For several years I’ve been trying to find something that would bring relief to my elderly mother who suffers from an extremely itchy scalp. Her dermatologist recommended a few shampoos which didn’t help, then even gave us a topical steroid treatment, which didn’t help either and had some bad side effects.

I bought her other over-the-counter shampoos , and my brother got her some handmade organic shampoos and soaps. We were disappointed every time. I finally decided to search the web and read reviews of customers who were experiencing the same problem.

LOVE THIS SHAMPOO for my husband! I have used it for my curly hair as well. My husband was using the most popular dandruff brand (H&S) and I wanted to get him away from chemicals etc. Convincing him of the idea was difficult because why not stick with what is working, right? But the first time he tried Maple Holistics Hydrate Moisture Control shampoo, he was convinced.

It does have a mild smell (not bad at all- more like a natural smell you would expect). I also ordered the conditioner and he is a happy camper! Ps. He showers 3 times a day due to working out etc. He even let’s me know when we are getting low and that’s a first! ~Happy Customers.

I have tried everything under the sun as far as shampoo and conditioner. I’ve given every product several months to work. This brand has made a whirlwind of a difference in my hair. My hair is much healthier, softer but strong and thick.

I naturally have thick, course hair, but shiny and healthy. My last product I was using worked well for almost a year but then my hair started falling out. Come to find out the company was in a lawsuit because of it, and they never took off the shelf.

I bought pumps to fit and the rest is history. Like all hair products though, this works for me. An may not work for someone else. Give it a try, if it doesn’t. See what else Joico sells, you may find the right one.

I bought this during Ulta’s liter sale along with the corresponding conditioner, and it’s wonderful! My hair is left feeling clean and easy to manage! The formula has a great scent and lathers well. I usually double wash , and this shampoo is perfect.

It doesn’t dry out my hair, and I really feel like its bringing moisture back into my hair. One thing to note is since I started using this formula, my hair dries STRAIGHT. I’ve had naturally , ringlet curly hair my entire life.

It’s very bizarre. I’m not sure if it’s because of this shampoo and conditioner, but I don’t use heat or any other product that is new. Definitely odd, but who knows!.

I decided to try a different brand so I went with this one due to high reviews. The smell is nice but unfortunately it makes my hair feel really greasy for some reason and weighs my hair down. I do have dry hair due to some previous damage but it just does not work for me.

I wash my hair and dry it instantly or let it air dry, both ways. hair feels greasy. I even shampoo twice and still the same. I am sure this works for many people, but for me unfortunately it does not.

I ordered what I thought was a dark green. I was still waiting for it to be delivered, then checked and said it had been delivered. So I checked the bottle of light greyish that I didn’t remember ordering, and it says Berlin There Done That on the bottom.

So it’s not at all what the picture shows. It’s almost a taupe, grey, maybe a hint of green. It’s about 3 shades lighter than the picture. Will look good in the summer, when I wear lighter colors.

I received this shampoo in my Luxely subscription Box. It’s a good shampoo and leaves my hair feeling clean and full of life. Do I feel it’s better than other expensive name brand shampoos, no, but it is a great shampoo.

If you have been on the fence about giving this shampoo a try, I would go for it if I were you.

My mum got me this and the conditioner to go with it because my hair was dry and heat damage had ruined my curl pattern. I’ve actually never shed as badly as I did last night when I used these and that’s saying something because I have PCOS so lose more than the normal amount of hair on my head already.

Even now if I pass my hand through my hair I’m pulling out strands. I can only imagine what long term use would do. In terms of hair texture I also don’t see much of a difference between this and my regular washes, the curls are just as loose and the hair feels just a dry.

Hairbust products are worth every penny. I’ve been using their classic shampoo and conditioner for ages and now I ordered this one and it is even better. Leaves hair nourished and shiny. Also smells great.

Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a great quality product for a reasonable price.

I love this conditioner! I use it in combination with the regular shampoo since l had a balayage done on my hair! After the treatment at the salon my hair were stressed and dry but after start using this conditioner the lengths are looking just full and health again! My favorite for now with the vitamins!.

I’ve tried other shampoos and conditioners for dry hair and this set has definitely improved the moisture quality of my hair. Ive been using two full lathers during a wash with warm water to hot water and rinse the conditioner out with cool to cold water.

Fill it half way with the conditioner, add about 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, fill the rest with the conditioner, shake well, saturate hair after shampooing, twist it up, pin it with a big claw clip and let it soak in while you bathe.

All the sulfate free hype is just hype. There is absolutely no scientific evidence that supports sulfate free is better in any way. Garnier hair products are wonderful and affordable, with amazing fragrance that’s an added bonus.

Stop whatever you’re doing and drive to your nearest grocery store/drugstore/mass merchant, walk down the shampoo and condition aisle, pick this off the shelf, pop the top open, and smell it until an employee comes over and tells you that you either need to make a purchase or leave the store because you’ve been standing there for 3 hours with the bottle shoved against your face.

I have thick, slightly damaged hair from heat and hair dye, I have never in my life felt hair as soft as mine after I use this conditioner. It’s such a great, affordable price for a product that makes you feel like you’ve just left the salon.

I know a lot of times people tell you not to use conditioner on your roots because they trap in oils and make your hair look greasy even after it’s just been washed, I tend to use about a nickel size amount of product and start right at ear level and work my way down, once it’s all off my hands i then run my fingers through my roots and plop my hair in a bun on the top of my head for 3 minutes and wash it out.

I can guarantee that you’ll spend that time wondering how strange you’ll look to people if you spend all of your time smelling your hair for the next month before your bottle runs out.

Best shampoo I’ve ever used. It does not over lather so it’s easy to rinse. Given that, it cleans my hair without stripping color or moisture. It leaves my hair manageable without a lot of product.

If you have dry hair- ie feels like straw. Karite Shampoo will make your hair feel like real soft hair again. I’ve tried loads of different brands. This is the best.

This is a great shampoo for people with dry or damaged hair. While it is a bit expensive, it is an excellent quality shampoo with a nice (not overpowering) scent. Rinses very easily as well. Really helps keep my hair from getting too dried out.

I have previously used JM’s shampoo for normal hair but was curious to try this one as I have quite dry hair. On first use my hair felt quite oily afterwards, but actually since then it is less so and it definitely adds shine! I prefer the smell of the lavender one but this is also quite pleasant.

this shampoo was okay, not phenomenal, but also not bad. I have thick, frizzy, somewhat dry but starts to get super oily by the 3rd day of not washing – hair. this shampoo wasn’t really hydrating – but I did feel like it cleaned my scalp well and never was irritating for my sensitive skin.

I would definitely need to use a very moisturizing conditioner after (which I try to avoid using too much of since I also use leave in conditioner). The formula of this shampoo is so hydrating and nourishing to the hair. Even though it’s sulfate- and silicone-free, I was hesitant at first to use it on my color-treated hair. I was happily using the old formula shampoo and conditioner(when it was called a detangler) however now that both have been reformulated, it has changed them beyond recognition and I can no longer use this product range.

I have fine hair but also lots of it, which combination makes my hair tangle and knot easily. The old shampoo and conditioner worked through my hair superbly however the new one does not. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling like there is a residue and the conditioner does not untangle my knots easily.

I struggle to comb through my hair with my shower comb and find that the comb “drags” through my hair. This was never the case with the old formula. John Masters previously reformulated the neroli conditioner from being a great detangler to a ineffective conditioner which was why I changed to the mint range. Now that the same thing has happened I am left with no option but to change to a different organic brand.

I very badly wanted John Masters to be my go to products however unless you stop reformulating products that were never broken in the first place I am saddened to say that you have lost a regular customer.

On a slight plus, it does smell gorgeous.

I have used Kenra shampoo & conditioner exclusively since 2010. I have tried others over the years and always come back to Kenra. When my husband and I were experiencing super dry hair I decided to give the Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner a try.

It worked great for me for a few washes and then my hair was good and I was able to go back to regular shampoo. But my husband still continues to use the Moisturizing shampoo & conditioner daily. It does not make his hair oily and it does not smell “girly.

” I am EXTREMELY sensitive to fragrance and this shampoo & conditioner do not bother me, even when I use it. Also, I have really fine hair, but a ton of it. and this did not weigh down my hair like so many other moisturizing or nourishing shampoos do.

Would give this a 10 out of 10. Use it every once in a while to add some moisture back in when you need it. or use it as often as you want and it still won’t weigh down your hair or make it oily!!.

k, so to preface I’ve always used drugstore haircare so the bar was pretty low for me when it comes to anything hair related. These were recommended to me by one of the hairstylists at Ulta. Now, my hair has some issues, but this shampoo/conditioner set wrecked my hair.

It made my hair frizzy, dry, and hard to brush through. The ends of my hair felt like straw. I didn’t realize how bad it truly was till I switched to a diff shampoo/conditioner. Would not recommend to anyone.

I really liked this shampoo. It moisturized my hair and smelled really good after use. My hair looked shiny and smooth after using it and i was able to comb out my long hair easily. Although I only tried a small sample, I feel it was better than other moisturizing shampoos I have tried in the past.

I would definitely buy the full size and I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a moisturizing shampoo that does the job!.

I cannot speak more highly of this shampoo, and the whole range. I have really long, really thick hair. I spent the majority of my teenage years trying every box dye I possibly could, so my hair isn’t in the best condition.

I bought this once as a bit of a special treat, as it was a little more than I’d usually look to spend on shampoo, but I’ve never looked back. Usually even if I lather on the conditioner, getting a brush through my hair is a chore – think back to when your mum used to brush your hair after you’d been swimming – but with this shampoo and the conditioner, I only have to use a really tiny amount and my hair is sooo soft, so shiny and just feels overall healthier.

✔That’s a very lightweight shampoo and it is ideal for people who suffer from light dandruff, sensitivity on the scalp or extremely dry skin of the scalp that results in flakes. ✔After a couple of weeks, you can seeyour dandruff decreasing, but it does not disappear.

✔You may feel that it does not fully clean your hair, especially the first week of usage, but if you do 3 rounds of shampooing each time, you’ll notice that the product is foaming and clears your scalp.

It is just until your hair and scalp get used to this really lightweight product. ✖But if your scalp tends to get oily fast, like mine, then you are going to need a lot of product each time. This means that you’ll have to buy more of this product to use it properly and have the desirable results.

(And the price is not low too!) ✖If you quit using the product, the dandruff symptoms strike again. ✖It doesn’t smell very good. Conclusion: I would repurchase, but recommend it to people who do not have a huge dandruff problem and want to follow a natural, lightweight “remedy” for their flacky scalp.

I love the smell of this. I’ve only used it once so far, but I noticed a change in my hair right off. I have wavy hair and this set if shampoo and conditioner hydrated my waves like nothing else. There was much more defined waves then there usually is.

Today there is more bounce and life to it as well. All in all I hope that this continues in this vein because I have used so so so many different shampoos and conditioners and I’m ready for a steady one.

Works well as an ordinary shampoo because it can clean your hair and leaves a natural and herbal scent. Couldn’t see any outcome as anti-dandruff and if I flip my hair I could see dandruff raining like snowflakes.

Really hurt my feelings. I wonder why I couldn’t find a conditioner with the same Laurel & Echinacea serie because if you don’t apply conditioner after washing your hair with this shampoo you would find your hair enough to hold a comb in it effortlessly.

One star for its basic cleaning function as a shampoo and the other for the natural scent.
