As a person who works from home, it can be difficult to unwind and get ready for bed at the end of the workday. I normally take melatonin to fall asleep and stay asleep longer. I decided to try this because The first time I grabbed a HUM nutrition product, it was a miracle for me and I was hoping that this melatonin would be the same.

I guess it was my mistake by not realizing that this was a sleep supplement WITH melatonin, meaning that melatonin is not the main supplement in these little pills. There’s only 3 mg of melatonin in each.

The serving size suggests one pill, however, if I even want to feel tired I have to take three and it puts me in a very very light sleep where I can still hear everything going on around me and if I wake up in the middle the night, I cannot go back to bed.

Lastly, I’m not fond of the unnecessary plastic packaging, this bottle can be cut in half and made into two separate bottles! I’m giving this three stars because it may work for others, but as someone who often takes melatonin to get to bed at night and stay asleep… It’s a no from me.

This is my first time ever trying HUM Nutrition supplements. I wanted to give it about a month before I reviewed it. I purchased Collagen Love, Turn Back Time, and Mighty Night. I figured, go big or go home! LOL To be honest, I’m not sure which of these is working, or if they’re all working in synergy, but I am very pleased with the results so far!! I am over 40 years old and, thankfully, I look relatively young for my age.

However, I do struggle with hyperpigmentation, sun spots, dull-looking skin, wrinkles around the eyes, and occasional breakouts. I was hoping one, some, or all of these products would maybe help brighten, tighten, and soften my skin.

I wasn’t expecting a miracle at all – but I do believe these supplements ARE helping to brighten, tighten, and soften my skin. (It’s not helping with the occasional breakouts, but I didn’t expect them to.

) I take 3 capsules of Collagen Love every day, as well as 2 capsules of Turn Back Time. Then, right before bed, I take 2 capsules of Mighty Night. My skin truly does feel softer and it does look brighter; it looks refreshed when I awake.

It hasn’t reduced the hyperpigmentation or sun spots – but, overall, my skin looks like it has a brighter glow to it. I’m also very impressed that the Collagen Love did NOT break my out because I’ve heard that collagen can cause breakouts for people who have been / are acne-prone.

I’m definitely going to continue taking these and I would recommend to folks who are looking for some anti-aging supplements that will not break them out. (I would caution NOT to expect drastic results.

According to HUM Nutrition, improvement will occur over time with continued use. ).

So I tried this sleeping pills only once I took 1 pill around 2:30am because I couldn’t sleep and oh my goodness that think knocked me OUT within an hour. That day I overslept didn’t hear the alarms or the phone calls at 6am someone woke me up at 7:15am I went right back to sleep then I woke up again at 8:10 am to put my sibling to school and the I went back to sleep until like 2pm.

I believe I have insomnia and whenever I wake up for more than using the restroom in the middle of the night I stay up for a few hours then go back to sleep with this gel capsule by unisom I went right back to sleep.

I felt so sleepy like when I have gotten so drunk that I felt so tired. So in a way that’s great you know this pill will make you rest but be aware that if you work the next day it might not be the best for you since it is so strong.

And this was not my first time taking sleeping pills I have tried my fair share but this is too strong. I took of one star because the time I took it the whole day I felt useless because I was sleeping beauty all day and when you have things to do and kids to watch after this is not the best.

I used to use the melatonin dissolvable’s. They were ok, still took like 30-40 minutes to nod off. I notice with these added ingredients it seems to work faster and not so much tossing and turning throughout the night.
