I owned this chair for more than 30 years, had it re-upholstered in fact. And these spacers worked perfectly so that I can continue to use it indefinitely.

Works perfectly fine with my BM-800 came with an XLR cable as listed power cable was in half but it needed to be snapped back in and works perfectly fine great product

The ankle weights are perfect for me as these were used on me by my PT trainer while I was learning how to walk again earlier this year of 2021.

I had the whole family try these out since everyone was interested why I was wearing them around the house. I tried them first. They were a little snug and hard to get on. I wore them for about a half hour.

The hole around one of my thumbs was a bit tight and started to get uncomfortable. It also made my hands sweat. My twelve year old was next. They were a little loose on her and you could see a lot of space around the thumb hole.

My wife tried them finally and they fit her the best. There’s probably a reason why an adult woman is pictured on the packaging. It’s who it was designed for! These are a good way to get a bit of an extra workout, no matter what you are doing.

These 2lb wrist weights look to be well made but the thumbhole idea is questionable. I have average female hands and the thumbhole is too tight and not sturdy enough. The velcro attachments are too small to hold up over time and there is not enough overlap even though my wrists measure 6 1/2 inches.

There should be a long velcro strap to wrap around.

These are nice little weights. They are very easy to put on as they have a thumb hole to stabilize it and then wrap the velcro strap tightly around your wrist. They are well constructed and seem like they’ll hold up well.

Comes with an instruction pamphlet that gives a few basic exercises and uses. I will say that while they fit around my arm okay (I’m not a huge man, but. ), they fit my wife better – she like to use them while outside working in the yard (instead of an exercise routine) and walking around.

While 2lbs isn’t really much for me, she’s smaller and will work well for her.

The Synergee ankle/wrist weights arrived about 20 days ago. The delivery person struggled a little with the 20# weight. It’s great that these ankle weights clearly come with all the weights, as some alternate products have complaints in their comments to the contrary.

The design and construction quality, otherwise, is very good – and it should as the Synergee ankle weights come at a premium. The two D-ring strap closure works well. I would recommend changing this to rectangles, instead of Ds as the straps want to bunch inside the semi-circle, which may affect the strap life.

Having two sets of closure rings that are staggered works well for the various numbers of weights you use. So the dual D-ring closure is a plus. A second design/construction/use suggestion to wear socks.

I found the ballistic nylon material rubs against bare skin causing blisters, so you may not wish to use these weights without an item of clothing beneath them such as socks or tights. I now wear above-the-calf athletic socks underneath the weights.

the top closure securing the weights into their pockets works well. I’ve used these ankle weights with the closure pointing down at times, and the weights remain secure. I’ve read other’s concerns that they cannot add or remove weights while strapped on, and that’s basically true.

Even simply loosening the bands to adjust the weights is awkward. You pretty-much need to take them off. Summary, I expect these weights will outlast my previous pair of Everlast ankle weights, which lasted maybe a decade or longer.

I am very happy with my purchase.

I personally really enjoy the versatility of the weights themselves. It makes it more convenient being able to remove or add the single weight bags. The only thing I haven’t enjoyed about the weights is the inner material that attaches to my ankles/wrist.

The material is a little rough so it can cause discomfort. I have to wear long socks or ankle wraps to avoid discomfort. The design does not allow the weights to tighten enough so while im walking they bounce some.

They are a very durable high quality material that makes it easy to work out while performing simple tasks through out my day to day life. I would recommend this product!.

I tried saving money buying a cheaper brand and returned them right after opening the box. Synergee ankle weights are quality made using strong materials on all parts. Each weight pouch is tough and sturdy, the straps are heavy duty with lots of velco.

These are not flimsy products and will last for many years of daily use.

The 1lb weights are okay for awhile, but then they start to loosen up and slide which is annoying to have to tighten them multiple times while wearing them. I have small wrists and they never feel very snug.

Also, the filters they use online are deceiving because the 2 colors I ordered, look nothing like the photo which made the colors appear lighter and softer. I was disappointed in the actual colors when I received them and exchanged them for basic charcoal.

I would be skeptical to order another color again since they were so far off the photo. I would recommend not using filters so they are more accurate.

I love these weights, so much so that I have them in 1 pound and 2 pounds. They’re so beautiful you WANT to wear them. I found them through Melissa Wood Health and absolutely love the arm definition you can get with these during a quick workout.

Only caveats – too many people walk with these on their ankles, which is not great for your bod. I prefer them on the wrists during a walk but mostly during Pilates. I also unfortunately have a light pink pair that lost coloring in the sun.

Other than that, huge fan.

I had been wanting some good quality weights for quite some time before I stumbled across these. I got an email from Bandier promoting an end-of-summer sale that was going on and I decided to explore the website and see what there was to offer with no specific purchase in mind.

I happened to come across these and was immediately intrigued. I have small wrists so I was hesitant about buying these, but when I realized they were adjustable, this purchase was a must. I’m so glad I bought them! I also love the carrying case they come in.

It makes it easy for me to put them in my purse and take them to the gym with me. Oh, and did I mention they’re fashionable? I wore them once on a regular work day with a black dress because they can pass for chunky bracelets.

At the time I bought these, I didn’t see any information in the reviews about whether or not the stated weights were a total for the pair or the amount for each one. I bought the ones showing 3 lbs. “assembled weight,” and as it turns out that is 3 lbs for EACH strap, not a total for the pair.

at least that is what I received. Other than being disappointed about the lack of details, I am very happy with the purchase. The velcro on the straps is extra-wide which makes them easy to secure, easy to adjust, and very comfortable.

I have not had them long, but I expect they will last well.

Like the weights great value just wish the Velcro was a little more study I can tell that in time the weights Velcro will be loose and coul fly off if you are not careful. But they serve their purpose and my friend loves hers as well I brought it as a gift.

Great quality, and so very useful if you’re trying to build your home gym without breaking the bank! I use them for lower body Yoga workouts, sprints up the staircase, and adding intensity to Squat Jumps.

Love these ankle weights! They are very well made, stay on, don’t hurt or irritate the skin, and give my workouts that edge I’ve been wanting.

I have been a professional personal trainer for more than two decades and I purchased these leg weights to create an alternative for leg extension machines, hamstring curl machines, abductor/adductor machines, and the glute machine.

You can easily work 5 muscle groups with this tool. Maybe add calf raises, seated and standing, which would make it 7 muscle groups. That’s a lot of value for leg weights for the price of 30$. I use these leg weights at home, but I will also use them with clients for in-home workouts.

I am very pleased with the high weight load of the leg weights, because this is hard to find. You can’t do resistance training with a weight load of 1-2 pounds unless you are working with the senior population.

If the weight load of 20 pounds is too heavy, you could pull some metal rods out and lighten the load. I think the velcro-straps could be more securely and solidly attached. This is the only downside that the manufacturer has not optimized.

The velcro-straps need to be pulled very tightly to hold the weights in place on the calves. I am a bit concerned that they would tear eventually after continuous use. Then again, they could be sewed back on.

However, so far the leg weights can be wrapped snugly around the calves, which allows for steady movement and proper form during exercise. I will be recommending this product to my clients who set up their own home gyms.

I think this is a very good product for professional use or serious in-home resistance training. I wouldn’t use it for running though. The weights are heavy and would move up and down on the calves. Also, as a trainer, I would never recommend running with heavy leg weights strapped on, as it pulls too much on the joints.

That’s not what these weights are for. At least not for professionals. It’s a great, very versatile tool for resistance training. A very good tool in experienced hands.

Complete garbage. Bad quality control. For such a heavy ankle weight terrible stitching. It’s only one stitch line to hold up such a heavy ankle weight so it’s made to fail. They know it will fail but still sale it to you.

Now I know why the product is so cheap, they need to hurry up and get rid of the bad production. If you have your own sewing machine and restitch the seams it might be a good ankle weight. But that’s only if you have a sew machine.

Other than that product is made to fail and will only last maybe two days of wear before that little one thread breaks and unravels the whole weight.

My wife and I have a variety of heavier weights that were more than I wanted to use with our Leslie Sansone workouts. So we bought these 1. 5 pound wrist weights and they’ve done the trick. I would’ve given them five stars, but I have trouble attaching these to just the right degree of tightness.

That probably wouldn’t be a problem if I was supposed to have them on from the beginning of the video, but the challenge is trying to fasten them comfortably while continuing the workout.

Hard to believe that 1. 5 lbs per wrist could make a difference, but it surely does! Nice alternative to having to hold a small dumbbell. My wrists are pretty small, but I have no problem tightening the strap enough to make it feel secure.

It also fits fine with my rather bulky Fitbit. The thumb holes are great for anchoring the weight.

these weights are perfect for strengthening knees , ankles , shoulders. any joint that needs to rebuild. Very thick vinyl, double stitched at every seem. The velcro straps seem extra long for a nice fit.

I used 2 pound weights at physical therapy and they seemed pretty heavy. I thought these were the same exact weights, but the inside filling is different and they’re actually a bit lighter. I do like the velcro and they can fit any size ankle.

They will do for now I will probably have to buy 3 pounds in a few weeks.

This replacement seal/lid for tupperware large poppy colored bowl 230-19 looked brand new. The seal works great on my vintage bowl.

I bought the 2 pound weights. I like the product but its not big enough. The velcro straps barely fasten. My wrists are not abnormally large so I’m not sure that these would fit most men as they barely fit on a woman.

Thus the low rating. I’ll likely return these as they’re too tight for comfort.

They seem pretty well made, but they are really just too small for average wrist sizes, imo. I don’t have large wrists, yet these are really tight (almost cut off circulation) after getting the velcro connected.

Also, I was not overly excited that I got an obviously used set that still had dry skin residue on the inside of them. Eww. They are getting returned.

This item was just as described! My daughter uses it for her dance class to help her maintain balance and they work perfectly! The color is also perfect for her and they are the perfect weight I would definitely recommend this item to others.

I love these weights! I incorporate them in my low impact aerobics classes, walking the neighborhood, and even some yoga classes. They are built to last, I’ve had mine for almost 5 years now. You can definitely feel that little added addition to your workouts.

These are great. I use them to intensify my workouts, increase the calorie burn, and to sculpt muscles. They can be a bit clunky around the ankles, but they are quite effective. I use them at least 3-4 times a week.

These are a recommend product for sure.

As Instructor, was looking for wrist weights that would be suitable with people of all levels and abilities but also comfy. I’ve purchased the super lovely fitness mad weights before for personal use.

These ankle weights are perfect for me to use at my Pilates class. I broke my ankle a while ago so am building up strength so this weight is ideal. They are very well made and really comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Back at Pilates classes real time – hooray! – but Covid means need to buy own equipment hence this purchase – have some shoulder problems so these are the perfect weight – can be used on wrists or ankles and design means they are easily portable unlike hand weights – not sure how the price compares but they were in stock which isn’t the case on a lot of sites plus next day delivery so all in all a good buy.

These are quite comfortable to wear around the house and even after only a couple wears I’ve noticed improvements in my balance and stability. Nice thing to add to your chronic pain management toolkit.

These are perfect. So comfortable to wear around the house so it feels like I could be exercising even when I am not! LOL. Also wear them on my ankles when going for a run. The inside of the band is really soft, but just with running because you are bouncing up and down the velcro strap can sometimes dig in to your skin a bit, but wearing socks handles it completely.

You could also do them up tighter to stop that, but I don’t like wearing them super tight.

Good adjustable fit. The 4 corners do need some extra re-enforcment, but for the price I believe they are worth it. A person can sew extra thred on the 4 corners where the yellow material meets the black material and that would extend the use of the product, quite a lot, I believe.

These wrist bands helps enhance the athletic effectiveness of walking outside with my husband and fast-pace shoulder exercise hands free. Although these are slightly larger than the circumference of my wrists, I use wrist bands in between.

That way, these weights do not move around and I can wash the wrist bands instead of cleaning these weights. All good.

Loving the weights and very pleased that they can be worn either on the wrists or ankles. I have been wearing on my ankles. Just the right weight wear them all day without any problems. Great price.

Very lousy product. Whenever I wear it on for the workout, alot of very fine sands seep out from the soft dumbbells and dirty the floor. So whenever I used it to exercise, I have to clean up the fine sands on the floor.

Because it is so troublesome, I don’t use now and left it idle on one corner of my room. Regret buying this product.

The item constantly leaks some fine sandy material. It’s most noticeable when one leaves it flat side up on a piece of paper. There is always layer of this material whenever I sweep the floor where I have been using it.

Due to the leakage, it gets lighter by a few micrograms with each given day. The cloth material is a bit stretchy. I used it on my ankles. As I walked, I could feel the weight of the sandy material sway ever so slightly which can affect you gait and joints.

This is cheap but I wouldn’t buy this item again. I would spend a bit more money for something more robust from other brands.
