Love to use this. …u should try this It’s cheap and easy to find in drugstores (or online, I bought mine from Amazon). This is a fantastic alternative for a simple toner that does not irritate my sensitive skin like the others I’ve tried.

It has a faint fragrance that reminds me of baby lotion, which I don’t mind because it’s refreshing. It has a strong aroma coming out of the jar, but it immediately fades after applied. It absorbs quickly, and I haven’t noticed or felt any drying of my skin.

This toner has the consistency of water, is transparent and thin, and applies to the face simply using a cotton pad or reusable face round. It’s alcohol-free, so it won’t strip your skin of its natural oils or cause irritation.

I’ve found the Tena brand to offer the most protection and comfort as far as incontinence products go. When I first began my search for disposable underwear it was chaotic. So many other brands didn’t live up to their claims of absorption or comfort.

The same goes for pads. My trial and error period was disheartening. When you are dealing with a chronic condition that contributes to incontinence, the last thing you want to endure is the failure of a product and additional embarrassment.

I will continue to purchase the Tena brand as long as the quality is there.

The 2nd and 3rd ingredients in the Bioré Witch Hazel Pore Clarifying Toner are Denatured Alcohol and Isopropyl Alcohol, so that is something to be aware of. I have only used this product 5 times because I’ve been alternating with another toner, and because I haven’t decided whether I’m going to continue using it.

Just now I’m running a bit of an experiment to make this determination. I used the Bioré toner several hours ago, followed by NOT applying any of my usual skincare. My T-zone feels “dewy” without even touching it, just in the air.

(My face runs oily-normal all seasons of the year. ) Later tonight I will do the same with a different toner to compare how my skin is responding between the products. The aim? To discover, if possible, whether my skin is actually producing more oil (in response to the drying alcohols) than it does when using alcohol-free toner.

Less? The same? I will update with my results. I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s so much of my experience with skin cleansing products of the time normalized high levels of alcohol in my mind. To some extent, that early learning still tells me that the lack of alcohol burn/tingle is indicative of a product NOT working, which I then have to override with knowledge.

I used to use Neutrogenas acne cleanser which didn’t prevent any breakouts or random pimples. When I’m telling you ever since I started using this cleanser I haven’t had a single breakout since I’m not joking! This cleanser really does give your skin a cooling sensation like it says in the bottle which I love.

I’m on my fourth bottle already, Everytime I run out I instantly go buy another one! I usually use this cleanser after removing my makeuo, than i follow up with Dickinsons witch hazel toner with a few drops of tea tree oil, I apply a serum, and moisturizer and my skin absolutely loves this product.

I have oily and acne-prone skin and have tried everything from high price dermotolgy products to the whole beauty section at Walmart and everything in between, but none gave me the results I was hoping for.

That being said when I first came across this toner I was skeptical and doubted it would be any different, especially for the low price. But within 2 weeks of using the product, my skin was almost completely clear! And unlike other acne products and toners I have used, it does not over dry my skin or leave extra oil behind.

PACKAGING: It is a nice dispenser bottle, which you can open and close easily. SMELL: It smells a lot like baby talcum powder. I personally don’t mind, but if you don’t like that kind of smell, this may not be the type of product for you.

TEXTURE: The product is kind of biphasic. Half the product has a milky texture and the other half is really watery. Nevertheless, you have to shake it before applying it to a cotton pad and that combines the two phases of the product into a unique watery oil-free substance.

INGREDIENTS: While most of its ingredients are benefic to the skin, like the classic avene thermal spring water; unfortunately, the second principal ingredient of this product is fragance (perfume), which I believe it’s totally a waste and may cause irritation in sensitive skin.

QUANTITY: The amount of product is average. I’ve been using it every morning and evening for the past month and I’ve only used one third of the bottle. I believe this will last me 2 months more. RESULTS: The product claims to complete a cleansing routine, working as a last step for removing the remaining dirt and makeup residues; which I found to be true.

Nevertheless, it also claimed to calm the skin after a cleansing routine, which I found to be false. My skin didn’t feel soothe or calmed after using this toner, but it felt lightly hidratated and prepared for the rest of my skincare routine.

PRICE: I would say this toner is pricy considering its average results and high fragance level.

I’ve been using for a few months now. I’m pretty minimalist with my routine. I use a simple wash and moisturizer with nothing special in it. I exfoliate once a week and use bp 2x a week. Follow up with sunscreen of course.

My purpose for this toner was light hydration and antioxidants for my combo skin. There wasn’t a dramatic difference but it’s contributed to my overall skin health. I have acne prone skin and eczema.

Since using this toner my breakouts have been very minimal and I haven’t had an eczema flair up. So while it doesn’t cure I’ve definitely noticed my skin looks very healthy. I don’t want to try a lot of new products so I’m glad I found one that is simple, effective, and doesn’t break the bank.

I was excited to try this since it had so many great reviews. I naturally am a bit on the oily side but always like a little more hydration without oil, also liked it had SA in it to hopefully help keep some maskne away.

I used it in the morning for a week, only on my chin and upper lip area to test it out. After a few days, started to get a couple pimples there. Kept using it and after a week, had a cluster of white heads on my chin & below my nose, and two under the skin type pimples on my chin.

I will go ahead and make note here that the only negative I have for this product is the pump dispenser. It is faulty, so I have to force it to pump. The amount of pressure I have to use makes the product literally hit my hand with such force, that most of the product flies out of my hand.

I just unscrew the pump and pour a little amount into my hand. Prdouct is a clear, ‘water like’ texture that zero smell/fragrance to me. 🪴 It is a toner that I apply 2 times a day in my toner/essence stage directly following my single cleanse in the AM and double cleanse in the PM.

I pour a small amount into hands and tap tap tap all over face, neck and decolletage 🪴This toner provides hydration while also eliminating dead skin cells and impurities, all the while combating blackheads and breakouts and clearing out pores.

Also helps reduce oiliness and has anti-inflammatory properties that help with redness and irritations. 🪴Because the BHA is only 0. 5%, I highly believe that this product would be great/safe for any skintype.

I do not have a major acne issue, rarely breakouts around that time of the month, almost never as a teenager. I do have clogged blackheads so specifically i use this toner after i do extractions. I use this purposefully to “disinfect” the open pore after extraction.

I have never used this on my entire face. This would not be good for my skin. And i’ve always said, a brand that “targets” certain skintypes is not necessary. I do not believe a toner alone will help you with oiliness or acne.

It goes so much more deeper than that (diet, exercise, other skincare products). There is a slight tingling cooling sensation when applied. This contains witch hazel which i’m not a big fan of. And this contains denatured alcohol, which i’m kinda iffy about, i prefer not to have it in my skincare, but yet i dont really care either.

I do think it will throw off your skin and therefore produce more oil/sebum. This was one of the toners i bought in 2018 will on my toner binge, I will not repurchase. well because i only really use it as a spot treatment, so this will last me a long time.

And how I differentiate and categorize them. These are classified differently by different people/brands/markets. I categorize and apply these by viscosity and ingredients. ⚠️ IMO toners and essences are a beauty industry gimmick.

When I was younger I was going through insane breakouts from trying everything at Walmart and not really knowing much about skincare or what I should be using. One day I started getting more into skincare and decided to check out Sephora as I hadn’t explored the options there before.

When I found a murad kit with this product along with some others and my skin was changed from that day forward. I noticed my skin clearing within days and my skin texture becoming more smooth and not so dull after about 2 months my acne has cleared and I even seen my acne pigmentation marks slowly fading.

I used a kit with this toner for about 2 years and I know fully believe this kit cured my acne as I have not had a breakout like I was when I was younger my fave was covered in pimples and now I may get one or two at most I highly recommend this product and the lot to anyone trying to find a option for teens or adults.

I am always a bit hit and miss with my toner because for me it can be drying and irritating. I didn’t experience any of this with Kiehl’s Cucumber Herbal Alcohol-Free Toner so I am a fan. It doesn’t really smell like cucumber (menthol or something similar) which is good because it does nothing for me.

I apply it to a cotton pad after cleansing and gently wipe. It feels nice, removes leftover traces of makeup and leaves my skin prepped for the next step in my skincare routine. I would recommend this product.

Thanks for the review, I found some products I’ve never tried and that I’ll definitely get some samples of (to start) this brand has never disappointed and like you said might be pricey but worthy because they’re lasting and honestly my skin has never been so even, bright, hydrated and good-looking, it has even helped with the texture which I never even thought possible.

I do have a question for you guys: do you know how Kiehl’s employees’ rewards or goals work? I’ll explain further, so today I walked into my usual boutique and a representative approached me, I was only looking to buy a new toner because I ran out.

I got the calendula one as my skin tends to be reddish and the calendula mask has worked like magic for me. But the employee said that she would advise for me to get the cucumber one instead, she went on about how it would fulfill my needs better and so on.

And so I got the cucumber one because I’m weak. And now I’m sitting at home wondering if that was an honest, truthful advise or if she only sold me that one because she had to meet a goal or to reach an objective.

What I love about this product is that it smells so good, it is so good for your skin, make your skin smoother, and brighter. I use it every day now in my self-care routine, and my skin is glowing every day.

So my brother has been struggling with acnes for years ever since his teenage years and they just seem. to never stop coming. He has tried multiple tea tree oil products from drug stores and even prescribe medicines and so far this is the most effective.

Both of us are not the biggest fan of the smell, we much prefer fragrance-free products however it is definitely effective and the brand itself is just amazing. We are happy that we are supporting The Body Shop, which is the store that cares about cruelty-free, vegan options and supports world issues such as racism or sexism if you have a chance definitely give them a try.

Ideal for teenage blemished skin. I personally use it only a couple of day before my period and through my period as I have a light break out. I like using it in the shower and use it on my face neck and shoulders.

I bought this item in a kit with the face wash, toner and tea tree oil. To be honest, I did not have high hopes since I have tried other tea tree oils before. I have mild but persistent adult acne and I also recently aquired a small fungal skin infection on my chest (I know ewwwwww but trust me it happens to the best of us).

I have combination skin, leaning towards more oily in the summer. Toners are all made for different reasons, this one specifically is made for hydration and helping other products you put on settle deeper into the skin.

This is not ment to help with acne. I first double cleanse (cerva Fw and cerva micellar water), then I use this toner, serum, this toner, moisturizer. I keep to a simple routine. If I’m more oily, before I put this toner on, I will use a toner that cleanses oily skin and then use this toner after.

I’ve been using this toner every day for probably about 3-4 years, and I seriously cannot go without it. For a period of time, I tried using a drugstore toner, just to see if I could save some money, and I broke out almost immediately after using it.

I switched back to this toner real quick. It’s oil-free, but still hydrating, and it doesn’t contain alcohol like a lot of other toners. I love it because a lot of toners focus on drying out the skin, but this one doesn’t.

I was SO scared to try this because my skin is so sensitive and prone to rosacea and redness, and this has alcohol and some essential oils which are typically big no-no’s for sensitive skin, but Caudalie has not let me down yet!! (I do not use the matching serum and moisturizer though, because I think that might be too much all together.

I use their Vinosource hydrating line for these steps). This does not dry me out too much, but I only use it on my very oily areas (nose and chin). This is a toner that you definitely want to use a cotton pad with; it’s very watery and you only need a small amount.

It has a wonderful cooling sensation and immediately tightened my pores. If you ever used the old Proactiv toner, this reminds me a bit of that but with a cleaner formula. My skin reacted very poorly to 2% and even 0.

5% salicylic acid products in the past. This product doesn’t list the percentage, which means it is less than 0. 5%. I have been able to use once daily in the morning, sometimes skipping a day if I don’t feel that oily, and it does not over-exfoliate me.

At night I use TO’s azelaic acid and these are my only two actives. For some background, I previously was on low dose tretinoin which cleared out my severely congested skin, but my skin never really fully acclimated to the dryness it caused, so I quit it for this summer (didn’t want to deal with the extreme sun sensitivity again!) and am focused on maintenance by gentle exfoliation.

I say this to note that I am not currently treating active acne with this, just to maintain clear pores and prevent acne from developing. This really helps control my oil production in the T-zone, more than anything else I have tried.

If you are really sensitive, give Caudalie a try! Although they use fragrances and alcohol in some products, their formulations are made with sensitive skin in mind, and really it is all in the formulation, not just ingredients (unless you have a specific allergy).

Let me start by saying I have oily and sensitive skin and I deal with rosacea, acne scarring, acne, and texture. With all of these issues, I have a hard time finding products that will work well with my skin without causing any irritation.

I don’t even think this needs to be published, I am just trying to get somebodies attention. I have been trying to let you know for over a year now that there is something wrong with this product. Since August of 2020 this has had something greasy and bubbly dumped into it and it makes the product miserable to use.

It leaves a greasy coating, dries out the skin, causes breakouts. The last review I left was last year sometime. About spring time and somebody thanked me for telling you and I thought by now you would have the old formula again.

Something is wrong at the place where you make this stuff. It sounds like you are also having trouble with your sensitive skin cleanser. I am hoping somebody has been working on it and hopefully soon you will put out the old formula! As for calling, I already have several times and people said they would tell quality control but that was months ago and nothing.

Please return to your old formula. I purchased and returned it to three different places because I thought the stores had received a bad batch. Unfortunately, it is new formula. I have purchased this for a couple of decades and it was such a great face wash.

It removed all makeup and now it does not. It also left a glow and made my skin feel great. Now it is a watery runny consistency that smells horrible. It also burns and leaves my skin with a very dull and dry appearance.

It does some sort of a weird breakout and skin feels horrible. I am so sad. It was the best. I am having the most difficult time finding a product that comparable to the old. Between wearing masks and not having your old product, my face skin is unrecognizable to me.

Please return to the old formula. Thank you for considering all of us.

I’ve been using this product for almost 20 years, so when I ordered a new bottle and it wasn’t orange, I thought something was wrong. So, I complained and a new one was sent to me. Same color. So, I finally used my brain and compared the ingredients on each bottle.

Guess what was missing? Red 4 and Yellow 10. What do the colors red and yellow make? ORANGE! So instead of whining about this product being fake and different, the only thing different is that they took out dye, which you should be grateful for.

I think the biggest issue is that C&C didn’t make this announcement or update their information. Even when people complain, they want people to call, instead of saying “We took out the dye!” Sometimes you have to be the smarter one.
