IšverstiShow in original languageYummm a very tasty yogurt. This is the brand that got me in to Greek yogurt, which I like so me much better than the thinner, regular yogurt. Coconut flavor definitely comes through.

This particular brand does seem to have a lot of sugar in their yogurt, so I usually pick another brand but can’t help but admit this is delicious!.

This one does have a ‘chewy’ consistency due to the coconut pulp, but somehow that makes it more satisfying. It tastes like a natural sweet aswell , not any of the sugar sweet crap like other well known brands.

Got these for my partner who usually loves eating greek yogurts. This is one particular flavour that I see he didn’t enjoy as much. We got the 4 pack a while ago and 2 are still sitting in the fridge and yogurts don’t usually last as long at our home.

They have a peach piece at the bottom of the pack and the yogurt tastes quite sweet, peachy and somehow just a bit artificial. I believe it could be some of the sweetner and peach mixing together giving out that taste.

Maybe someone with a big sweet tooth would like it and not find it that way and enjoy this flavoured yogurt.

I love having yogurt in the mornings for breakfast. Greek yogurt is a favorite because of the added protein, and I prefer flavors with added fruit. The last flavor I had was strawberry Chobani non fat Greek yogurt.

It is thick and creamy. I prefer it to regular types of yogurt because it makes me feel full longer. The flavor was fresh and had lots of strawberry in it relative to how much yogurt there was. I suggest others give this a try.

I will be buying this again.

I’m big on probiotics more now than I’ve ever been. I had an illeostomy 2 years ago due to diverticulitis. Had a temporary bag on me for two and a half months. It wasn’t exactly the highlight of my life but I got through it.

I don’t go a day without eating this yogurt. I believe this is all a part of preventative maintenance for your digestive system. It will keep you regular believe me. I’m a walking testimonial for that.

It’s kind of disappointing and aggravating at the same time that Sam’s can’t keep it consistently in their store.

I purchased this product after encountering my first yeast infection ever at 60 years of age. It was immediately soothing and, within just a couple of days, had completely eradicated the problem! Since a cream that’s been prescribed for me (for issues with dryness) changes the pH “down there”, Yeast Arrest is a helpful maintenance product that I use several nights a week.

Though it can be used during the day, absorption is much better with bedtime use, for obvious reasons. Vitacost definitely has the most reasonable price, too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product and agree with other reviewers with the following: 1.

An applicator is helpful, if you have one. (Not provided with product) 2. Keep suppositories in fridge, for easier use, especially during hot weather. 3. Use at bedtime is preferable, for the best absorption, but not necessary.

4. Be sure to use with a pantyliner.

I’ve used this sweet yogurt starter for years, and every batch is consistent in taste, texture, and ease of preparation–never a problem. I use your Bulgarian culture for making certain goat cheeses, but I prefer this sweet culture for my yogurt.

Actually, I started making yogurt over 50 years ago using a fresh, cultured yogurt product to start each series of batches, and I still use the same simple, low-tech method I learned from my old Turkish botany professor: heat the milk to ~185 degrees F, hold it at that temp for 20 min to firm it up (remove some water) before cooling to ~110-112 degrees in pint jars to carefully add and stir in culture.

Then place the jars in a water-bath (= my stock pot with a heavy towel wrapping over it) to set for 6 h at ~105-110 degrees. checking and adjusting the bath temperature periodically. (In wintertime, I sometimes use a heating pad under the pot.

) Works every time for delicious, sweet, creamy yogurt. For use in certain recipes, I strain the resulting product for a more dense consistency (i. e. , creating “Turkish” or what is now popularly called “Greek” style yogurt)–but for my daily yummy yogurt lunch, the initial texture is perfect.

I have the sweet and creamy cultures and love them both. We can’t decide our favorite yet, so we keep alternating back and forth. It’s so easy to make yogurt in your instant pot even! -Pour 1 gallon of milk in instant pot and put on glass lid -Hit yogurt: boil -It will beep after it’s been brought to 180*.

Let it stay hot at least 20 min before bringing it down to 110* for thicker yogurt. I personally just change the lid for a cloth and let it slowly come down over several hours. that way I don’t have to mess with ice bath, etc.

-Add culture, let sit 2 min and then stir. Replace lid -Hit yogurt: normal, 12 hours -next morning you have yogurt! Chill completely -If you want to strain you can use cheese cloth or we have a 1 gallon yogurt strainer which makes it easy and and the container can sit in the fridge.

I used four different brands of yogurt to make homemade yogurt, and four different individual cultures, and this is absolutely the best. It creates a thick yogurt that is great even without draining any whey.

After draining the whey, it makes a yogurt that is thick enough to substitute for cream cheese, with a mild flavor. The flavor is great alone, but also mixes well with fruits, sweeteners, and savory ingredients.

It makes an excellent base for dips and marinades. My yogurt maker has 8 hour and 12 hour cycles, but this culture typically sets up very well in just 6 hours. I bring my whole milk to at least 180 degrees, then cool to 110 before adding cultures, and I have reused yogurt made from this culture 6 times with no change in texture or flavor.

The yogurt starter works well. We use it in a Yogourmet yogurt maker. We use grass fed heavy cream or higher fat whipping cream to make it. Warning – Natural by Nature heavy cream does not work because it has only 1/4 carb per tablespoon.

Compliment – the Natural by Nature is great for keeping my blood sugars down – just not for making yogurt. Apply the principle to making your own low carb/low sugar yogurt. 1 carb per tablespoon seems to be required to feed the yogurt starter.

If you are on a low carb diet, you can mix the resulting yogurt with ice cream to reduce its sugar per tablespoon content. The yogurt seems to make my health better then the high sugar store yogurt but that is subjective.

As they say, your mileage may vary, YMMV, so experiment for yourself.

This is my favorite yogurt starter. Because I use a lot of yogurt, I use it to make my own starter. I bought the half gallon yogurt maker from Yogourmet, and using two packets of freeze-dried starter, I make a half gallon of yogurt to use as starter.

When it’s done and chilled, I divide it into 8-ounce containers (make sure they are scrupulously clean!). To prolong their freshness, I press a sheet of plastic wrap onto the surface of the yogurt so that the yogurt isn’t exposed to any air, and then press on a tight-sealing lid.

I stack all the starter containers into a large canister to catch any leakage and put them into the back of the refrigerator. Don’t freeze them! When I make yogurt, I use one of those containers as starter for each half gallon.

This results in fantastic yogurt!!.

I had doubts about making my own yogurt, but had heard it would be better to begin with a starter like this, rather than just using some yogurt from the store, as it often has limited probiotics (good bacteria).

I wanted to try making yogurt from raw milk (legal in my state), which is harder to get good results from than pasteurized milk, too. So, I added the culture to slightly warmed raw milk, since I didn’t want to kill the naturally-occurring flora and enzymes in it, and kept it warm for about 14 hours, and then refrigerated it.

It came out perfect!! I’m so thrilled with this product, I hardly know what to say! I’m going to make another batch as soon as I get my next fresh supply of milk! It should also be a snap for anyone making yogurt from pasteurized milk.

I especially like that there are added probiotics that one seldom finds in commercial yogurt.

I really like these yogurts, I’ve tried the combination peach and strawberry. Great combo. Very convenient pack and very tasty! We’ve also tried the blueberry single pack and it was good as well. These yogurts are definitely my wife’s favorite ones! Highly recommend this product! I personally prefer Activia Probiotic Dailies Strawberry Yogurt Drink, unfortunately, they don’t have it listed. It comes in an 8 count is 3. 1 oz so it’s not a lot BUT the convenience of being able to drink it on the go as well as having the probiotic is what makes me purchase at least two or three packs each time I go to the store.

I’ll usually get the strawberry/blueberry pack. It’s perfect for my little 19-month-old daughter (I usually just poke a straw right through the top and she can drink it while getting the gut health and millions of live and active probiotics.

I love this company and think they make great tasting products, EXCEPT for everything that says “Greek” on it. Sorry, Activia, I love your regular yogurt, all the flavors are great but even the best company could not make Greek yogurt taste good.

It isn’t worth the extra few grams of protein because it just isn’t as good tasting as regular yogurt. Just because I am a professional doesn’t mean you should listen to me. Eat what you like. Just know that you are NOT being picky or spoiled if you do not like Greek yogurt.

You are normal and even some health pros actually admit that they hate this trend too. It’s okay. You don’t have to pretend to like this anymore!I love when food is healthy and tastes great too. Unfortunately, with this “Greek” yogurt trend, better tasting yogurt is getting shoved off the shelves to make room for this sour, gross Greek garbage that manages to be lumpy AND watery at the same time, that goes bad too fast and that really tastes more like sweet sour cream than it does yogurt.

I am here to say, you DON’T have to eat Greek yogurt if you do not like it. Companies have made a huge deal over the fact it has SLIGHTLY more protein and a little less sugar than regular yogurt. Read the label.

See for yourself. Then have a protein shake, some almonds, some ham or something else with a few grams of protein if you really need it and have it with ORIGINAL Activia and not this Greek stuff. I hope this Greek trend dies out soon! It is overhyped, overrated and really not that much healthier.

This product kinda surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to taste as good as it does! I like Greek yogurt, I think it tastes less sweet and the thicker texture is more satisfying. This had a nice thick, but not too thick, texture and a light sweetness.

I felt the comfort a probiotic provides after just 1 cup. I buy the vanilla and add a tiny drop of either orange or lemon oil for variety. Its a little pricier than other brands, but worth it for the probiotic rewards.

I used to only buy Yoplait yogurt. I was having some tummy issues and decided to give Activia a try. The texture is good and I really like the flavor! I bought the giant box at Costco it comes with Strawberry, peach vanilla.

Strawberry is my favorite. My stomach has also berm feeling better. I recommend this yogurt! It’s my new go to.

Best yogurt ever! Ok so I hate yogurt and I mean hate it. I have to take medicine for Migraines and while the medicine helps my migraines, unfortunately it cause constipation. My doctor prescribed me medicine for the constipation but I just so happen to see commercial for Activia and decided to try it.

I like the taste and. no more bathroom problems. Works painlessly for me. I like vanilla and also add granola to eat. I have been eating it everyday for 10+ years. I highly recommend!.

I depend on this to keep my tummy balanced. I can get acid reflux that will build up in my stomach and start hurting realy bad like BAD cramps. I have to go the Immediate Care Clinic one time because of this.

The doctor told me to star eating more probiotics. Activia was it! And it taste great and it’s a healthy supplement! They have several flavors but I like Vanilla because its not sooo sweet, but just right.

I think I’l go grab one now.

Honestly, the first time I tried this product I wasn’t sold on it. It has a tart taste. However, now it’s literally the tart taste that I love about it. I like it more than any other yogurt. And it’s ORGANIC! Unfortunately, like most grocery items these days the price on this yogurt is on the high side.

My toddler and I have it most mornings or for an afternoon snack. We add a little maple syrup to it. It’s our little treat to ourselves. Some things are just worth it. Yum!.

Nancy’s is pretty local for me and this is a good, decently priced nonfat option. It isn’t too tart! The vanilla is my favorite, but I try to buy plain yogurt so I have more control over how much sugar is in my food.

This is a good option that’s frequently on sale. If you make your own yogurt at home, this makes a good starter!.

Good vegan yogurt. Sometimes I do vegan weeks just to do break from all the dairy and meat, but i still want to have health benefits from probiotics. This is how I found this yogurt. One of my favorite ones for vegan options.

I wouldn’t definitely recommend you try it.

My favorite flavor of the Activia Line. Not too sweet and with real pieces of fruit. Not with that weird taste that sweeteners like stevia leaves in my mouth. Probiotics are good for the intestinal flora and helps with fighting against irritable bowel and stimulate body’s defenses.

I just started eating Greek yogurt again, and this brand is the reason why! I purchased it on a whim from my Imperfect Foods order and am IN LOVE. Most Greek yogurts have a funny, chalk, after-taste.

Not Zoi! I have had both their honey and vanilla flavors and BOTH are amazing! The only con is the high sugar content – which is common among yogurts. Still, it’s a pretty good alternative and I’m going to look and see if they have an unsweetened kind to add to my smoothies.

This is the best Greek yogurt I’ve ever tasted. It’s so creamy and smooth and no strange after taste. I love the honey flavored and the strawberry flavored the best.

Been eating Nancy’s yogurt my whole life. Definitely a little more sour than other brands, so if you aren’t used to it the flavor might come off as weird at first, but I personally prefer it. It’s delicious and helps my stomach a lot as I have had stomach problems my whole life.

They have the best probiotic count out of any yogurt brand as far as I’m aware, and I love adding this yogurt to smoothies or just eating it with honey or jam in it. I do wish they would come out with more flavored versions.

This has been my favorite yogurt I’ve recently found at Whole Foods! I typically combine it with my chia seed pudding for its probiotics, but it also tastes like a dream. Even my dog is obsessed with it when I give him a spoonful here and there, plus it aids with his digestion.

I am happy to say during this pandemic the price of this product has only gone up $. 25. It’s nice to see corporate greed hasn’t taken over yet. The product itself has good flavor and includes probiotics.

The Individual servings are too small though. Maybe they could go up a couple ounces per container. Beyond that it’s a good product. I am happy to see Sam’s Club has helped keep the prices low on this product.

The last 2 boxes I bought from Sam’s Club have been so watered down that you may as well just drink the yogurt. Activia used to be good stuff. I will not be buying this watered down yogurt again. Make the container smaller if you must, but don’t water your product down till it’s a juice cup.

I have been buying this product on a regular basis and the quality has been very good until this most recent batch. I bought 4 packs on August 15. Somehow, it turns to be very watery instead of its typical creamy in the past.

This is the most amazing, delicious, smooth yogurt with a cream top that is better than any sour cream or creme fraiche you could buy. Just amazing. This is my favorite “dessert”. I put a bit of this precious cream on a small piece of German or other dark bread with seeds, sprinkle some freshly ground Himalayan or sea salt, et voila! I’m in heaven.

I also put it on a Romain lattice leaf, on top of a good quality egg. Oh, my dear God, thank you, thank you, thank you. Definitely worth the investment. I do wish they sold plain yogurt with top in smaller packages, too.

Sometimes I need a snack or a single meal, and 32 oz is just not enough. I don’t care for sweet versions of this yogurt (vanilla and maple syrup), but that has nothing to do with the product quality.

It’s because I don’t like (it, or any yogurts with) sugar, a personal preference. Edit: i now realize that some people are complaining about texture. This yogurt is just like the true farm yogurt I had as a child when I lived near farms.

That is how yogurt is supposed to be. What we usually find in stores in far more processes and made with enzymes and cultures. This is not. It’s pure yogurt, with cream that naturally forms on top. i see no reason to stir the cream into the yogurt.

That’s like adding sour cream into your yogurt. Why lower the quality and value of both by mixing? The cream gets diluted, and the yogurt becomes too fatty. Anyway, if your taste buds are exclusively adjusted to the processed yogurts with lots of other ingredients and sugar, you may not like this until you drop those preconceptions.

I was excited to get my Brown Cow Cream Top Cherry Vanilla Yogurt. I love that the Yogurt is non-GMO and doesn’t have anything artificial in it. Knowing that there’s nothing artificial in the yogurt makes me feel much better eating it and you can feel the difference when you’re eating it.

The Yogurt is even sweetened with natural ingredients such as Cane Sugar. The yogurt is made with whole milk and has a creamy topping with the cherry on the bottom. The Vanilla flavor was delicious, and the Cherry was fresh and absolutely delicious.

The Brown Cow Yogurt tastes so fresh and has an elegant creamy texture. I think I’m going to make this my go-to yogurt brand! I would strongly recommend the Brown Cow Cream Top Cherry Vanilla Yogurt to anyone that likes yogurt…You won’t be disappointed!.

I’ve bought other flavors of this brand for years and they were good and I’ve always enjoyed them, mostly vanilla I think. This one smells like some kind of artificial flavoring and it’s extremely pungent and disgusting.

I think the actual flavor might be ok, but I honestly can’t tell, because I can’t get past the terrible artificial smelling maple smell–it ruins the product for me. I’ve had other brands of maple flavor yogurt(with real maple syrup) and they did not have this pungent terrible fake maple smell, and neither does any real maple syrup I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve bought lots of it over my lifetime.

The ingredients say “maple syrup” and “natural flavor”, so I don’t have a clue what they’ve used to create this smell. Is it actually real maple syrup or have they “substituted it” with synthetic maple flavor? Is it possible I got a bad batch? Is this “natural flavor” something added to make it pungent? I don’t understand it.

I called the company and complained about the product. Typically a company will send a coupon out to replace it with a similar product and I would’ve been fine with that–I would’ve just bought another flavor.

But the person on the comments hotline with this company basically said “we’ll pass your comment along to our quality assurance team” or something to that effect and was not willing to do anything else–didn’t take down my name or # even–acted like she didn’t care basically–I wonder if she even typed in my comment in the system at all.

Might as well have said “not our problem that you don’t like our product, go pound sand!”. So, an awful, fake maple tasting $4. 50 yogurt goes into the trash. Not as if they care, but I won’t be buying this brand anymore because of this experience.

Really disappointed with this company. Maybe I got a batch where they ran out of real maple syrup and dumped in a bunch of synthetic mapleine flavorant. I’ll never know for sure, but man. such a disappointment.

I used to be an advid Chobani yogurt fan a few years ago. The yogurt was always firm and delicious. The last few times this raspberry yogurt is disgusting. Its always seperated and more runny milk texture.

These days Chobani is the last brand I get unless everything is sold out. For the $1. 30-$1. 50 price tag (was. 89c/. 99c) when I first stared buying. Aldis has better greek yogurt for. 60-. 70c a pop and they yogurt is never curdled or seperated.
