I tried these as a free sample at Costco, and I’m glad I did! I love the flavor of these pure soft but not spongy and a nice little crunch. I enjoy these on top of salads or by themselves. I particularly enjoy the fresh taste.

No bitterness as you get with some fried versions. Sea salt is a great choice as it is a background enhancing flavor not forward. The bag says you can put in soups or trail mixes or even on avocado toast.

I bet it would be good no matter what you choose. No aftertaste but so good you don’t want to stop eating. Will definitely buy again.

I must admit, I’ve never been one to trust food naming – I mean, come on “super” food, really? Now, looking into the details of this super seed blend, there’s quite some interesting stuff – of course, chia seeds (a classic!), but also flax seeds and hemp seeds.

All of that brings an healthy amount of Omega 3 and fibers into your body, which is recognized as being a good thing, especially considering our not so great daily diets. In the family, I’m not really the one recognized for picking up healthy foods, but my wife keep an eagle eye on things, and she is pretty happy with this seed mix.

And, as the saying goes, when wife is happy, that’s a good thing. Or something like that. Anyway. She says it has a pleasant nutty taste, which – I just checked the packaging – is apparently one of their claims, how convenient.

She uses the seed mix into her salads or her weird breakfast concoctions, and she looks awesome (my judgment may not be partial on this one). She told me to leave a high rating, and I’m not one to question what she says – at least, not in front of her, nor in public spaces.

In summary, this seed mix is great, try it!.

I have had terrible ibs for about 20 years and it’s hard for me to regulate my diet. It was suggested adding chia, flax, and Hemp seeds to my diet by different doctors at different times and surprisingly this bag has all three at once so I was very excited and it does help for my situation.

I add a scoop to my cereal in the morning or salad or veggie wraps at night and I really enjoy it. I know my situation is slightly unique of why I tried it but I think that it’s great.

Order immediately!!! This stuff is just great. I have used it on cereal, with yogurt, in my soups, I will eat just straight next round. This stuff is what you want in a seed blend. The ingredients are straight and simple.

I like the use of coconut for the sugar flavoring. Can’t get away from a sugar additive but coconut is better than most. I give this 4 stars for that. I just wish there was a zero sugar version, and a package with a larger size.

But for my money this stuff is something I will order more of. Outside of actually grinding the seeds yourself, this is the next best investment. Enjoy!!!.

It is definitely a healthy alternative for breakfast. Has a nutty flavor. I add some cinnamon and milk. Can add berry or get creative. But a thumbs up. If use to instant packaged oatmeal. This us good choice.

Flavor to taste.

I normally buy separate packages of chia, whole hemp and flax seeds, but this mix with addition of coconut and a hint of coconut sugar is a good, readily cleaned and grinded time saving option. Taste wise, flax is most noticable.

Bit sweetish, but still at a tolerable level. Works really good over yogurt, smoothy bowls, veggy salad or even as a small snack by itself if you are accustomed to the taste. Haven’t tried yet, but must make a good addition to raw sweets and energy balls.

Could also be good as an egg substitute in baking, but personally I prefer using such seeds in their raw state, to preserve the healthiest nutrients. Note on the effect – for someone with constipation tendancies – regular intake really helps, but it’s also important to balance with additional water or other hydration.

I had never eaten a chia seed, nor had I known what you can do with them, until I became ill. chia seeds are a super food packed with fiber, protein, and iron. You can do many things with them. I add them to Chia protein balls ( I found the recipe on Pinterest).

I also add to to my protein shakes ( make sure you add them to a blender for best results). The downside of them are that they are also packed with Calories. ( that’s why my doctor recommended them to me).

You can find these at most grocery stores, health food stores, or Amazon. That’s where I bought mine. They aren’t very cheap, but they do last for quite awhile. If you want to start eating healthier.

This is such a phenomenal game. It’s one of the only games I have ever played that it’s really just impossible to put what this game is into words. But, if I try, I can say that this game is many things.

One, it’s relationships. Romantic relationships are an option with most of the characters in the game, and for any character you don’t get with romantically, meaningful friendships are the thing. Of course, it’s up to you what your relationships look like.

If you want to be enemies with everyone, go for it. If you want to date, marry, divorce the town (people have done it, I’ve seen it and it’s so funny), then live your dreams. But for me, it’s about a cute little love story for my character and all the unique friends she makes along the way.

Two, it’s farming. But so much more than farming. It’s growing crops, yes, but it’s also buying seeds, tending crops, and turning crops into products like juice, honey, and food. The farming in this game is stellar because listen, I am not usually someone who enjoys farming games but in this game I can’t get enough of it.

Three, it’s mystery and exploration. There are seemingly endless quests, mysteries, and areas to be unlocked. I’ve been playing for years and I still have so much more to do. Four, it’s absolutely adorable animals.

You can have a cat or a dog for your household and then beyond that you can buy a horse, get a barn, and barn animals ranging from cows, to sheep, to truffle finding pigs (this is where the money is at fyi), to (spoiler?) little dinosaurs.

Five, it’s holiday/special events. The game has a calendar and for each season there are unique events. Some you might recognize as reflections of our holidays, like “Spirits Eve” or “Egg Festival,” but others are more unique like the “Flower Dance” or “Night Market.

” Every character also has a birthday and so another challenge lies in trying to figure out what to get them each year. Six, battle/fighting. Yeah, you get to collect weapons/armor and fight some difficult bosses while exploring intense caves.

I am almost definitely missing stuff here because like I said earlier, this game is impossible to sum up. It’s just entirely unlike anything else in that it is a combination of almost every game aspect out there.

I really cannot recommend this game enough. It’s one of the best games I have ever played and a game I know I will always return to.

Excellent game, the physical version also includes all dlc that has been released on the switch. Just a great game to sit back and enjoy if you like that old school Harvest Moon (SNES) feel, with minor combat/mining.

It features Online coop and also Local coop, and it does have a splitscreen coop, but i have not tried that specific one. The online coop is where its at, amazing gameplay, get a friend and build a farm together, explore the mines together, and just enjoy.

One really nice thing about the coop is that the host can start game online, and lets say the next day you are in the same place as your buddy, you can host the same save file but in Local coop, so you can play along with a friend while on an airplane without the need for internet, and use the same save file when you are miles away in different states through online connection!.

I ordered the SPROUTING SEED ASSORTMENT: Sprouting seeds super assortment I have sprouted broccoli, radish and alfalfi in the Biosta 3 layered tier sprouter. The alfalfi was disappointing and only about 1/2 of the alfalfa seeds sprouted, so next time, I will try a mason jar.

“The other two did excellent and very delicious. ” But I don’t quite understand why buckwheat unhulled was including in the sprouting kit. I tried sprouting it 1) in a loosely woven basket and 2) on a stainless steel mesh to hopefully anchor the roots.

It did very poorly! Waste of time and energy. I don’t know if it was the buckwheat sprouts sent or me. The Service was excellent and delivery was prompt. The website has lots of information to help. Success, however, depends on the execution of data given and results you receive! I hope to get better on this 2nd effort and will post again.

Well we took the plunge into the world of sprouting seeds. We bought a dozen one quart jars and a dozen one pint mason jars (actually little price difference from buying a dozen at once versus just trying to buy a few).

I also bought some plastic sprouting lids. Luckily the jars from Target, lids from Amazon and seeds from First Leaf arrived within a few days and off we started. So far we have successfully sprouted 3 quarts of sprouts with no problems.

We sprout the smaller sized seeds in the pint jars and the larger seeds directly in the quart jar. I remove the sprouts from the pint jar but there are so many I just repackage them in a quart container (essentially 1.

5 to 2 TBLS of seeds yields almost 1 quart of sprouts). The germination rate of the sprouted seeds seems to be about 100%. We have tried them on salads and today I added some to my soup all with great success.

Good flavor and they stay nice and crunchy in the sealed mason jars in the refrigerator. I am now trying to develop a good cycle so we have at least a quart of sprouts waiting in the refrigerator at all times.

The sampler seed pack has so many different varieties of seeds that it is way too early for us to declare a favorite, however based on the sampling of three packs of seeds all were our favorite. The extra crunch of the bean/pea pack I used in today’s lunch soup was really yummy, we love radishes therefore the daikon mix was also very good.

Based on the amount of seeds provided in the sample pack it looks like we will be working on them for a long time considering we are trying to have a minimum of one quart of sprouts constantly available.

We highly recommend the First Leaf sprouting sampler – easy successful germination, great volume of sprouts for the amount of seed used and excellent flavors. If we cannot decide on a flavor winner or two we will not hesitate to buy another sampler so we can enjoy the wonderful variety.

This purchase and early success has far exceeded my expectations. I expect to fully recover my fixed costs – jars and lids – plus the cost of the seeds very quickly versus buying sprouts in the grocery store plus we get the health benefits of fresh sprouts.

We’re brand new to growing sprouts and have had awesome success with the variety pack! It’s fun to find different flavors and favorites, we’ve tried 6 out of the 10 types and love them all, lentils are my FAVE but we also love the mixes! The only suggestion I have is that the booklet and the packets show different instructions which can be very confusing for newbies, not knowing which to follow.

But we’ve just used them as a guideline and have had awesome yield. We’re excited to order bigger packs of our favorites, we’re customers for life ❤️.

Such a nice way to get important fiber, helpful fats and protein. I simply add a tablespoon to 10-12 ounces of water. I stir it a bit, and let it sit for 15 minutes or so, I stir again and drink it down.

The 15 minute wait allows the chia to absorb water. The resulting drink is filling and very healthy. In fact, I use this a half hour before dinner to decrease my appetite and it works! The Nutiva product is organic and very healthy!.

I am totally addicted to these but I have to share that this particular Lot May 5, 2023 sell buy have been absolutely awful!!! There is no taste to them and for $4. 99 for the 5 oz. bag it is frustrating!!! Also they are in short supply in most places that I look for them.

Please let’s move onto a different lot!!?? I bought a June 2023 bag 2 weeks ago and they were the usual delicious and today I buy the May 2023 Lot in the same store thinking they would be okay and not the case!! This is a good product I hope this improves!!??.

I would have to give these pumpkin seeds a mixed review. They are always fresh tasting and crunchy, and the package is the perfect size. I really like having pumpkin seeds as a snacking option! However, I’m not a fan of what I perceive to be a way-too-salty taste.

The strong salty taste detracts from the good flavor of the pumpkin seeds. David’s should offer a “lower sodium” option! If such an option were available, I would increase the amount of seeds that I eat.

Unfortunately, because of the overwhelming saltiness of the product, I have to ration my portions.

I just bought these yesterday and I was so excited at first because I love pumpkin seeds and I love the David brand. These seeds are so salty though I can’t even eat more than 20 before my tongue is raw from the amount of salt and it hurts my stomach.

The 2oz bag I got has over 1900mg of sodium, more than most salty snacks! Please make a lightly salted/low sodium version especially considering many other customers say the same, and pumpkin seeds are tasty and very healthy on their own.

And it is always fresh. I keep mine in the fridge or the freezer, if I have room. My only complaint is, no choice for an unsalted(or even sea salt). I cannot use it to share with the birds & squirrels.

Now that I don’t use table salt, I have to limit my intake of these, where I used to eat them by the handful.

I bought these a week ago and man are they ever good but I have NEVER spat out so many little bugs eating spits before. In less than an hour I’ve spat out 3 bugs. They taste really good so I try to put it behind me because you often get the odd bug but WOW this is a little much.

Plus these seeds shred the top of my mouth like there’s no tomorrow. I would normally buy them again for the taste but I don’t think I can handle this many bugs in my mouth again.

I’ve been eating these seeds for months now and I’m obsessed with them. But the last few bags I bought taste much different and are spicier than they ever were. I really don’t like this change and am very disappointed.

And I’m upset that there wasn’t any sort of notice when I purchased them online that the flavor had changed or I wouldn’t have bought them. I would really like them to go back to how they were.

These sunflower seeds taste ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! Great snack! The kernels are perfect size and the seasoning is on point! Definitely ZESTY! Though eating too much in one sitting can become a bit salty and make your blood pressure go up through the roof.

BUT it’s SOOO good!.

Taste good. Raw sunflower seeds should be all gray, a sign of freshness. These were not all gray but I expect this time of year is the reason, I’ll order some more later this summer. Much better taste then the health food store raw seeds I recently bought, they had very little taste.

I’ve been using your seeds and capsules for over five years. I eat a couple seeds every day and plant them every year. After cancer treatment I was looking for anything I could find to feel better. After a lot of research and some other sources I found “A Healthy Leaf”.

A friend who also grows moringa had a taste of mine in the garden and was shocked that mine tasted better than his. I didn’t realize that was a thing. Confirmation that this is a great source and Mark’s personal touch makes it feel like a very personal connection.

Every year I order ahealthyleaf PKM-1 seeds I have never been disappointed , the trees grow at a rapid rate which is wonderful because I live in the mountain areas of Arizona where snow comes early. These seeds supersede any other Moringa seeds I have purchased in the passed from other distributors these are far Superior! What a blessing it is to work with a company that has a customer service of kindness , any family atmosphere when communicating with Mark.

I’m so pleased with how many chia seeds come in a package. Also, the price is great considering that these are organic. I added them to my sports drink earlier. I’ve had chia seeds in water, but prefer them in something flavored, even if it’s just lemon water.

I found a recipe about adding them to water with lemon and honey. I will definitely be trying that soon. These are filling because of the fiber in them. I love that for when I don’t feel like eating breakfast, like today.

I added one serving of these chia seeds to my drink about an hour ago, and I still don’t feel hungry. I’m going to be sharing these with my bird. I hope she loves them as much as I do.

I never tried them before and was excited to, but the moment i opened the bag I saw a bunch of little bugs crawling through the seeds. I honestly thought the seeds were just moving on their own until I researched it, apparently sometimes there’s bugs in chia seeds called weevils.

The bag was sealed shut and had never been opened before. Good thing I had my glasses on or I wouldn’t have noticed since the bugs look JUST like the seeds. I’m kinda upset since this is rather expensive and I couldn’t use ANY of it and now I’m afraid to buy chia seeds ever again since I don’t wanna risk eating bugs.

You have to have a plan, waiting to see what happens next – isn’t a plan. We all try to plan for our, and our childrens future, it part of being a parent. These people deserve to have something that motivates them.

By having a plan , you provide them with a future. Prepping is about being ready physically and even more important mentally for what’s coming your way. You need water, food and a place that provides you and them safety.

The seeds are more of the plans for the future, hope ,that perhaps this time, we can get it right. You must be ready, to defend your family from chaos, which will be,all those ,who haven’t thought of their own futures.

Seeds start life again, and we will probably have to started over again,before it ever gets back to what we call normal. During these times, if you don’t have a plan, and hope hope things will improve improve on there own, your placing everyone’s future in chance.

Seeds will start the new beginning, as they’ve always done. It’s your plan to move forward, your chance to survive, the hope you cling to, when everything else is falling apart. Your new beginning. No matter what, you have future possibilities for all of your family , clan , your group, whatever you want to call them.

I ordered these 4Patriots seed vaults because they were cheap enough and a great Variety of different crops. And u can save some of your seeds from your vegetables dry them and replant them again. Food prices are out of site.

As long as I have seeds I have fresh vegetables. These can b grown on peoples balconies porches flowerbeds and be able to keep from paying high prices In the store. For me gardening and raising chickens for our eggs and hunting is our main food source to survive.

I thank my parents for my knowledge of how to survive hard times and I thank 4Patriots for their seed vaults and their shelf life food that last 25 years just to have on hand. I live in Texas and we stay prepared for anything.
