While the 8-10 ounce lobsters averaged in my order of four 7. 5 with one 8. 0. The actual meat of the tail is about 4. 0 to 4. 5 oz. The flavor was very good but at this cost per tail I do not see me re-ordering in the future.

My family enjoyed these cold water lobster tails. They were sweet and tender unlike the warm water tails. I used a 50% off coupon which also helped them taste really good.

These are the best Lobster tails I have fixed in a very long time. Nice sweet taste and not rubbery! Will be buying these again and hopefully Walmart continues to carry these. Thumbs up for this lobster.

I didn’t realize that Walmart even sold lobster until recently. It is my favorite food and after boiling them tonight, I’ll say that is the best meal I have had in a long time. Will definitely be putting these on my shopping list.

Allen brothers steaks are the best steaks I have ever eaten. I have sent them to my father my brothers my nephews and my friends. I send them for holidays birthdays Father’s Day etc. everyone I have sent them to over the past 10 years or better have always called me and raved about your product.

Lobster tails weren’t vacuumed sealed but we’re packed well. They tasted great. Quick defrost then make them the way you like them. Allen Bros. Does it again. Sorry I don’t have a pic but we ate them to fast.

Along with our usual Steak Order we ordered the Atlantic Lobster Tails for Christmas Eve. They were delicious! I am originally from Maine so I know what Lobster should taste like and these do NOT disappoint.

Delicious! I found a recipe on Pinterest and it taught how to open and prepare these so I made them for dinner. My bf loved it! He wants them at least once a week now lol. Great flavor of course, especially with butter and seasoned properly.

I have made them many times now.

No idea why in earth this website has a low review rating. The lobster received was spectacular. As shown in the photo, 5 Maine Lobster tails, crab cakes, and 4 filet mignons! The lobster tails were 10-12 oz a pop, and the filet mignon were 4oz a piece.

Everything was delivered the day we expected in a perfect cooler, well packaged, and super fresh! Everything came with specific instructions on how to thaw everything out, how to prepare and how to cook it.

West Australian Lobster Tails are so sweet and wonderful! They are very large and cook so nicely. Their white meat has an excellent flavor and is quite easy to get out of the shell. These lobster tails taste like lobster used to taste in the 1960’s when the oceans weren’t polluted.

Australia still is very clean, so this lobster is superb.

I have been preparing lobster tails for decades. Mostly Maine Rock. A little pricey in comparison but, Well Worth it.

Got to me a day late, thawed out and unusable. They were for a birthday party and couldn’t be used. Very unfortunate. Have ordered these and all my steaks and burgers from Allen Bros. In the past and NEVER had them come late and unusable before? Thank you for saying I’ll get a refund and $100 e card.

In fact, my wife swears she thought the tails were even slightly bigger than advertised.

I ordered times at lest 3x the smaller oz offered of buy I get I free. I must say theses: 1) the packaging were impressive and shipment was on time as promised. 2) the lobster were disappointingly small and of being fresh when cooked the shrinkage is significant that they then looked like medium frowns.

3) flavor is good as lobster are expected to taste. Packaging is good. Meets my expectation. In summary : after 3x of reordering same size of lobsters, I find it not worthwhile the price I paid. It would be better to eat out in a modest Seafood restaurant and get a better tasting lobster meal.

I will give it another try for shopping convenience given the remoteness of my location to a decent grocer that carries Seafood. But not the usual 4-5 oz.

I’ve been ordering from Get Maine Lobster for years. Usually the whole lobster. I decided to order the lobster tails because I was headed on a road trip and we couldn’t eat them right away. We put the tails on ice and away we went.

A few days later we had a surf and turf feast over a camp fire. YUM! So sweet and delicious. Dealing with GML is easy. Their customer service is top notch. High quality lobster. Delivered came on time.

These tails were a perfect consistent size. The quality & price are very good. I did have to clean them pretty good but no issues there. I would definitely recommend and I will buy them again.

oven 425* only painful part is getting these out of the shell. Snip Snip down the back, slide thumb close to the shell as you can place on top as suggested in prep, Brush w butter and lemon, S&P. 14 minutes later.

Do Not turn your nose up and click away! We live in Atlanta and one of the favorite dishes served in many of our local upscale restaurants. YES. you heard me right, Fried Lobster Tails. Absolutely delicious and our guests always rave about this offering.

First of all, remove the tail from the shell completely. Then, wash again and coat with egg-wash. Our hands-down favorite ‘Joe’s Gourmet Fish Fry’ , another local company that we first became aware of when it was featured on the television show ‘Shark Tank’ and they partnered with Daymond Johns.

Joes Gourmet Fish is incredible on any and every fish dish with a wonderful flavor unlike anything else we tried. So coated with egg-wash the tails are in a one-gallon ziplock with the fish Fry and shaken until well-coated.

Peanut Oil, I never ate fried foods until we discovered the flavor and non-greasy results we received frying with peanut oil. Deep fry 7-10 minutes from frozen to table at 450. Oceanside is our ‘Go-To’ for all of our fresh seafood.

My wife, Debbie and I cook together often and we believe it is one of our secrets to 38 years together and closer than ever. We substitute which one is going to be the ‘Chef’ today, and which one is going to be the ‘Wingman’.

I ordered these lobster tails (along with a variety of other seafood) for the holidays and they came well packed and smelled fresh when they were thawed. They firmed up really nicely under the broiler and my guests were very impressed with the flavor.

I will be back to Oceanside for any future seafood needs.

This is the second time I ordered from this company. I was not impressed at all the first time. my order was late and the ice was melted, I had to call Mark at the company cause I was concerned about eating them due to spoilage.

However this time I pre ordered they came exactly on time and were perfectly frozen. I got the buy 4 get 4 free for a total of 16. My family definitely enjoyed them and I must say it was a wonderful experience.

My one small issue was … I ordered the 6 to 7 ounces and some of them were the good size but many of them were very small. So there definitely was an inconsistency in sizes. It was a considerable difference.

All in all it was a pleasant experience. I normally order king crab from another company and while they repeatedly sent me emails saying they had Alaskan snow crab and other sizes , every time I went to order they were sold out.

The advertising was incorrect and I was not happy. So Thankyou to your company for providing excellent for providing a good product and excellent service. Your company definitely corrected issues you had problems with last year.

A bit more consistency on the sizing would make this a 5 star co In my opinion!.

Haven’t had a chance to eat them yet. They are resting in the freezer. Our plan is to serve them the weekend before Thanksgiving at a dinner for four. However, our niece and nephews had decided to help us decorate for Christmas that afternoon, so our dinner for 4 is now for 7.

The men will probably all have 2 lobster tails each so I need to order more. We seem to be setting a new standard. We have gone from Pizza and Decorating to Lobster Tails and Decorating. Classy new standard! We love it.

We love this size lobster tail and always cook plenty so each person can have one or two each depending on how hungry they are. they are so sweet and tender that we personally prefer two of these over one larger one.

However, I would like to say that anything I’ve ever bought from Get Maine Lobster has been perfection. I will never order from any place else. The customer service is above and beyond any other food service I order from.

We ate at Maine Lobster several years ago when we were in Portland. That persuaded us to order about two years ago. We ordered again this week. I was not disappointed. My lobsters came in a foam insulated box with a large square of frozen ice and shipped overnight.

Fed X brought the box to the door. The lobsters looked delicious and we will eat them this week. I am going to deep fry ours. I would never buy from anyone else. Pictures, recipe booklet and advertisements on line and on my phone are very professional.

I trust this company fully and so will you.

We received the lobster tails in a timely manner and were perfectly frozen. We ate 4 of them and they were delicious. We went to cook the other 3 and 1 of them was green looking with possibly seaweed inside it.

It also had a smell that was not the same as the others. I did take a picture of it compared to the others and it was noticeably different looking. Not sure what can be done about it but with the price we paid I feel as if they should all have been the same.

Obviously we did not cook or eat it. Otherwise the rest were great. Your help in this matter would be appreciated.

These are by far the Sweetest and Best Tasting that we’ve ever eaten. I have to admit that I was concerned about shipping to Texas, but they arrived perfectly packaged and were still frozen. I can’t say enough about how great your packaging is done! I thawed and made them using your on-line recipe.

I only added a splash of lemon, paprika and butter. They cooked beautifully and tasted so good that my oldest took 2, my husband took 1 and then ate 1/2 of mine. I think that I might skip but butter next time.

OMG!! Worth every penny! I’m not a big lobster person as I usually find the meat tough or I’m still hungry because there’s not a lot of it. but not with this! We splurged and tried these for my birthday and they were amazing—so tender, savory, and huge! Honestly, I will buy these again and again for all kinds of occasions because they are seriously impressive.

My husband’s already asking when we’re having them next and has a request in for them to be monthly lol. we just butterflied & baked them (2) in the oven for about a half hour, melted some garlic butter, and savored Every Single Bite! We did have a small steak with it but it wasn’t needed, it was only our back up in case we messed up the meal.

Shipped overnight and delivered as promised. Perfect!.

I have had crab, lobster, prawns, shrimp, halibut and salmon which were shared with friends and family. The freshness, taste, consistency of the meat is incomparable. My son, who is a trained chef, could not say enough good things about the quality of each and every one.

I am in Colorado and good quality seafood is almost impossible to come by. The price at Alaskan Crab Company may be somewhat higher than local grocers but it is definitely worth every cent. It has always arrived promptly and well packaged.

We ordered two of these tails as we cannot get seafood like this in the extreme Desert Southwest. Our local grocery stores just don’t stock this type and size of lobster. Our local Red Lobster restaurant doesn’t even offer this size and quality! My wife and I were totally amazed at the freshness of these tails.

Solid fresh meat. Fully frozen when they were delivered. No disappointments what-so-ever. We highly recommend, without reservation, the Alaskan King Crab Company.
