20 Best Strapless Backless Bra For Wedding Dress (2023 Updated)

Found the beauty back bra and have never had to look further! I’m not a small gal and I wear a size D cup. No pulling or tugging and I can wear this bra for up to 18 hours. When I needed a reliable strapless, I immediately looked for one in a beauty back.

I’m so impressed with this bra I stared buying them for my sister who wears a larger size than I do. She’s so happy! I buy at least 3 at a time and cycle through on a daily basis. Best bra ever. Every time I see those silly ads about the perfect bra, I think yeah, too bad you don’t know about this one.

I am 64 getting married and have ordered 9 strapless bras that stated they were good for support. I am a 38 DD or 40 D in a variety of other bras. I ordered a 38 D and it works perfectly!!! THIS ONE! The real deal! I wore this for hours to run errands before an appointment to try on my dress – no slipping AT ALL! AND EXTREMELY comfortable.

I like this bra. It is comfortable to wear but I had a heck of a time getting the bra hooked up. Normally I would hook up in front and then slide the bra around and settle into the bra. The bra has non slip strips on it which made that almost impossible to do.

I will need to figure out how I can hook up with the hooks in the back but so far I can’t get the hooks to go into their spot. I think this will take a lot of practice and soon enough I will get it right.

Other than that, I like the bra. The sizing was correct for me and it looked fine under my clothing. I am glad to be able to wear my clothing without bra straps showing.

I have trouble finding bras to fit my extremely flat chest. I needed a strapless bra in black and white. So I gave this brand a shot and they fit perfectly! I do add extenders that I bought on Amazon cuz I have a wide back.

This bra is very convenient and sexy! I ordered this so I could wear clothes with low sides and backs without exposing my bra. I am between a size 32D and 32DD and I ordered a size 3/M in this bra and it fits well.

It however is weird not having support across your upper back and the straps will fall off if the side straps aren’t properly fitted and adjusted. In conclusion, this bra is much better than I expected but definitely take time to figure out different ways to wear it.

This bra is exactly what I needed for a very low back, cutaway shoulder skinny strap formal dress. I ordered size 5 I am a 36 DDD and it fits fine. It comes with clear straps as well as regular straps and is easily adjustable.

The lower straps wrap around the waist so you do not see anything with the low back or backless garment. Definitely recommend this bra.

The bra fits well, and so far I’ve not experienced any slipping where it starts to slide down. However, the sides of the bra are so wide and high. It shows under many of my tips/dresses that I normally wear a strapless bra.

It’s a little snug but still comfortable. This is the only type of bra torrid sells I like. The other push up bras with the back smoothing are insanely uncomfortable but these make my girls look good and don’t rub me or poke me raw.

My only complaint is that I never know exactly how they will fit until I get them. I bought a flower pattern version of this bra in a 46D and it’s a little loose around on the last hooks, but this bra is snug around on the last hook.

Not uncomfortable but if I’d sized down to a 44D like I was considering it would have been too small. I just wish they were more consistent since they don’t typically carry my size bra in the physical store closest to me.

I have to buy my bras online so the sizing really needs to be more consistent especially for as expensive as they are. Not to mention the quality of the bras can be suspish at times. I’ve bought bras from here that the wire popped out the second time I wore it and others that has survived years of nearly constant wear.

There’s no consistency. For as expensive as they are they should be better quality every time not just sometimes and consistent in size. This bra I’ve only worn twice but so far it’s been fine.

Bought online to pick up in store and was unsure of sizing, so went up a band size to be safe; as generally strapless bras are tighter fitting. I normally wear Victoria’s Secret, but did not find any of their strapless bras to be flattering on me…and I haven’t owned a strapless bra in years.

I don’t know what it is about Torrid bras. they’re well-made and the construction creates good shape, but the bands are oddly-sized. For me, every Torrid bra I have in 40 is too big in the band, especially the strapless bras.

My underbust measurement is like 37-38, but 38 bands run just too small to be reasonably comfortable. Additionally, the cups are too small. My DDD/E cups in the 40 band bras should be identical to the cups in a 38F bra, but the 38F cups are much smaller.

I don’t get it. I would love to recommend Torrid bras to others, but it really isn’t just a simple matter of “size your band up and your cup down” – like me, some people will find themselves in a weird middle space where no option really fits correctly.

First of all I would like to preface that I never take time to write reviews. I have tried almost every brand imaginable including Spanx and Victoria’s Secret. I have never found a strapless bra that felt this comfortable and stayed put! I really can’t stand when people just give a glowing review about something without specifics so here goes: I normally wear a 34D but all of the reviews said to size up.

I sized up to a 36D and it was perfect on the middle clasp. I love that there are three clasps and a wider back back so my side-boobage was entirely contained. It totally smoothed my sides and back. The cups felt a tiny bit bigger than normal but nothing noticeable.

They have great shape and I can add a boomba insert pad if I am looking for a push-up effect. I like that it did not have padding because I mostly want it for cold shoulder or one shoulder outfits and the push up creates a less natural look under the fabric.

The material is very soft and breathable. I didn’t have a Uni boob like I do with every other type of strapless bra. Also, my ****** was completely covered which is also never possible with other strapless bras.

I tend to carry more on the side like I mentioned, and that was entirely contained. I tried it on with a halter tank top and my chest looked just as good as with a regular bra. With strapless bras of other brands I feel like it makes my chest look saggy.

Lastly the rubber on the band is so unique. It doesn’t itch or hurt at all. Other brands felt raw on my skin. I have spent triple this amount on other brands and I will definitely be purchasing in black also….

I rarely write reviews, but felt like I had to let my fellow full-bust ladies out there in on this product! I bought the Lace Strapless in “toasted almond” and it is hands down the best strapless bra I’ve tried.

In fact, it’s literally one of the only ones I’ve ever owned because it’s SO hard to find a good strapless when you have a larger chest! I’m 5’6, 130 lbs, and 36D for reference. I had pretty much given up on ever being able to wear strapless bras, but this one really does it for me.

The band is nice and wide and I wear it on the tightest setting for extra support, which is still completely comfortable. It’s comfortable to wear for hours in a casual setting, although I don’t think I’d dance in it or anything lol.

I love that it comes with straps as well and looks like a cute balconette style bra when they’re attached. It holds the girls up well, feels secure, and looks sexy. Don’t hesitate!.

I’ve owned this bra for about 9 months now, and felt that it was needed to review for potential future buyers. If you would ask me now, I would not have purchased this. The band can be tight, and the underwire eventually digs into your skin after a while.

I have a red mark from this underwire after a long day, which will bruise a bit the next day. Not comfortable at all. Although you can wear it without the strap, the support isn’t great and you’d have to keep fixing your bra.

I always have trouble with fit since I have a large rib cage and small cup size. I sized down to a 32A because my boobs fill the cup, so the band is a little tight. A band size up and there’s gapping.

The wires on this are wide and the cups are shallow. I ordered a 32C (29-30” band, 34-35” bust) and the band felt secure. I am slightly projected with tall roots and didn’t fill out the bottom of the cups.

I really don’t like bras. That being said they are necessary! This bra is the most comfortable bra ever worn! I love that there are no sewn in tags that scratch. The strapless almost feels like you’re not wearing a bra and overall it’s snug enough to remain in place without feeling too tight.

You can wear it with anything and everything. I have 2 in nude, 1 in black. I’ve washed it once in a delicacy bag and it came out beautifully. I just hope they never stop making them! Highly recommended!.

I’m a 34A. This is my go-to for strapless/sleeveless and versatile because of the removable straps. It’s very soft and comfortable, including the lace. The cups have just enough thickness for avoiding show-through.

The profile is very flattering yet natural, and the upper edges of the cups are very thin and flat so it doesn’t ruin the look of a clingy top. I tried the “Pepper” brand for small women, and though they fit well, they aren’t as comfortable or pretty, and you always see the upper edges – annoying.

This is a nice bra and seems way better than most strapless bras I’ve tried. The cups actually shape and the band is nice and wide. It also plunges in the center to accommodate low cut tops/dresses. The only issue is that it runs small all over – I ordered my usual size (32DD) and the band is super tight even on the loosest hook and the cups are a tiny bit too small.

I’ll probably end up exchanging it for another size because I do like it otherwise.

This isn’t the strapless bra I actually wanted, but there are literally no bras available on this website. I am a size 36b, all I did was try on this bra and the fit was OK. Cups were the correct size for me, with no gaps or spillage.

I have not actually worn this bra, so cannot attest to how well it stays up or how comfortable it is for all day wear. I wish this bra had come with clear straps in case it slips down like every strapless bra I’ve ever owned.

I also wish this site carried bras in size 36b so that I could try other styles.

I bought this bra a couple of years ago because I have had other Felina strapless bras that were great. I am big on checking the reviews to see how items fit before I buy, and many reviews on this bra said to size up in the band size because it is tight.

I usually wear a 36D, so I went up to a 38C (adjusting the cup size to compensate, as they say to). At first I thought it fit ok, but the more I wore it the more I realized that the cup was too big. It was kind of ridiculous actually – my shirt would settle into the top of the bra because there was too much room! That was a good look.

😀 This year I decided to buy it again in my true size, because other than the fit it is a great bra. I just got it in 36D and it is perfect! The band is tighter than you would expect in a regular bra, but that’s kind of what you want in a strapless so it stays put.

It fits me on the loosest clasp where it’s supposed to, with room to tighten up if it stretches over time. I would definitely recommend this bra, just make sure you buy the right size!.

Ladies, if you size up in the band, you have to size down in the cup! Cup size increases with band size. I am usually a 34C; I sized up to a 36B so that the cup stays the same size I need while the band is larger.

If I got the 36C the cups would be too big. I am excited about this bra because it fits so well and I have never in my life had luck with strapless bras (they either gape, smush everything down or give my breasts a weird shape due to the padding).

I tried the Wacoal Red Carpet recently and my breasts didn’t quite fill the cups, but there was no gaping and it looked OK. I almost kept it, but I’m glad I didn’t settle. This one fits me much better and I prefer the softer, more flexible and comfortable padding, compared to the Wacoal padding which is thicker.

As a woman with large breasts, it is so nice to find a bra that is both pretty and supportive. Since my breasts are large and tend to be wide slung, I need bras, that brings the girls up and together toward the center of my chest to give me a less wide look and hence, slimmer appearance.

This sweet bra does the trick. Yes, it gives me cleavage, which is not a problem, because my clothes are generally not low cut. If you don’t want cleavage, this may not be the right bra for you. But it you want sweet looking support, this is the one.

The band fits great. I was measured at a boutique called Livi Rae and my actual size is a 32G. I ordered that size and the cup was twice the size of my breast. Like as big as my head. I would love to make an exchange because the band was perfect and secure on my body.

This is one of the most comfortable bras I have ever had. I am a 44DDD. I have had a ron of bras that poke you in the side, the wire at your armpit pokes your inner arm or the bra makes it look like you have a uniboob.

This bra doesn’t do any of that. The only negative thing about this plbra is the straps tend to come out of the slot in the back when turning it around putting it on.

This black strapless stays up. It has just enough padding, whereas a lot of push up bras are just too much and makes the “ladies” spill out over the top. It’s just just right so the lower cut tops don’t cause it to be exposed.

Overall, it’s comfortable, the finish is smooth and opaque and like most Calvin Klein undergarments, made well. This will last awhile!.

I am usually a 40D cup in a bra but with experience I found that in the strapless bra’s in order to get a perfect fit you have to go up a size. I found this out with many trial and error, ordering through the mail and returning because I would order my usual size and it never fit, until one day I finally read how to properly order the correct size.

So here goes. This is one comfortable bra it comes with the straps so you have a choice between strapless and with straps when you change your top from off the shoulder to a regular top. It does not cut at all and all of you stays in the bra even the side wings if you know what I mean you full figured gals? I ordered it in the lighter color and I’m happy I did it is the closest to my skin tone and won’t show through your top.

The fabric is soft and of fine quality and another feature I really liked about this bra it has all around the bottom edges like a rubber strip, I’m not sure if thats the correct word for it but it also helps with the bra staying in place and upward.

The bra is beatiful. I love the color, detail and fluff. Unfortuanely, I ordered the wrong size. I was looking at other websites to purchase this bra, but decided to go with Nordstrom because they offer free shipping and I knew I could return it to my local store if it was not what I expected.

I am so glad I did. I returned it to Nordstrom because I had ordered the wrong size. They were so helpful and fit me with a perfect bra for my shape and figure. They did not have this Parfait strapless bra in my size.

I purchased these to have options for dresses and shirts where even a strapless bra would not do. I was very skeptical since I am a D cup (with piercings) and similar items I have purchase in the past have been epic fails.

After reading reviews I decided they were inexpensive enough to try. they did not disappoint! They cover the nipple well and can actually lift the breast to where they “should be” as if you had a bra on.

The side that goes against your body is a tad sticky and has a little area for the nip. Then you just use the tab to “lift” and press it against the chest. It sticks well on clean skin and I was able to go out with friends and had NO issues or the need for adjustments.

Removal is simple and painless, no irritation. I told a friend and she ended up purchasing the same ones and lives them as well. I definitely will purchase these again in the future and highly recommend.

I bought this mainly because I hardly find strapless bras bras in my size – particularly Pretty ones! I was dubious when I ordered it, because I find strapless bras are rarely supportive enough. New ones usually join my bra grave yard – along with other pretty (useless) purchases.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with this one. As other reveiws mention, it does run small. I would advise to size up in the cup. It’s not the most supportive bra out there but it does the job and it looks lovely.

It has thin layer of padding but not so much that it causes that terrible ‘ridge’ under clothing. All and all I’m happy with it. Just don’t expect to go for a run and have everything still in there!! It does a dinner or drinks with friends.

The strapless feature was a plus when ordering. The size fits beautifully and look is greater than expected. I wore the item under a peekaboo bodysuit. It was a fabulous head turner and got a number of second looks.

I wear a 46 DDD this thing fits like I’m trying to squeeze into a D cup. Spilling out all over the place and not in a sexy way. We are talking hard lines across my boob where it spills out. Super disappointing especially because it appears I bought the stupid thing on a final sale so I cant return it.

I love PADDED bras. Yes I’m big cupped already but having that EXTRA LIFT underneath makes me feel sexier. In Torrid bras that are strapless I usually like to get a size 40 when I’m a 38 around because it’s more comfortable even though that’s not recommended because it causes bras to have wires poke out faster but that’s me.

This bras has LACE and a strap in the front which looks I love in style. Also it’s the material that DOESN’T FADE or get gross after a couple of washes. The strapless part works amazing. I bought 2 because of the padding level is great.

I’m usually a 38 G but 38 DDD or 40 DDD fit perfect.

It stretches enough to keep you comfortable but hold everything in place without smashing everything in. I had a bilateral mastectomy and purchased this because I could not find a strapless bra that held my prosthetics without looking odd under my clothes.

I am a 36C I am not a big C. I am small chested and muscular; in bra’s I am a 36C in sports bras and soft bras I am typically a Large. I could tell just on the hanger that even though this bralette was labeled 2x that it would fit like a large.

I ended up buying this bralette but returned it the next day because once I got it home and tried it on again, I could feel the fit aspects I knew would become a problem, chiefly, the material. It’s very light and airy but it’s also rough.

It very similar to dance nylons. if you are at all familiar with Capezio’s dance tights, its similar to that texture. In fact, the material reminds me of dancer’s underwear. It’s not so much for support it’s just an thin added layer of coverage.

I tried to take a picture but I just could not capture the image. This bralette runs very small, the material is light but itchy. Now that I am getting older my skin is sensitive especially during hot days and I know this material would chafe.

If it were not for the rough material I would have kept it even though its a smidge pricey.

With a few improvements, this could be a really great bra. First, upgrading to slightly thicker and sturdier band (like on the regular triangle mesh bra) would be great. The band on this one constantly rolls on the sides and digs in and gets worse over time.

Also it’s difficult to tighten the straps to get a little lift, because the band just slides up your back and doesn’t support the straps at all. The cups are stretchy and don’t offer a ton of support (which is ok) and I do like the material.

Maybe if it was just double lined it would give a little more support. I do prefer the seamless design of this one vs the regular triangle mesh (which has lots of itchy seams). And I like how the cups sit flat and don’t bunch up (like they do on the regular triangle mesh).

I wish they could combine the positive aspects of the regular triangle mesh and the summer triangle mesh bras to create the perfect bra!.

I bought this about a month ago in store. I tried it on and it worked so I bought it. You never really know truly how it will work until you wear it a time or two. Let me tell you, I LOVE it! I want more of this bra.

I wish there were other colors. It fits me fantastically. It stays in place no matter how I move around. I’m not constantly readjusting it. I feel sexy when I wear it and it feels like my armor giving me confidence because it boosts the girls just right, even after washing it.

This bra looks better with the straps; without the straps the bra wings out a little bit near the underarms (at least it did on me). I was going to keep it to use as a regular bra with the straps but it’s not as comfortable as I would like for the price.

I ordered the same size as my everyday le Mystere bras. The cup fit was good but needed to add an extender. I was very surprised that it was too tight around my ribs to breathe. Still am happy with the bra.
