I’ve bought many products from The BBQ Company and they continue to perform. Killer Hogs sauce is just about the best overall sauce I have tried and I’ve tried many. The product range from TBBQC is very high quality and the delivery service is without doubt the fastest I’ve experienced.

Just wish they were closer to me. It’s a long drive to browse!.

Awesome flavor. Great change of pace flavor for our pork butt. The vinegar taste is not overpowering. Excellent alternative instead of a tomato-based sauce.

I used Malcoms reg bbq sauce. Oh man it is excellent and use it with the vinegar bbq sauce and you will knock it out of the park. We had a family gathering, I cooked 8 racks of ribs and a son in law who has grilled for a long time and used many different sauces, He has used another sauce for years.

Guess what he has a new favorite now. I put the vinegar on the bone side, and reg on the meaty side, several said best ribs they ever had.

Thursday 7-27-2017: I decided to try the Cowboy Smokehouse BBQ sauce this evening on some thick cut loin chops as well as some boneless skinless chicken thighs. I grilled them like I always do over hardwood lump charcoal (Cowboy brand of course) until done.

Then I basted them with the new Smokehouse BBQ Sauce and turned them a couple of times before serving them. I must say it is a great sauce full of BBQ flavor and smokiness. The sauce has just the right amount of Bar-B-Q flare to it with a nice touch of smoke and a subtle sweet molasses finish.

It was really good on the pork loin chop, but it was phenomenal on the chicken thighs. I really enjoyed the sauce and look forward to finishing off the rest of the bottle on a few leg quarters. Friday 7-28-2017: I came home after a hard day at work and was looking for a quick/easy fix for dinner.

I dug through the freezer to find some pulled pork I had smoked for a gathering earlier this summer. Knowing I had some Cowboy Smokehouse BBQ sauce left my eyes immediately lit up. I thawed out the pulled pork and warmed it up in a skillet.

Once warmed I stirred in Cowboy Smokehouse BBQ sauce. I have got to say it really complimented my pulled pork. This was my second time using it and I was able to sample it on chops, thighs, and now pulled pork.

In my opinion it was best on the chicken thighs. It was also an excellent addition to the pulled pork and by no means was it any slouch on the loin chops. On a scale of 1 to 10 “Grill marks”. I give this sauce “9” grill marks! This is competition winning sauce and look forward to using it in the future.

P. S. – I love that it is in a 18 oz. glass bottle. I love the front label it is very appealing marketing for a classy BBQ sauce. Congrats “Cowboy” you nailed this one! Grillbilly.

A bold, robust BBQ sauce with a complex blend of sweet and salty, a hint of spicy and a dash of well developed smoke, this BBQ sauce is a serious contender. Definitely blue ribbon material. It should definitely come with some sort of warning on the label, “Contents may be addictive” comes to mind.

I do NOT recommend putting this on a double beef and bacon homemade burger as you will never be able to enjoy your burger without it in the future. My only complaint is that this sauce does not appear to be available in a gallon container.

But seriously, put it on ribs, steak, chicken, pizza, burgers, eggs, pancakes. honestly, it can only improve whatever you add it to! Try it! If you want to thank me for recommending it, just buy me a bottle of Cowboy BBQ sauce! ; ).

When the box arrived, it smelled wonderful which I thought was odd! When I open the shipping box, the inside was covered in sauce. One jar of sauce had broken and sauce covered all 6 jars. I called the company and they were very kind and quickly replaced the affected jars.

This pulled pork sauce is so flavorful. We’re having it w/our Christmas lunch. I know everyone will love it!.

We received this as a gift. I was excited to try it because we enjoyed the Cacciatore Sauce also made by your company. But this was awful!!! It tasted like sugar on meat. I completely wasted all the meat we simmered in the sauce.

We couldn’t even eat it. When we looked at the ingredients among the first few were sugar, honey and brown sugar. Huge disappointment.

After searing the pork roast I put it in my crockpot. I deglazed my pan with about 3/4 cup water and mixed it with the sauce and poured it over the top. My 8 pound roast was done in about 7 hours. I reduced the sauce by about 1/2 to spoon over the sandwiches.

Absolutely Delicious! Now we need a sauce for Texas Style Brisket!.

This is the BBQ sauce that I always have on hand. I do not use it straight out of the bottle, but rather as an ingredient in my sauces. For grilled chicken it is one of the items for my overall marinade.

If I forget to purchase tomato paste for sauces, I use this. It is versatile for using as an ingredient to other sauces. Out of the bottle it is in my opinion full bodied, thick, sweet, tangy with a slight hint to spice, but I think it is flat.

I love KC masterpiece. I am from the KC metro area. Since I have moved to the South I have a hard time finding it in stores. KC Masterpiece was my go to BBQ sauce when I was back home. I love the many varieties.

I love the sweetness of it. Honey and brown sugar are my favorites. There is no dislike for me.

Actually, the sauce is very good and deserves more than 1 star. Problem was with supply. I ordered some as Christmas gifts but it turned out to be unavailable after ordering. Too bad it showed stock when ordering.

Blues hog original barbecue sauce is my favorite barbecue sauce brand. This product has a great flavor and texture. This sauce is thick and makes coating you food easy and possible. Prefect for chicken wing night.

We just bought our first bottle of the Gold Barbeque Sauce. OMG we are in love with this stuff. We usually pour a little bit to dip stuff in. We grilled ribs over the weekend and I thought we were out of the sauce.

I scrounged in my cabinets and found this bottle of sauce I had bought the week before. My gosh! We were pouring it over the ribs on our plate. I then was “tasting” it with a tablespoon. Was at the local grocery store looking for my usual BBQ sauce for some pulled pork I was going to make for work. I always glance over the other sauces on my way to grabbing the go to sauce, the word Carolina caught my eye, because I love Carolina style sauces.

I decided I’m going to buy the Lillie’s and my usual. One taste of the Lillie’s tomato base Carolina sauce was all it took. The usual went in the pantry and Lillie’s was used for the pulled pork. The pork turned out amazing and everyone loved the flavor, saying it was my best batch yet.

That night I ordered right from Lillie’s website, added 2 new flavors to try and they are just as amazing!!.

While shopping at Fresh Market here in Florida, I just happened to notice the label colors and saw “ENC. ” It was a definite purchase! My family originated in Wilson NC and surrounding area. We had pig pickings every Thanksgiving/Christmas and uncle Bill use to make killer homemade BBQ sauce in mason jars.

You could see the red pepper flakes floating in the sauce. I got so excited seeing same in this sauce jar! Couldn’t wait to try it out. Y’all!! Lillie’s is the BEST ENC bbq sauce! And very reminisent of uncle Bill’s sauce.

My husband and I are seriously obsessed with this Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce! We love it on essentially everything. It’s amazing on pork, chicken (even nuggies) and even as a burger topping. You can even dip your fries in it! We are big into BBQ because we live in one of the main BBQ areas (you know they have Texas bbq, Carolina bbq and Memphis style bbq) and this has been BY FAR the best Carolina tasting bbq sauce we have had.

It has the perfect amount of tang and spice to it. I found this sauce while I was visiting my parents in NYC but I will definitely be trying to find it somewhere locally because we went through it super quick.

first the taste !! This is so good! Sweet-tangy with a little heat !! Where have you been all my life !!! It’s a little runny which is different for a bbq sauce but that’s the only thing I can say that might be a negative.

Love this sauce. It’s wonderful on baked salmon too. It’s difficult to find in my local stores though. Found it once and haven’t been able to get it again. Too expensive on Amazon. I drove 50 miles one way, to get 5 bottles at another store.

This steak sauce did the job of adding a unique flavor to my dinner. However, it was neither outstanding or bad. It was just fine. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to tell anyone about it because it didn’t provide me with anything that knocked my socks off.

I used it in combination with lentil pasta and chicken. I used it in place of my normal BBQ sauce. It was thinner than my BBQ sauce, but I suppose that it was more similar in texture to A-1 sauce, which is a closer comparison in taste and concept.

It worked just fine in adding a little tang and spice to my dinner. What I like most are the clean ingredients. However, since I also look for BBQ sauce with clean ingredients, the clean ingredients of this steak sauce weren’t enough to sway me to switch or even add it to my rotation of sauces.

I’m always on the lookout for healthy condiment alternatives, so I was excited when I came across this steak sauce. It’s so user-friendly: vegetarian, paleo, keto, and whole 30 compliant. It’s also only 10 calories per tablespoon serving! You can’t find that with the “other” steak sauces.

But how does it taste in comparison? Well, the texture is probably its only downfall. It’s way more liquidy than a traditional steak sauce, but that didn’t really bother me. Taste wise, it doesn’t taste exactly like your traditional steak sauce, but I loved the flavor nonetheless.

It tastes a bit more zingy than other sauces, almost like a hot pepper sauce with a touch of steak sauce. I used it not only on my steak, but also on my potato. And I may have dipped my broccoli in the sauce as well.

I would definitely recommend this sauce to anyone. I think it is good as a stand alone sauce, not just a “good for a keto/whole 30/paleo sauce”.

The only thing I can say good about this sauce is I didn’t ruin too much meat with it. after two bites, I just threw it out! I really wouldn’t have given this one star. Good thing I only bought one bottle.

Bought 6 bottle at once, and they are going fast. Using it on barbecue meat, or when I smoke meat, such as baby back ribs. Kansas City is our preferred flavor among the different choices.

Yum! I love this bbq sauce. I like to tenderize and presoak my chicken breast with this sauce before freezing it for future meals. This sauce has a perfect sweet and tangy flavor to it. My kids even like it on thier mashed potatoes.

I have loved this BBQ Sauce for years. I cant always find it but was Happy when I came across it on eBay! The sauce is smooth and well balanced and works well on all my Grill items (pork/chicken/ribs).

I eat this on my Beyond Burgers and vegan chicken nuggets. It’s a great tasting bbq sauce with a fraction of the sugar of most, yet way better flavor. Bonus that is completely cruelty free ingredients!.

This bbq sauce has less sugar and salt than most other bbq sauces out there yet packs even better flavor and spices. Goes great with vegan chicken nuggets, vegan burgets, tofu/tempeh, and all my other plant based goodies.

I rated this replacement part 3-stars because it perfectly matches the original comparable part and is made of the same cast iron material and installs easily (for reasonably knowledgeable do-it-your-selfers like me).

I don’t feel my product review would be completely fair and accurate, however, if I didn’t mention the fact that BOTH the original upper fireback supplied in the new stove purchased from Vermont Castings AND EVERY replacement upper fireback part that I’ve purchased over the past 20 years or so for my Resolute Acclaim wood stove only tend to last between two and three winter burning seasons at the heavy usage rate that I subject the stove to here in Maine.

(I begin intermittent burning between mid-October and early November; then I typically begin burning wood 24-7 no later than late-November through at least late March (more often into the middle to latter part of April, and sometimes even until mid-May, depending on the arrival of springtime weather).

So during this average 5-plus-month period of constant 24-hours-a-day burning of wood, the lower portion of the cast iron upper fireback on this model Vermont Castings wood stove begins to warp and/or flake away as a result of the constant, intense heat that hits that lower section of the fireback piece, thereby significantly reducing its functionality.

(For instance, sometimes, the damper will no longer close (or stay closed), due to this warpage in the upper fireback’s lower bar section after a couple years of usage. Anyway, this supplier still deserves credit for the relatively modest price it is selling the replacement product for.

Oh! For readers who might wonder why I simply haven’t given up on the Resolute Acclaim and switched to a different wood stove that might not need to have its innards rebuilt/replaced so often, my answer would be that even with its flaws (for not having been better designed for longer-term and longer-burning usage), I still feel that the Vermont Castings NON-catalitic wood stove is still the best overall wood stove on the market today.

even though it was introduced several DECADES ago! Its VERY convenient TOP-loading door provides a major advantage over maybe 85-90% of all other wood stoves on the market; it has a traditional yet still very decorative style; and it puts out a lot of heat for a stove that’s rather modestly sized.

So, I’ve preferred to continue living with the inconvenience (and costs) of replacing certain internal parts. including that abysmally designed so-called “secondary combustion chamber,” which also needed to be replaced every 2nd or 3rd year at a cost of $220-$340 until I finally decided to hand-build a WELDED STEEL replica combustion chamber a couple years ago, which now works beautifully and probably won’t need to be replaced before I die! Don’t know why Vermont Castings didn’t just build a plate-steel secondary combustion chamber for the Acclaim to begin with!).

Probably “DITTO” for this aggravatingly short-lived upper fireback part, as well. But, again, this particular SUPPLIER offers it at a very competitive price.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis Tangy Vinegar Carolina Style barbecue sauce has to be the most underrated sauce on the market. I picked up my first bottle at the local grocery store because it was on sale and I needed sauce during a week when the budget was tight.

I wasn’t expecting much but as I’m a fan of a good vinegar heavy sauce on my pork I figured I’d take a chance since this one didn’t have a bunch of unnatural garbage in the ingredient list. I was honestly shocked Heinz made something this delicious.

I like their ketchup but that’s just ketchup. Barbecue sauce is something I’m quite snobby about. All the big barbecue sauce brands that most people seem to really like don’t impress me a bit. This one stood out so far above the rest I got a bit panicky when that first bottle got low.

I’ve never before ordered sauce by the case. Now I’m down to only a few bottles and I’ll be ordering another soon. What a great value! My whole family loves this stuff. even the ones that don’t (before now) really like barbecue sauce.

Tastes great in sandwiches, burgers and with sausages. Also adds a little something to Mac n cheese and tastes great with chips. Great product. I always have a bottle in my fridge.

it’s the best bbq seriously. Not runny or acidic doesn’t have an overpowering burban flavor, doesn’ttaste like ketchup. It’s purfect. It goes well with any meat. It should be kept in stock. I’ve literally tried all the others and it’s the only one I want.

The negative reviews should be disregarded. This is a quality BBQ sauce. It’s OK to not like it, but giving it one star is ridiculous. It does tend to be on the sweet side, so if you’re not into that, it’s not for you.

It’s not too thick which is great when slathering on meat, what it was made for. The flavor isn’t that complex, it’s just a sweet, smoky BBQ sauce. I have been doctoring it a few spices for my own liking, such as granulated garlic, celery seed, and a smidgen of citric acid to cut the sweetness a little (careful, a little goes a long way).

I don’t really care for it by itself or for dipping something like nuggets, but it actually transforms when cooked with your ribs or chicken during the last 15 minutes. Don’t judge it till you’ve done that.

This is the most amazing finishing sauce. It’s best for any type of pork or chicken product. My absolute favorite is boneless pork strips with a oiled cast-iron pan and two or three minutes before they’re done take a brush and keep coating the sauce on.

It caramelizes to a perfect finish. for an extra punch of flavor always do a dry rub on the chicken or pork then seal it in a Ziploc bag overnight. Then it has even more flavor once it’s done cooking.

Bought two bottles to put on ribs. Opened and tasted it when I got home. No flavor, no spices. Just gross. Not bbq sauce by any means. Won’t buy again.

BBQ sauce is everywhere these days so it’s tough to narrow it down sometimes. Take a chance on this beauty! Spicy but not too much, mustard tang but not too much, sweet in the right spot. Great balanced sauce for those of us who don’t look for the average hickory sweet sauces.
