20 Best Shoes For Black Jeans (2023 Updated)

I was looking for the pair of sneakers for the long time and believe me I have tried many different very expensive ones which were cute but not comfortable. All of them ended up in Goodwill. I found this pair of Lugz at Wallmart for $25 bucks and was skeptical at first but convinced myself to buy a pair and to try on thinking, if they will not be comfortable, they will end up in Goodwill with the rest of my fancy sneakers.

But to my surprise they end up being the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. I went back and bought the same ones in EVERY color was available. Now I am changing them every day depending on my mood.

let me see. I think I feel bright and yellow today. soooooo. the yellow pair it is! Give them a chance and may be you like me will find what you were searching for. the comfortable pair of the cute sneakers.

Just the word of advice. buy any insoles or wear them with no-show socks to prevent your sneakers from funky smell. But If you will wear them without socks or insoles you can wash them easily and they will be like new again! Good luck!.

The item I received is not a slip on, it has shoelaces. I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands and it is hard to tie shoes, which is why I ordered the slip on ones. Also, I ordered a size women’s US 9 and received a US size 10 1/2.

Way too big. They look like men’s shoes. I’m very disappointed. It is also very inconvenient for me to return the item as I do not drive and depend on relatives to take me into town.

These little sneakers are wonderful with a sporty dress, skirts, skorts, capris, etc. They are right in line with business casual. They have a good foot bed that is comfortable for an afternoon of shopping.

They are not athletic shoes so there isnt a ton of arch support. Don’t expect to go hiking or running in these. Because they are leather you can comfortably wear with or without socks! I love these so much this order was for my Mom and I will be ordering another pair for myself! Buying them directly from Naturalizer with the website discount and my Raukten cash back was the best way to buy.

These were so much better than I even imagined. I wear a six wide. Most the time I have to size up to 6 1/2. And then sun shoes back! But these were so comfortable in a six wide, right out of the box, that I wore them six hours the first day and then eight hours the next day.

I can’t even remember the last time I shoe fit that well and was that comfortable when new. I am coming back for a second pair. P. S. At first I was worried that these did not have the arch support that I was expecting.

That became a non-issue after the first two hours. I’m glad I kept going.

This is my second pair. I have the black ones from last Fall and wanted the grey ones as well but they were sold out. Glad they released the grey again. These had no break in, I wore them all day with no problem.

Wondering if I need a 3rd pair. This style works well for casual day at work, when a dressier version of a sneaker is a must. These shoes also leave enough room in the toe box so my toes do not get cramped and the foot bed is soft with a bit of supportive contour.

These are absolutely adorable unfortunately I returned them. I hate leaving a bad review but I thought about it and I would want to know this. Maybe I got a defective pair? They were very heavy. They were too big.

I’m really fed up and Zulilly not letting you return something and only giving credit. If you buy online, it’s certainly reasonable to expect something might not fit or you might not like it once you see something.

I don’t think I’ll order from them anymore because of this. Anyway, the main problem was the side seam dug into my foot and it was very uncomfortable. If I had laced them up and walked around they would have become painful.

So disappointed.

Honestly, I love to hate these shoes despite the fact that I wear them all the time. I will admit they are comfortable on the bottom of my feet, but there is no arch support and hardly any cushion. My arches will have strange pains sometimes wearing these shoes, but I typically can wear them and walk for miles without my feet getting too tired (I live in NYC so trust me on this one).

They’re chic and I can wear them with just about anything, but that’s where the fun stops. I have owned these for about a year now. I had to learn via YouTube how to lace them up because they came unlaced.

For about a month I had blisters and wearing them was torture. The leather is extremely stiff. Also, the metal loops for the lacing stains the laces black and this stain leaks onto the leather tongue of the shoe.

After a month of wear my feet finally toughened up, but then there was the issue of finding socks that would fit just right so I didn’t continue getting blisters. Not to mention how difficult it is to put these shoes on every wear – these are NOT slip on.

You’ll be unlacing them and loosening them up to take them off after every wear. To this day, I still get red marks on my ankles when I wear these sneakers, but somehow they don’t bother me. People will notice them and ask if I’m in pain, but nope! My feet are officially trained to wear Supergas.

I bought these as I thought the colour looked interesting on the picture. Wow I wasn’t disappointed they are even nicer than they looked. The colour is subtle and in my mind could be worn with so many different colourway outfits.

They arrived safely packaged apart from the box had been damaged which I presume was a transit issue. The fit is very generous and I was tempted to return and size down luckily insoles have come to the rescue and saved me risking a smaller size.

They are easy to wear, well made and comfortable. I would recommend these as a versatile addition to your wardrobe.

I don’t think it’s the fault of the boot but my personal fit. I’m writing this in case someone else has the same issues. First it is very wide I usually wear a wide width but this boot was too wide. Second even though the height of the boot is low it still hit my ankles in such a way that it was uncomfortable.

Between the wide width and the ankle issue made this boot very uncomfortable and after a while I couldn’t wait to take them off. It’s unfortunate because I really like the look of the boot but it wasn’t for me.

Not well made and website didn’t specify calf size, so they probably need to do that. The calf size is easily 20” so if you are looking for that, then they will fit. I also thought the boot was higher.

Also, they charge $5. 95 return fee. This is why stores like this and Ellos should change this as Amazon offers free returns. I would not by from them again. I won’t buy from Ellos or their brands either.

I’m paying for shipping to return an item. No. That’s not acceptable and quite frankly, their are great plus size retailers that do not do this. I’m not wasting money on a product I am returning and are brand new.

I returned them immediately as well. I loved The Avenue too, but I’m sadly shopping elsewhere.

Had to send back. Not as wide as other shoes they sell. I had just ordered a different pair a month before. Couldn’t get these on. Not wide. Cute but put some effort in the make of your products, please.

You and LB are going down Hill. Torrid is already cheap material and not good sizing. Don’t join in. Get it together, Avenue.

These sneakers are by far my most favorite to wear! I own the gold and silver and I alternate wearing them on the regular. When I saw they were coming out in black I thought “I need these. ” I was so happy to receive them just hours before going to the Charlotte FC game.

Straight out of the bag I put them on. There was no break in time, they are comfortable, so very cute, love the detailing. I am a true size 8, and size 8 fit me perfectly, roomy and not at all tight.

I wear a size 8 in the gold and silver as well.

I love the look of these shoes. They are made of soft material, and super cut looking. That being said, I found have have to go sock-less in them. The hidden socks still shoe no matter what I do, and they make a funny squishy noise if I wear with socks on the back of the ankle.

As far as sizing goes, I am a very tts 9 in most shoes. My foot is not wide. I got these in a 9 and they were way too big. Sizing down to 8. 5 worked better for me.

I have last year’s version of these shoes and after a few months the bottoms wire through and they completely fell a part. I bought this next version anyway even knowing that happened bc they are cute and not bulky.

But I really hope they last longer!.

I got smooth black with the cap toe – a subtle nod to Chanel style. Pointed toe elongates legs, heel is perfection – not to high or low. I can walk all day in these. Tapered ankle means they can be worn with pants or dresses.

Easy to get on too. I was worried when I saw they didn’t have a side zip (I thought they did from the pictures) but they have elastic engineered perfectly between strips of leather so they are sleek on the leg but also easy to get on.

The elastic moves when you walk so they don’t bruise the top of my leg like some ankle boots. In a word, perfection. I will be wearing these through fall, winter, and early spring. Final note regarding sizing: I didn’t want crushed toes (with the pointy toe) and I wanted to wear them with winter socks so I got a full size larger than normal.

Brilliantly they don’t look big on my foot at all. Size 9 looks and feels like a size 8.

Absolutely ridiculous – bought the pair of boots and wore them only a couple of times and the sole started peeling off. When told that I could take it to a store to get it inspected and exchanged for a new pair, I decided to go to the shop and was told they couldn’t inspect the pair and I would have to send the boots off to get inspected, which would take 3-4 weeks.

Spent good money to expect high quality boots and then got told misleading info by office. I’ve decided to just keep them now and fix them myself because who would want to wait 3-4 weeks to wear a pair of boots you were very excited to buy.

Appalling service and shoes. And no compensation. Never again.

Love the style of these boots. Very chic and simple. I am a huge fan of Vegabond Shoemakers and have a few different pairs. The quality is amazing. My only complaint is that this particular style is VERY narrow.

Im a standard 10 in all “dress” shoes and boots and a 9-9. 5 in sneakers. Because of how narrow the Marja boot is, I went up a full size to 11. The toe box was so tight. I don’t have wide feet at all but I still found these so narrow.

To break them in it would have been so painful. The size up is perfect and I can wear normal socks with them too.

For Pre owned jordan 4’s these shoes where kept in great shape. They have a sharpe all white look that got a lot of compliments. I would recommend any sneakerheads to have a pair in theyre collection

Live for these. Not the exact ones in my pic Bc they didn’t have a option but they are jordan 4s just a collab with off white. I love my jordan 4 ow sails and a beautiful color way couldn’t ask for a more perfect shoe to go with anything😍get them.

Comfortable. Quality materials. Understated. When looking for a replacement pair of Hi-Tops for my leather Converse trainers of 16 years I had high expectations. I haven’t been disappointed. Enough said.

I bought these for my husband who was looking for sneakers that were comfortable but trendy and “cool”. (He loves shoes. ) Green is his favorite color and he has always been a fan of Adidas, so naturally I got the Entrap High-Tops for him.

He loves how they fit (very true to size) and all of the green details (even on the bottoms of the shoes). These made the perfect birthday gift.

After I received the shoes, I only tried them on several times normally, but didn’t wear them out. The insole has begun to degumm. At present, the shoes have been sent back to the warehouse by me, waiting for the next feedback.

The red colour looks great – a deeper, true red, not orangey at all. The canvas seems very good quality. Extremely comfortable shoes and they look great on. They have an inner sole that is quite spongey and makes them very comfortable to wear.

The inner sole was completely loose in both shoes – not sure if it was meant to be. I sized up one size (due to experience with other Levi’s sneakers).

The sneaker is my 2nd pair of Suavs. I have had the Bartons for about 2 months. The sneaker fits just as comfortably. These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. It’s like walking on clouds. I don’t even need to wear socks.

I wear and 8-8. 5 in a normal shoe. I ordered the 8. My toes have plenty of room to move around in the toe box without being overly wide or too snug. I highly recommend Suavs and the Sneaker!.

These are some of the best sneakers I’ve bought. They are sturdy, but lightweight, extremely comfortable, and well design to last. I wore them on my international trip (15+ hours of travel) and not only did they stay structured but were extremely comfortable in flight and running through the airports as well as upon landing straight to a dinner meeting (they look great on any occasion).

I ordered the black Graham to style them with different items like vintage jeans, nylon pants (Prada), and white loose linen trousers. The shoes seem very sturdy, of good quality, it feels comfortable and subtle in terms of fashion.

They are definitely a good item to have, also this appearance of suede mixed with the other fabric makes them look very chic.

The solid black denim is a deep, dark black with zero distressing, which is nice for wearing to work on a casual day. This denim has a lot of stretch but is fitted like a jegging/legging. I did size up one size, as often black dye results in a smaller fit and I am glad I did, though my regular size likely would have fit fine.

I have skinny legs and the legs of these jeans are still very fitted – all the way to the ankle. They are very comfortable and look great.

These jeans are amazing. The repurposed line is my favorite. These do run small though. I would say size up one size. I am normally a 12 and the measurements for last years size 12s in the repurposed jeans matched the size 14 measurements of these black ones.

This is my first purchase of the Repurposed Denim. I ordered the black in my usual size 8 and it fits perfectly. I’m usually between a 6-8 in G & L denim, but like them comfy. They do have a slight odor, like some have mentioned about the black denim.

Hoping after a wash that will not be an issue!.
