The Actron scope does a great job of providing features for cramped quarters viewing. Giving the ability to change viewing orientation on the screen is very useful. Two areas where the unit falters is resolution of the screen and lighting.

Screen image is a bit grainy, but when most people are used to high definition nothing compares. Even though the scope end does have LED’s, they don’t really provide enough illumination for viewing. If you provide extra light that issue is corrected.

It arrived and I used it on a red dot for a 45acp. It was set slightly to the left so once the dot was set up at range. I tested again on same pistol and had to file magnet on one side slightly to align on that bore to hit center on on bores site tool.

It works great now for all my pistols.

I tried using it on a new Ruger Takedown 10/22 stainless steel barrel. Boresighter needed to be raised high to align with scope axis. As a result, boresighter swung around and won’t stand well in upright position.

Aligning Bushmell reticle with scope crosshairs is very difficult.

I got this to watch animals with my toddler (he can’t quite keep binoculars steady enough). I like this because I can find a critter, dial in the scope, lock it down and he can look to his heart’s content without losing focus.

Great image quality, and it’s held up to being handled/knocked over by a 3 year old. Haven’t had it out in inclement weather so I don’t know how well sealed against rain it is but cheeto dust hasn’t been a problem.

The tripod isn’t great but it’s usable. Fortunately, the threads on the bottom of the scope are a common size so there’s a lot of flexibility if you want to mount it to something else. I attached an arca swiss style tripod plate to my scope and have a few different mounts that will fit it.

The sunshade feels kinda flimsy but hasn’t broken yet. Overall, the scope itself has been great. The factory accessories, meh.

I bought this last month. The reviews were good as was the price. I’m sorry I bought it. It works ok at 20x but higher settings are hard to focus. The tripod is terrible, the slightest touch gets it off target.

I bought it for the shooting range and it’s hard to tell where the shots are going at 75 yards and further. I’m going to try to return it if I haven’t waited too long.

I’m only giving this 4 stars because other than taking it out of the box and looking through it briefly, I have not had a chance to take it out in the field for star gazing or spotting for deer. It seems well made, bigger than what I expected and I’ve owned Simmons products before and had good success with them so when I finally get it out and use it, I’ll update my review.

My wife and I are avid birders, I was a little concerned that my older shaky hands would have steadiness issues while holding these. I also wear thick lens glasses. All of my concerns went out the window.

Great quality glass in a relatively small package. Extremely good for wearers of prescription glasses, unlike many other binoculars out there. I ordered a second pair of Athlon 12×50 making a perfect choice for hiking or birding options.

These are actually made a little better than the larger ones, well worth the money, since the images are extremely sharp and bright! Or you could spend hundreds more on German glass. I highly recommend this instrument as a choice way beyond typical Chinese BK4 binoculars.

You will be stunned at the image quality.

Awesome picture really good edge to edge clarity. Range finder works extremely fast. Good low light clarity. Only downside no tripod mount. Battery is located where the tripod mount would normally be.

I bought these for my daughter. I love the smaller 10×42’s. We took them out of the box and they look great. Easy to adjust. Hopefully she will use these for many years to come.

I have long been a fan of Burris products, owning both binoculars and rifle scopes. On a recent elk hunt, my Landmark binoculars fell about 15 feet are literally broke in two. I was devastated but upon my return home, realized that Burris has the best warranty in the business.

What’s better than lifetime coverage with no questions asked. I quickly sent the binoculars along with a letter to Burris Returns describing what occurred and in 4 weeks I received a new set of 8 x 42 Droptine Burris binoculars.

I was thrilled to say the least. I love these binoculars. They are extremely high quality using HD coatings on ED glass. There is no better binocular in their price class and they perform in low light as good as my Leupold BX-4 Pro Guide HD binoculars that cost almost triple the price.

I really like the ocular lens caps. They stay in place and protest the glass no matter how many times they go in and out of your backpack. The thumb wheel was a bit tight at first but loosened up just the right amount.

There is nothing bad I can say about these binoculars. Do yourself a favor and check them out. It’s hard to find a company that stands behind their products like Burris and in today’s make it as cheap as possible society, it’s refreshing to know you’ll never have to buy another set of binoculars no matter what may have happened to them.

These binoculars were beautifully made with an attractive color and very grippy outer covering. Very solid feel to them and excellent manufacturing fit and finish. The focus wheel and diopter adjustment was very stiff.

which liked very much. Many binos I have tried have adjusters that move way too easily. These were great for me. just what I wanted. Chromatic aberration (CA) was non existent with these, which was great.

The overall sharpness of the optics just wasn’t quite there for me. Despite being “ED” glass. They are very good but not great. I even traveled to a Cabelas store and tried other brands in the same price range just to be sure and found a few I liked better.

The Burris top model Signature HD was more to my liking too but a little more than I wanted pay. These are very nice binos for sure! Loved the color, armor and texturing and the solid lifetime warranty.

In the end, I went for another brand. Image is everything.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my Droptine binos. I originally purchased them as a backup pair to leave in my truck. They are now my go to binos. I’ve had numerous friends and family buy a pair after using mine.

You can’t go wrong with these binos.

All the people saying; ehh you get what you pay for. Duhh, exactly, for less than $20, there great, not fancy, just basic, but they do the job well. If you want fancy, fine go spend $100-200. And for those that can’t make them work, learn the product, my 4yr old nephew can do it.

You need patience, and to understand how binocs work.

I’m no binocular expert, and was looking for a simple, good quality pair for basic use and these have been perfect. I can even look at the moon at night with them and get a good look! I love how compact and light they are, and could see myself bringing these to events in the future because of the small size.

The only thing I don’t love is that the string/cord is built-in and not removable, so it can get in the way sometimes. With some of the higher end ones, they’re removable. This pair is also not waterproof, but great for the price point.

Would definitely recommend for the price, and feel like they are well-made.

I’ve had a pair of 8×21 Powerview Bushnell binoculars for years and often felt like I wanted just a little more magnification. These do the trick but still provide the same clear picture, handy carrying case, and lightweight advantage of the smaller pair.

I did a comparison with other brands and Bushnell by far had the best picture and easiest adjusting. Thanks for a great product for those of us at the amateur/enthusiast level! I use them mostly on the trail for wildlife viewing, but on occasion at sports or theater events or for looking at the night sky.

Wow. Very handy bino! I have come to favor Porro binoculars. And to me the king of all binos is the 7×50 Independent Focus, Marine/astronomy models. (Fujinon, Nikon, etc. ) Clearest, most distortion free, easiest on the eyes.

And, to me a solid chunky feel. Of course, I use the tripod for astronomic viewing. (hunting and hiking, that’s largely behind me. ) However, when I looked at the 8×56’s, with the good fully multi coatings, and phase coatings, the smaller size, and the balanced look- I noticed.

By that I mean the Bushnell Trophy Xtreme roof prism. With the big 56mm objective, yet not a huge bino. Also, the Price! We all know that Bushnell is a quality brand. At less than two bills, I decided to try one.

Glad I did. It does everything right. Even the center focus is nice and firm-it actually works right! I forget that it’s not Independent focus. Competes well with the big porros. This product may be discontinued, which might be behind the low price.

Other sellers charge more, and some are out of stock. So, my friends, Get them while you can! They seem sized well even for hunting and hiking. No regrets!.

Not too big, not too small, light enough to carry around your neck all day. The optics are quite clear with very little fringe distortion. It is solidly built and has a good ergonomic design. In daylight these are as good as my best binoculars.

They are ok in subdued light but weak once the sun sets. The objective lens flip covers are great and I like the case too. In fact I cant think of anything con about these little glasses. They are awesome.

Having read glowing reviews about the Bushnell Trophy 10×42 Bone Collector binoculars, the only complaint I read was how big and heavy they are. I bought them anyway. – and they are perfectly compact and not heavy – of course these things are subjective.

Jacobs Digital were great too. Super quick delivery.

I am pleasantly surprised by these binoculars, especially for the price. I have a pair of Nikon Monarch HG 10X30s and while the Nikons are better, they are also significantly more expensive. I have only two issues with these binoculars, and thus the loss of a star.

One is that the focus wheel is in a weird position, such that when holding the binoculars I have to use my ring finger to focus, which is unusual and a bit awkward and takes some getting used to. The second knock is not for the binoculars themselves, but the case that comes with them.

The case is HUGE. It’s more bulky than cases I have for my full size binoculars. I don’t get it. The choice of case for these binoculars makes ZERO sense. You could probably fit at least 3 pairs of these binoculars inside the case.

Total whiff on that one. I tried finding a better case on-line but struggled to find one that would fit them well and I ended up finding something at a local thrift store that, while not perfect, does the job well enough.

Despite these flaws, I really like the binoculars. They stay in my bike bag in case some interesting bird pops up along my commute and they’re great loaners when I go birding with folks who don’t have binoculars.

An excellent binocular for the price range. Most people think of Bushnell as a “cheap” bino, but this series is a top of the line mid-range bino. Definitely worth the price for new, let alone used or discounted.

Grip on shell – excellent. Image – excellent, clear and sharp. Some chromatic aberration, but not bad. Low-light visibility – very good. Within minutes of best of class mid-range bino’s like Vortex, Maven, Black Diamond Optics, Leupolds.

Comes with a hard-shell case and strap for case, bino neck strap has extra padding. Comes with a lens cleaning cloth. Also comes with a dust bag. A nice touch. Lens coverings on 42 mm lens is a little weird, but you don’t have to worry about losing them.

They sometimes fall down when using the bino’s. Decent color, look and feel. Lifetime warranty. You won’t be doing a bad thing by purchasing these.

I bought this tripod primarily for its car window mount which I plan to use for photographing lightning in approaching storms. It should also serve well atop the car (up until the rain comes, that is.

) I like its compactness for fitting right into my backpack, and it easily holds my Canon 5D-II with either of my two heaviest lenses, a 70-200 F2. 8L or the 100-400mm f3. 5-f 5. 6L. It’ll also be useful for some macro work I plan to do this winter.

The price was especially attractive from a “let’s try it & see” point of view. Haven’t found any dislikes yet as I haven’t had occasion yet to do any more than try it out.

Made for a small spotting scope. I have a Burris 20-60X60 and it’s too small for it. Nothing wrong with it. It’s just too small for my scope.

Great product at the right price. I like the single release/adjust/lock handle, very nice at this price point. Can be used with other jigs to mount elsewhere. I used it to mount a video camera in a single engine airplane to track the flight and activities.

I bought these for football games. The binoculars are great for that. 8x seems about perfect for my nosebleed seats. After the first game I took the binoculars to I noticed the belt loop on the case had tore out.

I returned them to Dick’s with no issues (yay Dick’s). The first time I got into the car with the second binoculars, the loop on the case tore out. This time the neoprene case fabric ripped instead of belt loop fabric.

So, there’s some variety in how the case fails. Fortunately, these binoculars are small enough to fit in my pocket. I don’t think there’s any point in returning them again for a third case.

Theses are pretty good binoculars for the price. They are reasonably compact, and are 6 to 7 oz. lighter than my 10×42 Meade and 10×50 Minolta binos. They are fairly bright, and have a short focus adjustment.

The optics quality overall is not as good as the Meades or Minoltas, but they cost more than twice what these do. I would say it is a good bino for birding and most field work. I would not use them for something like elk or sheep hunting.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago and I am enjoying them very much. The lenses are easy to adjust and the quality of the product is beyond my expectations. Also, my favorite part about this is it comes with a carrying case that makes it way easier to remember since the case is kinda big.

One thing however that does kind of get annoying is that the lenses fog/get dirty quickly and I have to clean them, but that is just human nature. These are great to see from a far distance and are great for sporting events.

These binoculars are surprisingly good! The specs say the eye relief is only 10mm, but I can see the entire field of view with my glasses on, so the usable eye relief must be at least 13mm. That doesn’t mean that all eye glass wearers will be able to see the entire field of view.

It depends on how thick your glasses are and the shape of your face. They are very sharp in the center. There is some softness at the edges, but that is pretty much unavoidable with a field of view this wide.

The accessories with this newer version are much better than with the older version without the colored panels. The strap and case actually fit. Over all, a huge bargain at this price.

The panoramic view is great when you have seats that aren’t courtside. I used them at a Knicks game and UFC 268. I highly recommend the binoculars.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, nothing to write home about build quality wise but then it wasn’t hundreds of pounds to buy. I looked at much cheaper golf range finders but all of those had varying degrees of bad reviews unlike this product.

I’m not interested in shooting things at over 300 metres so if you want something that is good for a few hundred metres then this is more than good enough.

For field archery and air rifle shooting this is a great rangefinder for the money. Bright. clear optics work well in dimly lit woodlands. I use it mainly in hunting mode and the rangefinder focuses on my targets only despite vegetation, tree limbs etc in the field of view.

Lightweight but feels quite solid in the hand and the supplied pouch fits on my belt and is easy to open. Really pleased with this.

!st one was defective but Uttings sorted it out very quickly. used a few times now and it does what I want it to do and is easy to use.

I have more than one set of binoculars and wanted a carry around set that was easier to carry. This is the one! Nice heavy duty feel but light weight. Also can with a belt on cart case. The view is spectacular as if everything on the other side is sharp! Well worth the purchase.

Very decent binoculars for the price. Easy to adjust and crystal clear. Does exactly what you’d expect a Bushnell product to do. The only real detractor for me (and the reason I only gave 4 stars) is the flimsy neoprene case that it comes with; not a whole lot of protection there.

Owned a pair of these (12X50’s) years ago. Replaced them with a pair of 20X50’s, hoping to extend my range a bit more. Unfortunately the additional range comes with a price- an extremely shaky image.

Just got my new 12X50’s and instantly noticed the difference. The shakes are gone!!! These will be perfect for watching the annual buffalo roundup at Custer State Park this year as well as wildlife around our house throughout the year.

Way more comfortable than I thought it would. I had a perfectly good saddle with titanium rails. Ive had forever and I recovered it with black leather. I was just sick of looking at it. So I basically bought it for looks.

Goes perfect with a gray bike.

Got this saddle a few weeks ago and it has saved me from wrecking twice now by being realy low profile and slick enough to shift your weight in a hurry. It also took some of the pressure off the Ole undercarriage!.

Good quality as expected from DMR. A little on the pricier side which is why I purchased it off eBay for a little bit cheaper but not much. Doesn’t fit my sit bones perfectly but paired with a chamois is fine.
