Excellent material, unfortunately with terrible customer service. Check the manufacture date when you receive that product, shelf life is 12 months from the manufacturer date. They sent a product 6 months old, my mistake I trust in this company and did not look into manufacturer date, I paid 100% full price with 50% of the life Shelf and now I cannot use the product anymore, I refuse to use a product has a great chance to fail, it is my reputation and MFM (manufacturer) reputation, “they don’t deserve bad reviews”.

But again I have to accept it is my fault, I should check the dates and return this product immediately, do not trust in this distributor: MBS, they don’t care about you, they will sell to you a old product anytime!Today I spoke to Robert supervisor MBS, waste my time, They don’t even try to help, is my fault and “goodbye”!! They don’t even offer a 10% discount to compensate my loss, total lack of consideration and respect to customers.

In my business even if a customer made a mistake we try to help, showing some consideration and respectDo the right job! call the manufacturer , learn how to proper use that product. They just want to sell it, they don’t care about the end results, do it yourself, and don’t lose your money.

Arrived quickly and tried out a piece and so far so good. The backing is very sticky and as the sun hits it it kinda melds into the iso board. I will be ordering a few more rolls once I’m ready to do other side of mobile home.

This time I used it to seal the corners of my metal-sided travel trailer. Worked great and with a little white caulk on the edges looks perfect. and of cause the best part NO MORE WATER INSIDE.

It worked the first time it’s been raining for 2 days and no leaks I’m very impressed

I bought the wrong product. Only to find out the return policy is quite strict. You not only have to pay a re-stock fee but also ship the item at your own cost, which in my case was $80. Good luck!

Over 38 years in business, we have installed every other underlayment product out there & this product is by far the best. Easy installation, flawless & durable.

I bought this underlay over a year and half ago on the recommendation of the sales rep, for the type of flooring I had (bought from another store) and for the space used ( in basement ) a year later my floors were warped, after the sales rep from the flooring store and the rep from the floor manufacturer came over to look at my floors.

They found moisture underneath and mold all over the bottom of my floors, baseboards and all over this underlay, all due to this underlay which actually retains moisture. They told me this underlay voided the manufacturer warranty.

I spoke with a few other floor contractors and they all told me the same thing, this underlay should not be sold and is one of the worst products out there. Because of this I had to replace all my floors and baseboards as a lot of them where covered in green mold and had to have the basement cleaned due to the mold, needless to say this cost us a lot of money having to do the floor a second time in just over year.

This product should be removed and the sales reps should know this is not a good product, especially for basements. Make sure to get the correct underlay and to read the label carefully as this product voids manufactures warranty.

I bought a better underlay product from a floor wholesaler for much cheaper than this product. Don’t waste your money on this product.

This underlay goes down easily and the overlap strip ensures a tight vapour barrier and keeps the underlayment secure while you assemble your floor. Underlayment is very light but sturdier than the cheaper underlay.

I don’t expect this underlayment wiill crush flat over time. It has styrofoam beads that make it sturdy & light, not foam that will flatten under continued use. I think this underlayment is well worth the price.

(Wish it went on sale, though).

The roll of aluminum worked great for my roof/wall flashing job. It is lightweight, somewhat flexible, and weatherproof. Screws can easily penetrate it for fastening it to a wall, a roof, etc. Thanks!

used with lite duty metal break to create heat shield for outdoor video camera. correct size easy to bend, maybe I will look for a heavier gauge next time.

This is perfect for keeping mice out of your car–no kidding. I have no experience with this for its intended use as flashing, so can’t comment on that, but it has been a very effective “mouse moat” and has saved me from hours of work repairing mouse damage on my car.
