11 Best World Of Warcraft Mouse (2023 Updated)

After some use with the generic settings (initial review), I decided to see if I could make it truely feel smooth while moving it. The reason was it felt slightly jerky when moving it around the screen (pointer).

At first I set the sensitivity to max and dpi to lowest. I quickly figured out that was the opposite of what I was trying to achieve. With this in mind, I changed the dpi to max (16400) and the sensitivity to 2 notches about min.

The result was exactly what I was trying to attain. The mouse doesn’t fly around the screen at the slightest twitch, (which is what it feels like to me when sensitivity is mid and dpi is maxed. The movement of the cursor is amazingly fluid.

The one thing I would change would be to allow for the adjusting of the colors on the wheel to match the buttons. Depending on which dpi setting you choose, the color of the wheel matches that choice.

This is not choosing a profile, but the dpi settings within the profile. To continue from my first review, this mouse has a profile button on the bottom and the two behind the wheel are preset to dpi adjust.

What I did to get the most out of the buttons, was select 1 dpi setting per profile. Becuase I do not use more than two profiles currently, this method worked for me, and will up to 5 or 6 profiles (forget how many total).

Once I selected the dpi slider I wanted (based on color of the mouse wheel), I turned off all of the other dpi settings sliders for that profile. Then, adjusted both sliders to max, and continued to set the other settings as mentioned earlier.

Since I do not have the option to change the dpi settings within a profile (because of how I set it up) the two buttons behind the scroll wheel were now freed up for Forward/Back. And after re-mapping the Rapid Fire button, this gave me 1 more button than the Naga.

And the button on the bottom changes my profiles, based on what I need the side buttons to be. This I also programmed, to match what I did with the selector on my old Naga. I hope this helps others get the most out of this mouse.

Again I would definately recommend this mouse and will be buying several more for my immediately gaming family (wife, daughter). And for the price, this makes an awesome gift for a gaming buddy. Imagine getting one on your birthday from a guildie who you’ve known for years.

Or being the one who does that for another.

I have only had this a week so I will update after 3 months. I am new to gaming mice and used a cheap small generic for years. The far left fire button is a nice feature that I have to explore. I play WW2online (battleground Europe), and when I have a sub machine gun and use the far left fire button, it will only fire once no matter how long I have it pressed.

But I can press again and it will fire again. Semi automatic is that? But it works great as I can fire short burst that are far more accurate. The fully automatic mode (regular left button) has more recoil and you lose control of aim.

My infantry play has greatly improved while playing with SMG. I have to get used to being on a wire again. I realize the need for gaming, but you have to map out the route of the wire so it doesn’t snag.

I wanted to try a gaming mouse without spending a lot of money. If it comes to it, I can deal with a learning experience for $35 Initially I am very pleased with the purchase.

my wife got the utechsmart venus gaming mouse that is the exact same thing just made by utechsmart. , has the same features and specs and same basic look. but has a better build quality feel to it. but this one is still just as nice.

i would suggest this one for the red and black color scheme, witch is why i got this one over the utechsmart venus. the colors matched my PC scheme perfectly with the red/black body and blue lights. but if you want a sturdy build feel i would suggest the utechsmart venus over this mouse.

just keep in mind when i say sturdy feel i am specifically talking about the red plastic underneath the mouse. the rest of the mouse feels very sturdy and good build quality. also wanted to mention to change the color of the wheel with out it changing the dpi setting, there is a button at the bottom that can be pressed to achieve this.

or you can set the dpi for that color to what you want in the software.

I would never recommend another razer mouse again. I’ve bought several because I like the simplicity of the design and feel in the hand but 2 out of 2 that I’ve bought ended up having the same problem.

While gaming the scroll wheel will be activated while left clicking (shooting in FPS games). Scroll wheel is traditionally and best used as a weapon swapped in games. What has ends up happening is when your in a fight left clicking to shoot it will end up swapping your weapon mid fight.

So instead of shooting your opponent you switch weapons and get killed while the switch weapon animation happens. It’s been a great mouse minus this issue and if you’re not gaming then fine. But if you use this as a gaming mouse as it is sold to you then I would rather take a baseball bat to the mouse and tell you to buy another brand.

Oh and PS. When I brought the issue up to their support they told me that I had to send them a video of the problem happening or they couldn’t issue a refund or replacement. Razer is dead to me and I highly recommend you save your self the frustration.

Pros: Functionally it works. The ergonomics of the mouse is okay. The lighting customization is nice but not anything you really need. Cons: The mouse wheel is kind of loud when it scrolls. While the mouse is comfortable to use it does feel kind of light and cheap.

DPI settings seem a bit too sparse. The low settings are too sluggish while bumping it up once speeds the cursor up too much though I suppose this could be remedied with PC settings. The following is just my experience and not exactly related to the build of the mouse but mine arrived damaged.

Plastic was peeling off the bottom of the mouse which made for rough gliding. Shipping also took longer than I expected though it did come from China. This might be a decent budget mouse without the defect I had but calling it Elite is a huge exaggeration on the part of Razer.

I’ve been using Razer mice for over a decade, and I have a masochist relationship with Razer. Razer has horrible build quality, but the mouses are very ergonomic and comfy. So despite all the crappy endurance issues, I keep returning because I’m a sucker for the Deathadder.

I usually get about 1 or 2 years of use out of a Razer mice before some sort of issue makes it unplayable. For the original and Chroma deathadders, it was a misclicking issue (>10% of all click attempts) with the scrollwheel or right mouse button.

This Deathadder Elite continues the same depressing trend. I begrudingly upgraded to this Razer Deatheradder Elite on 12/31/17 after my Chroma was doing the misclicking issue. Its been about a year and a half now, and there is an audible loose component inside of the mouse that makes the Deathadder rattle.

What the heck! Since its been over a year and the fact that Target isnt even considered an authorized reseller, the warranty will not help me. Since there hasnt been a model upgrade since the Deatheradder Elite and I can only assume that another Deatheradder Elite will just have the same issue after a year of use, I will try a different manufacturer.

I am an adult, I do not lash out, and I take care of my possessions and living area. This mouse has only been subjected to normal use. CAVEAT. EMPTOR. Pros: -Most ergonomic mouse I know -Improve mouse feet vs.

Chroma model -2 new button under mouse were a great addition -Very lightweight -No issues with the hardware components (sensor, cable, rgb LEDs, etc) Cons -BUILD QUALITY -Rubber textured pad on sides is weakly adhered.

Still sticky enough to stay on, but a little bit of force and you can “feel” the rubber pads start to physically slide around -Razer Synapse bloatware.

After two years, I’m overall happy with the mouse. Had a couple issues though. First, the scroll wheel needs to be greased after a few weeks of use. It will start to switch between not scrolling, and scrolling backwards from the direction you’re trying to go or scroll more than you tried to.

This is a very common problem, and the solution is to either send it in for RMA service or take the mouse apart and put some lube on the left side of the scroll wheel shaft, I used petroleum jelly with good success, did it once and haven’t had the problem come back in about a year or so.

The second problem just came up, it is now double clicking the left button almost every time. This didn’t happen one day, then the next day after a hour or so of use it started suddenly. I have powered off the computer and left the mouse unplugged to powercycle it with no change.

I’ve seen a few other reports that this is also a common problem with some people experiencing it on replacement devices that were exchanged for the same problem. The last problem is the paint chipping off the side buttons.

This is again a common problem with heavy use, it didn’t happen to me until I cleaned my keypad area with a wet cotton swab. Besides those issues I’ve had, I love everything else about this mouse. It fits my hand well, I like mice a little on the larger side.

The adjustable forward-aft position of the side keys is very nice to have, the optical sensor is very responsive, it’s been a great mouse for gaming and everyday computer use. Corsair’s iCue software could use some work, it’s a little funky to bind actions to keys until you get used to it.

I’ve used a Razer Naga pretty much ever since I discovered it. A little over 10 years, and in that time I had three of them. The latest one I purchased lasted maybe 6 months, so I decided to switch gears and try the Corsair Scimitar.

Mostly because I have a Corsair keyboard that I absolutely love. A few things right off the bat that were different, it’s lighter and a little wider. That took a bit getting used to, but wasn’t an issue for me after a week of use.

The adjustable keypad is awesome. It’s my absolute favorite feature of this mouse. Beyond that, it’s a mouse that does its job. It has programmable buttons just like the Naga. Using the iCue software to manage the RGB is nice and easy as well.

After about 1. 5 years of owning it, it is now showing signs of wear, not physically on the mouse, but my scroll wheel is beginning to malfunction. Scrolling through a webpage, it will randomly decide to start scrolling up when I want to go down.

Not an issue when it comes to gaming, but pretty frustrating just trying to use like a basic mouse. Initial quality and impression, this was a 5 star mouse that had features I wish the Naga had. Current quality and Impression, for gaming, it’s still a go, but for daily use, the scroll wheel should be one of the last things to fail.

The left mouse button still rocks like a champ, and that’s what failed first on all my Nagas. So It’s a matter of how you use this mouse. Strictly game? You’ll likely love it forever. If you dual purpose, game and work, expect to replace the mouse every 1.

I had high hopes for this mouse because I’ve been a fan of corsair products for many years. So i switched from my Razer peripherals to Corsair for matching aesthetics sake. I bought the k100 RGB mechanical keyboard with the cherry mx speed switches, I loved it so, I bought this mouse to match.

big. mistake. Round 1. what was wrong the mouse wheel had this horrible squeaking when scrolling and it was loud, terribly annoying; and it was hard to click (i 3d model and i use the middle mouse wheel to tumble the camera while i model, so i used it a lot.

A hard to press button simply would not do) The RMA. (A fighting experience) I fought for two weeks via email with a Corsair representative to RMA this defective product, it was unnecessarily hard. The representative didnt seem to have any knowledge of the product i was returning either (he asked for the serial number on the buttom of the mouse.

the Scimitar RGB elite has NOTHING on the buttom. no numbers, no words. no nothing. So I gave him the information on the box. ) After we finally got through the initial information exchange, i was apparently expected to pay for shipping on this defective product, No.

no sir i simply will not. So after another few days i got a pre paid shipping label (which really should have been included to begin with) and sent it back to Corsair. The new mouse The squeaking is gone, which is nice; but the button is still hard to press and the scrolling noise is very loud, especially compared to my razer mouse i switched from.

the mouse buttons are easy to press, yet the middle mouse click is very difficult, two completely different pressures for one product making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. The sliding side panel Works as advertised, its nice to be able to move it to adjust your personal thumb reach.

The key it comes with to adjust it is a little difficult to use, i almost ended up stripping the hole it goes in, and the black paint on the end chipped off, cheap. I honestly would not recommend this mouse to anyone and I dont think i would take another chance in purchasing another corsair mouse.

I wouldnt mind paying a little more for a superior product that at least looks like its trying. Customer service experience 1/5 Quality of product 1/5 Click noise (normal) Middle mouse button function 2/5 (its noisy and hard to press) RGB function 5/5 Do yourself a favor and get a razer mouse, it is a little more expensive but well worth it, my last one lasted over 5 years of heavy gaming.

I was using a G Pro Wireless prior to picking up the Zowie. It was in stock and always wanted to try one. Only complaint is that it is wired. Going back to a wired mouse is not different. Other than that, i love it.

The weight, ergonomics, price, and responsiveness are all quality characteristics. Unfortunately the wire getting xaught repeatedly really sucks. The wire is about 3 feet long. Keep that in mind before purchasing.

I recommend the zowie. The weight, shape, and button placement are comparable to the g pro.

Par for the course. Great shape, solid electronics/mechanics, and totally behind the times. If you like the ZA series shape, great. Compared to the B series, it’s a lot lighter, has a paracord cable built in, and an upgraded scroll wheel.

It’s a great mouse for large hand. I had the ec1-a and its was fantastic until the scroll wheel broke. I hope this new version is better. It’s seam like it. One thing they didn’t fix it the far edge of the click (I only notice on the right) if you fully press or hold the side plastics is touching my finger and it’s kinda sharp.

Still love the shape and feel. The new sensor make no difference to me. And the last one had a led scroll wheel. This one doesn’t. Also fix the mushy left button it’s unacceptable at this point. I don’t really use it but that would have been a great fix!.

I’ve seen this mouse for a long time and always wanted to get it : i will review the ” white version ” : The mouse is very elegant and streamlined, giving a very beautiful look to the computer. The materials are excellent and do not pick up fingerprints or dirt.

RGB lighting is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen and you can simply control it completely, I have a simple flaw that on the company logo there is no lighting at all and this really bothers me. There are a large number of buttons that you can control and modify as you wish.

The program is very simple and beautiful and has all the options that any player will need with some exclusive additions that are not found in any different mouse. For me, I did not have any technical problems or slow response at all.

You can modify and save 5 profiles with appropriate settings for work, games, design, multimedia, and others. The advantage is that you can move between them easily and you will get a reaction when you move, such as sound or vibration and you can customize that too.

You can reduce or increase the response speed as you wish, or the speed of mouse movement. For the price of 70 euros, I think this is a very excellent investment. You get everything found in the different gaming and design mice, but with one product + the most beautiful shape and excellent manufacturing materials at not cheap.

Once you hold the mouse, you will feel that you are holding something expensive. I still have some flaws that I hope will be improved, such as the mouse getting a rgb light on the logo , we get a wireless version, a slight increase in the weight of the mouse.

In general, for the price, if you want to have something elegant and fully control it and combine games, design, work and study, this will be the best choice. There are some who complain about some manufacturing problems.

Roccat remains my favourite brand for peripherals/accessories. I originally purchased a Horde Aimo keyboard to replace my well used faultless Isku, and my also faultless Kone XTD. They just started looking tired so updated with the Horde Aimo 2.

0 and a Corsair Nightsword. For the £75 I was really disappointed with the Nightsword quality and feel. The Kone Aimo Remastered ia cheaper and feels far nicer in terms of quality and ergonomics. The RGB is also far smoother/smarter looking.

I like the fact it is heavier than other mice, again making it feel more substantial. I also prefer the Roccat Swarm software UI to Corsairs, another reason to be happy I went back to Roccat. I don’t really see what else you could want from a mouse especially at the price point.

It use it for PC gaming and for CAD based work professionally. Suits me for long days of constant use. The wire worked out the kinks within a couple of days and isn’t at all intrusive, unlike the Nightsword.

Highly recommend it. I can’t see why I’d spend more money on anything else.

This mouse was perfect for me. Flat profile, clicks were great and the buttons were right where I wanted them. But the hardware failed on both mice I had. One was rma’ed and the replacement had the same failure: Scroll Wheel.

It randomly jumps up when scrolling down and down when it’s scrolling up. Over time, it became frustrating to use for web browsing or gaming. Go to the reddit, you’ll see the same issues. Go to the amazon reviews, you’ll see them also.

If they fix this, I’ll be back in a heartbeat.

overall this mouse is good. the software works with windows 11. its lighter and a little smaller than the log 502. lots of buttons. has ceramic mouse feet. USE THIS WITH A HARD MOUSE PAD AND NO WEIGHTS.

IT WITH FEEL LIGHT THAN IT IS.

The only button that you cannot customize is the “9” button next to the Scroll Wheel which is reserved for profiles. I think this is ridiculous since Logitech lets you customize their default “profile” button in their software regardless of limiting your “profiles”, as it should be your choice if you want to do that.

Overall It’s a decently good mouse and I like it, especially for the price. I got mine on sale for $39. 99. With a price like that for a mouse that looks so nice, I’m still keeping it even though I like the feeling of my old Logitech G700 and it’s still connected like I said, but I’m easing my way into using this one, I’m just stubborn I guess.

I would recommend it for someone that likes the button placement and doesn’t use a claw grip if you like the 2 extra pointer finger buttons. and you have the cash to spend on something that is not going to last you a year.

The ability to go wired or wireless is neat, I’ve actually never seen that before. Since I’m mostly single player I go wireless, as the cable is stiff. Feel is solid, buttons satisfying. Once I removed the plastic on the bottom, action was smooth.

It is fairly heavy, and the design doesn’t let you pick it up easily, but I probably need a larger mousepad, as it has a larger footprint than my MX518. Lights and buttons are customizable with downloadable software.

Fairly basic but serviceable. I recommend you NOT have it start with Windows, as it doesn’t start minimized and has a nag if the mouse hasn’t been moved. It holds the settings too.

I like Red Dragon products. They are quality products for a very reasonable price. They may not be made quite as well as some other premium brands, but they are catching up on quality and they don’t cost nearly as much.

I was looking for a wider stance mouse because my hand tends to cramp up from the repetitive motions I have to make on the computer at work. Some of the brands that I usually buy did not have a wide mouse or did not have any on display that you could handle.

This mouse is working out splendidly and it keeps my fingers spread out so my hand doesn’t cramp.

I upgraded my mouse because the one I had was just too small. This one fits just right in my hand and is very easy to maneuver. The colors definitely add more personality to it and gives gamers that PC color scheme most want.

Also, is pretty silent and combined with the red dragon mat you can barely hear the clicks.

This review will point out what the mouse is failing at. The mouse is not recognized by iCUE software every time I boot up. I have to unplug and plug back in for the software to recognize the mouse. Second, the scroll wheel on this is the worst scroll wheel of any mouse i’ve ever used.

Aa $5 mouse’s scroll wheel performs better. I still have a ‘free’ mouse I received that has a scroll wheel still works better than this scroll wheel. What this scroll wheel does when I am scrolling down, it will go down one then go back up one, and at times it goes down once then go up 2-3.

The wheel is unreliable at this point and very frustrating to use during a game. I use this mouse for everything so, I use the scroll wheel to scroll up and down pages, and when it will not scroll in the direction I need it to go, I want to smash this mouse.

The mouse is ok and usable. It is by no means a reliable successor to the powerful Vengeance M95 MMO mouse. The Buttons are plenty, but the placement is no different than a Razr Naga and in my personal opinion not really good nor comfortable ( I find the buttons to close to each other and barely distinguishable by touch) iCUE app is not very user friendly and some default buttons cannot be reassigned in the Hardware profile.

Doable in Software mode though. The tiny weight also does not feel like a good grip on the mouse, as it feels insecure holding it. Mouse itself seems to be half decent, but nothing special. The major fault is the iCUE Software for remapping and the non-innovative Design of the buttons.

Hence Rating of 3/5.

I had another model Logitech mouse that I used for years, without trouble. When it wore out, I wanted to replace it with another Logitech mouse. I opted for this one. Unfortunately, I had very poor results with it, particularly with two programs that require a great deal of mouse input.

The screen would zoom erratically. Logitech support seems to be available only when it is very late at night in the US, and the support team winds up communicating via email. Their emails demonstrate that they don’t bother to read what I sent them.

After a couple of days of back and forth, they decided the mouse must be defective, and shipped me another mouse, same model, different color. It did exactly the same thing. Support team continued to be useless, and I tried reaching out on Logitech’s Community forum.

It took a couple of days to get a response from them there, but they had little to say other than “Thank you for reaching out. Our support team is reviewing your issue and will get back to you shortly.

(That usually means in a couple of days. ) Then, support team emails and asks what OS I am using, information I had ALREADY given them at least twice. I use Windows 7, 64 bit. They replied that the mouse requires at least Windows 10, and told me to upgrade my OS.

(I told them I don’t consider Windows 10 and upgrade, but a nightmare, I tried it and switched back to Windows 7, which works well. ) I sent them a link to their own product page, with quotes stating that it works with “most Windows,” and “works with Windows 7.

” Two days later, they conceded that the mouse does indeed work with Windows 7. Sure. but I reminded them that it doesn’t work with two of the programs I use most frequently, both of which are up to date.

Eventually, they just stopped responding, so I told the Community forum to forget about it; I found my own solution. I traded the mouse for an Amazon mouse. The owner of the Amazon mouse doesn’t use either of those two programs, so the Logitech mouse works fine for him.

And his Amazon mouse has no trouble at all with my software.

I want to give it a 5*, as I’ve happily used this in the past for years without issue. However the newer one I received has a flaw, and I’m not sure if it’s just the build of it, or if it’s defected, as it’s easy to miss until you’ve been using it for a while.

The logitech logo on the backside doesn’t sit flush with the rest of the mouse, which I believe it should since the left side is smooth and has no issue, but the right side of it has the tiniest little annoying plastic bit from the corner rubbing up against my hand.

I’ve had this for about a month now, and it’s really starting to irritate and tug on my skin. I wish I noticed sooner, but hopefully I’m still within the return period. Really hoping it’s just a defected item because this really is a great product as far as usability goes, and I’d hate to have to hunt for a new one.

As for the pros, I have smaller hands and larger mice cramp up my palm when using them, which is why I love the m325 as it’s very compact, functions smoothly without stutter, and as stated before, has previously lasted me a handful of years.

The software is also super straightforward and will ask outright if you want the mouse in left-handed or right-handed mode. I think they’ve kept the same model throughout the years because it works so well, and I hope they continue to do so, as long as the build retains its previous quality.

The newer M325 mouse lacks the smooth operation of an older M325. The lightweight of the mouse and the smoothness of the feet keeps the M325 moving on a desktop effortless. The scroll wheel works not as smooth as the earlier models; and the scroll wheels east and west movement feels like it has too much of a detent, or resistance/tension.

The programming works flawlessly in accordance with whatever ser settings are programmed on Logitech’s Setpoint software. With all this, I’d still buy it again. It’s the best mouse I’ve tried in the past 10 years.

Logitech had the perfect mouse, however, because of substandard manufacturing or components, this latest iteration is fair at best, but don’t expect the M325 you may bought years ago.

There are many good things about this mouse. The size is just right for me (I have small hands). The buttons are very responsive. The lighting is awesome. There is separate light configurations for the base and the logo on the mouse.

The logo on the mouse actually lets you know how charged the battery is. The receiver fits in the charging base, which saves a USB port and allows the connection between the mouse and receiver smooth and effortless.

The mouse is also great for lefties since the controls allow for switching of handedness. Some of the cons about this mouse are, in my humble opinion, FYI’s not detriments of the device. Once you’ve connected it and updated the software, the computer restarts, the mouse will act strange until you calibrate it with your mouse pad.

I have a mouse pad but I didn’t use it with my old mouse. The pad I have is round. The shape made it a little more difficult to calibrate the mouse to the pad, but not impossible. My computer ‘wakes up’ by shaking the mouse.

I have to have it plugged into a ‘powered’ USB port on the motherboard, not a USB hub. There are control buttons on both sides of the mouse. Sometimes I accidentally hit the buttons on the right side and it instigates an action on a web page I’m on.

I haven’t checked the settings since it’s been installed (I’ve had the mouse for a week, around Christmas and have been busy). The software has LOTS of different adjustments. Some tech savvy folks may find this a breeze.

If you aren’t savvy, step away from the mouse. The retail price is a bit high, but I was able to find it at a reasonable price, new. It’s worth the price. Overall, I believe this mouse is a fine addition to your computer gaming system.

Worst mouse I ever bought. Most annoying garbage in the world. Told the company 6+ months ago their garbage, on their annoying software, needs to be updated. No matter what I’ve done, no matter what setting I’ve tried to look at, EVERY time I have to use the mouse it’s a game to “wake it up” and get it work.

You have to unplug the USB, you have to play with the batteries, no amount of clicking buttons, or moving it around gets it going. Very annoyed, even more so for it’s price point. I paid around $60 for this mouse at the time at Best Buy.

I expect a damn near perfect mouse at that price point. I do not suggest this mouse. For all its bells and whistles, the annoyance factor is way too high. Just purchased a good old Microsoft mouse I am so sick and tired of this thing.

I got the Viper Ultimate at an auction for a total of 81 dollars. I was a great price. I wouldnt pay more than that for it. It’@s clicks arent the “clickiest”, they have more a mushy feel. It comes with 4 wierd feeling side buttons.

Very light and works well wirelessly and wired. The Viper Ultimate would be better than any other mouse like the Glorious. One of the worst features that I experienced was the charging, it doesnt charge as fast and in some situations would actually slowly lose battety.

Its recommended to turn off rgb on the mouse to conserve battery or turn off the rgb on dock to allow for more power led to the charging port. Would recommended it for any price below 85, and thats including taxes and shipping.
