I ordered this expecting to receive two set of 6 pairs of pads. Instead, they shipped 2 – 1 pairs of pads. Here is what the order details says: Qt 2 Comfortably fits under your foot Adhesive back to keep it from shifting Your day won’t end needing a foot massage Six Pairs of Pads 3/8 inch thick Jet then marked the order for the pads as shipped and received.
There is no way in the order to contact them about the order. Do not buy these. You will not get the number of pads they promised.
I wear these because I have a dropped metatarsal, and they provide excellent cushioning and help push the metatarsal up where it belongs. The adhesive works well, but after a few weeks of putting the pad and then taking it off my foot for bathing, it began to tear the skin on the bottom of my foot.
So now I attach the opposite one (for the left foot rather than the right) to a Dr Scholl’s shoe liner and wear the liner with the hapad in my shoe. The quality is excellent and the pads are very comfortable.

Have a bad callous that formed and it caused so much pain. This in combination with a similar pad on my shoe sole totally eliminated it. First time I didn’t have pain in a few months. Keeps sticking even after washing.
I feel the description of what I purchased could have had more detail. The ball of foot pads are not as large as I hoped and I was not sure exactly how many I was buying. The pads I purchased had the same problem.
I probably would have returned them but the cost was prohibitive.

No trimming required Dr. Scholl’s has been a trusted brand in foot care since 1904 when Dr. William Mathias Scholl, grandson of a cobbler, launched the company under the name Dr. Scholl Inc.
Over the last few months I have really amped up my workout routine and have incorporated running 20 miles weekly. With being on my feet so much and the impact of running, I have noticed that my feet have been hurting lately, especially in the ball of my foot area.
I have never had trouble with foot pain before, and I can say that these orthotic inserts have really helped with the pain in the ball of my feet, and have helped my foot health immensely. These are easy to apply as they have removable sticky backs that will set in your shoes without moving around.
These sit down in the hollow area behind the ball of foot and they help provide a lift, and help take off the weight in that area. I noticed an immediate relief after installing these in my shoes and have since then, bought and installed several more pairs in other shoes.
I can now run and walk comfortably for long amounts of time and my feet do not hurt at all. I have recommended these to my mom and my husband as they also have problems with the balls of their feet and pain being there due to standing and walking.
The inserts have stayed in place in my shoes which makes me happy, other brands of inserts always come unstuck and move around. I am very pleased with these and will get more of these for future pairs of shoes as they make it so much more comfortable to walk around.
These are supposed to stick in your shoes. I bought some today and could not get them to stick. I finally managed to hold them in place while getting my shoes on, thinking if I wore them for a while with pressure on them they would stick but it did not help.
They do relieve the pain but cause a pain in your booty trying to get them in the right place every time you put your shoes on.
Cushion the balls of your feet with ZenToes Gel-Infused Foot Pads. When you spend the day on your feet standing and moving around, they can feel tired, sore and downright painful. That’s why you need ZenToes Metatarsal Forefoot Pads to cushion your feet and prevent pain while standing, walking and running throughout your busy day.
When you live an active lifestyle, your feet are under constant duress from the pounding and pressure caused by walking, running, jogging and staying on the go. And when your socks and shoes don’t give you enough support, you can quickly succumb to calluses, swelling and pain.
ZenToes gel-infused foot pads help cushion the ball of the foot by redistributing weight and providing shock-absorbing comfort across the entire footpad.
They are ok sometimes. The concept is better than the silicone Dr. Scholls pads, but it depends on the sock, the shoe, how much walking. They can move, and they also become very uncomfortable sometimes around the edge of the fabric and chafe the top of toes and feet.
The Spenco RX Ball-Of-Foot Cushions are ideal for those who are suffering from metatarsal arch tenderness and pain. It provides targeted support and additional padding for the ball-of-foot and metatarsal arch.

The SpenCore Material exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact. Sizing: Small (US Women’s 5 to 7, US Men’s 6 to 8). Medium (US Women’s 8 to 10, US Men’s 9 to 11). Large (US Women’s 11 to 12, US Men’s 12 to 15).
I have Hallux limitus and this definitely helps my joint when I walk. It does tend to move around when you’re putting your shoes on but once it’s placed and you’re walking, it stays still. It’s inexpensive and also love putting it my dress shoes(with heels)that don’t have cushioning.
I would have rated this 5 star, but it was difficult to get it placed in the right position. There were no instructions as to what direction it should face or where exactly to place it. After trial and error, I got it where it is comfortable.
Definitely helped with my ball of foot pain. It stays in place while wearing my shoes. Sometimes it shifts when putting shoes on or taking them off.

I ‘self’ diagnosed myself with metatarsalgia. I have been a novice runner for several years, just running about 2 miles every morning so that I stay somewhat fit. This last spring I started up running after taking a break for winter and my left ball of my foot became very painful after a week of running in my old shoes accompanied with some long hours of wearing uncomfortable heals.
After suffering for 3 months with the pain that wouldn’t go away I did some google searches and came across metatarsalgia and the symptoms fit mine perfectly. I found these Metatarsal pads here on Amazon and ordered a set.
I put them on right away under my socks and wore some moccasin type roomy slippers all day around the house. The next morning my foot didn’t hurt. I walked around my tile kitchen making breakfast and after about an hour of time in the kitchen my foot began hurting again.
I pulled out the pads, socks, and slippers and wore them all day. Morning of day two no pain at all again. After wearing these pretty much all day for a week the pain was completely gone. They provided the perfect amount of cushy support right where I needed it.
After about a week of wearing them though they stretched out somewhat and I ended up having to tape them onto my foot (like another reviewer did) with some MeFix dressing tape I had in my medicine cabinet.
The MeFix came off the pads nicely each night, but held them in place all day. I did make the mistake of wearing these pads in my running shoes without taping them on my foot while on a hike. It wasn’t until I was coming downhill that I remembered the pads were still on my feet.
It was so annoying having them stretch way down almost to my heel with every downhill step I made. I am very pleased with the results these inexpensive pads gave me to heal my pain.
My wife is trying these pads in hopes that it helps with her Capsulitis, which is a painful condition in which the ligaments surrounding one or more toe joints become inflamed. It typically occurs in the 2nd toe, and be quite difficult to treat, since total immobilization is the best cure, but is not very practical to achieve for most people.
She has an immobilization boot to wear when it gets really bad, but it gets tough to hobble around on that thing for much more than a couple of days. These Metatarsal pads are providing cushioning to the affected area on the bottom of the feet, and are helping to distribute some of the weight away from the affected joint.
The pads are a nice soft gel-type material, about 1/16′ think. They are not too bulky to fit inside your shoe, but still provide a nice amount of padding. They attach by slipping the ring over the second toe, and then putting your sock on over the pad.
The pads are marked ‘L’ and ‘R’. Since they are made of a silicone material, they will not get smelly or wet. These pads differ from an ordinary orthotic device in that they go inside your sock, not just inside your shoe.
The anchoring effect of the ring around the toe, as well as the device being worn inside the sock, both help the pad stay in place better than a pad that just lays inside your shoe. It can be a small challenge getting a tighter sock on over the pad, but once the sock is on, the pad stays in place well.
So far, we seems to be getting a good amount of success in alleviating some of the pain, and these pads look to be a good stop-gap between total immobilization and total pain. Hopefully with long-term use, we will see some lasting relief.
I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review, and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
These pads are pretty good. They really relieve pressure on the bottoms of my bony feet. They only stay put, however, if you wear a snug sock, and it does take a little finageling to get them seated just right under the sock, hence the 4-star rating.
For sandals, I use Dr. Jill’s Gel Dancer’s sesamoid pads. They stick to the bottoms of your feet unobtrusively–not quite as cushiony, but do provide relief. Review update: Shortly after I posted the above review, the seller contacted me offering a refund to give me a ‘5 star customer experience.
‘ Although I truly appreciate the seller standing staunchly behind their product, I do not want a refund. I am perfectly happy with this product and would and will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
That does not, however take away from the minor, to me at least, drawback with the product as mentioned above. This issue might be more problematic for other customers, and I thought that they might appreciate knowing about it before they made a purchase.
Perhaps the manufacturer will come out with a similar pad in the future that sticks better to the bottom of the foot, negating the need for a tight sock and the hassle of getting the pad properly positioned.
That would earn a 5-star rating from me for sure!.

Excellent cushioning ability yet still slim enough to wear with your regular footwear under socks.
These foot pads are just what I was looking for to alleviate foot pain on the balls of my feet. They are made of firm stretchy fabric and fit well across my toes. The gel pad is placed exactly where it is needed within the fabric ,so I am well pleased with the product.
I will though have to unpick them a little at the right hand side as they are a little bit tight, even though I have narrow, skinny feet. I ordered medium in size and large would have been too big for my size 5 feet.
The souls of my feet continually flake dry skin and sometimes is very sore to walk on! I’m delighted with these gel cushioned foot pads so thank you Scotts of Stowe – I will order them again in the future ….

I bought these insoles because they were recommended by an orthopedic physician’s assistant who diagnosed the excruciating pain at the base of my three toes as metatarsalgia. I was sceptic but since I put these in my daily walking shoes I have not had any pain at all.
So, yes, I would recommend them. I have fairly high arches but that was not my problem. Fit was perfect. I normally wear a 7. 5 to 8 USA ladies and I bought a size 8 insole.

It is made of the finest chevreaux leather Easily attaches to the inside of the shoe with a self adhesive foil. Pedag model #134 Spreadfoot is another disease caused mainly by civilization. Hard floors, standing on the feet all day, high heels and/or over weight are all contributing factors.
Spreadfoot is quite painful and is one of the most common foot problems. Spreadfoot is caused by a weakened (flat) medial latitudinal arch and can cause stinging pains in the metatarsus area, as well as cramps and tenderness.
In the process the metatarsus grows wider, the toes spread and press against the shoe’s inner sides, the phalanx of the big toe stands out and a bunion is likely to form. Orthotic pellets are efficient remedies, as are gymnastic exercises and massage.
Remedies such as Metatarsal pads by Pedag provide effective relief. They support the forefoot and hold the bones of the middle part of the foot in the correct position.
I’m a regular user of metatarsal pads (and big supporter of Myfootshop) for my forefoot capsulitis. As long as I use a met pad, I do ok with only limited pain. I prefer the Pedag Drop Pads for my dress shoes.
It’s a bit nicer than the foam or felt pads in that it has a leather finish. Semi firm support, good thickness. For my tennies, I do use the felt met pads.

Pedag Metatarsal Pads are a teardrop shaped dome that fit behind the ball of the foot. They are used to help spread your transverse arch (the arch behind the ball of your foot that runs across the width of your foot), promote the return of any overextended toes to their normal anatomical position, and encourage the return of your forefoot fat pad to a place that supports your metatarsal heads.
The use of pads can realign your toes while offering benefits to those dealing with metatarsalgia, arch pain, capsulitis, and neuromas. Pedag Metatarsal Pads are sold in a set.
With this current order I was disappointed in the pad as it was not as firm as the ones I have ordered in the past. This pad gave way too much to completely eliminate my problem. I would no be able to order this particular one again.
My Podiatrist gave me a similar set of these for my Morton’s Neuroma. The pads made it almost impossible to slid a socked foot over it into the shoes. Because these are leather, you can slide a foot right in to the shoe.
