I have been on the hunt for a natural shampoo and conditioner that wouldn’t weight down my curls and so far so good with this product. The only con I would give it is that the natural smell could be off-putting for some – myself I can deal with natural, herbal smells better than fake perfume scents.

This shampoo lathers well for being sulfate free and I only need about a pump and a half for my hair, which is almost down to my chest. It rinses cleanly and I follow it with the conditioner and my hair is left really soft and my waves stand out even without putting gel or mouse in it – although I often do have to style it with some sort of product but that is just the way my hair is.

I would recommend this to people with wavy to curly hair for sure. My hair is long and thick and frizzy and I feel like this has helped to tame some of the frizz. I have tried other brands like devacurl and this cleans better for me (and my hair is pretty greasy at the scalp) and is a better value.

Bonus points for the pump!.

Tried washing with it twice. First time, I lathered 4 times, it lathers okay, but it felt like it wasn’t getting clean at the crown. Later that day, it felt like I had product in hair in that spot. Smells very reminiscent of natural insect repellent to me, not overpowering though and I could live with it if it did well for my hair.

Second try, I lathered three times, it produced a great lather, but I noticed my ends suddenly felt like straw and were a tangled mess. I ended up washing again with matrix shampoo. I ran out of room on the shower wall from all the fallen strands.

I might give this shampoo one last try, because it’s expensive, but honestly, it is likely to end up on a shelf in the ladies’ room at work for somebody else to try without having to spend the money.

Definitely worked for me. Used it for eczema,rosacea, psoriasis (which ever one it is that makes my skin red, itchy, dry and flakey) on my forehead, cheeks and both sides of my nose under my eyes. Rubbed a lil on my face in the shower gave it bout 3-4 mn then washed with cold water and i got results the very first time and have since for the last week ive had it.

My husband bought this for me to use and first of all I don’t have thin hair. AND my hair tends to be on the oily side. This product contains coconut oil which is not what I need. I don’t have itchy or dry scalp.

I received this product for free for my honest review. DOES IT WORK? Short answer: I don’t know. I feel like it makes my fine hair feel thicker over time, but I’ve tried using the shampoo and conditioner without the hair treatment and the system worked just as fine.

Long answer: They gave us a month to test and review this product, but I don’t think that’s enough time to see results. I used Nioxin system for over a year between 2020 and 2021, and will base my review on the results I had during that period.

I have very fine and low density hair. And it’s getting worse over time, basically after my 30s. I started using the Nioxin system (shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment) and didn’t notice anything for a while, except that I saw my hair falling more during the first month (as expected).

After 6-8 months I started noticing that I had more hair, could see less of my scalp. In hindsight, my hair has never been fuller and longer than after those 12-14 months using Nioxin system non-stop.

I ran out of it, didn’t repurchased, and now in 2023 my hair is back to what it was before Nioxin. During those 12-14 months I used the hair treatment on and off, and I don’t remember noticing any difference from just using shampoo and conditioner.

So, although I’d say Nioxin system works great, I’m not sure how the hair treatment contributed. I think you’ll have the same results without it.

I received this product for free from Nixon and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. So I will say I do not know how I ended up trying the kit for thinning hair because I do have extra thick hair but I did go ahead and try out the kit so here are my thoughts on the conditioner.

So it started out good with the shampoo then the conditioner I thought it was going to be pretty good as well. The smell was definitely stronger that the shampoo. Then it was basically like the Vicks shower tab.

So I was thinking this is kinda great at clearing out the sinuses as well, which it is spring allergy season so great. That is about the time the burning started. I do normally brush through my hair with conditioner on it and I quickly regretted doing so.

The best was to describe the sensation was as if someone dumped icy hot on my head and that was what I was washing my hair with. It was not a great feeling at all. After try the whole kit my hair felt very brittle and I was even after to blow dry.

I did end up finally using some my normal hair care products to help. I will not be using this again. I definitely caution those with Thinning hair.

I have been using the Nioxin System 4 for 3 and 1/2 weeks now and I can definitely see the volume in my hair when I wash, condition, and style my hair! I have been dealing with thinning hair for about a year now and it’s been pretty bad lately with large amounts of hair coming out each time I wash my hair but since I have been using this my hair shedding has significantly reduced by each wash! I’m even seeing little tiny baby hairs at my hairline which hasn’t been the case in months! of course I’ll have to keep using it for a while to really see if I get a good bit of hair growth but the fact that it gives my hair volume and the product doesn’t make my hair feel overly dry then I consider it a win! It does have a pretty strong mentholated smell but it feels good on my scalp, it makes it feel very clean and the conditioner is moisturizing as well! The scalp treatment is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, it’s not bad if I use it when I first get out of the shower before I style my hair I actually feel like it gives my hair tons of volume, but if I don’t wash my hair on the 2nd day I use the scalp foam it makes my roots feel kind of crunchy so I’ve just been putting it in my hair at night on the 2nd day that way when I wake up I’ll be washing my hair but I’m going to try some other ways to see if I can make it work like maybe try to blowdry it quickly after I put it in my roots and use a brush to brush through while I blow dry so maybe it won’t be crunchy that way and I’ll write back tomorrow and let y’all know how it goes! I would definitely recommend trying this system if you are dealing with moderate to progressive hair thinning!.

Aloha, I am a 27 year old man and use Regenepure DR + NT now for about 1. 5 years. Weekly, I wash my hair with both shampoos for about 3 times. Practically, I use each type every day. I have purchased this product because I was suffering from itching, while scratching resulted in additional hair loss.

The product is not as expensive as it may seem. The combination package lasts for almost 6 months. Personally, I use a teaspoon of one or the other daily. The NT I rinse out in a minute, the DR I allow to soak for about 2 minutes.

My hair loss has certainly remained limited. Besides, I have no more itching and my hair just looks healthy :). I read here and there that it dries your hair. I would recommend to skip a day or two a week, or use an extra day of NT instead of DR.

I do not mind myself because I use wax right after washing. As a skeptical realist, you can assume that you do not throw away any money at all. Do not expect any miracles in the short run, but give your hair a few months to get used to it ;-)! Greets!.

This conditioner makes even my coarse mop of dry hair feel soft and luxurious. My hair still looks fairly frizzy, but the appearance is improving with every use, and the feel of it is so nice that I don’t worry so much about the appearance.

I also spend less time styling and ironing my hair, both because it’s softer and doesn’t require as much work and because I like the feel of it when it hasn’t been cooked into submission. I like the thick consistency of the conditioner and the fact that it takes very little of it to do the job.

I have temperamental hair – usually naturally wavy/thick but I’m growing it out and it’s looking limp, flat & thin. At this age (47) – the coarse, frizzy gray hairs & pre-menopausal effects are making me crazy.

First, let me start by saying I have pretty thin, naturally curly, frizzy. with my end usually brittle. So I thought I would give the Heavenly Shampoo/Conditioner at try. Can you day GAME CHANGER!!! I had high hopes for this Pravana shampoo. I’ve used their styling products in the past and really liked them. My first problem with this product is that it hardly even lathers. I like a LOT of lather when I shampoo.

The scent is decent but not life-changing. My 2nd gripe is after towel drying my hair, it felt like I had already put product in it. Yuck! It was just so disappointing! Thankfully, I only bought the travel size.
