20 Best Non Stick Pans For Induction Cooktop (2023 Updated)

I intentionally bought this induction version even though I have a gas stove. It is surprisingly lightweight. Heats up fast (is that because induction? don’t know). I first bought the mini 8″ pan of this which I love.

This has uneven surface for grill marks but I’ve been using it to cook pancakes (w grill marks lol) and then using same pan to heat frozen blueberries. I love that it has a little depth so I can do that with no worries of spilling.

I actually bought this for myself last Christmas and, I’ll be honest, I don’t baby my kitchenware. It’s holding up incredibly well. Non-stick works great, everything looks just as it is when I first opened the box.

Now I’m starting to consider more KitchenAid pots and pans. Can’t recommend enough.

I am loving my fairly new pots and pans-we have been using them about a month. We wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher and that works well. They heat up so fast, I have to catch up. And they do not scratch my new stovetop.

I am very pleased with my purchase.

I been buying pots and pans with Greenpan’s magneto base for the last two or three years while I’ve been deciding if I wanted an induction cooktop. I’ve been using them on my electric cooktop as well as on a small induction hotplate.

They work amazing on both and the pots and skillets have been incredible!! I love them all and have shown them off to friends several times. They’re sturdy and have the perfect weight. I bought a pan or two at a time just to be sure I wanted induction, I could kick myself now for not buying an entire set at once.

I’ve not had any trouble with keeping them stain and scratch-free with one exception. My husband used a fork to scrpe something out of one of the skillets and made a small scratch. He doesn’t understand that they are not meant to be scraped with sharp objects, so that one is on him and not the pan’s manufacturer.

I’m continuing to add pieces and can’t imagine buying anything but Greenpan. I still love them as much after two or three years as I did when I first got them.

I treated myself to the Valencia Pro 11 pc set in the spring of 2018. I am the designated cook for family gatherings as well as routine daily meals. I have used a variety of cookware lines, and none of them have held up as nicely as these.

I have followed the instructions and don’t use metal utensils, and use the protectors for storage. Pure olive oil is recommended, but I have used regular olive oil and butter in my cooking without any issues.

They heat up quickly, and I do not cook over the 6 setting and most often use a 4 and lower. The variety of sizes in this set serve me well. And the glass lids allow you to see what’s happening in that pan! I wish the 5 quart stockpot were a bit larger, and a lid for the 12 inch skilled would be a nice addition.

The handles on the lids and the handles on the stock pot do get very hot. Pot holders necessary to prevent burns. I have cooked with propane and with natural gas and would recommend this product.

Bought in November ’21 as a gift for my wife. We’ve been using since December 25th ’21 (a little shy of two months as of this writing). The pans conduct heat very well and evenly, the nonstick is very good.

We do not use cooking sprays, use only wood or silicon utensils (even though the pan is supposedly metal utensil safe), clean only with soft, non-abrasive sponge by hand and diligently use pan protectors to store.

The stockpot and frypans are all already chipping at the lips, the stockpot on the bottom as well. Contacted customer service and they told me it’s normal and safe and asked if I wanted more pan protectors.

Again, hasn’t even been two months of use. Not ideal and I’m not looking forward to replacing them in a few more months if the chipping continues at this rate, but those replacements won’t be GP.

This cookware set does not disappoint. Heavy use of the frying pan and no signs of having to use any cooking spray. The pan hasn’t warped at all, no wobbling if using on a glass top stove, where that can be an issue.

The heat seems to be very even all around the surface, outer edge cooks at the same speed as the center. The handle has a nice grippy feel, does not get hot, and the pan feels balanced, for those of you that like to flip eggs… The connection where the handle meets the pan is solid, and nothing makes a pan feel cheap like a little jiggle out of that spot.

The glass lids are nice, similar grippy handles that also don’t get hot, and they don’t appear to be the type to wear down with a lot of use and washing. The kids fit the pots, but not the frying pans, which I would have liked, but not that big a deal.

This set is getting used more than daily in this house and is showing no signs of wearing out so far. Nice set.

This cookware set is absolutely amazing! The pots and pans are very sturdy and non-stick! It comes with 3 pots and 3 pans, one of which is a square grill pan. There is literally no mess – simply wash with warm soap and water and any residue slides right off.

You really do not need spray oil in these pans first due to the instructions and second because of the seamless cleaning process. The grips on the handles are really nice and you don’t have to worry about the handles heating to where you can’t pick them up.

I have had no issues with fading and I use these constantly! All of the pots and pans heat evenly and make perfect meat, vegetables, etc. I hope to have these in my pantry for a long time! The only thing I wish it had is a cover for the grille pan to avoid splatter.

These pans looked super fancy and I should have known after reading most of the reviews that the only thing these have going for them are the look. Reviewers raved about how they looked beautiful and they couldn’t wait to use them or used them once and then reviewed them as great.

Well, I actually cook: about three times a day, five days a week in my house. I purchased these five months ago and they are already needing replaced. My food is constantly sticking to the pans no matter how much “lubricant” I use.

The copper coating is already coming off in several places despite my careful cleaning and utensil usage. The two smaller pots that came in the set are exactly the same size, so a waste of space. Basically, if your pans are stored in an open and space and you never cook, these are the perfect purchase.

If you actually cook in your home, don’t waste your money.

As a long time All-Clad owner of their regular D3 cookware, I didn’t have any second thoughts about purchasing the HA1 line for my induction cooktop and it’s non-stick pots and pans. What a disappointment this purchase has turned out to be.

Why? Because the way the bottom is designed it does not extend out to the very edges of the pots, so it results in the outer parts of the pots being much cooler than the part where the “disc” is on the bottom of the pans.

If simmering or boiling you can see the outer circumference of the pots and pans do not heat and cook compared to where the induction bottoms of the pots and pans are. It means that your food requires that you frequently stir to ensure all parts of what you are cooking gets cooked.

Unfortunately, I have discarded the box it came in or I would pack it up and return it. Instead I either stick with it or donate it to Goodwill and look for another set of induction capable pots and pans.

Live and learn!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!.

My girlfriend purchased an HA1 frying pan set a while back. We both liked them so much that I purchased this 13 piece set. I was impressed with the non stick elements of her pans and how they still looked brand new a year after purchase (with frequent use).

This 13 piece set comes with just about everything that you need. I have used a majority of the pans, and they are of the same quality as the frying pans we have been using for the past year. We have had zero issues with anything sticking, and cleaning has been very fast and easy.

We do not run these pans through the dishwasher and follow the instructions for maintaining these pans. We are very happy with our purchase, and plan to expand it in the future. I highly recommend reading the instructions if you purchase any pans.

If you follow the instructions. I do not see any reason why these cannot be a long-term set. Also, do not use any metal on the nonstick surface.

I have used All Clad for many years. This is my first All-Clad nonstick set with glass lids (Essentials Nonstick Saucepan set, 4-Piece, Grey), purchased on Amazon. I bought these about three months ago to replace an older set of nonstick pots (Macy’s brand) also with glass lids that I’ve used for almost 15 years.

I’ve only used my brand new All Clad nonstick pots maybe a handful (8 to 10) times, usually for reheating soups and sauces. They are not used daily and I do take good care of them when I have used them.

So today, I was reheating soup uncovered in the 4. 5 qt pot on my gas stove, then turned off the heat and covered the pot with its glass lid. About three minutes later, my daughter was in the kitchen next to the stove and heard a loud “pop.

” She found that the lid had shattered, and luckily for us, the glass did not burst. Still, I threw away the soup because I couldn’t be sure that micro glass fragments did not end up in the soup.

Based on reviews, I bought a 10-piece set several years ago to replace an inexpensive set I bought when I first moved into my condo, so I’m well aware of Swiss Diamond cookware and their solid quality and ease of cleaning which is very important to a lazy cook.

When I see cookware on sale, I like to add it to my collection. This will be used mainly to make grilled cheese sandwiches and heat up leftovers. I have a square lid from a grill pan to use if I need one.

Pan is the same solid quality as the 10-piece set and handle is comfortable to hold. I can use little or no butter at all for grilled cheese for a healthier meal. Like my other Swiss Diamond cookware, I expect it to clean up with a little soap and water using a nylon scrub pad.

I highly recommend alll Swiss Diamond cookware.

First thing I did was to grill bratwurst in the grill pan. I grilled 5 at once. They grilled up perfect. I put in sauerkraut, buns on the top. The glass lid is perfect. The brats had a real clean taste that I would not get from a regular gas grill.

Next I am going to grill Thai Gua Yang Chicken. I can’t wait.

If you don’t feel like using your grill on a rainy or snowy day this winter this is the next best thing. Let it heat up and it will make the most beautiful grill marks. Taste like it came right off your outdoor grill.

Not understanding the review it says it takes longer to heat up? What 30 extra seconds?.

I started digging my heels into cooking earlier this year, so I needed some really good cookware and bakeware to up my game. This set has not let me down yet! I love that it’s nonstick, and I don’t have to fidget with oils and butter, or anything else I may have allergies to.

Being able to use metal utensils has been a big help, especially because I like to cook in big batches and store things in the freezer, and sometimes metal utensils is the only thing that will work. This is a great way to introduce yourself to amazing cookware and bakeware.

I’m actually going to add to my collection of Granitestone and get some other pots, pans, and other things that will be useful. I used to only like Farbreware, but I’m not converted to Granitestone! I received these just yesterday and at first site I thought about returning them. The green is not as green as the picture, more a dark dark green, pretty though (I love most greens). The steamer fits into the skillet, not the largest pot.

The handles are going to get hot. The lids have a steam seep hole which I like, no pour spout so it’ll be a good seal. This morning as I was preparing to return these I decided to give one a try and made scrambled eggs, absolutely no oil or spray in the pan the absolutely nothing stuck, it was crazy, we’re talking scrambled eggs! Heated nicely, cooked evenly and clean up was a simple rinse with the faucet! The only sticking was on the rivets that attach the handle but that is just life.

Nice sizes but I would like a larger, deeper skillet to have been in the set. If you are in need of a new set (and I was, desperately) of cookware, give this one a try. I think you’ll be pleased. Blessing to all, ljm.

I love how my GraniteStone StackMaster set stacks neatly together, and the lids are great they way they stack, too, one handle up, one handle down. But I didn’t know they would be so heavy. The larger stack of pots and pans need two hands to lift.

You can’t just reach in the cabinet, lift the top pot with one hand and grab the next one down with your other hand. Too heavy. And today, I tried cooking eggs without butter or oil spray–the eggs stuck to the pan! That was disappointing.

But with a little spray, the eggs cook fine.

The non-stick surface started coming off after 3 months of consistent use. We were storing it properly and only used silicon spatulas.

Exactly as described. Good quality and completely nonstick. Used regularly. Not had long enough to know how durable the nonstick will be

My initial reaction is disappointment. I have used the pan once and had to use a heat setting that was twice what I am accustomed to using in order to get the desired results. With my old pan the 2 setting was more than adequate, but with this pan I had to use the 4 setting to achieve the same results which suggests that the heat distribution is very poor.

This is not at all what I expected from such a high quality – and very expensive – frying pan. Anthony Holmes.

I love everything about this frying pan, but I have always found Tefal products to be good. Yes, it is more expensive than some other frying pans, but you have to pay for quality and it definitely delivers value for money.

I bought the 20 cms version. It is heavy enough to make it stable on a gas ring, but not too heavy to lift. Like other reviewers I have found that you do not need a lot of oil, nothing has stuck to it so far, and it is wonderfully quick and easy when washing-up time comes.

I have never wanted or needed a dishwasher. The only thing that keeps it from being completely perfect is that it does not come with a lid, but I have got around this by using the lid from a larger frying pan.

I thought it would be churlish to deduct a star for such a small matter, so I have great pleasure in awarding it the full 5 stars.

Excellent range of non stick frying pans – have been buying this brand for years as the non stick coating is excellent and very durable. Personally I don’t dishwash them as the first ones I had I did and the non stick coating seemed to be less effective after a while.

They are quite heavy frying pans – more noticeable on the larger sizes such as 28/30cm. Probably more expensive than some frying pans out there but really good quality and durability.

The pan is far heavier than it looks, and that is a good thing as I find with heavy pans comes quality. We have a gas stove, no issues with cold spots when cooking, the pan heats up in no time at all.

So far no issues with the none stick coating. Just give it a quick wipe out after every use when cool enough and I always clean the underside and around the outside of the pan so as not to have the “burnt” look on the steel.

The pan is dishwasher safe. We had a high end pan set for 15 years that needed to be replaced. So I bought the pan to go with a pan set that matches this pan, and the quality of that pan set is identical.

In all very impressed with the Tefal range and would not hesitate to buy again.

A design which is flawed due to the manufacturer cutting corners and costs by making almost half the base of the frying pan aluminium which a magnet doesn’t stick to of course – so only the outer portion of the base is induction reacting.

This means that the product being described as compatible with Induction hobs is false. It works on some hobs and not others. Other reviews show more people with Neff hobs like mine find it doesn’t work.

The importers say it works perfectly after I sent mine to them for testing. I haven’t had the pan long enough to test the longevity or effectiveness of the non-stick coating but reviews elsewhere say it doesn’t last more than a few weeks.

For me this pan would now be just a useless ornament so I have declined the offer of having it returned to me. Never had a pan claim to work on all induction hobs but not work on mine. Won’t buy this brand again.

I love these pants. I wore my first pair almost daily in the winter. They are very comfortable. The pockets have changed a bit in this version to a slightly different shape. They still work fine, but I preferred the square pocket shape.

I have been living in these since I got them. They are just slightly warmer than my regular Mondetta leggings. They do run super big and long – so for a 5’2″ 133 lb gal like myself there is a lot of bunching in the hips and legs.

I think they are more built for a gal who is about 5’9″! I do like the side pocket.

Not as Non-Stick on low heat fried eggs, easy over or scrambled, as the quality Teflon pan (when new) it replaced. Needed canola oil spray. Rinsed between uses with warm water and wiped with soft dish clothe.

Intended this pan only for light egg omelets. This particular pan apparently was shipped after being dropped. I don’t see how outside rim bent [without damage to cooking surface] in shipping, without indication of outside ship-box.

I received this pan about 5 months ago. I am careful to never use metal utensils — always wood or silicon — and always wash my dishes by hand, so dishwashing is not a factor either. The pan worked great at first, and I even bought a glass lid for it which fit perfectly (so dimensions are accurate).

I also like the fact that there are no rivet heads on the inside. But within 6 weeks, I could see that the coating was beginning to blister. I use the pan frequently (probably 3 to 4 times per week) and always use a bit of spray-on oil as well; however the blistering has continued to accelerate.

Now the pan is already sticking, so I really don’t feel it was worth the price. Coated pans I’ve had in the past have lasted two years or more before hitting this stage. Can’t recommend it, poor value.

I make a lot of eggs for my family and I’ve been looking for the perfect egg pan. I LOVE THIS PAN. It’s lightweight, a nice ergo handle, and a perfect surface for making eggs of all kinds. The non-stick is legit.

This pan is truly non-stick. It cleans up so easily with just a little soap and water. I cook eggs in it every day and the non-stick coating is holding up well. I also love the handle, as it stays cool to the touch, but is comfortable to grip.
