20 Best Sauce For Prime Rib (2023 Updated)

I have used Lea & Perrins Traditional Steak Sauce since 1997. It’s a great all around condiment, and the Best for my Steaks. Problem: Where can I find a retailer now ? Was difficult to find this product in the past.

Now, can not even find it on-line. Please point me in the right direction. I am running low and do not want to be without. Thanks.

I really like the Lea Perrins steak sauce. It has a much rich richer and Boulder flavor than a one. Also really gives a nice zip to meatloaf or hamburgers. Wish lien parens products were a little easier to find.

Right now the best place to find it is at target.

I first try this a my friend house an since this I will never use anything els but this. The flyover in this bottle is amazing it is a few dollars more but so worth it it’s like ur at a fancy restaurant in you own home.

This is the only sauce my family truly enjoys. I’m have been a huge bbq sauce guy since as far back as I can remember and have tried about every kind I can get my hands on. Ranging from “mom and pop” to commercial sauces.

This is just the right one for me. I smoked ribs for my buddy on 2 separate occasions. The first time I used Smoky, and the second time was “fill in the blank. ” Mind you, this was maybe 6 months apart.

My buddie’s wife commented that she preferred the sauce from the first batch of ribs. I guess it made a lasting impression. For anyone on the fence, just try it. It’s perfectly smoky, sweet and savory.

I’m also lucky that my local super market carries this.

Can’t get enough of this sauce. Seriously. I swear my household drinks it like water. It’s got a little bite to it out of the bottle, but when you cook with it, the heat mellows a little, so even those who claim to not like hot spice will love it.

Goes well with anything pork for sure, but love it on chicken and beef brisket too. Also goes amazing with our homemade mac ‘n cheese. Also amazing in homemade baked beans. Would definitely recommend this product!.

I haven’t had a chance to taste every product yet. I ordered most of the spices and sauces, and all of the chips that were in stock. The Smoky Hot Barbecue Sauce made my pulled pork absolutely delicious! The Buttermilk & Sweet Onion Kettle Chips were a unique find and very tasty! We are so excited about the recipes provided on the website that we plan to buy a smoker in order to utilize the sauces to their best potential.

I will definitely be ordering again once my stock is deplenished.

I had been a huge fan of the “classic” bone suckin’ sauce and had gotten several people hooked on it over about 20 years. To say I was disappointed when they changed the recipe in 2017 would be a huge understatement.

I never contact companies, but did this time and Patrick Ford was amazing about the whole experience, explaining that they modified their family recipe to use organic ingredients and were tweaking it still.

He even sent me a bottle to try as they tweaked the recipe, but they never compared to the original, too smoky, too much molasses, not enough vinegar, etc. so I moved on to other sauces. Now, years later, he contacted me again with their launch of Sweet Southern and sent me a bottle.

Closest thing to “classic” I’ve had in years, not quite the same, but damn good and can’t wait for it to reach shelves near me. While my ideal would still be for them to bring back “classic”, they get five stars due to Patrick’s amazing marketing and ambassadorship for the family brand.

I just discovered bone sucking sauce 26 years ago. That stuff was the best bright red very liquidy very sweet. I just recently noticed buying the regular bone sucking barbecue sauce it is quite different from the original one that I found.

Something horrifically went wrong with the recipe not the same Don’t even taste the same Don’t even look the same something went horrifically terribly bad and by this stuff anymore. I was a long-time fan of bone suckin sauce until they changed the original recipe to be smoky. However, the new sweet southern wing sauce is back to the historical deliciousness! Sweet, tangy, and just the right viscosity.

The absolute best steak sauce in the whole entire world. It’s a bit smokey, and slightly sweet. It has great flavor, and compliments your steak like no other steak sauce I’ve ever tried. Growing up in the 1970’s we had A-1 steak sauce, and I never cared for it.

This steak sauce did the job of adding a unique flavor to my dinner. However, it was neither outstanding or bad. It was just fine. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to tell anyone about it because it didn’t provide me with anything that knocked my socks off.

I used it in combination with lentil pasta and chicken. I used it in place of my normal BBQ sauce. It was thinner than my BBQ sauce, but I suppose that it was more similar in texture to A-1 sauce, which is a closer comparison in taste and concept.

I’m always on the lookout for healthy condiment alternatives, so I was excited when I came across this steak sauce. It’s so user-friendly: vegetarian, paleo, keto, and whole 30 compliant. It’s also only 10 calories per tablespoon serving! You can’t find that with the “other” steak sauces.

But how does it taste in comparison? Well, the texture is probably its only downfall. It’s way more liquidy than a traditional steak sauce, but that didn’t really bother me. Taste wise, it doesn’t taste exactly like your traditional steak sauce, but I loved the flavor nonetheless.

It tastes a bit more zingy than other sauces, almost like a hot pepper sauce with a touch of steak sauce. I used it not only on my steak, but also on my potato. And I may have dipped my broccoli in the sauce as well.

I had a large amount of chicken tenderloin on hand and decided to make half for dinner right away, and half I put in this marinade to make for dinner the next day. The un-marinated chicken was just not good, tough and not much flavor (though I seasoned it).

I didn’t have much hope for the rest since I thought this marinade couldn’t work wonders with tough meat, but oh my goodness was I wrong! It was so flavorful and tender. This is such a great thing to have around on Whole30!.

I recently tried the new Sweet Southern sauce on salmon. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it tastes very much like the original sauce before the recipe was changed. I thought it was a little heavy on the smoke flavoring, but that would not stop me from buying it again.

Bought two bottles to put on ribs. Opened and tasted it when I got home. No flavor, no spices. Just gross. Not bbq sauce by any means. Won’t buy again.

We have been using our Traeger grill 3-4 times a week for the last 3 years. We enjoy using the Apricot BBQ Sauce on our Corned Beef and on our Pork Spare Ribs. It has just enough tang to really make a difference.

My boyfriend and I love this marinade sauce. I found it at Shoprite and ever since it became our favorite. I never thought apple a pear mixed with soy sauce could make such a tasty sauce. I usually buy thin sliced meat, the one we can use for shabou shabou, let them maride for as long as I can.

I LOVE this to use when I just want something to taste good. Of course it’s always best to make anything by scratch but I like to have this around to add to protein and “vegetarian” protein to add flavor.

Good & Gather Carne Asada cooking sauce is definitely tasty. It is also, however, far more spicy than expected, especially from a mainstream brand like Target’s in-house label. This stuff has some kick! It was fine for me, but not for others in the household.

Placed the steak in the crock pot w/ the sauce and cooked til tender. Served over rice w/ beans, guac, etc as a carnita bowl. SO good!.
