I have 2 adult female piglets. One prefers sweet (always goes for carrot), the other prefers savory (always goes for the cherry tomatoes). They both eat these but my sweet tooth pig seems to like them a little less than my savory pig.

The sweet tooth pig also prefers softer treats to the harder pellet style like these so that may be a factor here. But bottom line is that with their two opposite flavor preferences they still both do grab these and run away with them to hide and eat (sweet tooth might leave a bit of it behind) so I think it’s a thumbs up from the pigs.

I’ve been trying different treats to try and find a replacement for the oxbow simple rewards since my guinea pig refuses them since Oxbow changed them. My guinea pig will come out and demand a treat several times a day.

I have several different treat bags open so he doesn’t get the same multiple times a day. Most times when I offer him the Kaytee carrot ones he happily takes them and runs off with it. One in a while he will refuse it and I have to give him something else but if I leave it for him he will at least eat it later – unlike the newer simple rewards that he absolutely refuses to consume.

So this at least seems like one possible replacement. Still have the other flavor of these that I haven’t tried with him yet.

We love the original Bunny Kingdom set and simply wanted a version where we could add more players. We bought the expansion set thinking it would be like the Settler’s of Catan expansion set and were a bit disappointed.

Although it is fun, it adds a ton of more complicated rules to the game and lots more obscure cards you have to learn. This is difficult to teach to a big group (since we don’t know a bunch of Bunny Kingdom enthusiasts) so it defeats the original purpose to be able to play with a bunch of people.

If they came out with an expansion set of the original board as an additional purchasing option, this would fulfill our original hope. Overall, we love Bunny Kingdom, and the fact that it’s a good strategy board game you can play with only two players.

This expansion pack does add a new twist for us, but I would say we didn’t really need it as the original game is already pretty complicated. And playing the expansion pack with only two people makes it really hard to get spots close together on the board with so many cards.

This was a fun expansion and included enough variety to make the purchase worthwhile. However, we found that there were many instances of ‘can we do this?’ (as in using the regular cards with the expansion or vice versa) that were not explained in the rules.

If you are creative, you can make house rules (that’s what we did!) to mix things up a bit. I would not recommend using the expansion until you have the rules of the basic game down.

This is my wife’s favourite game and one we’ve played more than 20 times, so the expansion was the perfect gift. We like the extra cards and bigger castles, not sure about trade yet, might need a couple more plays to decide.

I’d have maybe liked some sort of combat option to remove my opponents bunnies but perhaps Richard Garfield wanted the game to remain light and non-combative. We usually play with two so can’t comment on the extra player option… overall a solid expansion and one that we will always use.

I have a gerbil missing all four front teeth and only has molars left. I have had to feed my gerbil a special diet of raw beef and thawed vegetable to keep him alive while searching for a more nutrient rich alternative.

I have tried other food with pellets in them and they either turned to mush or didn’t absorb enough water to be edible for him. The Oxbow Essential kibbles have a perfect texture when wet to pick up but not fall apart or be too firm to chew which makes it possible for him to still eat and keep hydrated since using a traditional water bottle is also difficult for him.

Being that this food is balanced makes me feel so much better since he get all his nutrients from one source now.

One day,few months ago,I was watching my bird and squirrel feeders. Lo and behold,sitting with the morning doves and munching food was a very young cottontail rabbit. Ran to my husband all excited over the bunny.

He went outside to the birds and rabbit. Rabbit just looked at him! Well,we have rescued dogs,so why not add a bunny? We live in a lake community,only 1 of 2 houses that has acreage. John (husband)built a huge house (double insulated) w/2 decks.

He put house inside of a insulated shed-the door is always open. I immediately hunted Chewy’s for the best rabbit food/hay etc. Daily diet of (all OXBOW)2 meals,piles of hay,toys and filtered water? Mr.

BunBun has doubled in size with a glossy coat and runs circles around John. He outruns ourJack Russell!Our old B&T Coonhound and him are best buds. Our yards are safe and fenced in. We hope to safely capture him,take to Vet and acclimate him to inside our home.

20 Years ago we rescued 2 other wild rabbit babies. They did extremely well and lived long lives. We are seniors and I am disabled,on equipment 24/7. Our dogs AND Bunny have given me a new lease on life.

IšverstiShow in original languageMy rabbit Baxter enjoys his treat nightly when he is out of his cage. He jumps onto the lounge onto our laps to receive his treat. Only downside is the mess he leaves behind.

If only I could train him to eat the crumbs also. We haven’t any at the moment and he comes to us searching the lounge , our laps and even sticking his face into empty coffee cup to search for them. So I have to order a few.

Picks at a time so I don’t disappoint him at night.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis is probably the healthiest brand of treats you can buy for your rabbits. My bunnies love the meadow, woodland and country loops. I’ve been impatiently waiting for the berry and orchard loops to come to the US since I got a sample from the company.

It did not disappoint! You NEED this in your bunny treat jar. Hope that petco brings the garden and forest sticks as well.

The Timothy Hay supplied by this provider is loaded with chafe, dirt, wild growth and little usable growth. Alot of time has been spent trying to clean up the hay in these bags so that the rabbits get good product which is not a dusty mess.

The amount of dust and dirt can get spread around and cause respiratory issues for family members some of which deal with asthma. Better Timothy Hay can be found from other sources. I highly recommend not purchasing this brand of hay.

I have been ordering this product since I rescued my two guinea pigs last year. The only reason is the pricing is a bit better than their competitor and I buy A LOT of this stuff. However, this last purchase ( I ordered two bags) was horrendous, it was chopped up, very dusting and had a large rock in it.

A ROCK!! I stopped feeding it to my pigs and started feeding them the other brand since I always order ahead so I don’t run out. I would NOT recommend this product and I filed a complaint with Petco customer service.

Chewy never has the bigger bags (which usually has less dust in it, although not recently) in stock. Even so these bags have gotten worse and worse, I’ve been buying this brand of hay for years due to limited options but at this point I’m jumping ship due to the plummet in quality.

The amount of dust in this product can’t be good for a guinea pig. Will be switching bag sizes I order, probably brand too. Maybe Chewy just purchases low-quality batches.

I was disappointed because I was never able to use this caramel because it was damaged during shipping. The other toppings I had purchased were very good but my biggest complaint is how the items were shipped.

You can imagine that most of the other items had become very sticky so it made things inconvenient as there was clean-up involved. There should have been some kind of packing between these items, not just bubble wrap across the top.

I wish I could give this a better rating but hopefully this will be viewed by the company and they will start packaging their items better. On a positive note, the refund was made easy. Thank you for that.

This is very thick and rich, I usually just use it as a topping but sometimes I use it with hot drinks. It’s too thick to put in cold drinks and it won’t blend well but that’s not what this is for, so don’t buy it trying to get a cheap substitute.

It is a very good product when you use it for what it is meant for.

This is something I was hoping I was going to love- and I did for what I tried. A quarter of this was really hard and crystallized towards the top. We tried reheating it thinking that would help- however it didn’t and it just made it more clumpy.

Would not try again, but the bottom of the jar was a great consistency and flavor!.

I use these pellets as treats for my Fay. Or for intermittent snacking throughout the day. She LOVES them. Why do I do that? We all know rabbits need to keep their system moving, so to keep her body moving, and her digestive tract, I give her things she can’t resist periodically throughout the day.

I put the pellets in a treat ball to give her exercise while she’s snacking. My girl eats plenty of hay but shes a lazy bum. These pellets get her up and dancing around.

Great high fiber pellets for picky rabbits that won’t eat hay. My bunny refuses to eat hay and wouldn’t eat most pelleted food we tried, especially the healthy ones. She was frequently sick with GI statis because of it.

I finally got this food, which was one listed by rabbit advocates as being nutritionally balanced. I chose this because it has higher fiber than many others. I was amazed at how quickly my bunny took to this food, she really likes it! Best of all, this is the 1st time in 3 years that she has gone more than a month without GI problems.

It’s been 6 months now and we have a very happy, healthy bunny. I can’t recommend this enough.

Pebbles loves this food. He is an American White Rescue. Couldn’t get this locally special order either. Only small bags for sale. m so happy I can get it from chewy. It gets costly when I have to keep buying the small bags.

Stores are having issues with stocking I suppose. Plenty of dog and cat food though. About half the store. Bird seed too.

I love bourbon and gummy bears, so thought “why not”. Not worth the price. Bears were tough with very little flavor. Kind of like chewing on bland rubber. I’ve had the champagne ones before, and these taste the same.

No bourbon taste, just a slight hint of alcohol that could be anything. Save your money. Go buy a good bourbon and a good bag of regular gummy bears. It will be much more enjoyable.

These are the cutest products! Amazing as a charming little gift. These have a slight hint of champagne but also the packaging is just so pretty and delightful. These are so tasty but also quite a pretty penny.

I wouldn’t say they’re worth 5X a bag of gummy bears but hey! Treat yourself or someone else ♥️.

These are amazing! They are pricey for what they are but occasionally for a treat is awesome! These gummy bears are so much softer and have lots of flavor compared to any other gummy bears I’ve tried.

The champagne and rose’ flavor and these have an amazing burst of flavor that literally reminds me of a freshly opens bottle of champagne.

Got this as it seemed like a high quality pellet food for my 2 bunz. I at first mixed a small amount in with their old pellet food. I was really saddened to see they would eat the old pellets and totally ignore these until later when they would go back.

Now the mixture is 50/50 and they totally ignore the old pellets. They even run excitedly to their food bowl in anticipation of it. These pellets also look more like nuggets with a variety of other veg things in there.

I often hated the look of the typical pellets. Really happy with this product and will continue to buy this until they are older to switch to the adult version.

when i saw “forage blend” i ordered immediately because my chinchilla loves foraging. unfortunately this product didnt wow either her, or myself. there wasnt much of a mix or selection of morsels for her, the timothy hay was not vivid green like her usual, and upon opening the bag, i wasnt sure if the product had a distinct smell, or if it was stale.

but it smelled a little on the stale side, and i didnt even think to check if it had an expiration date. i will not be buying this product again, the amount of hay in here didnt make me feel like this purchase was worthawhile since i always supplement her diet with seperately bought timothy hay.

3 stars for average but a decent price point.

I use this as a fun treat or supplement to my bunnies’ regular Martin’s pellets. They love the variety that Versele Laga Cuni Nature offers. I wish my local store carried this regularly because it’s a hassle to have to pre-order a bag, especially when they are out of stock.
