I’ve tried a lot of antennas, and keep coming back to this one. In the city, expensive directional antennas can be unhelpful, as you lose stations behind the antenna. These rabbit ears seem to capture signals from all directions, and have produced consistent results for several sets in the house.

I locate them in the attic for maximum channel count.

It is 75% ok. I have a problem with the rabbit ears. To me the ears are loose. And not pull in the strength that I need for reception. I am constantly moving antenna and tv to see my shows. Do not know what the range is for miles.

Otherwise it works fine. I a heavier and bigger antenna. These small antenna are made for a lot closer range than what I am looking for. For right now, my channels are a hit or miss. Thank you,.

I love this remote for my kiddos entertainment area because they tend to lose or misplace the remotes to the devices all the time. It’s also a hassle for me to find 3 different remotes just to watch a movie.

I was able to link it with the TV, surround, DVD player and Dish network. The only thing which isn’t a deal breaker is that all the features for dish do not work and are hard to find which buttons do what.

This isn’t an issue really because no one really watches the satellite in that room. It came preprogrammed for my Samsung TV which was awesome so one less item I had to set up. The steps are simple and takes only a few minutes to set everything up.

It’s a bit small but that’s fine too since I put velcro on it and have it attached to the table in there so no one loses it lol.

I love the GE 4 DEVICE UNIVERSAL REMOTE. It works great! It’s so nice just to have one REMOTE for all of my devices. It was very easy to program the REMOTE and what a delight it is to have them all in one.

The buttons are very visible and easy to push. It also has a backlight that helps in the dark. This is a great gift for anyone and I will be purchasing more this holiday for several people on my list.

This is a simple universal remote. It is fairly easy to pair with your TV and easy to read the buttons. Its not too small that you are always losing it but its not to large to be gaudy. Simple design, works amazing.

I have programed the first unit 4 times this first week. It loses it’s programing overnight and has to be reprogrammed almost every morning. I’m hoping the second unit performs better.

The beauty of a universal remote is not only that it can replace lost units but that it can consolidate the functions of multiple remotes into a single unit. The GE RM24927 fills both of these functions and is relatively easy to program.

I now have one remote for nearly all my living room devices (TV, Blu-ray, stereo receiver and CD changer. Missing from the equation are my Roku box and AT&T U-verse box. The one code for an AT&T device listed under “Cable” did not work.

The only other caveat about this remote is that if lots of buttons intimidate you, this one might be a little much with its array of 48, especially considering that some ofthe labeling for the buttons is a bit hard to read.

As with any universal remote, it will operate the most common functions of any supported device but doesn’t necessarily operate all the functions the device’s OEM remote does and sometimes it operates those functions in unexpected or counter-intuitive ways.

The GE 8 Device Remote Control has greatly simplified the remote control situation around my house! It was easy to set up, and going from eight remotes to one reduces the coffee table clutter, so that is a definite plus.

Larger buttons and a backlit feature would make this a 5 star remote, but that’s from an older person’s point of view. All in all, this is a solid remote control for all of your devices.

This is a very cool device It Powers my TV, Bluray DVD Player, and Roku. But can Power up to eight different Devices which I think is pretty amazing. I’m Extremely pleased with the over all design its not huge and clunky like a lot of them are.

My only Con was with the directions I do feel like they could be layed out a little better and in a bigger print. But over all Im extremely satisfied with the remote.

It does not do all the functions on my DVD player, will not fast forward or rewind. Also won’t bring up the menu, but works great for changing channels and working volume as well as off and on.

First of all it was supposed to come with batteries. No batteries. So I installed fresh new batteries. I was able to program it to a Vizio tv except that it would NOT turn the tv on or off. Therefore, it was worthless.

I am trying to get my money back. I will say that I loved the design. very, very simple and would have been easy for my 99 year old father to use. if it had worked.

This looks like exactly what I was wanting for my 96 year old grandfather. However, after set up the remote will not turn the tv on and off. It changes the changes the channels and the volume. the mute button even works but not the on/off button.

Tried calling the company on Sunday but they were closed. not convenient. Will reach out to them again today.

Super easy remote for my dad. Easy channel surfer. Easy to program with simple instructions. Just follow them each step. No input/source button, but that makes it even easier.

Currently using this remote to control basic home theater setup. Yamaha receiver, Sony tv, cox cable box. Works good for what it is intended for. Easy to program and operate. More functions and controls available than I am using.

Great remote. Helped with my bise soundbar. Couldn’t find a replacement remote, was as high as 300 dollars on ebay. Bose dod not carry ot any more. Saved me money and works with a smaller price tag. Worth it.

This was very easy to setup for my Vizio Smart TV. I was using it with the basic features in under 10 minutes. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts as setting up the shortcut buttons (ie a Netflix or Amazon shortcut button like my other remote could do) was not at all intuitive and didn’t make sense, so I am just not using them.

I purchased these remotes for my elderly mother and I have now set them up for her. But what people should be aware of is if their TV is not one of the 10 known brands listed then a special code must be used for it to function.

My mother owns a good guys branded TV (GVA). I contacted the salesperson from good guys and he was very helpful and informed me that I needed to contact Oneforall to obtain a special code relating to the tv’s serial number.

I did just that and the person from Oneforall was very condescending and rude telling me that I hadn’t fully read all of the booklets and that it would be found therein. I at first believed he was not going to give it to me so after asking him he reluctantly did.

I was only following instructions given to me by the good guys salesperson. I hope I never have to deal with Oneforall again.

I like this product’s under-stated style and a sufficient number of buttons to operate a modern TV. I noticed the build quality and ergonomics seem similar or better compared to the original remotes from the major manufacturers.

Because it is a Learning-Remote it offers the flexibility to program buttons for more than one device. In my case I programmed it to operate a set-top-box and also the volume control and AV selector on the TV monitor.

You’re wasting your money to buy this useless piece of junk. The remote advertises as “100% compatible and guaranteed to work with all brands”. However apon opening the device up it has a list of only the brands it will pair with.

Most simplified universal TV remotes either have too few buttons, or too many. Simplified remotes are great for technically challenged folks, as they are easier to understand and prevent them from messing up the settings.

After trying another, well-reviewed remote, it turned out that my elderly mother missed the “Guide” and “Closed Captions” features to see upcoming programming and help her follow dialogue. This one had a Guide button already, plus enough other buttons that I could program one for Closed Captions.

The device has pre-programmed settings for hundreds of television and set-top box brands. For those, you just enter a short code for your model using the buttons. Mine was not one of the models listed, but manually programming also proved to be very simple, just aim toward the other remote, push the button to program, then push the corresponding button on the old remote.

Job done with this. I bought it for an elderly friend who needed a very simple single remote control for a tv and sky box. I copied the signals from the two complicated remotes to make one simple controller that only has the buttons he needs; channel up/down on satellite box, power on/off for both appliances, volume up/down, mute, and input change for tv.

I’m using a Samsung smart tv with a stereo amp. Unfortunately my tv doesnt support the samsung smart remote (KU series), so every time I want to change volume, or turn on the amp I have to grab the amp remote, which is a 25 cm long plank.

This remote has all the buttons I need combined from the 2 remotes. It’s not as comfortable to hold due to the sharp plastic rim around the rubber feet, but it sticks to the table at least and doesnt scratch.

And sometimes I wish the led in the top didn’t flash when I press a button, but that’s just nit picking. Also it’s a bit bigger than the pictures would suggest. I’m pretty sure it was designed as a granny remote at first 🙂 All minor problems aside it’s a great product overall for a nice price.

Works well and pretty durable, even after being dropped on the floor many times over the years. Bought a couple more to have on hand just in case. After many years of use and being dropped on the floor, the only problems are a loose battery cover and the print on the buttons have worn off, other than that the original is still going strong, just don’t want to be left without a remote should it end up dropped one too many times.

Tested the new ones out when I got them and they work great as well.

This is a direct replacement, almost. This remote has an “I-Heart” key as one of the three app keys where my original has a different button (apparently there were a few variations in the original Vizio remotes).

I can’t make the I-Heart key work, which Is of little consequence. The rest of the remote is a clone of the original. I noted it is not easy to program because this IS NOT a programmable remote. What this remote needs is illuminated buttons.

Black keys on a black housing are tough to read in a dimly lit room. This isn’t the fault of the replacement, however, just a carry-over from the original design. If you need a replacement because the original is lost or broken, this is the ticket.

I bought this to replace original remote, xrt510, that came with the TV. This one works better but the buttons are squishy. The original remote was stressing me out when it refused to work unless I stood right in front of the TV and pointed it to the left.

I thought it was the batteries but no. So after using this remote for a few weeks, it is not as good as I thought. The channel button and volume button do not always respond and have to press continuously and get real close to the TV to work.

Usually have to press a few times for it to respond and sometimes theres a 1-3 second delay before it actually changes channel. But its better than the original remote which stresses me out. Other than this problem, Vizio tvs are good.

Too bad GE discontinued this one. All of my home electronics (HDTV & stereo system) are 10 to 20 years old. And I dont plan on “updating. ” This remote is ablw to control all of my outdated stuff, even the converter box to my 40 year old Zenith color TV If people want the latest in state-of-the-art, that’s their business.

But my equipment works as good as ever, so why waste money on newer things?.

Wenn das gelungen ist, funktionierts einwandfrei. Liegt gut griffig , auch in lteren Hnden. Die Knpfe sind gro und stehen erhaben vor, sind gut zu ertasten. Durch die wenig notwendigen Tasten kann auch nichts versehentlich verstellt werden.

TranslateShow in original language. nach mehrmaliger Programierung immer wieder Tasten die nicht funktionieren. Wechselte aber immer welche Tasten nicht funktionierten. Mit ein wenig Geduld habe ich aber alle Tasten Programiert bekommen und nun funktioniert alles wie erwartet.

Allerdings finde ich den Druckpunkt der Tasten nicht sehr gut. Mein Vater ist 88 Jahre. Und das Gefhl in den Fingern ist nicht mehr so perfekt. Bis jetzt funktioniert alles aber mein Gefhl bei den Tasten ist das sie nicht sehr lange halten.

Aber das ist momentan erst mal nur mein Gefhl. Vielleicht werde ich berrascht und die Tasten funktionieren in ein paar Jahren noch gut. Im Moment funktioniert erst mal alles wie gewnsch.
