actually plastic.

The trigger isn’t overly hard to push when playing with it. My eight-year-old does have a somewhat difficult time loading it initially but has gotten better with time. The clip is probably the most difficult part of the whole gun.

I do wish there were more bullets able to be loaded in the gun, just because it goes through them so quickly. Overall, it is an enjoyable quick shooting gun.

My son’s love’s anything with Nerf or Fortnite so they definitely enjoy using this toy all the time. The toy is easy to use and provides hours of entertainment for the boys. The instructions are super easy to read and understand! It has a 8 dart clip making it so much fun when in battles ! We use this gun for both indoor and outdoor battles ! The rubberized grip makes it very easy to hold onto the blaster ! I’m writing this review for all you moms and dads who have nerf gun fights with your kids. This gun is crazy cool. He’s five and wins. Its sort of hard for him but he gets it, it’s a fortnite gun so he says it’s only for tough guys with muscles.

That makes it his gun everytime. I highly recommend this one, but let me tell you from experience, you need 2 if you ever plan on winning. It’s made really well and it seems like it will hold up good, doesn’t feel like cheap thin plastic.

I would definitely order more bullets while your at it because mine doesn’t want to stop playing long enough to pick them up.

Great fun for the parents and little ones. So easy to set up, create teams, and play. I’m worried about the power switch because it feels a bit flimsy but the guns themselves are high quality. The sound effects are perfect.

I wish there was a way to disable the vibration feature which activates with each shot. The way it would work better is if the person who got shot felt a vibration. The way it works now is any time you shoot you feel your own gun vibrate.

This will have an impact on battery life. Wish these were re-chargeable but can always buy rechargeable batteries. These also look very cool. The lighting effects are a nice feature. Very satisfied with this purchase.

These laser guns are amazing!!! We brought 12 on our family vacation and turned of the lights and played. Everyone loved it!!! So I bought another set for my brother’s family for Christmas. I know they will be so happy.

Not happy with how many batteries they take. Came with very little instruction, other than battery install and button functions. Even going to Youtube did not help. The “lives” and how they work hard to figure out.

Would be nice if they actually had a laser beam that tagged the other players. Quite disappointed in this purchase.

Hey – those cowboys must be slim! : The gun was good value for money and will be great for my Wild West evening but I have had to make adjustments for the belt to fit. More for a teenager than adult.

This gun is a lot of fun for young teens ! they have a blast with it and no one gets hurt ! It teaches them responsibility and that it is a toy. Parents know the dangers of real guns and they can teach their children the difference between a toy and a real gun, and why never ever use a real weapon or pic one up.

Toy guns are a part of history for far more years in the past than people realize. It is u to parents to teach their children the right way from young on to be responsible and that toy guns are made for fun not like real guns that cause serious injury and even kill.

It is up to the parents to teach them right from wrong just like parents teach children not to play with fire. Let children have fun as chldren now just as we did when we were young.

This dart blaster by itself shoots pretty quick and doesn’t jam at all. While I kinda wish more darts were included, the price and quality are great. So who am I to argue? I will admit though that I did end up modding it to shoot faster by swapping motors and batteries.

While it worked great under those conditions, only do so if you’re okay with the risks.

The Mantis X2 has already started to help me with my shooting accuracy. First night I used it I improved from the low 60 percentile to the high 90s. I like that it tells you what you did to earn a low score so that you can correct it immediately.

I’ve had the chance to use it for dry fire drills and also live fire.

Great product for practicing without the cost of ammo. Easy to set up. Very user friendly.
