This 28oz can of Keystone All Natural Beef was almost not enough for what we like to call “Campfire Stew”. Over the the holiday weekend we let the kids put up a tent and taught them how to make this camp favorite! We were skeptical, because we usually use something completely different.

I have to say that I will never use anything else going forward. This is absolutely all natural beef!! And my kids and their friends loved it! They ate every bit. I almost wish I had two cans on hand so they could have had more, they were definitely wanting more.

This will definitely be a new pantry staple.

This meal is filling with a slight spiciness that gives it just enough kick. It’s a really good rich flavor that leaves a great aftertaste. I would love if their was something like cornbread included.

It doesn’t seem particularly healthy but the taste is so good it’s like a treat. I just wish it was a bit more for the money.

My husband really enjoys this brand. He works odd hours this is a hearty meal with perfect portions. Easily microwavable for his meal when he gets home. He especially enjoys the flavors compared to the other frozen dinners.

You will be extremely satisfied with any of the meals they have.

Is this a new item? I’d not seen this product until this weekend. Cooked it for a late snack. My thoughts? I love bacon. who doesn’t, so this was a must try item. No idea what center cut bacon is but i’m a fan.

I’d describe it as a lightly smoked salty piece of bacon that is somehow now a giant piece similar to the ham i typically get on a spiral bone in ham. Imagine bacon with more meat!!! This is not a product for people who don’t enjoy smoked foods, 4rth of July picnics, muscle cars, bass boats or anything that is traditionally considered Americana! Please Sam’s keep this product in stock and add more items from Hempler’s as they seem to know what midwestern americans desire in their meat/pork/beefish products!.

I love BBQ, ham, bacon and smoked sausage. But, this product is so overly smoke flavored that it is overpowering. After cooking two slices for sandwiches the entire house smelled like a smoke pit. I had to spray air freshener in every room because of it.

I had high hopes for this product but I will not be buying it again and, in fact, I’m not even sure I will cook the rest of the package. I buy Canadian bacon all the time and this is definitely not a substitute for Canadian bacon, regular bacon or ham.

I’m not sure what it would be good for.

I’m sure the product would have tasted good however the package that we purchased from Sam’s club in Aurora was slimy and smelly. It wasn’t worth the drive all the way back to that location to get a refund but they have to do better somehow inspect from time to time your products because it is inconvenient to those who decide to patronize a business that’s selling us goods that are not edible without their knowledge.

My Hubby and I are new customers and this is the second time we have ordered the ribs. We love that all you have to do is heat them up and enjoy. The sauce just adds to the all together taste. We will be ordering more.

We also have ordered KCS prime rib roasts, talk about YUM !!! you need to order, it will not disappoint. Also, everything we have ordered has allways been delivered on time and packaged perfectly. Friends of ours by these ribs, grill and serve them throughout the Summer. With the terribly cold winter we’d been having, we needed some Summer brought into our lives so, we decided to give these a try.

I purchased the ribs without sauce since we use our own and all I did was follow the cooking instructions: brush on BBQ sauce, cover with foil and heat at 325 for 1 hour. They came out FALLING OFF THE BONE TENDER & JUICY; even better than off the grill! This was a real treat! Already referred a friend!.

The BBQ Baby Back Ribs were the most disappointing ever. Usually they are delicious but the last time ordering them they were fatty, no meat and hardly any sauce at all. I was so disappointed .

Ordered the pulled pork with the Carolina, Gold, and Smokey sauces. The pork arrived well packaged and still ice cold. Followed the directions in the package to reheat and it was some of the best tasting pulled pork I’ve ever had.

More than enough to feed a large family with plenty of leftovers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

This is my 2nd time ordering the 7 lbs. of pulled pork. So easy to prepare, and was delicious both times. It was the favorite dish at my 4th of July party. I grew up in the South – and I know my barbeque.

I ordered A half pork butt and it came neatly packed and on time, pulled pork butt out packing and it looked great and tasted great, would definitely order again!!!!!!

I absolutely love this shoulder roast, and the value pack is an amazing deal. This takes to a braise incredibly and after 4-5 hours, it is falling apart! Enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, pulled pork, you name it.

This was THE BEST pork shoulder I’ve ever had. I pan seared both sides then finished it in the oven. The 2nd time I ordered it, I cooked it on the grill. Both times, the shoulder was amazing — tender, juicy & flavorful.

If you think you don’t really like pork or you’ve never tasted artisanal, pasture-raised pork from pigs that spent their lives foraging outside the way pigs are meant to do, you are in for a treat. It’s $$ but totally worth the extra cost.

I cooked the roast in my slow cooker for 8 hours on low, seasoned it with lots of “pork” seasonings, a little water and vegetables, but it really didn’t turn out like I had hoped. Maybe it was my fault but the meat was actually sort of dry.

The flavor was good, but it was even a little tough. I expected it to be easily shredded like pulled pork. I will give it another try, but will cook it in my oven over several hours on 200 degrees and see if it makes a difference.

My family and I or die hard rib makers. We have a ribulator Ferris wheel on our weber grill, we make our own rubs and marinades so I was extremely sketchy when my mom came over with a package of Sam’s Club‘s ribs -I was even borderline offended.

However m, I do not believe in wasting food so we gave these a go and was just surprised on how good they turned out. I wouldn’t say they were the best but they were pretty decent.

Best pork roast I have made. Prepped evening before with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder rub. Cook time 1:45 @ 375 (foil wrapped exposed bones, cooked on flat rack in large roasting pan). Perfect even cook with enough pan juices for a gravy.

Best Pork roast. Have cooked a pork roast for NY’s day for 30 years. 4 years ago purchased Allen’s Berkshire Pork Roast – it is tender and moist and enjoyable, A great cut of meat. The entire family agrees to only get Allen’s pork roast.

We can’t say enough good things about this roast. Yes—it is expensive. But when we saw our oldest son immediately go back for seconds, I knew we’d found a very special product. He had surgery several years ago for an intestinal issue that limits the amount of food he can eat at one time, but he couldn’t resist this roast.

Our other son echoed his sentiments. Following Italian tradition, after dinner we used our commercial slicer to turn what was left of the roast into thin slices for sandwiches to enjoy while watching day-after Christmas football.

Who needs to battle bargain-hunting shoppers when you can sit at home and savor this fabulous meat yet another day? We opted to cook the roast exactly as directed by Snake River Farms on its packaging.

The seasoning was perfect and could not have been better. We may have just begun a new holiday tradition.

I’m a huge SRF fan and have tried most of their products, from the gold grade wagyu to the kurobuta pork, and always had the highest praise for everything I purchased. However, I was beyond disappointed receiving this porchetta to note that in the ingredients list there were a bunch of chemicals and preservatives (dextrose, citric acid, spice extractives – many solvents used in the extraction process are considered poisonous, some are carcinogens and neurotoxins!).

SRF has not been transparent at all in the product description on their website about the inclusion of anything beyond natural, high quality herbs and spices in the preparation of the porchetta, and I am extremely disappointed by the inclusion of these unhealthy ingredients.

Unfortunately due to my and my guests’ health conditions, I will not be able to serve this and will just have to throw out $180 worth of meat. Had I been informed appropriately in the product description that this porchetta contains these ingredients, I would’ve gladly purchased something else.

Not ok for a company of the caliber of SRF to misrepresent as such and include these kind of ingredients in their products!!.

The roast was amazing, second to none. The shipping however (even though out of SRF hands) will make me never order again. Roast was set to arrive on Saturday (frozen) before Thanksgiving, instead arrived completely thawed on Wednesday.

I realize this is out of their hands, but how could we ever count on this amazing meat for a special occasion? And if we had wanted it to arrive frozen, well it was just cold enough to make us feel safe still eating it.

My family really enjoyed this pork short rib, the meats were so tender and delicious, most important it did not have disgustful bloody smell like the one I bought from stores. The New York Strip was as good as Pork short rib.

After I discovered a recipe that will remove the salt, these chops were fantastic.

Great flavor and tenderness

I love this bar-b-q! Delicious and moist. It’s a little much just for the 2 of us so I split it up into about 4 packages and freeze them and pull them out when we want barbecue. Thaws really fast and makes great sandwiches or just as a meat with veggies or other side dishes.

I don’t know if it was just a fluke because every other single cut of meat I’ve gotten from Porter Road has been phenomenal (try the pork belly and thank me later) but these pork shanks were borderline inedible.

I even followed PR’s own braising recipe here on this site. and my shanks were, like I said, almost inedible. The shipping and packaging, however, were top notch as always.
