20 Best Product For Frizzy Hair In Humidity (2023 Updated)

I have been using this product for 1. 5 months now with 2 hair wash days a week. For reference, I have thin (hair density), medium-fine (hair thickness), medium porosity (hair moisture absorption/retention).

It is considered long, layered, and recently dyed dark black; however, natural hair is already closer to brown black (just had bad balayage from 2 years ago that fades bottom). I use the revlon brush once a week and sometimes followed by hot tools.

Prior to Dreamcoat, I was trying out multi-tasking leave ins for years like Pureology Colour Fanatic, Redken One United (top 2), It’s a 10, Ouai, Olapex 6&7, Eva NYC mane magic, and Shea moisture’s styler (top 2).

My usual routine before my revlon brush would be shampoo 2x (sometimes Olapex 3 in between washes), apple cider vinegar rinse, hair mask in shower (alternating between hydration, protein, combos-based), leave-in conditioner, then Paul Mitchell’s skinny serum.

I had pretty silky hair, mostly free from split ends too. I tried dreamcoat on its own after the shower then blow dried and my hair looked shiny and bouncy. Nothing different than my usual results though, other than one-less product used.

But dreamcoat couldn’t compete with San Francisco’s humidity. After one shift at work (indoors, but public-transportation commute) my hair was frizzy at the roots! I was able to brush it smooth again that night and apply argan oil to my ends which made my hair look nice the next morning.

However, it kept getting frizzy on the days leading to my next wash so I was applying more products closer to my roots. The buildup was getting me oily faster. I think my hair needed more moisture which I would get with the multitasking leave-in then sealed and shined with skinny serum.

I also learned after 2 weeks, my hair needed more heat protectant because ends were dry and splitting. So basically, I ended up using dreamcoat 2x a week w/ heat protectant. 2 products again post-shower, but the other combos last longer w/out dryness.

For reference, my hair is 2a, almost waist length, low porosity, thick with average/slightly coarse density. It’s also darkest brown/natural black. Bc of its color & porosity, it is already very shiny.

However, I do struggle with frizz, especially after blow drying. I was recommended this product by my stylist and was very excited to try it out based on the claims. Now, because of how my hair is, I know that no matter what it says on the bottle, I will need at least twice that amount of product.

I read the reviews before buying this and knew it wouldn’t last me long. One use is about 1/4 of the full size bottle for me, at minimum. I would’ve been okay with that if it worked well, but that hasn’t been my experience.

I’ve tried it twice: the first time, it did nothing, but I think it was user error — I don’t think I used enough product and I also don’t think I blow dried w/ enough tension. The second time, I used a TON of product and took a lot of time to make sure I blow dried well.

It did. a little? Right after blow drying, it was as frizzy as ever. After brushing and letting my hair cool, there was some improvement. I ended up straightening it with a bit of argan oil on the ends of my hair.

The results I got: – less frizzy (still gets frizzy easily, but I can tame it with finger combing even when out and about) – silky/ gets less tangled – my straightening lasted much longer than usual Results I didn’t get: – glass hair (my hair is no shinier than usual, though it’s always pretty shiny) – lasting through shampoos – no frizz (definitely still get it, just maybe 50% less and easier to tame) I believe the hype, I honestly think it just doesn’t work as well on my hair (and with my skill level — I wouldn’t be surprised if a professional could get it to work).

Based on the results I got, I’m more likely to try another product for this issue instead of repurchasing. I just don’t think it’s worth the price for the results I got & how much I had to use !.

I have tried so many gels from lower price points to high end. I have 2C-3B curls, low porosity and regular porosity strands, shoulder length, and curly bangs. Lots of layers in my hair with the shortest being 2” on top.

I particularly love this gel because of its runny consistency, which makes it super easy to glaze and rake through the hair. On top of average 80%+ humidity in summer, I work a job that often causes me to sweat.

This gel holds up. I can get away with washing my hair once a week. When I need a refresh, I either simply add water which reactivates the gel or, around mid-week, dampen hair and add more gel. The cast created is buildable – less gel = softer curls with little cast, more gel = stronger cast.

I prefer a stronger cast with this product, so I use a dollar coin sized amount THREE times on each side of my hair, working in sections. I say this because some people think this gel doesn’t make a cast, but maybe they aren’t using enough product.

It is an expensive gel, but worth every penny for me.

I have been using this product for three years and I love it. Honestly you have to know exactly what your hair needs because It took me a while to figure it out but this is what I do. I have medium (thickness) curly hair.

I use a leave in conditioner, the curlsmith activator spray, curlsmith jelly, then Ouidad gel. It leaves my hair super shiny and soft with defined curls. This is not a product that I would recommend curly girls to use alone unless you have fine hair.

I think it would it would be a great product for someone with fine hair because it’s super lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I would not say this is “strong hold” I would say “soft hold”. So if you’re looking for shine, and something that won’t weigh down your curls, this could help.

Hope this helps. If you have thick hair you need to layer products. Sorry I also wish I could find one product that would do all of the things my hair needs but I have not found it yet.

I bought this hairspray in hopes to smooth down my many wild baby hairs overall frizziness. In the humid weather my hair naturally turn into a huge puffy nest. I have tried many, many products to try and tame the frizz down but nothing has been a complete cure.

This hairspray, has some pros cons. First, it smells amazing. All Living Proof products smell absolutely awesome so that is definitely a great pro. It can be sprayed before and after styling for protecting from uv/heat damage.

After styling I will spray some onto my hands and smooth down fly always but they sadly don’t stay in place long. The cons of this are that it is not a miracle spray for frizzy hair. It does smooth a bit but doesn’t fix the puffy, frizz in the humidity no matter how much I spray.

It’s also pretty pricy for a hairspray so I was hoping it would really work. I still use it for smoothing/shine to my hair for the smell but I find if I use too much it really makes my clean hair look greasy/dirty.

Living Proof Humidity Shield spray does exactly what it says it will do. I don’t know what is happening to the people who claim it doesn’t work. Does it only work on certain hair types? I can’t imagine that to be the case.

I’m guessing they’re just not using it properly. I have naturally curly hair that I straighten almost daily. When I straighten it in the summer, it has always fluffed up or curled the minute I walk out the door.

Very frustrating. I keep a second flat iron at my office for this reason. This product really surprised me at how well it works. The only downside for me is the smell. The first day I used it, I walked into my office and asked my boss if I smell like a wet dog because that’s how it smelled to me when I first sprayed it on my hair.

He told me that I did not, but I wondered if he was just being nice. I’m not sure if the smell fades or I just get used to it. Hopefully it fades. I wish Living Proof would improve this product by making the smell go away completely or make it something much more pleasant.

Actually, my preference would be for it to have no scent at all. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who deals with hair issues in humidity!.

Ok–this stuff is EFFECTIVE. I have naturally curly hair, the kind that’s fine but there’s a lot of it, I like to blow it out and curl it, and my hair tends to soak up product very well. I used this for the first time before a trip to San Francisco, I gave my hair a very thorough spray and the effects lasted for the whole 5 days I was there.

Now I live in SF, and I coat my hair in the stuff after every wash and it will last until the next one, and I notice a huge difference when I’m not using it (I begin to strongly resemble a lion). Two things I will say about this: 1) it definitely flattens the hair and in my experience makes my curling iron curls fall a bit, but I think this is a good trade-off, and 2) when you’re spraying this (and if you’re like me using a lot of it) PLEASE go outside bc it will fill a room in 5 seconds flat and breathing it in is not pleasant.

If you can’t go outside don’t use it in a small bathroom, try to find an open window, sounds dramatic but trust me on this! Overall a great product I recommend it to everyone I know.

I like this brand but it is pricey. I bought this item when it was marked down 50%. I was nervous because it says that is is for course or thick hair. I have pretty fine frizzy hair and am moving to Florida, which is the land of the bad hair day because it is SO humid.

I just used it for the first time and my hair came out smooth, soft and frizz free. It did not feel heavy or weigh my hair down. The smell is pleasant but barely there. It doesn’t linger much after blow drying.

The real test will be how it holds up in the Florida humidity but in Cali where I live now, my hair looks and feels great. I’m glad I took the chance and if it helps my hair stay looking like it does now it will be my holy grail and I will rebuy despite it’s spendy price tag.

Love. This cream fills the sweet spot in my (mostly minimal) routine between “nothing at all” and a full-on product application/layering and styling. It elevates “nothing at all” to a whole lot better (with minimal effort).

My hair is fine-straight-thick (pretty fine, but there’s a whole lot of it) and the cream functions for me as basically a combination lightweight leave-in conditioner + lightweight mousse/volumizer. I’ve used this for plain airdrying, for partial drying + putting in a messy bun for waves, and for full on styling and blowdrying.

It does seem to work best when used generously, and makes my hair soft, bouncy, and controlled, and gives me a ton of body but without sticky texture, whether I’m just letting it air dry straight or putting it up half-dry for waves.

For full heat styling, probably best to layer with other products. As far as “frizz control” I live in the opposite of a humid environment (in fact an extremely dry environment) but this seems to combat dryness “frizz” as well as humidity “frizz” in that I my hair looks more polished and less “flyaway” even on bone-dry winter days.

Plus, smells great like most Living Proof products.

I wanted to go from natural to straight without excessive heat damage, and not loose my natural curls, so I went to YouTube looking for a solution and found this product. The first time I used the Anti-frizz Serum, it was good but not great.

The second time I used it, I washed my hair with the sleek shine shampoo and conditioner. Then I used the sleek shine Moroccan oil treatment. Game changer! I had to remove 1 star because the anti-frizz serum is not a stand alone product, but works well with the entire line of products.

I would definitely recommend 10/10 but I would purchase the entire product line. It was very affordable. I got all 4 products for about $10 from Family Dollar.

I’ve been using this line of products by Garnier for about twenty years. I occasionally try a new brand, but I always come back to sleek and shine. Their anti frizz serum is the only product that manages my hair even if I let it air dry.

I have super thick, frizzy hair that becomes knotted and out of control within five minutes of brushing. I used to have to wash it every day just to have the opportunity to add conditioner to keep it somewhat manageable.

This serum keeps my hair flat and manageable for up to three days between washes! Being able to skip a day or two between washes has done wonders for my day scalp! My daughter inherited my hair. She’s autistic and has a very hard time with the sensation of brushing her hair.

(When she was little we literally had to have one parent hold her arms down while the other brushed her hair as quickly as possible. ) This serum allows me to brush and style her hair once in the morning and it stays nice and neat for the whole day.

Before using this on her hair we had to brush her hair every three or four hours to keep the birds from building nests in her hair!!! I reccomend applying to damp hair straight out of the shower for best results.

I start with a quarter sized amount spread through the lower half of the hair first. Then brush it through and add a TEENY TINY amount spread over the roots and top of the hair. Dry and style using your preferred method.

The only thing stopping me from rating this a full five stars is how greasy it can get if you’re not careful. A little bit of this stuff goes a long way. If you overdo it, your hair and scalp will look like you used Crisco as a conditioner.

I highly recommend applying half a pump or less at a time until you reach your desired result. Sometimes, if you’ve only applied a little too much, you can spray some water on your hair and then blast it with a blow dryer on the hottest setting to remove the excess product.

However, I’ve definitely found myself having to just wash my hair all over again to fix it or having to wear a hat all day if I don’t have time to wash again. I do not reccomend this product for people with super fine hair or a naturally oily scalp.

For 3 years I have been using this product I always pick it up when it’s near empty, I love it so much smells so great and it’s shiny yet not greasy I usually apply it to my hair when it is wet but even when it is dry the product sets in when I sleep the next day I wake up and it’s shiny and perfect! I have straight thick hair and it works for me I also believe it has helped me In hair growth and making my black hair look AMAZINGLY shiny.

I love it so much that I pick up the shampoo and conditioner of sleek and shine and that has also been 5 stars! I’ve tried a lot of high end brands and I will always stick with Garnier to keep me looking and smellin like a fresh apple! I’m going in tomorrow to pick up the deep conditioner and hairspray I have no doubt I’ll love those just as much! Any one should try it.

I use this right out of the shower. It combs easily, seals split ends and gives glorius shine. USE SPARINGLY otherwise it will leave hair oily. Only complaint: the sprayer stopped working and I have half a bottle left.

Sprayer not clogged–it literally stopped spraying even though I have ran cap under piping hot water. Trying it a second time but if sprayer-thing happens again, I won’t buy a third time.

This product is one of the more viscous silicone-based hair oils I’ve tried. Because of that, it was a bit challenging to not use too much. You have to rub it into your hands to warm it quite a bit and then be pretty judicious about smoothing it onto your hair, ends only.

If you put on too much, it just looks greasy. Once you get the hang of application, it definitely works as a smoother and frizz reducer. However, after using this for a few days, I got a rash on my neck and shoulders.

That usually happens for me with fragrances. I see that the ingredients say “Fragrance (includes Essential Oils)” — okay so it *includes* essential oils but it also includes something that’s likely not an essential oil, because I’ve never had a reaction to an essential oil before.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with fragrances in my opinion, but I feel like the wording in this ingredient list obfuscates the potential for irritation for people like me who *know* that we have reactions to fragrances.

3 stars still because if you aren’t sensitive to fragrances and if you can figure out how to attain the goldilocks range of how much to apply, you might like it.

Okay so you needed to read more than my title to decide, well this is the only product that works for my hair, does everything that it says it does, and performs without any compromises. I have long, thick, course, and slightly wavy asian hair that becomes like a hurricane if there is any humidity at all in the atmosphere, and if it is not blown dry it’s just too much to handle.

Humidity does not stand a chance with this super lightweight product. The easy to use spray nozzle discharges a fine even mist without aerosol and has a nice clean scent. You don’t need to waste a lot of product saturating your hair with it, even with waist length thick hair, all you need is a few spritzes on damp hair, and to comb it though to distribute the product evenly.

There is absolutely no feeling of stickiness, oiliness, or build up before or after you blow dry. You will feel absolutely no product in your hair and you won’t be able to stop touching it. It really does help you prolong your blow out because in addition blocking out humidity and smoothing the hair cuticle, it oddly keeps your hair feeling cleaner longer by repelling dirt.

I love a sleek look and sadly New York City summers can be really unkind to my kind of hair. Living Proof No Frizz products have been the savior to my “hair looks like big hot mess” situation and if you can only pick up 1 product from the line, without question, it should be this one.

The No Frizz Weightless Spray is my life saver! My hair is thick, long and very frizzy and although I love it, I don’t have the time and energy for styling it after every washing. I used to be a hostage to the top knots whenever I wouldn’t style my hair until I found this product.

Usually I use it while my hair is still wet, I spray it all over, roll it in a turban then go to sleep. In the morning my hair has a nice and soft bedhead waves but no frizz! I can’t live without this product anymore.

Serum I usually follow CGM, and while I loved how this felt in my hands to SOTC (scrunch out the crunch of my gel) after my hair was dry, I won’t be using it again due to the buildup potential of dimethicone when you don’t also use sulfates.

Shampoo I usually follow CGM, so I don’t usually use products with sulfates or silicones. The shampoo wasn’t as drying as I feared, but it still felt drying enough that I won’t be using it again. It did seem quite cleansing, but that’s expected with sulfates.

Conditioner I usually follow CGM, and this only has one drying alcohol that makes it non-CGM. However, I usually like my conditioner thick and creamy, and this was quite thin. I typically wash and condition first, then rinse my conditioner out right before getting out of the shower.

However, I had to rinse and reapply halfway through—my hair started feeling really dry. It seemed better after the second application. In my experience, frizz comes from dryness, so you’d think a frizz-fighting product would provide sufficient moisture.

Cream I usually follow CGM, so I wouldn’t normally have tried this due to the amodimethicone. In some ways, I really liked this cream, but my hair didn’t curl up as tightly as when I use my regular products.

I’m hoping it might be good for the dry winter months of January and February, though—I’ve been wondering if amodimethicone would help at that time of year, along with cutting out humectants. Overall, I ended up with more frizz on wash day than I do using my regular, CGM-approved products.

That said, the silicones protected my hair from the added frizz I usually get outside, and my refresh days (when I didn’t wash my hair for the next few days) were less frizzy than usual. Hair type: 3a/b, high porosity, low density, medium strand width.

Frizz for me usually comes from dry air and dry hair, not excess humidity. Climate: the desert: low dew point December–April, medium dew point May—November.

I rarely blow dry my hair. I dye it and balayage and then spend so much time outside that I feel like it gets beat up enough. Still, on occasion, I want a nice sleek look to my ordinarily wavy hair and do a quick blow out, but always with a high end protector.

I perfer spray on protectors or Morrocan Oil when blowing out my hair. So when I tried this at first, I was kinda surprised on how thick it was. It wasn’t runny like Morrocam Oil or bio silk (How I loved that) it also integrated really well into my damp hair.

It didn’t feel greasy or heavy. I blew it out like normal and loved it! My hair was straight and super shiny. The blow our lasted me well throughout a busy day It was super soft to the touch and never got greasy, even when I applied some for extra shine after the blow out.

I really like it’s thicker texture because I was able to concentrate it on those areas I wanted the shine to hit or I knew the curl had a mind of it’s own. It didn’t feel like it would get all over the place like the the oil type products.

The next day it washed out of my hair very well. The wave came back and my hair returned to it’s normal bouncy self. So I would totally recommend this product since it’s easier to deal with than some other products and really made my hair feel wonderful and even better, look very natural after styling.

Ok, so I tried all 4 of the Biolage Smoothproof products that I received in my VoxBox in the same evening. First, I washed my hair with the Smooth Proof Shampoo. I’m not sure how I feel about the shampoo.

It lathered really well, and made my hair feel clean, but I wasn’t a big fan of the scent. It almost seemed unscented to me? I like products to have a lot of scent, so some people might like this because there’s less scent.

Next I used the Smooth Proof Conditioner. It too seemed to be lacking scent, but it did make my hair feel soft. After towel drying my hair, I used the Smooth Proof Leave-in Cream. I liked this cream.

It is lightweight and smells nice. It seemed to do a good job in making my hair smooth, even though I was scrunching it into my hair. I combed it through and let it dry a little more. Finally, I followed up with the Smooth Proof Serum.

(My hair was still damp when I used it, but I could see this being great with dry hair as well. ) This product too was great! It was also lightweight and didn’t make my hair feel greasy or anything. I am used to using the Verb Ghost Oil and found this serum to be very similar.

The next day, after my hair was fully dry (I let it air dry) my hair was way less wild crazy than it normally is! Much less frizz and flyaways. I want to try it again with blow drying my hair and then straightening it.

Overall I think all of these products are great, I just wish their was a little more scent to them!.

I have fine hair and live in a subtopical climate where humidity is high and the sun is almost always out. This provides UV protection and controls the majority of my frizz!! It’s light and doesn’t make my hair greasy and works instantly.

I also love that all Sun Bum products are high quality, clean and cruelty free. It also smells like I’m at the beach so win, win, win.

After seeing the Sun Bum hair products in my local health food store and also seeing the rave reviews I decided to try them. I actually love the products and my hair feels very soft and less tangled.

I’ll admit I should have read the ingredients more carefully before purchasing as it’s very disappointing to see that the top 2 ingredients in the anti frizz oil are a drying alcohol and a silicone that does not wash out with water.

It makes the hair look beautiful on application, just wondering what the long term damage to the hair will be. I really wanted to love these products as they are paraben free and also contain some really lovely plant ingredients.

So I was at Ulta in need of a serum/anti frizz… so I bought this one. I’m definitely not a fan. The smell is super strong. 3 sprays and you’re gagging from the strong smell. It does work ok but the smell ruins the entire product.

Wayyyyy too strong for a hair product. It smells good but it’s TOO MUCH!!.

I’m always on the hunt for the next revolutionary haircare product! While I typically wear my long hair in a protective low-bun, sometimes I get a little creative with my styling. I love plenty of products from the Amika-brand, the thought of getting some additional volume intrigued me.

The first thing that I noticed while using this is the sensational scent. It’s definitely a fragrance that I WANT my hair to retain, I’d liken it to other products offered from Amika – tremendously fresh.

The way I’ve been using this, is by spraying it near the under-layer roots while my hair is worn down. It truly volumizes my hair instantly, only with a small amount of applied product! I’ve observed that the added volume lasts a decently long time, too.

I particularly like using it to ‘floof’ up the top, then put the bottom in a sleek ponytail – it looks awesome! This spray doesn’t make the hair greasy, sticky, or wet. It simply gives depleted hair some interesting texture immediately.

My hairstylist used this on me a few weeks ago and I was just in love with it. Normally I don’t use all these different products on my hair, but this one is truly magnificent. It gives tremendous lasting volume like I’ve never seen a product do.

I have fine, thin hair so volume is ALWAYS an issue. You can even brush through your hair many times a day and it stays the same. It does leave your hair a tiny bit dry which I don’t mind. And it is a texture spray, so you do feel that as well.

Maybe a leave in treatment would eliminate some of that. But even after a night of sleep you wake up and your hair is still full and volumized. It’s just the best thing ever created and you must try it.

I have always used the bb invisible oil heat and uv protective primer because it was the only one I found that can be used on wet and dry hair and protected against heat and UV. However, whenever I use it on dry hair, it weighs my hair down and makes it greasy.

I have been searching for a heat and uv protectant that is good for dry hair that didn’t make your hair look greasy or sticky. THIS IS IT! The aerosol makes it great for dry hair and on top of that it helps with humidity.

Some people are complaining about the smell. I am extremely sensitive to scents and this just smells like a tropical citrus mango smell and doesn’t linger. Maybe they got a bad bottle?.

I love how silky my hair feels. I sprayed this on damp hair and blow dried it in small sections and my hair feels so soft and silky. It got my edges good. It also got it very straight. My hair is a afro textured naturally wavy/curly but I keep it straight all the time.

Yep I think I’m going to stick to this instead of a more expensive brand I buy, because it’s more gentle on my hair.

Very happy with the results of this shampoo and conditioner. I have very long, fine 2c/3a hair that’s super frizzy and tangles easily. I’ve been testing other anti-frizz products and haven’t found anything that ACTUALLY worked so my expectations weren’t high for this one either.

But so far, this is working great and way better than any other anti-frizz duo I’ve ever tried. Both the shampoo and conditioner are THICK which is every frizzy haired girls dream. I wouldn’t say it completely gets rid of all frizz, but my hair is silkier and I can actually let it naturally air dry without looking like Hermione Granger which is all I can ask for.

The scent is ok. It smells like generic shampoo, but it doesn’t linger so I don’t really care. The size is great and will last me a while. Only complaint about the bottle is the top is a little loose.

And because the product is so thick, it takes a little extra oomph to get it out and then the bottle stays squeezed. I don’t know if it’s just the type of plastic they used or what, but it’s a little annoying if you are easily annoyed by those types of things lol.

Regardless of those very nitpicky complaints, Would hands down repurchase.

I have spiral curly, frizzy, dry hair that requires heavy conditioning and moisturizing. I have tried so many brands and Frizz Dismiss works the best for my hair. There are 2 cons for me: 1 is the price.

(Yes, prices are high on everything right now, but Redken was much more reasonably priced until Loreal bought it out years ago). The 2nd is that the conditioner is hard to get out of the bottle. I buy the liter size and have to leave it upside down (even when bottle is full).

Then I remove the cap (vs using the normal pop up opener) to squeeze out the conditioner. Kind of a pain, but worth the effort since it helps my hair.

I have long, layered, naturally wavy hair that I often blow straight and curl with a 1 1/2 curling iron. It has a tendency to frizz a bit in any weather. Moon landing not only negates any frizz, it also sets my tousled curls, provides a bit of volume, and smells absolutely delicious!!! This is my third can.

Also turned my daughter and her friends on to this product. They used a bit of my second can…. Lol.

I’m not kidding when I say this is the best hair product I’ve ever used. My hair is thick and course. On top of that it’s wavy and easily frizzed out. After I style my hair I spray this all over, almost like a finishing spray.

After that I’m good to go outside and my hair stays exactly as I styled it! No frizz, no new waves suddenly appearing. Take in to consideration that I live in a humid environment for part of the year.

If you live in a super dry climate Moon Landing won’t really do anything except make your hair smell amazing! Even in the summer at Miami Beach, R+Co Moon Landing kept my hair sleek.

I have only used this a couple of times so far, but it is definitely being added to my everyday hair routine. It is a very fine aerosol spray, and reminds me of a *very* light hairspray. It doesn’t feel sticky or tacky, or weigh hair down at all, but I do notice a difference in resistance to humidity, fly aways, and static.

I also love the very light, barely noticeable, scent of coconut.

I got hired as a receptionist at a local hair salon but have the most confused unmanageable hair! My hair is dyed pink purple has parts that are straight, wavy, curly, super frizzy! I was used to damaging my poor hair at high heat daily just to make it slightly manageable.

It the humid summers, it’s a losing battle! 1 of the girls at the salon recommended trying the Framesi stop friz. I love it! I’ve tried sooooo many hair products, this is by far the best! There is a learning curve, too much like other hair serums, it will make your hair look greasy gross! Use too little it’s pointless.

I use about 2x the recommended amount ( I have TONS of hair) on damp hair then let it kinda dry while up. When I put it back down, it’s much softer less frizzy! This product is a bit expensive, but lasts a long time! I recommend this for thick hair that likes to frizz out!.

I have short hair and as I have aged one side of my hair got really frizzy. I tried so many hair products, and my person who does my hair couldn’t find any thing either. So I went on line and found Framesi.

It did the trick for me. I use the shampoo and conditioner in the green and white bottle. Then after I towel dry my hair I use Framesi color lover 11 intense. Then the Framesi color lover Stop frizz.

It is a lot of product to use but it works. It is expensive but it works. Try it out! You probably won’t need as much as I use. It works!.

The best I have ever used for my naturally curly, frizzy, unruly hair. I can just wash , use this product and let naturally dry for hanging out at home or going out. Makes my hair so soft and shiny!!

For reference, my hair type is 2C-3A, virgin, on the fine side, long- to the middle of my back (when straight/wet), and medium dark brown. My hairstylist recommended this to me years ago, because no matter how I style my hair, the moment humidity hits it, the style is ruined.

But this stuff is doggone amazing! It’s the first & only product that’s been able to control my *VERY* frizz-prone hair. Note: This smells beautiful, but if you’re sensitive to scented products, be cautious.

Perhaps try the smaller size first, and *TIP* try stepping out of the bathroom, spray, and step back in. This is what I do with my spray-on deodorant as it’s overpowering (& aluminum based) so I don’t want to breathe it in.

In a larger space, the spray disperses quicker/easier and when you step back into the bathroom, it isn’t trapped hanging in the air. This is truly one of the best hair products (& brands) I’ve ever used- for frizz control or otherwise.

I purchased this because I have curly hair that I always straighten. If there is any bit of humidity in the air my hair will be the first to let me know – it gets puffy and curly very quickly. I picked this up as I thought it might be able to provide a bit of extra protection against humidity.

To be clear, I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I did hope to see at least a small difference. I went out with my hair thoroughly sprayed on an evening where it had been raining heavily earlier in the day and the air was still humid (for reference, this was in London).

It made absolutely zero difference in my hair. No protection against humidity whatsoever. My hair was in the exact same state it would have been in had I used nothing at all. I’ve since tried it again with similar results.

For this reason this product did not meet expectations for me. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it does work as a hairspray and performs well in that respect. Regardless, I wouldn’t purchase this product if I only required it to perform as a hairspray.

A bit disappointing as Oribe products are usually excellent.

I received this product as part of a holiday gift set I purchased at my salon. I was not impressed upon initial application as I felt like the product was simply sticky or gummy, but upon changing my application I do like this product for taming flyaways.

I spray lightly into my palms, dab at my crown, and then use the side of the bottle to smooth down the hair. I do use this when spending time near the ocean and feel that it effectively decreases the frizz.

Not nearly effective as a Brazilian blowout, but certainly at a lower price point!.

I’ve only used this product once, but I purchased it after seeing all of the fantastic reviews on Sephora for it. My hair definitely feels smoother, and dried faster while I used my drier brush to blow it out, and there are less waves in my hair than usual.

My hair is naturally wavy, but with the slightest turn of a brush, my hair will bend at the roots, or curl whatever way it wants while drying (just not in a very stylish way). This definitely helped tame the mane without weighing it down, as you can clearly see by how much volume I am still left with at my end result.

Only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because as it was close to dry, but still in that “is dry, or is my hair still slightly wet” phase, it felt somewhat tacky. Totally dry that feeling is gone, but I was concerned it would leave an oily look and feel.

It didn’t, so that’s nice, but doesn’t feel nice while blow drying. Maybe less product next time? We shall see.

I was so excited to try the new gifted by Virtue Labs Virtue Frizz Block and was not dissatisfied! I start by applying to damp hair then proceed to blow dry. I have fine, wavy and frizzy hair and when using this Frizz Blocker my hair is left protected from the heat and my frizzy hair is left frizz free and smooth for days! I love for soft my hair feels and how smooth it feels too it really does work wonders when activated with heat to block out frizz and all.

I also love that it protects from UV damage as I like to be outside want to protect my hair as well from the sun so this is a plus too! I really have tried many anti frizz products over the years and this one really is up there in my favorites for being one with best results and long lasting ones as well.

I also need to mention I live in a humid area and this has still worked in the humidity to protect from frizz despite the humidity to my surprise which many products don’t in humidity. So if you are thinking about it just try it, you’ll love it!.

I almost never write reviews but this frizz spray deserves a parade. I have fine wavy hair and live near the ocean (lots of fog/humidity) so my hair is pretty much always frizzy. Even if I blow it out, it starts to get wavy/frizzy as soon as I go outside.

This stuff is truly amazing at banishing the frizz and keeping my hair sleek and straight. I’ve used it a few times now but most recently washed my hair before bed and used some of the 6-in-1 styler (love that stuff, too) and let it dry naturally.

This morning, I got it damp, used this spray, blew it dry with my Dry Bar blow dryer brush, and hit my curly bits around my face and ends with the flat iron. It’s now 8 hours later and my hair looks as good as it did when I left the house.

I will never be without this spray, it’s a game changer. Also, I paid for this, I didn’t get a free sample, and I’ll gladly pay for it over and over again.

I have used various Frizz ease products in the past, but none worked quite like this. Before purchasing this product, I have used numerous anti-frizz products, from high-end to drugstore quality, without success.

While scrolling through the Target app, I came across this product and decided to try it. When I saw the amount of product that was offered, I was skeptical. But, the serum has a thicker consistency, and a small amount goes a long way.

I have very long hair, and I only needed one pump that I could work into the tips and midsection of my hair without needing more or having leftovers. As someone who only air dries their hair, products are important to keep my hair smooth and controlled.

For the price and seeing the results, this is definitely a product that I have been searching for the past 30 years! I am glad I gave it a try when other products have not been compatible with me in the past.

I have been using this hair serum for so many years and this is my favorite product ever. It controls my hair frizz, detangles, and makes them smooth and straight. I like the bottle design, simple yet elegant.

The fragrance is so nice, however, it lingers around for only a few seconds. The texture is not too thin and nor thick just the right consistency, after application, it never leaves the sticky feeling in your hands.

This is my most favorite hair serum ever. Highly recommended.

If I could give this serum 10 stars I would! I am not the type who gets all hyped about leaving a review but I’ve been having the WORST time with my hair recently-so much so that I was considering cutting it all off (it’s nearly 18” long).

I used the serum after my shower, along with some mouse at my scalp for volume, flipped my head upside down and blow dried for less than 5 minutes and a miracle happened. When I flipped up, my strands were magically restored and I could brush through the length of my hair!! I have not been able to do that in a long time-my brush would get stuck and my hair is thin but still managed to get matted/frizzy/knotty.

It was disgusting. But one use with this stuff and seriously, my hope is restored. The frizz is controlled, its shiny, silky smooth and still has some volume. So yes I recommend this serum! Get it!! You will not regret it.

This product has pros and cons. For me, it’s best used if my hair hasn’t been washed in a few days and is starting to get greasy and I want to put it up or in braids, this spray smooths all the fly-aways and frizz back and hold pretty nicely.

If I spray all throughout my hair, it also helps de-bulk and de-frizz my big poofy thick hair to be able to style it. The down side is, though, that it sprays in one hard straight line. Not like a heard stream, but not in a bigger mist you’d expect from a spray like this.

It makes it hard to spray hair evenly and you end up with greasy heavy spots in your hair, no matter how far away you spray it from your hair. I would never spray it before, or even after, I straighten my hair for that reason alone.

Like I said, it’s better for if you want to control and style unwashed or messy hair, but not to style freshly clean hair or freshly styled hair.

My hair is damaged from a botched bleach job, so I went back to brunette. However, since then my hair has be dull, dull. Nothing could bring back the shine and I use Olaplex, plus their Olaplex shampoo & conditioner (which is great).

And I use Matrix Biolage Keratindose Pro-Keratin Renewal Spray, Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum and Bumble & Bumble Invisible Oil Primer. My fine (but thick) waist length hair got ruined. I have been so depressed about the state of my hair UNTIL sexy hair smooth & seal shine.

Finally!!! Gloss and shine – without looking greasy or weighed down. I cannot use serum – my hair sucks it up and it looks gross. This stuff works an absolute treat. 100% will buy again and can highly recommend.

Long time Tigi product user. Love most of their pfoducts. Well, first off, let me say that I purchased this thinking it was a hair spray. I even asked the ladies at the front counter if it was, and I was told that it was.

I know you all are thinking “read the bottle lady”. Well, the print is do dang tiny, there was no way I could read it, therefore, relying on the staff at Ulta. That being said, I looked up how to use the product.

I do have hair that is frizzy, so I wasn’t completely discouraged when I read the product description and use. I sprayed a small amount on the ends where it tends to be the worst. It works pretty good.

Smell is ok. Just be careful how much you use.

Not sure if it’s worth $42, but a decent product if you want to treat yourself to a luxury brand purchase. I live in the ungodly hot and humid southeast, and this hairspray did help with frizz, but I wish it had a bit more hold because my hair went a little limp halfway throughout the day.

I appreciate how this hairspray is lightweight and not sticky, but some hold would be nice since it is hairspray after all. The scent and packaging are nice like a high-end product, but I would expect better results for the price point.
