20 Best Wrist Wraps For Crossfit (2023 Updated)

I’ve been looking for good quality, stretchy, strong and flexible wrist wraps for a very long time. I finally found these and they are perfect. I love my training in the Jim and I’ve never been able to perform proper low bar back squats due to the pain and flexibility in my wrist.

I’ve been wearing these for a short while now and I’ve been getting through my squats with no pain whatsoever. These are definitely worth the buy and I highly recommend anyone with minimal flexibility, small wrists and people that just want extra support in the gym regardless to purchase these rest wraps.

I did buy these a month ago, broke the leather in and feels great, this type of wrist wrap is not ur average type of wrist wrap, this is for a more serious body builder wrist wrap, or for anyone who has had many wrist injuries this has helped me a lot, it is very supporting.

And very tight, that’s why I do wanna say these are the best wrist wraps I’ve ever had.

I have two pairs of the 12″ and one pair of the 18″ Rogue wrist wraps. I love the feel of the fabric and get good support from these. I tried out the 18″ wrist wraps, but they are too long for me. I always feel I’m at risk of whacking myself in the eye if I accidentally let go off the wrap while pulling it tight against my wrists.

The 12″ are perfect. My problem with them is that the Velcro attachment to the fabric rips a bit too easily. I think it happened after 9 months with the first pair I owned. It happened after 4 months with the second pair.

However, I was able to go to the tailor and have them stitched back together and reinforced. It was easy for them to do and cheap. I wish Rogue would double up the stitching to keep that from happening.

I just bought the Rogue Westside Monster Bench. It came very well packed and without any scratches,damages or any parts missing. It was worth the shipping. I am 55 yrs old and bench over #405 still. I need the quality and safety that this top tier bench provides to continue to maintain.

It will be my son’s some day. But not just yet. Dave.

These wrist grips are the perfect solution to those two problems that Crossfitters run into every workout. These products solve the problem with utilization of the Velcro which is the wrist support while the durable cloth helps with hand tearing.

These grips can be best evaluated by their level of support and their ability to prevent tearing. The first benefit that these wrist grips offer is that it adds strength and support to your wrists. The Velcro that wraps around your wrists provides support and strength but also adjusts to your comfort level; not too loose and not too tight.

The second benefit that is offered is the preventing of hand and callous tears. As time progresses, your hands will eventually tear when you are gripping a pull-up bar, weightlifting barbell, or Olympic rings.

The durable cloth that is attached to the Velcro covers up your hand and hooks around your two middle fingers to ensure that it does not fall off and secures your hands. While these perks are highly beneficial and innovative, there is one slight improvement that could be made.

The cloth that covers the hand does leave a very small portion exposed on both side of the hand which can sometimes cause tears around the pinky and index finger portion of your palm. This is unlikely, but it can sometimes occur.

From personal experience as a Crossfitter, I use these wrist grips every day and notice immediate performance enhancement during the workouts. You, as well, will see improvements in the quality of your weightlifting and gymnastics abilities with the help of this product.

The wrist support and tearing preventative are such simple concepts, but show exceptional results. After having tried one workout with the grips, I can’t exercise without them anymore. I have a very strong feeling that you will feel the same way if you try these for yourself.

Some days you feel like nothing can hold you back, and other days you need a little bit of help. On the days where I’ve got plenty of gas in the tank but my Kung-Fu grip starts to slip it’s nice to have a little back up tool to help me finish my sets.

These straps are super comfortable and can take a beating. I highly recommend.

These are great. Get these over the other ones because they have a Moose on them. You wanna lift weights like a big strong Moose??? You wanna get STRONG like a big sting Moose???? Buy your mind set. Grind.

The metal part the strap loops through hurts when I lift weights. There is not sufficient wrist support. It cannot be adjusted to sit high enough on my wrist to give adequate support. I am returning this item and buying the Harbinger wrap around strap I have used in the past.

My daughter loves it. Her back was hurting her and the belt not only supports her core from getting hernias when she Powerlifts it also reminds her to correct her form with her back during her squats

I sprained my wrist recently and attempting to bench or do any push exercises were painful and some I just was not able to do until I purchased this wrist stabilizer. This product help me lift well also providing a source for rehabilitation.

I would highly recommend for anyone who has had any wrist injuries attempting to perform push exercises or pull such as curls.

Prior to Versa Gripps, I had tried several types of lifting wrist straps and have never been able to get the wrap snugged up on my last hand that I wrapped into the bar. I always had my grip strength give out before I truly went to failure.

When the bar started to slip I always lost my concentration on the lift resulting in losing reps. I heard Versa Gripps were the best on a podcast from someone I respect, so I ordered a pair of the Pro model.

What a difference! I was able to quickly and easily able to “wrap” in, with both hands and pull until true failure. Amazing what a difference Versa Gripps made to my lifting. Thank you for great customer service and a great product.

Positives: Attaching the pads to the bar/handle takes no time or effort, relative to lifting straps. These are perfect when supersetting chest and back, since the pads don’t get in the way when training chest.

Always had to take my lifting straps on and off between those supersets before. A friend told me that using these to grab the handles on dumbbells lateral raises + leg machines would marginally increase focus and performance, which actually worked to my surprise! Negatives: Taking them on will be a little awkward the first few times, but you’ll get used to it.

If you happen to wear them through an entire workout, they might get a little sweatty.

for the price i’m not sure there is anything better on the market. i have no complaints other than one of my wrist wraps was delivered to me incorrectly. they are still more than usable, and I’m happy with the product.

To be honest I haven’t actually got to use them yet, I am stationed over seas and will be returning home for good soon so I had them sent to my wife and her and I will be using them once I am back! Fits snuggly around the wrists. I noticed that my wrist pain decreased significantly after using these wraps with my EZ curl bar. For the price, they work very well and look like they will stand up to heavy use.

I have in my time used a variety of wrist wraps. Initially I had a pair of Giant straps and these were pricey but great and I used them until destruction (mainly the Velcro). Then I went on a mission for new Straps and was under the false notion that all wrist wraps were created equal.

This is not correct and after trying other types (some didn’t even get through the first workout) I found Cerberus at an expo. The quality was good and just what I was looking for so I got a pair of 24inch wraps and the only reason I didn’t buy another pair at this years expo is because the others are still going strong.

The weights I lift are not astronomical and I mainly use the wraps for heavy pushing and pressing and I find the Ultra give me ample support while not feeling completely cumbersome. I haven’t tried any of the other wraps from Cerberus but I can say these ones are great.

The price is great for the quality you get am happy to recommend these to anyone.

I have been wearing Villain wrist wraps for years! Decided to try the mini ones. Love them! Fits great with my watch! Now you guys need different designs.

Picked these up to replace my old, cut in half, boxing hand wraps that I use to give my wrists a bit of support while do exercises like skull crushers or even curls. These are just what I needed. Easy on, easy off and not too bulky.

The fact that they make me look super cool doesn’t hurt either.

Great Wraps! They are supporting Big Time. Having had Carpal Tunnel surgery on both wrists it’s was tough to do push-ups without feeling sore and numb. Since the Wrist Bands I’m able to do quite a bit push-ups, Side Planks balancing on wrists not elbows.

Game Changer for me!.

I bought these for my girlfriend who was expecting fatigue and soreness in her wrist while working out because she couldn’t keep her wrists in good form while doing her lifts. After using these wraps her fatigue and soreness have dissipated and now she is pain free because these do a great job in limiting her wrist flexibility.

Other wraps didn’t do the job and couldn’t come close to the quality and overall feel of these. Highly recommend.

Great support for all activities! The wraps easily adjust. I have small wrists and they are not to bulky. I ordered the red with description of 12″ without velcro.

Very nice support for both wrist and thumb with product that seems to be nearly twice as wide and at least double the thickness of other such “thumb sling/wrist wrap” products I’ve used previously. Therefore, it appears it will be much more durable and last longer than those other items.

Also, this seems to have high quality velcro that secures well, while allowing for easy adjustments and appears will hold up strongly for quite some time. May be a bit too big for smaller wrists and hands, but I appreciate the size and support this product offers very much.

wanted a little extra support for my dominant wrist when lifting (recurring tendonitis, weak & still rehabbing after pinched nerve). It’s great- supportive yet flexible, fab fit. Gets sweaty AF underneath 😀 but dries quick & easy wash.

I have always found the McDavid range of supports to be extremely well designed, manufactured and well priced. There is a support for every application imaginable. If your looking for a high performing support, look no further.

I have quite weak wrists when lifting, and have been in need of wraps for some time. I randomly bought these at rebel some time ago, as they were a light fabric and around $20. 00 for the two. They are so good! I have not had a single drama with these.

If you need wraps that aren’t to bulky, yet really support your wrists, I’d give these a red hot crack. I wear them when I am benching, deadlifting or just about any movement, where my wrists get real sore and just need that little bit more support.

I have noticed the difference in my weight lifting as these have helped reduce the sharp pain I get in my left wrist! Would recommend if you’re a beginner and are just trying out some new wraps!.

Amazing wrist wraps, especially for CrossFit style movements as they aren’t as rigid as most others. Powerlifters might want something a bit more solid but if you still like a little movement then these are great.

The Rock Wrist strap is supportive and thin not restrictive like other brands on the market. Very alternative to strapping tape.
