Easily one of, if not, the best structure decks ever printed. Containing some amazing reprints, this structure deck allows players to make a top tier meta deck at a very affordable price.

Not gonna lie, I thought this was a bit sketchy with the price- but I was pleasantly surprised! I am def gonna buy from here again when the next set rolls around.

It was too good to be true. I got the package in less then 2 weeks, and for a great price!

Ever since I started Boss Monsters, I loved this series. I loved the retro-style artwork, the references to old games and/or movies/comics, and the overall simplicity of the mechanics. My only major gripe, however, was the existence of cards in the sets that I felt were TOO powerful (like Freeze, Jeopardy, etc.

). In Rise of the Mini-bosses, the only card I can think of that is too strong is Rebirth, and that card can backfire on you, as while it forces an opponent to discard their hand, they draw the exact same numbers of each type of card back.

Mini-bosses can only be built on existing rooms, leveled up once per turn, and cannot exist adjacent to another mini-boss, meaning that a dungeon can only have 3 minibosses in their setup at best. Then, as the backbone of this expansion, almost everything points back to the primary new mechanic of this expansion: the coins.

Coins are key, as they level up mini-bosses, can cancel certain cards, or weaken them, and there is a limited number of coins per game: once the bank dries up, mini-bosses become useless, as whenever you use their level 3 power, which takes 3 turns and 3 coins to unlock, your mini-boss reverts back to level 1.

This series isn’t perfect, don’t get me wrong, but if you want a Boss Monster set to start out with that is fun, interesting, and balanced, Rise of the Mini-Bosses would be my recommendation to start out with.

Need to say that this is better as an entry point into the game rather than an expansion. Love the idea of having a currency system and the cards that use them BUT dislike how few mini bosses there are, their lack of variety in what they do, and how they are rooms instead of being their own deck with their own rules for drawing them like the items deck.

In more competitive matches I either remove them entirely or use a “house rule” that all players can draw one at random after the first epic hero is played. If you would like to play with this game standalone then I wholeheartedly recommend it.

If you have one or both of the previous Boss Monster sets and want to integrate this pack then I caution you as once you add to it you really water down the amount of fun that can be had with the new mechanics.

After playing with this pack stand alone and then again after blending the sets (while avoiding boating the decks) it feels like the new mechanics are hampered by the older and simpler ones.

the miniboss mechanic in this expansion is a breath of fresh air into an already fun product. this and the other boss monster sets are well worth the money

This truck was rated for intermediate experience but right out of the box with no practice in The Last 5 Years I found this truck is simple, easy to run, fast, goes anywhere, yes it’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, I bought another upgraded truck of the same model and outside of the upgrades I can barely tell a difference.

Yes stock parts may break with hard use, buy the upgraded parts, RPM etc, and you are garanteed hours of family fun. Highly recommend the slash, but get two. My daughters boyfriend got me hooked and have tons of fun racing.

Start with the Li-Po Batts and get the fan for the speed controller, you won’t be sorry with the extended speed and runtimes.

Simply designed with excellent overall reliability and durability. Working with 11 Year Old now on installing the telemetry sensors available and the telephone dashboard. Excellent skill building due to both the hands on mechanics as well as teaching how sensors work.

I have two Slash 2WD and one Slash 4X4 VXL Brushless. All three Slash cars have worked well.

truck came as expected. super fun super fast and ready to race. LOVE the fox shocks body. only used twice but no problems and not broken. my only complaint is that the charger it comes with is for use in an automobile! Thats right.

You can’t plug it into your wall and charge the battery. What a joke. Other than that the reputation this truck has is legit. buy one.

Like many people in these reviews, at first I thought this game was a bit simple, boring, etc. But the more I played it the more I realized I didn’t really know how to play it. I guess the main fault with it is that you can easily play it in a very simple and one-dimensional way, even after reading the instructions.

Part of the problem is the instructions leave out some rather important details about how turns work, and also give no good examples to speak of. Once my playing partner and I played 4 or 5 games and spent some time looking up online the finer points of the rules and how each card and spell worked, we started to have a lot more fun.

Yes, there is a lot of chance to the game that no amount of skill on your part can overcome if you are at a disadvantage. But once you can play at a decent speed, the games go fast enough that you don’t let it frustrate you too much and move on to the next round, where most likely you’ll do better.

That’s not to say there is no skill involved, the best luck of the draw means nothing if you can’t strategize and think ahead a bit, and most importantly, use your cards to sabotage your opponent at every opportunity (or hold that special Spell card for just the right time).

I’d give it 5 stars if it had just a few more interesting bosses (I don’t know if it’s a defect or what but two of my bosses have exactly the same level up ability, but even then only a couple of them have cool things they do).

Also, I will always ding a game’s rating for not having a really good manual. This one is “meh”, not too bad but not good enough. Without the online resources I probably would have given up on this game, or written my own rules.

This game was so much fun. I bought it during an amazon sale and have no regrets! Boss Monster is used for a regular game-night group that often plays DND but looks for alternative games. Boss Monster is great for 2 to 4 players! Most cards have a person total on the bottom for when you choose to play with two, three, or four players.

This helps to specify which cards are for bigger groups, which is very useful when only playing with two people. The overall premise of this game is to build a dungeon that lures npc characters in, which will be their demise.

Once you have gathered the most soul tokens, you win. This game can be hard to understand early on, so read thoroughly and play a practice round or two so you understand before just diving in. I highly recommend buying this game if you like playing games with friends! We play a lot of different things, and this is one of my favorites!.

This is my first Home Essentials Direct review. I bought this playmat to add to my collection of Boss Monster add-ons. I usually play the game in two player mode and we’ve always played on a generic MTG playmat, so it was nice seeing that Brotherwise had an official two player mat coming out.

The mat would be absolutely perfect for Boss Monster or Boss Monster 2 base gameplay ONLY, but I usually play with a few different expansions combined; Tools of Hero Kind, Paper & Pixels, Hidden Secrets and the Portable Pack.

Unfortunately, the mat doesn’t have a spot for the ‘Item’ cards found in the Hidden Secrets and Tools of Hero Kind expansions. Also, the ‘Town’ area (where Hero and Epic Hero cards are placed before the Build Phase begins) is pretty small, so the play area definitely gets cluttered quickly.

We also play while sitting on a couch, so we are both sitting on the same side of the playmat. This poses another issue that’s specific to my gameplay on the mat. What we do is just flip the cards at the top of the mat and mirror the cards on the bottom, ignoring the Boss, Wounds and Souls text on the top of the mat.

With all of that said, we still play with this mat every game. We like the matching artwork and all if the cards that benefit from having a mat under them (making it easier to pick up sleeved cards) are on the mat when they need to be.

I would definitely buy this again and would also recommend it to a friend. The only way I could see improving it would be to sell a playmat “set” that has a separate mat for each players dungeon, a mat for the town area (with room for items) and another for the Room and Spell cards.

That seems like it would be complete overkill, in my opinion. I’ve attached some pics of a few games with the mat while being played with items, and the way I organize the map when I play. Hopefully this review helped.

Boss Monster is a fun little game, but it’s a bit light on variety. Boss Monster 2 improves on this a little with some much-needed additions (and rulebook clarifications), but overall it’s the same game.

I think this one comes down to how much fun your friends are, and your own personal tweaks on the rules. For example instead of the usual “all players draw a room” phase, we use a draft format — the player whose turn it is draws several room cards (equal to the player count +1), then chooses one to keep.

Then, he/she passes the leftovers around. This helps add a bit more strategy to the game while simultaneously reducing the reliance on luck. We start with the boss with the highest XP, then rotate the turn around the table each new draw phase.

We also do a mini-draft with the bosses. Instead of assigning each player a random boss, we instead draw two bosses per person and let the player choose which to keep. Again, just softening randomness and making the game feel more deliberate.

Anyway — if you haven’t played Boss Monster and you’re trying to figure out where to start, BM2 is the better core set. If you have BM1 and are looking to expand, BM2 will give you far too many cards to use.

Best plan for us (we stole this from Reddit) was to combine all of the expansions and then remove ALL duplicate spells and rooms. This makes every dungeon unique and still keeps the game balanced on treasure types.

Oh, worth noting: You can only use heroes and epic heroes from ONE set at a time, as the game is balanced around a certain number of regular heroes before you hit the epic heroes. We chose to keep the ones from this set, as they’re a bit more interesting than the ones included in BM1.

If you like Boss Monster, you’ll enjoy Boss Monster 2. If you don’t, you won’t. That said, Boss Monster 2 is a better game. This can be played as a standalone expansion, or you can combine it with the first game.

If you do, be warned: the cards still say “Boss Monster” on the back, not “Boss Monster II”, so if you do combine games, you’ll probably never be able to separate them again. If your gaming group consistently has 4 or more players that enjoy pulling this game out, go ahead and combine.

The rules don’t give any details about playing with more than 4 players, but I would think that would be a given if you’re going to combine this with the first Boss Monster game. That’s one of the things about the original that I also liked — the rules are open-ended enough for you to tweak them to fit your gaming group’s preference.

2-player games seem to be the norm for BM (check out the playmat that Brotherwise Games has available — it’s pretty cool), but I personally like the 3- and 4-player games better. I haven’t played BM with more than 4, but when combining this with the original BM, I would love to see how that would go.

This edition also does a better job of creativity in the dungeon rooms, bosses, and heroes when it comes to pop culture and classic videogame references, which really appeals to a pop culture aficionado like myself.

If you enjoy playing the original Boss Monster, give this one a shot. If you don’t like it, track me down, ’cause I’ll be glad to take it off your hands.

Highly competitive decks, grab a set of 3 and your good to go. Obviously, the Dinosmasher’s Fury deck is better, but Machine Reactor is flexible. Lots of good generic machine cards that you already own could be added.

I bought the Dinosmashers Structure Deck and I am amazed at how great it was packaged and how timely it got shipped to me. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who’s looking to buy anything yugioh related.

I had recently gotten back into yugioh and wanted to buy a new structure deck that I had seen. Coolstuffinc shipped it to me in excellent time and the cards were in pristine condition. I was very pleased with their service.

This game was played on multiple occasions with players 6 players and also the NSFW expansion. This game has a great art style and sticks with it and the packaging alone is what catches peoples’ attention.

Gets you wondering what it is and how it is played and to make it even better the amazing game exploding kittens share the same game creators. The game takes some time to read over the rules and explain so it’s not one of those games you can bust out and start playing with randoms immediately, but rather close friends who have time or families.

The game requires you to create monsters to fight 3 different types of babies based on your monsters attack power and the total score of the babies placed in that pile. The felt mat to place the cards on does help guide the players on what is where but besides that the rules are vague on some rules and the game feels like it needs more cards(probably indicating that they want people to buy the expansions) and due to that the main game alone feels slightly lacking.

The replay value is High for all the possibilities to create monsters and fighting babies but loses its hilarity and flare after a few plays. If this game starts to release larger expansions then the base game is worth it.

If you really want the fuzzy box. no one is stopping you.

This is an awesome and fun game to play. The mechanics is easy to mastering the strategy is quite difficult. However, one feedback I’d like to give is for the creator. The creator should add more action cards as the current action cards are a bit lacking in diversity.

We purchased this for a “ family” game thinking everyone would enjoy it including college age boys. It turned out that our twelve year old was the one who truly loved it everyone else NOT so much! It was just ok.

It seemed to drag on. We did need to watch a YouTube video to make sure we were playing correctly which does help! There is so many better games out there to spend money on and for this price, I believe you are paying for the cute:furry box not the actual content.

Sure game night is fun just not with this game.

ONE power token, ah ah ah! This expansion adds four strong factions to an already excellent game. Not only that, but it continues the humorous style of the base game and other expansions with characters we’re probably all familiar with.

The theme of this expansion is power tokens which add permanent (and visual) boosts to minion power. Here is a quick rundown of each faction: -Vampires: Get their power counters from the misfortune of others.

Plays well with factions that kill minions. -Giant Ants: Spread the power counters around, “swarm” style. Plays well with factions that want a lot of minions out. -Mad Scientists: Plays ongoing actions to generate power counters or recycles cards that do.

Plays well with nearly everyone. -Werewolves: The only group that doesn’t use power counters. They have temporary power boosts instead. Play well with factions that are strong but focused. After playing a couple games it seems like these factions are very powerful when compared to the original ones.

The Mad Scientists in particular go with nearly any other faction and generally does very well. The Werewolf faction can do very well but is best left for people who are willing to do constant math (more than everyone already is).

Another note is that keeping track of who gets what token or how many can get hectic if more than two of these factions are being used. If you own the other expansions, I recommend each player using a different score counter for their own minions and using the base game’s score tokens for points.

For example, Susie uses the Cthulu tokens, Jimmy uses the Science Fiction tokens, and Alex uses the tokens that come with this expansion. On the flip side, these factions (except Werewolves) make it much easier to gauge which minions are strongest.

Adding a minion’s power to the number of chips on it is much simpler then adding the power with an action attached to it, then that minion does something and oh that guy has an action on the base but the base does.

wait. Let me start over. Unfortunately it can also make your minions, should you play these factions, more visibly threatening. At a glance, 3 power tokens on a creature just looks scarier than one with an ability attached to it.

Last, I would recommend that anyone new to Smash Up wait to play with this expansion until after the others. The expansions are becoming more and more “expert,” in my opinion, meaning each faction is playable by anyone but only those already familiar with the game will make the best use of them.

The Werewolf faction being the best example of this. If you want to buy an expansion to try out Smash Up, I would recommend Power Level 9000.

Thematically this is one of my favorite Smash Up expansions. Mechanically it’s only good. It’s an early set and several factions feel underpowered, but this can be helped to a degree with the Titans pack.

Have tortured this truck for 12 years now. High speed crashes, overpowered batteries meant for planes. Rolling down hills and speeding into signs at 30+ mph. Today I ran it over with a full size lifted golf cart that had multiple people riding it and the truck only broke a front control arm, a rear rim, and the drivetrains are a bit shaky.

Other than that everything including the steering works perfectly.

I ordered a truck for my daughter since she was feeling left out when my son got one for his birthday. The stampede is a standing tradition for backyard bashing. I had a friend with one when they first came out and they are so much better now it’s new batteries and updated radios.

The run time is great compared to what it was years ago. I added ball bearings in the wheels for reduced wear and longer run time. They do make the truck a little faster but everyone loves to play longer.

The shipping was super fast fedex I had the truck in under a buisness week from the time I ordered.

Fast, upgrade your battery and get a wheelie bar. The steering knuckles are a little weak. I’ve broken two already. The motor went out after one week of use. But still gave it a 4 because when it isn’t broken it’s a lot of fun.

Going to upgrade to brushless and metal steering components tomorrow.

Overall this has been a fun game that I have enjoyed playing. The board tiles and underlays are excellent. They allow for maximum versatility, and I much prefer them over the 2nd edition/Imperial Assault puzzle pieces that significantly limited how boards could be put together.

I can see a lot of options for custom adventures in the future, which appeals to me. I also love the furniture/doors/obstacles that add the 3d element: this really brings out the game for me and reminds me of Hero Quest, a favorite classic of mine.

A lot has been said on the game’s artwork–I personally think it looks great, but it wouldn’t affect my review if I felt differently, so long as gameplay is good. Regarding the story line: I think it’s fine, and never expected it to meet the same standard as a best-selling fantasy novel.

As such, I have not been disappointed. Regarding the high-end miniatures, I’m not much of a miniatures painter and so, while the detailed miniatures definitely look stunning, I likely would have traded miniature quality for a lower price.

Nonetheless, I’m still content with my purchase. The app is, for me, both a blessing and a curse. I love the element of discovery that you have thanks to progressive map reveals, and half the fun for me is building an elaborate dungeon/forest/whatever in front of you as you proceed through each quest.

Be sure to allot a good amount of time, though, because you don’t know when a quest will end which can be challenging. Because of the app’s excellent ability to keep track of health, statuses, less-important/miscellaneous items, etc.

, it makes the enemy battles and item purchases less finicky. Keeping this complexity down also allows me to play the game with my young kids, which is a huge bonus (differing difficulty levels also is a huge bonus for this reason).

With this said, I do feel that they took item collection too far: I’d be ok with finding equipment and gold alone for future purchases. However, rather than just encountering these, we also find bits and pieces of things necessary to check off the boxes for item recipes.

It adds a depth of complexity that may work well in recent RPG video games, but just seems excessive to me in the game. I also have noticed that, because of the app integration, we spend quite a bit of time looking at the screen both inputting and receiving information.

The trade-offs are worth it for me, but I understand how this could be a point of frustration for others. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and excited to continue playing. My family has also enjoyed it, and I’m excited for expansions, increased material, and even DIY creations to emerge to extend value.

Fantasy Flight has done it again. I have collected and loved playing every Descent game and expansion that has been released. I was excited when they announced the new Descent, Legends of the Dark. I was saddened to see that it was not compatible with the Descent 2 but as FF did a great job of integrating the first Descent into the second edition I wasn’t too worried.

Getting the box was so exciting and the miniatures are exquisite. The detail and the action poses are outstanding. The art work seemed a bit cartoony at first but I found it refreshing as it makes for a heightened ability to paint and richer creature/character creation in a 3d environment.

The cardboard cut outs scratched my itch is several ways. The game allows for you to interact with these environmental elements much better than previously. It always bugged me with other games that had treasure chest or bookshelves in the game area that did not block movement.

In LOTD they make those spaces obstacles, nice. The app is excellent! It is fairly easy to maneuver and it track all those things that you don’t want to. The adventure mapping and story line is very rich and the app does not take over for you where you want to be in control (figure movement, interactions).

You can feel the depth that FF has taken with Terrinoth and expect more to come. I love that it says Act I on the side of the box.

I hate apps in board games — yep, I’m that guy. So why did I pick this up, knowing it an app was essential to the experience? I was looking for a different solo experience, and had some free time on my hands due to the pandemic, so I gave it a shot.

This game has exceeded all my expectations. The app handles enough but not too much. The game still very much takes place on the table, and the table presence is great. The artwork, the minis, and quality are top notch.

What the app allows is basically a DM for the session that can still surprise you. Where it stands out isn’t the tech or the writing, but the scenario design. Without spoiling anything, there are some that truly surprised me.

That is what keeps me making this an appointment to play. While I’m not primarily solo gamer, I’ve been playing this one solo. I tried on 2 player session and it went quite well. I would gladly play it again with more than one, I think I still prefer Gloomhaven for non-solo play.

That’s not a fair comparison, since although they are both essential dungeon crawls, the meat of the game is very different. Looking forward to where Descent goes next.

I haven’t played through the campaign yet, but by the looks of it it sounds fun. It is nice to add another beginner campaign to the list so I can play with other new players and not have to use the same starter campaign again.

Comes with 1 set of dice (no bag to hold them in), campaign book, rule book, and premade character sheets. Condition of the box and contents were perfect, no complaints there. I was a little sad that the box didn’t include any D&D Beyond codes like the Essentials Kit did.

In fact, at the time of purchase, this campaign isn’t even available on D&D Beyond at all. I think this might be because of the Target exclusivity. But still, I don’t understand why WoTC doesn’t include a free code for D&D Beyond or at least a discount code of some sort.

I prefer using the physical copies more often than the digital ones, but it is still nice to have both. But there is NO WAY I am going to pay full price for both versions. In the Essentials Kit, I got a free copy on D&D Beyond AND they included 3 MORE campaigns to play through after the main one included in the physical set.

So why they don’t at least give us the digital copy of this Starter Set seems odd. Until they start including codes in their products (or discounts) I will probably have to rate 4 stars or less.

For the price, this is the worst of the starter sets. with Lost Mines of Phandelver and Dragon of Icespire Peak frequently available for under ten dollars, you could pick up both for the price of this and have much, much more material.

This box is mostly air. There’s a set of cheap dice – one each. There’s the rules book and the adventure book. There’s a cardboard piece to take up space. That’s it. The adventure is okay, not great.

About half a dozen encounters total, none particularly creative or cohesive. The overarching story is not interesting but contrived. Overall this adventure left a lot to be desired, especially for the price.

Buy Lost Mines or Dragon of Icespire Peak for better starting adventures. Download the free basic rules and a free starting adventure (there’s plenty free or very cheap online from various sources). Get all three for less than the price of this box set.

You’ll have more material to work with and not lose anything in terms of advice for beginners.

This is the 3rd starter set for D&D 5th Edition. It comes with dice, characters, the rules, and a great introductory adventure for an aspiring (or experienced) Dungeon Master and up to 5 players. In the vein of the Starter Set’s: Lost Mine of Phandelver and the Essentials Kit’s: Dragon of Icespire Peak this set details a small area and rough sandbox of quests and encounters ultimately culminating in a finale for everyone.

This set is geared towards new players and DMs with no prior experience, and walks through the basics of playing and running the game.

man the main game was already great! adding more gear, more monsters, and new levels made this even greater!!! definitely should be picked up by everyone but man i have to say i find this game very difficult just to bring down one miserable monster.

this definitely needs to be played with friends! and dont worry you dont NEED to play this online, it can be played offline as well.

Never owed the standard edition but reading reviews everywhere I tried to get info about this game. Then comparing it to the Iceborne Master Edition hardly see a difference and price sales for black friday deal.

This was not a good deal for me at all. The standard edition was a sale of $20 and the ice was at $40. I believe ripped myself off. Should of went of originally with the standard then future would of bought season pass.

I still recommend this but standard not the iceborne edition.

Wanted to get into Monsterhunter with the missues so I picked this up. Both the expansion and main game for less than $30. I have logged soooooo many hours into this thing now. Great purchase

Got this truck for my son’s birthday, he is over the moon. Quite the upgrade offer the toy quality one he had previously. Very impressed with the speed, quality, and overall build. Love how the suspension actually works properly and soaks up bumps and landings without bouncing! We’re both having a blast with it!.

Bought it for my husband that likes to tinker. We have been having a great time with this car. It is fun and sturdier than I expected. Our dogs have taken a liking to chasing it around the yard, so we went to the dog park and I haven’t seen them run like that in a while.

It is so much faster than I thought it would be. DOWNSIDE: My husband has already started purchasing upgrades so now it will become a potentially expensive, but super fun hobby.

I paid extra for the battery and charger, and the charger is COMPLETE junk. You CANNOT use it to charge the battery in your house. It’s a car charger. So, on Easter Day during Coronavirus my husband had to go to our local hobby store which thankfully was accepting phone orders to buy a $50 plug-in charger.

To top that off, my kid broke a pin and bearing in the first 2 minutes he was playing with the truck by running into a curb on the street. Not as heavy-duty as we were led to believe. His $20 RC cars have never broken from simply running into something.

Very disappointing first day of ownership.

I wanted to make some sealed decks and get some Mystical Archive cards. The EV of the Mystical Archives doesn’t seem to be very high and these packs are terrible for sealed. They don’t have enough commons and uncommons for that.

They have plenty of foils and some extra rares though but they are a poor substitute for Draft Boosters. I won’t buy anything but Draft Booster Boxes in the future for sealed decks.

My playgroup had a blast opening the Japanese Set Booster for Strixhaven, Great products, great store. Thanks for all the great work guys. Keeping customer loyalty halfway across the country.

Good set of cards. I didn’t experience any of the card curling of previous sets. The artwork is good and I like the idea of a collector pack vs a draft pack. I don’t know how these play as I haven’t played a game of actual magic since before April 2020.

From what I’ve seen though, looks like a fun set.

So I read a few negative reviews saying the binder doesnt close all the way but I filled mines completely with Pokmon cards and it stays fairly flat. A couple of the cards even have sleeves, although they are the perfect size sleeves to remove the bulk look.

I Definitely dont have that problem other people seem to be having. Anyways I prefer this 4 pocket binder since its easier to carry than the 9 pocket. I think it looks sleeker and slimmer. Overall love this product.

Overall, it seems like the quality of the binder is very good. However, when I filled it with cards, most of the cards in the inner sleeves toward the front and the back started bending in on the sides.

This was incredibly disappointing as the point of binders like these for card collectors is to help keep a card’s value by protecting it, and this kind of warping is unacceptable.

I don’t like this product, I love it. It’s perfect to organize your cards especially if you’re a neat freak like me. The sleek design makes it perfect for carrying and the cards fit perfectly even with sleeves.

Definitely suggest this item!.

I was long discouraged by one of the previous reviews, which says this is “medium size creature with a large base”. Mainly, because ‘large’ or ‘medium’ are categories that can include a whole lot of different sized creatures, and I was afraid this minotaur will come too small.

But I decided to give this miniature a try, and was not disappointed. Firstly, I am going to use this miniature in various D&D games. In 5e, the listed height of a minotaur is 6-7 feet, a bit higher than a human.

Monster Manual gives ‘large’ as a size for NPC minotaur, while both Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravnica and Mystic Odysseys of Theros gives us ‘medium’ as the size for PC minotaurs, likely for balance issues.

In 4e, NPC minotaurs were predominantly medium, some of NPC ones were large. PC ones, again, were medium. As you can see by the picture, this minotaur is definately bigger than average human, and would be actually even higher without the dynamic pose.

I’ve decided to glue it on a 32mm base, so both miniatures on a photo are standing on top of such bases, to provide better perspective. It sticks out of base boundaries a bit, but this way, it will be still possible to pass as a PC medium minotaur and (almost) fit into one square, or actually be planted on a larger 50mm base that is included (left one on the photo), and represent the NPC minotaur of large size.

So I would not call the miniature a disappointment. To me, it is actually of a dual purpose – the size of the miniature itself is quite sufficient, and makes it possible to represent both D&D size categories using just diffrent-sized bases.

I love this mini and can’t wait to paint it. The quality of the mini itself is superb. My beef is with Home Essentials Direct Marketplace. The item listing stated “”Damaged box. “” I take damaged box to mean a damaged but unopened item.

I understand that many consumers will return a damaged but unopened item believing a damage box means damaged goods. I am willing to accept minor damage to an item if the listing states “”damaged box.

“” However, I do expect damage to be minimal at worst and that all pieces of the item will be present. The box was so badly torn it was clear the item has been opened and was in fact an open box item.

That’s a horse of a different color; if I buy something listed as open box I know I am taking the chance of moderate damage and missing piece. I would not have paid what I did for open box on an item like this.

Thankfully there was no damage to the item I could find, and all parts are present except the insert that came with the item (I have seen unboxing videos of the pre-painted version and know what was supposed to be in there).

Please list items correctly to be fair to potential consumers and ensure they are paying a fair price. For the risk I took in buying this, I actually overpaid.

The Barbarian with the bear cape has a huge problem with the mould lines. The one others talk about goes across the face, which I honestly thought was supposed to be a helmet with visor, the sort the Norse wore back in the day.

So that one I could hide away by painting what are esentially his eyes and brows as metal. While this is a relatively easy “fix”, I know my preference for helmeted characters is not the norm, which makes this a huge glaring issue on the model.

His hand, however, is completely off center. Not even mould line, it looks like a poor glue job that results in a disconnected left hand. The bare headed model (not the bear-headed one) has a few extremely obvious gaps but nothing as glaring as a head cut in two.

Reason I’m still giving it 3 stars is mostly because this model is almost mind boggingly cheap for the quality. With the exception of the mould lines the details are crisp and clean, things such as belt buckles standing out from what is around it.

This is a great game the whole family will love! Simple to play from kids to grown ups! The goal is to reach 500 miles before other players, along the way other players will give you flat tire cards, red lights, accidents, etc.

, you have to get a “fix it” card such as; fix flat, gas card, and then you need a Green Light before you can go again laying your mileage down. There are also 4 cards in the deck that if you get 1 or preferably all 4, these prevent you from ever needing any of the other “fix it” cards or green lights.

My husband and I use to play this with friends is great fun! And because its a great game for the entire family, that’s saying something!.

Amazed that I found one of our favorite games from when we were kids! Now that we’re all basically stuck inside, it’s imperative to find fun stuff and this is one of the funnest indoor card games. It’s like a French Uno plus rummy and fills the need for indoor speed.

So not the same old, same old. When you want to play something new that’s actually from a nostalgic era of card and board games.

Anyone who’s cracked packs knows, you don’t always get what you want. In my case, I turned $24 into $9.39.

Traxxas has become a garbage company. I bought a new Revo 3. 3 a month ago. I tried and tried to get it started. It would not run. I have been running nitro for 30 years at least. I know how to get them started.

I removed the engine thinking maybe something had happened in shipment. I disassembled the engine. When I opened it up I knew what the problem was immediately. The engine was used and not new. The connecting rod was broke and the piston was cracked.

So I called Traxxas. They said send the engine in. I did along with a copy of my receipt. They emailed a week later and told me what I already knew. They said the only thing they would do is sell me a new engine.

$550 for the Revo and unless I pay $200 more it is no better than a paper weight.

Love the E Revo, I bought it as my first electric car and it rips! All wheel drive takes off like a rocket. It will flip without a wheelie bar. 2 batteries make them last longer. Although they don’t let me driver it on public tracks because it tears up too much it’s great if you find an open park or skate park to bash in.

It’s fun to drive, it’s fun to work on. If your into cars and wrenching dog in, this is a mouthful.

Overall Tomy did a very nice job trying to put a lot of detail in such a small package. The paint work is very good. My wish would have been to add a detailed interior. The finish on the chrome wheels in nice and looks good on the car.

The level of performance it delivers, for a box stock car, is very good. With that new Mega G+ chassis I have noticed a little better handling and overall speed compared to the Mega G chassis. Most importantly, They appear to have corrected the electrical problem with the pickup shoes that would pop up on the Mega G chassis.

Overall I would say this car is worth the money. It definitely gives you a lot of bang for the buck in performance and cosmetics. Ron H.

IšverstiShow in original languageFord didn’t include regen info data on 2016 Lariat and higher models. I purchased derringer/data monster and now look around regen status, soot percent, and have ability for stationary regen but have not tried yet.

Ability to read and clear codes is huge to me. Derringer is set at level 3 with 30hp/120lb ft added. Turbo lag gone. Mileage same to slightly better. Truck is very smooth. Data guage has too many functions to list.

Tire size/speedo correction helpful. Gale Banks videos on various topics, particularly air density help show the value of the guage. Banks products work as promised and are safe. I will never trust my expensive engine to anyone but Banks.

IšverstiShow in original languageLove it! I even switched out my throttle controller for a pedal monster when I learned it’s controlled with the data gauge. I put on the Banks Derringer and tuner/gauge/pedal monster, cold air intake and rear differential cover and I am so impressed with this company.

I did it all in stages and so I was able to feel the difference that the tuner and pedal monster made, then the CAI. Let me tell you, I’ve put on numerous CAI’s before (first Banks one though) and it is the first time I could actually feel a marked difference in performance.

All the others were like “maybe I feel something. ” Plus I love that it doesn’t increase noise at all in the cab. Great job Banks! I’m sold 100%!.

IšverstiShow in original languageBest truck performance part i have purchased for my truck. Firstly the Derringer Tuner itself. There’s a big difference when you run stock vs. any level on the Derringer.

Their seemed to be a bit of a lag stock. Not anymore. If I press the gas pedal she’ll scoot pretty good for an otherwise stock truck. Now the DataMonster. I already cheated because I have had purchased a SuperGauge prior to this.

So I already had a good idea on how to use it. At first silt can be a bit much with all that you can monitor. But because I was able to Monitor so many parameters at the same time. I was able to catch my alternator going out in my pick up before it even became an issue.

It’s great pulling up so much info on my truck. This gives me a better idea on where my truck is getting robbed of power. Great product over all.
