20 Best Shoes For Water Park (2023 Updated)

I bought these specifically for a whitewater rafting trip. Dick’s delivered them in plenty of time. The size was correct and the shoes are comfortable. They grip and don’t slip. They do not feel heavy or soggy when they get wet.

They dry in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with my purchase.

Great water shoes at a great price. Have used for the beach, kayaking and whitewater rafting. Very pleased with the purchase.

Use the measurement guide and order the exact size your child’s foot lines up with. Do not add 1/4″ to 1/2″ to allow for growth as these are definitely made large. We ended up making that mistake based on previous orders and ended up with shoes that are 1.

25″ too long but we’re keeping them for next season as they are exactly what we wanted.

I loved these shoes. My toddler is confortable in them and loves them. However, they got wet once and the color changing never got fully back to white. Even a few days after when they were really dry you can still see the colors.

Love these shoes! White sneakers are in right now and these are so cool/unique looking! The size 7 fits my size 7 feet and I love the elastic shoe strings. They are great for walking but since there’s not a ton of cushioning, I would not recommend to run or hike in these.

I bought this prior to a trip to the OBX, NC for a week of kayak fishing. Wore them every day at least 8 hours a day inshore fishing. Worked great for pedaling my Hobie Outback as well as performing admirably when I had to get out and walk through the flats that included grass, sand, and mud.

They are lightweight and drain quickly. My only complaint is when I bend the toes, the crease puts a lot of pressure on the top of my foot. I wore them with sand socks which probably contributed to the pain from the crease.

Over time, I am sure they will loosen up and be even more comfortable, but you may want to get a half size larger.

These shoes are a very narrow fit. I even made sure to size up. Once these things get wet and then dry. good luck getting them back on your feet. There is no way I can wear socks with them. Also, the construction is just kind of poor.

Stitching and rubber started flaking and tearing up only after a few times wearing them. I would not buy another pair.

I spend a lot of time wet wading for fishing as well as using small rivers/creeks as multi-day hiking trails. These kicks fit the bill perfect. The mid ankle keeps out a lot of silt, sand, and debris and protect my delicate ankle bones from the inevitable underwater rock smash.

Grip is good, foot feel great, combined provide stand up stability. Gotta build up some calluses on my Achilles, though, got major rub there. Slam dunk perfect for all my outdoor water related needs.

Really like these water shoes. Wore them on a hike to a lake. Kept them on for swimming, rock jumping, paddle boarding, etc. Really comfortable and effective. They do a good job of keeping sand and little rocks out, and they drain quickly after getting out of the water.

Soles have a good grip so I wasn’t slipping on large rocks. Perfect shoes for me.

I wore these for white water rafting and general walking activities near water and they worked great. Drained water well and felt comfortable. My biggest complaint is the design. You might notice there’s a white label in the inner lining of the shoe, it’s not supppeerr noticeable but enough that I tried removing it, had no luck, and was planning to return it.

The blue sole is also a bit more noticeable IRL than it is in the photos which makes the white a bit less prominent.

I bought these for hikes with river crossings or to visit waterfalls. I like the lavender color, the fact that it’s light weight and dry fast. However, I wore them on a very short hike (less than 1 mile) to a waterfall and had blisters on my right foot in the back/rear ankle where the tag is.

The left foot was really comfortable and perfect, I really wish the right foot was like that too. They had less traction than a hiking shoe, but were not slippery at all and did decent in the water.

I wore these shoes one time. For starters, they are NOT comfortable. They’re only slightly better than waking on hard ground. I got these for river tubing. Due to low water levels, there were some areas where I had to walk across river rocks with only a few inches of water above them.

But the time my tubing trip was over, the soles of these shies were destroyed. The hard bottom had with away to what feels like felt. Some type of material. Beyond disappointing for only having worn them one time.

I don’t know what happened to Land’s End water shoes. I had a pair that lasted for years before I had to get new ones due to when traction. Quality has obviously gone down hill.

I’m really confused by these water shoes. Shoe-wise, they’re easy to put on, fit well, stay on. I just wore them for the first time and the soles are slippery! Sliding while walking (can’t run. sliding too much) in the pool and slippery walking poolside! I looked at the soles and am shocked to see the nubbly part is like a felt fabric, not rubbery/grippy.

Yep, that explains why I was sliding so much. I don’t know why the slidey fabric was chosen for the soles. Previous Lands End water shoes (different style) didn’t have this sole. Disappointing for sure, can’t wear ’em.

I almost never write reviews but am submitting this one to say: Please don’t ever stop making these water shoes. I have all kinds of problems with shoes fitting, but these are perfect! Easy on, easy off.

My toes aren’t crowded in the toe box and my heel doesn’t slip out. They’re totally, 100% comfortable. I LOVE the color: Fresh Boreal Blue Tile. It’s aesthetically pleasing in a water environment—cheerful and “adult,” not gimmicky—and will be stylish for as long as I own them and more.

I go to rocky, woodland swimming holes where they not only protect my feet from the cobbled streambed bottom, but are tremendously helpful in preventing slipping on the larger, somewhat mossy rocks. The sole is substantial, yet I don’t even feel them on my feet when I’m swimming.

They rinse out easily, including the removable liner. They dry nicely with no stink. They allow me to do something I love with comfort, safety, ease and joy. What a friend! Hence—I repeat—please don’t stop making them (ever).

These water shoes are great! I did the research and these are the best non-skid soles!

I bought my normal size 7 and it fits perfectly. Very lightweight and really does dry quickly. I wore the for SUP yoga, and they’re REALLY nice and “grippy”, even on a wet board.

I’ve had the chance to wear these twice now. Fit seems to be good and they’re comfortable. The strap at the back makes it easy to put the shoes back on when your feet are wet. But a little more adjustability would be nice.

They air dry fairly quick. A couple improvements and they could have earned a 4 1/2 star rating. The issue, as with most water shoes, is sometimes small pebbles find their way in and can be annoying if not painful.

A thin piece of mesh at the “gap” area could solve that in my opinion.

I got a pair of these from my daughter for Christmas, and sadly they only lasted 1 1/2 years, and I wore them about 8 times and that’s it !! The strap that goes back to the heel broke on the right shoe with just normal walking.

For what they charge, I would have hoped these would have lasted longer than this !! Now I will have to buy a new pair of water shoes. But I will definitely switch to a different brand !!! Don’t consider these shoes, They don’t last long.

I bought these as a creek/river crossing shoe for backpacking over a year and a half ago. I have found that they are very comfortable and great fitting, so tend to wear them frequently- to the point of almost wearing them out (hundreds of miles in them, hiking walking, running, working in the yard, etc)! My only concern is that I have tried to order another pair to replace these, and have found that they are continually out of stock in my size (9 medium, mens).

I have gone online numerous times to reorder, but always the same. Are they out of production? If so, you had better order a pair in your size soon!.

These shoes are a very nice moderately priced option if you want water shoes that are sturdy enough to also use for hiking. I bought them for a kayak trip that involves a 2 mile hike to a waterfall on an upcoming vacation so I have not been in the water with them yet.

I did test them on a slippery wet floor and found them to be nice and sticky. Also went biking with them where they provided a nice grip on the petals. Not sure how well the elastic laces will hold up, would be nice if they provided a spare pair or sold replacements that match.

The shoes are well crafted, very comfortable and the sole will provide substantial protection.

I bought these shoes in July and I haven’t been wearing much of anything else but these shoes. They function as a spring/summer/fall tennis shoes that are not heavy, bulky or too hot. Great cushiony and no slip; great traction.

Great for walking, gym and just about anything. I haven’t really used them in the water, but would imagine they are great the intended purpose. I have knee problems and they have been super support for my knees.

Along with the functionality, the style is great and wear and tear is really good. They look as good as when I bought them. They are easy to slip on and off. I just love these shoes. I wish they had them in other colors.

If they still had my size (7M), I would purchase another pair. I have received a lot of compliments on them.

Great for comfort in rocky streams/creeks! Thick soles helped not feel rocks or sharp edges, suction cup shapes on bottom of shoe helped grip rocks, laces were a but big but I doubled them through and clipped again and size was right.

Size was perfect, I am a 10. 5-11, ordered the 11 and fit like an 11, not too big like other reviews. More than I needed to keep up with kids in streams, but loved the comfort it afforded and I felt spoiled.

Grabbed these up just as soon as I walked in the door! Weither it’s fun time in the “kiddy pool” , or timing you jump ” just right” in the wave pool ,or losing yourself in water a shade of blue you really can’t describe; these are the shoes for all of the above and more! Comfortable as well as secure these shoes will get you around.

Lite on your feet and fit to size you’re able to go from water to land with ease! The “draw string” is great idea!.

Went in looki by for water shoes on the fly because we were on the way to a water park and found these family friendly and good priced ones. I initially only wanted for my son but ended buying one for myself, boyfriend and my son because of the price and comfort of the shoes.

They were worth every penny and I would totally recommend them. The best part is the adjustable band in the back for when the get wet and loose. 5 star for sure!!!.

I bought these for myself. However, as other reviewers have noted, they were large for the size. My husband tried them on, and they fit him perfectly. My guess: these are actually supposed to be MENS’ sizes, not women’s.

He’s happy with them, so ::shrug:: That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

EXCELLENT WATER SHOES!!! We recently went to Mexico and purchased these for our excursion day to Tulum, zip lining, centoes swimming, and ATV riding. They held up GREAT! They are true to size. My husband liked how comfortable they were and how they fit.

I wish they had women’s sizing. I ordered the smallest size available for myself and while they fit, they were just a little wide for my feet. Overall excellent purchase.

Tracking order was Excellent until package arrived in the USA. Thereafter, no tracking available through USA distribution channels. The item is of excellent quality and design. However, a better fit would be a 10.

5 size since the water shoes have much flexibility and give to the material used making the 11 size I ordered a bit large. However, too much effort to return. Overall, very satisfied. Would order from CALCEUS again.

These were great. I bought them for our Hawaii vacation and they were comfortable and saved my feet from the harsh ocean bottom. I wore them in the pool also. Yes, they do collect quite a bit of sand.

A quick rinse usually takes care of the sand. They look like normal shoes and can be worn most places afterwards. So glad I picked these up before our trip. They held up better than expected also.

My son says these are the most comfortable water shoes he has ever had. He wears them on the boat, at the beach and at the jetties. They are very durable and dry fast!

The shoes are extremely comfortable but due to an extremely thin bottom it hurts whilst hurting even on road with tiny stones. Hence very uncomfortable even for short 5 minute distance for Indian roads.

Great products for aqua aerobics. I have given them 4 stars as the grip on the socks wears down quickly. The shoes are good but its taking me a while to get use to them.

I bought my shoe size and it was a little big-length and width, but is okay with socks. I bought the next size smaller and it is great without socks. I like these as they are breathable and I can slip on a pair to go outside to get the mail or can wear them to the store.

They are like slip on tennis shoes.

Wasn’t sure if they were true to size so bought a size larger. They probably would have fit fine with normal size. Seem to be durable and the soles have some “beef” to them. I alternate three different water shoes in a week so none of them wear out too soon.

We have had good luck with Cuda water shoes, but this was the first on line order experience. The shoes fit great, look better and are working out with the pool therapy nicely.

These may be water shoes but they are way more attractive than an average water shoe, they look like a sporty version of a ballet flag. They look great with any kind of skinny/tapered pants and cropped pants as well.

They are also very comfortable and easy to slip on/off. For this price point buy extra pairs, keep one in your car, one at your office, for when other shoes pinch your feet or your feet just need a change/break.

They also make great house shoes/slippers. Walmart, please make these in some more colors, would like to see brown, tan, blues (couple of shades), burgundy, olive green, gray. You will sell lots and lots of them.

The only thing is, there is not too much to the molded rubber soul so they are not probably going to hold up to lots of pounding on hard surfaces (eg, jogging). No arch or ankle support. At the same time, they are flexible shoes so would be good for yoga or stretching.

I bought a pair of these for a trip to the water park. What a lifesaver! I tried to walk around the water park without these and my feet were ripped to shreds. These saved my feet! I wore these in the wave pool and enjoyed myself.

These run true to size. They grip the slippery floor nice and held up to a week of swimming. I highly recommend for the beach, water parks, or outdoors. These would even be great for gardening!.

I havent worn these shoes to the beach, but I like them as barefoot shoes. Very comfortable for my wide toe, narrow heal, arthritic feet. I think these would really be great to wear around everywhere if they had a thicker type sneaker sole and NO toe identations.

I like the way they fit and look on my hard to fit feet.
