Oh my goodness !!!!!! I’ve been looking for the best price on this can of seeds ! Walmart had it ! They slashed the price and were able to get me these seeds ! This is a must have if you are learning to grow your own vegetables or just want a emergency stash ! This is part of my prep! This pandemic made me realize I really need to be putting more stock up seed wise ! I’m want to can as much as I can from my garden ! This will help if I run out of seeds !!!.

I had a can of therse seeds from 2011. I came across it in a closet and since it was so old ( they say good for 5 years this was 9 years old) I was going to throw itaway then I decided to just open the can to get a visual of how many seeds were included and they all l,ooked ok.

I had started a garden plot but things happened and I got busy and never planted and it was too late in the season according to every guide I checked so I ended up just throwing the 9 year old seeds around the plot I figured the birds would eat the seeds or whatever, I didn’t plant any seeds or water the garden nothinf and I just pulled 100 pounds of Zucchini and cucumbers and squash out of the garden, There are tiny baseball size melons also growing in the garden and the corn, tomatoes and other plants a re growing just not ready to harvest! Amazing!.

I grew these seeds in my garden in 2013. The peppers, zuchini, and carrots did great. The tomatoes grew like crazy and tasted great. but many tomatoes split while growing. The green beans produced all growing season and looked realy nice.

Onions also did well. The cantilope plant grew nicely but produced no fruit. not sure what happened. The spinach plants died early. again not sure why but I will try again next year. If you go buy individual packs of seeds for a big garden you will pay alot more than $20.

I think these are a great deal!.

Had just a few green radish leaves with a lighter pink stem. Maybe 10 or 15 per 10×20 tray. But i dont mind because I grow for personal use. But for the guys that sell, I’m sure they want to see that pure purple canopy.

Though, I wonder if it was just a genetic anomoly where the seed was born as an original raddish, land race strain. Because it grew taller than the rest, and no I wasn’t planting any other radish varieties at this time, and I completely clean everything after use.

We couldn’t stop touching these little micro greens – they were just, so fun to grow, and germination was awesome. My kids loved them. They are so pretty and soft, like moss! The flavor wasn’t as punchy as some other greens, but they are so lovely in salads that we will continue to include them alongside some of our spicier favorites.

Sango radish from True-leaf has a delightful radish flavor with moderate heat/spicy finish. The green and purple colors are absolutely gorgeous. Seeds germinate in 3 days and ready to harvest by day 9 or 10.

The yield is quite good as well. Much better than some other radish varieties.

The packaging and product are perfect. I will say that the flavor is something to get used to. A bit earthy or green to me, which is not snacking flavor for me. However, I just put them in my toaster oven for about 5 minutes and then the flavor is a bit more roasted and perfect snacking food for me.

I highly recommend these as they have a great fat profile and are chock full of fiber.

These go great with many foods and can correct the high Omega6/Omega3 ratio that creeps into (mostly) vegan diets. Great if you are watching your blood sugar. All the carbohydrate in them is fiber! The protein is complete! Some people say there is a fishy aftertaste to Sacha Inchi seeds.

I do not notice that at all, while I do experience it with other Omega3 rich vegan foods such as flax and (sometimes) canola oil and walnuts. If you spend a good deal of time eating saturated fat and sugar, you will not like “Peru peanuts”.

I’ve been trying several less common nut/seed varieties as part of a keto diet and recently found this sacha inchi product. They fit my diet and nutrition goals well: the label gives it zero net carbs, the fat is higher than the protein – all good things for which I look.

Not as super-fatty as pili nuts but a great alternative for variety’s sake at the very least. The flavor is interesting – grassy, somewhat buttery. This product is simply roasted – no oils or salt added.

Definitely recommend trying these.

I think everyone should try to plant this pumpkin! We had five plants and they put out so many beautiful pumpkins. Well shaped and so hardy! I also like that they didn’t run all over the garden.

So I got referred to True Leaf to grab some microgreen seeds. I decided to learn how to and grow microgreens going into this cold dark winter. I am so excited about all the seeds I’ve gotten. I have many trays sprouting and one is under the lights.

I’m optimistic at this point. I love how there’s a fact sheet for each seed that gives soaking and germination, harvest data. It makes it so easy to get started. Thanks True Leaf!.

I am a new convert to growing microgreens and want to start hydroponic gardening. My research overwhelmingly suggested True Leaf as a good source for buying seeds. I did so and I glad I found this great source.

Thanks for your help in starting my journey. I would like to see more information on how to use the growing media mats and ways to use microgreens in food preparation. My source for finding this information has been through an internet search and that is not the most reliable means for some things.

Please consider adding this information to your site. The supplier is always the best way to get information for a product.

I did my first cutting of the Chia microgreens today. They tasted delicious. The growing process is simple.

I ordered some of these last year. They aren’t the easiest seeds to get to germinate and grow, but I was able to get a decent number of plants. This year’s order was shipped quickly, and the seeds came in a nice, padded envelope.

I’m looking forward to having more plants next spring!.

I just LOVE these wildflowers! I planted these and other American Meadow seeds such as sunflower mix, southeast mix, pollinator mix, blanket flower seeds, cosmos seeds and elephant ears in our bird island area to add cover and make it safer for our wild birds and other wild creatures.

With bird feeders in our area, we also have hawks around so we want our birds to feel safe from them. The birds love our area and I can tell they feel much safer with the addition of the wildflowers, sunflowers and all the other plants from American Meadows.

We have seen baby rabbits and baby skunks and opossums in our area also. With the hot Summer this year, we have added several ground bird baths. tucked here and there and even a water fountain to our area so the birds and wild creatures that visit us at night have access to the precious water they need to survive.

For an added depth of enjoyment to our area, we got a game cam this year that video tapes our wild visitors with sound. We have video taped visits from fox, coyote, rabbits, skunks and opossum. We have purchased American Meadows’ seeds and bulbs before and have had excellent results.

This Fall, I will be planting tulip and allium bulbs from American Meadows in our bird island area for Spring beauty and next year, we will be adding even more wild flower seeds to this area. we are going to fill it up! 🙂 Thank you American Meadows for offering us such wonderful seeds and bulbs and plants to pick from! I planted this a large meadow in the front yard of my home. I knew that so many new plants would be certain to attract unwanted pests. I decided to get this mix as part of my overall design and boy am I glad I did! I saw aphids at the beginning of the season but I also saw ladybugs.

on the same plant. I didn’t introduce one single bug, so everyone just sorta showed up. I’m confident it’s because I attracted them all here with this mix of flowers and herbs. They look great and they keep my meadow healthy.

In fact, I haven’t had any problems with unwanted pests or pest damage. now if they would only deter the deer :).

It is 92% annual ryegrass. I wish the description would have said what types of grass it contained. It’s 92% annual ryegrass and 5. 5% solstice intermediate ryegrass. The only thing I could find on Solstice intermediate ryegrass is that it is a hybrid of annual and perennial ryegrass.

But, this grass only contains 5. 5% of that. My experience is that the grass germinated pretty quickly but soon dried up and died. Even areas that had been growing for a few months dried up as soon as the weather got hot.

I would not recommend this seed. It might be okay in cooler climates. Even areas that have shade in the afternoon died. Keep in mind most of the seed is annual rye, which will only last one growing season.

This seed worked great for all of the new landscaping that I did and also on some area’s that I haven’t had grass growing in years! Some hard surface dirt so I wet the area’s down really well and seeded it, have really nice grass growing in those areas after about 2 weeks! The newer dirt was within a week!.

Was beyond expectation. Used in very dense shade and the germination was great. Fast growing. Highly recommended.

I keep a gallon of pickling liquid simple water 2 qt,vinnegar 1 qt, 1C kosher salt. then when a bunch of okra comes my way, i can put some extra spices in the jar and nuke the premade working part, fill the jars with product and make refrigerator pickles, quickly.

some things like zuchinni need some red pepperflakes, the okra needs lots of garlic,cucumbers like a tiny bit of fennel. ,bulk spices that are fresh also are a must!.

We needed dill seed for pickling and called all the grocery stores in my area and they did not carry it. The first batch of dill pickles we used only fresh dill but the second batch with fresh dill and dill seed was perfect!.

received the spices and appreciated the extra security of the Norton. the dill seed and pink salt #1 arrived in good condition. would definitely use again for spice needs.

Actually, I would give all the Spice House products five stars. and more if I could! This Cumin is intense, warm, and earthy. In my opinion, it imparts much more flavor than the usual grocery store brands.

It’s everything you could want from cumin. It’s fresh and flavorful. Even the color of it is very different than you would get from a store bought brand. Goes great in everything from chili to scrambled eggs.

Almost zero germination in a soil tested plot, prepped with a fence drag with immediate water. Good rain and supplemental sprinklers from then on. The weeds have eventually come back now 3 weeks later.

These have got to be among the most versatile foods out there. I used to think avocado toast, smoothie bowls or even a slice of mango was perfect until I realised how incomplete they are without super seeds mixed drizzled on top.

Roasted seed mix and liked the product. Though felt the less quantity of pumpkin and watermelon seeds being added. Overall a good product. Anyone looking for weight loss or having lifestyle disease can opt for the goodness of seeds in their diet.

Very good product all fresh and tasty. I will be ordering again. The package is good. You need to keep the content in a different container as the container quality is not that great and the dry fruits get damped.
