I have been bartending for years and only been using the plain silver stainless steel corkscrews. Then I seen this and had to have it. I had mine for about 2 weeks using it almost everyday. With soda, wine, liquor and a number of other liquids spilled on the corkscrew the color is still as vibrant as I first purchased it.

No problems and works just like any other corkscrew just looks way better. Will update after a few more weeks.

Other corkscrews don’t even compare! My servers are always walking off with these. they love them that much! Been in the industry for over 15 years. Servers and bartenders seem to think the more expensive a corkscrew the better.

Wood or stainless steel? No thank you! I’ll stick to this cheap Boomerang. plastic and all! Talk about a breeze to open a bottle of wine!.

This opener works by catching on the lip of the wine bottle. It takes some muscle to work with this device. The limitation is if the wine bottle does not have deep rim it is useless. I have 3 French wine bottles with rims that will not work with this opener.

Also on a hard cork I struggled to get the cork out. Not recommended for someone like myself who has problems with their hands, like trigger finger.

Much sharper than most corkscrews. When I first got it, there were tiny metal shavings coming off the corkscrew blade part. I had it less than 2 weeks and maybe opened like 3 bottles before the plastic pieces fell out of it.

I ignored the reviews where so many people talked about the screw coming out. I unpacked it and put it in a wine bottle carrying case. As I picked up the case I heard something rattling around. I took everything out and low and behold the screw had come out.
