20 Best Neutral Matte Eyeshadow Palette (2023 Updated)

I purchased this product on a whim. I decided I wanted to stop using liquids for bronzers and get into powders so I opted for another brand and hated it. I then saw this product on sale through my Sephora app and decided what did I have to lose.

Here’s the truth: I LOVE This bronzer. I don’t know how I allowed my pasty light skinned self to skimp by without this beautiful chocolate smelling – perfect tone/color in my life. Seriously. this bronzer is made up with real cocoa alongside other ingredients and it’s really delightful.

It’s so silky smooth and fragrant and gives a nice sun-kissed tone to the face in such a brilliant way. I guess I’m a sucker for great products without the orange underlying tones which I despise. Lol! I noticed this brand and formula as well as color blended nicely with my Laura Mercier translucent powder for a seamless appearance.

I highly recommend the Too Faced brand because of all the love they put into their products. Overall, my skin can sometimes be dry, but this stuff never gets muddy-looking. I highly recommend applying it with a bronzing brush.

And to all my sensitive skin gals… don’t worry, this stuff doesn’t cause issues, itchiness, burning, rashes or regret. Buy it! You’ll be so happy with your results. Thanks @ for making such as awesome product!.

I was initially hesitant to purchase this set because of how dark both products looked but decided to try it out when it was on sale for $19. 50USD. The #LipInjectionLipGloss is called “Christmas Cocoa” and looks like a dark brown.

but it is somewhat sheer and can be lightened—or darkened—to your preferred shade. Additionally, this one doesn’t make my mouth break out into a weird (temporary) red rash like the clear one does! The bronzer “Hot Cocoa” blends out very nicely, isn’t too shimmery, and has the cutest packaging! It looks like the bag except the background is brown.

I’m so glad I bought this palette. It has quickly become my most used palette out the 36 eyeshadow palettes I have. I always dab my Nars eyeshadow primer all over my lid, so I never have any problems with the shades fading throughout the day.

The colors blend in so beautifully and effortlessly with each other, and you can definitely build up the intensity with the shades. I love pairing it with other glitter or shimmer shadows from other palettes and it also pairs really nice with the Master Crystal Reflectors dabbed on the lid.

It’s beautiful by itself too, to create an all matte eyeshadow look. It’s such a versatile and convenient palette that I think everyone makeup lover should consider investing in. It’s so worth it. I have similar brown toned palettes but this one just stands out.

If you’re debating whether to get it or not, just go for it!.

Don’t get what the negative reviews are for? I happened to visit Sephora to actually select a Pat Mc Grath / ND palette. Nothing quite drew or excited me enough. I was liking Divine Rose beacuse it is actually wearable and I can get use of it without having to wait for a festival/party but it lacks variety TBH (mauve/pink based only).

I do not like golden specs in all shimmers to make them dazzle, they all look the same- shiny (Huetopian dreams). Anyways, ND Glam attracts me but I have ABH sultry so maybe later. I was walking across aisles and happened to look at this.

I swatched the metallics and immediately loved the colors. The colors are gorgeous. Now that I wore it a few times. Wet n wild primer and one of the metallics , lasted 7 hours no creasing (my eyelids are typically oily).

I wore viseart matte under the metallic. I actually like wearing eyeshadows everyday (adding shimmer/metallics after work). These are wearable metallics. I am not a youtuber so I don’t care about all that dazzle that would show up on camera.

Bottom line, love this palette.

I am writing this review because I almost didn’t buy this palette based on other reviews. I am so glad I took a chance – this is the matte palette I’ve been searching for! All the colors are gorgeous and wearable (unlike some palettes that have multiple shades I’ll never touch), the mattes blend so easily, they layer well, and I greatly appreciate the fact that the colors are pigmented but buildable.

Sometimes I rush and get heavy handed, and this palette makes it impossible to mess up when I’m in a hurry. Maybe some people don’t like to build up the shades, and that’s the reason for the lower reviews? But I think it’s fantastic.

Amazing formula that is fool proof and great for beginners (as well as more experienced users). It’s also excellent for travel – compact and looks beautiful (I want my makeup to look pretty when I’m carrying it around).

To be fair, I didn’t like other products from this brand but I am in love with this palette. Give it a try!.

This palette is beautiful. Each shade packs a pigmented punch! The only down side is that there are quite a few shades that are nearly indistinguishable from eachother. The saturation is turned way up in the product photos which really makes it look like everything is very different.

its kind of misleading. I really love that we can change the order around, I love having separate shimmer and matte sections. The size of the pans is the same as regular lorac shadows so what I ended up doing was taking my favorite shades from the Pro 2 pallete that I don’t often reach for and put them in the place of the duplicates, then I placed all my leftover shadows in an empty z palette! Everything was already magnetic so no need to add magnetics to the shadows from either palette.

Release more palette likes this lorac! Maybe just try a little harder to make everything unique :).

This is a really good neutral palette (disclaimer: I am a sucker of neutral palettes). I like that it has a good mixture of mattes, satins and shimmers, which means that there is enough variety and textures to create a good number of different looks – I have other palettes for example which have too many shimmers/glitters.

I’m more or less an NC20–25 and I find that the shade range is just right. The eyeshadows themselves nicely pigmented and easy to work with. I also like that there is the option of rearranging the shades within the palette using an inclusive tool.

I probably won’t be doing that, but it’s nice that Lorac have taken it into consideration. Strong contender for the title of “Favourite Palette” in my books.

I love ELF Palette in The New Classics bc it’s Everything I need in a palette for go-to looks! I absolutely love the color story with the mattes, shimmers, satins, and glitters. I love the mix of warms, cools, and neutrals.

I love the shade suggestions on the back, which I usually don’t, but the shade suggestions are gorgeous on this beautiful palette. I have not experienced fall-out, so long as I tap my brush and use a setting spray for more shimmery shades.

I love how black the black shade is and I love the range of taupes. I feel taupes are underused as a base shade. I always see everyone use white, but try a really light taupe as the base shade over perhaps NYX jumbo creamy pencil for more cream shades, but works or JOA’s inexpensive dupe to Hourglass eye primer, then a base shade is used to see if that’s dry or to sink in oils, which translucent setting powder can be used for this too! This palette has a shade called Rose Gold that’s stunning, Charming is a subdued mauve, There’s Darling, Earth for a rich earthy chocolate shade, platinum shimmers, champagne shimmers, the shimmery white is in there, there’s a black cherry shade that’s stunning! There is a peachy shimmery coral shade that is beautiful and so much more! I’ll show it to you in my pics!.

This is a great palette! This is a fun take on the neutral everyday palette and the shade work nicely with each other. This palette is work, school, and every day appropriate. This palette has a nice range from light to dark but in a way that it should work for multiple skin tones.

A lot of drug store palettes in particular claim to be the perfect nude, or neutral palette yet half the palette is nothing but ashy shades that wouldnt work past a medium skin tone, this palette only has 1 or 2 shades possibly that would turn ashy or a dark or deep skintone.

The pigmentation and blend on this palette is so nice and I’m so glad companies quit taking up space by putting those foam trash brushes in the palettes and just used the space for shadows. I am loving that you can get a high end look at a affordable price point, especially with elf! ELF has been the ONLY company not creeping up on price OR skimping on the quality! The quality gets better and better but they will not sacrifice that for their low prices.

They are my #1 drugstore company for cosmetics for sure! This palette will not disappoint.

I am always so pleasantly surprised by e. l. f products! Affordable but really are good quality😍✌ This eyeshadow look used the MAC painterly eye primer and only 4 shadows from the palette💜😊 So it was a quick look today😁 The shadows were pretty pigmented and I thought they blended well.

I used e. l. f blending brushes as well. There was some fallout, but not enough for me to complain✌😊 The shimmer shades are subtle and I sprayed a flat brush with rosewater to apply, and used a patting motion instead of swiping for the best color payoff😍🤩🥰 The transition shade was darling, then I deepened the crease and outer v with earth🤎 The lid color is rose gold🥰💛 The lower lash line is smoked out with the shade darling, and the outer was lined upward with earth and smoked out🤎✌ In the corner of my eye, I used a bit of the shade beloved to brighten my eye✌💜✌💜 This palette is worth every inexpensive penny✌🎊✌🎊I used a stila brown liner on my upper water line and finished with a coat of Lash Princess 👑👑😊😁.

I tried one of these palettes in the Smokey shade and it was very disappointing. I think the formula was very lackluster difficult to blend. Personally, I wouldn’t buy again as it wasn’t anything special in comparison to other eyeshadow palettes I’ve tried.

I felt like a lot of the shades lost pigmentation after being blended got muddy. For example, the green shade in this palette specifically stood out to me as not so good. It had a grey or black undertone, and after blending out the shade you saw way more gray then green.

I don’t mind having to build up shadows at all, but this just didn’t build for me the way I had hoped. Overall, I was really let down by this purchase because of that I didn’t buy any other shades from this collection.

The only Smashbox eyeshadow palette that I remember getting some use from was the Full Exposure palette. Other than that, I haven’t really ever been impressed with Smashbox’s eyeshadow formula. I’d pass on this as there are so many eyeshadow formulas that outperform this, some being only a fraction of the cost.

I recently revisited Smashbox and placed my first order in probably 10 years, and I’m glad I did! I grabbed the Cover Shot Eye Pallette in ‘Golden Hour’ and am so impressed with it. Yes, the palette size is smaller than some on the market – I’d guess it’s about 4”x2”.

As someone who takes forever to go through palettes because I like to try new things often, this is a plus! It’s also ideal for travel, especially with the magnetic closure lid. So far I’ve tried most of the eyeshadows in the palette and have experienced great color payoff, easy blending, and zero fallout.

This particular combination of warm tones are all very flattering and versatile – easily styled for everyday and more dramatic occasions. I definitely recommend and will consider adding more colorways to my collection.

The Worst Palette Ever! This was simply the worst palette I’ve ever used. I purchased it because the colors just screamed my name since pink and aqua are my fave colors. I had been eyeing it for a while but I have soooo many palettes I kept telling myself that I didn’t need it.

Then it went on sale and I stacked some other points event and said OK it’s time. I’m so disappointed! The pink is OK, I used the lightest shade as my transition and try to blend the pink one as my crease color.

The pink was splotchy, but once I put the time in blending and packing the crease, it looked OK. Then I tried to use the dark shimmery pink in the Bold Glittery Palette for my outer eyelid color and no matter how I tried to put it on (finger, brush, dampened brush, etc,.

) it just went on then came right back off and there was no building it up at all. Then I went to use the pink from this full palette for my under outer eye, nothing went on or stayed on. I got a little bit of fine pink stains, but no color whatsoever.

I did use the aqua on my inner lower lash line, but I used an eyeliner pencil first and just used the aqua to set it. It just had no pizazz even over the eyeliner. It was just dull for such a vibrant color in the pan.

So I threw on a little Stila duo chrome liquid eyeshadow over it (the white one with the blue-green shift) and that made it pop, but it’s definitely nothing on it’s own. I also tried the darkest plum color for the eyeliner with wet brush.

I mean absolutely nothing, no pigmentation at all. This is absolutely a miss from Smashbox.

This palette is my daily workhorse, my ride or die. Yes it’s expensive, but in addition to eyeshadow I also use it as contour and bronzer/blush and highlight. You have just about every color of matte bronzer, contour and highlight you would ever want to sculpt your face like an artist.

Viseart themselves recommend using this palette for the face, in addition to eyes (the description for this palette on their website lists in detail everything you can do on the face with each shade, it’s so helpful) the shades are extremely pigmented, I just need to touch my brush in the pan and knock off the excess, and I can bronze a whole side of my face.

For eyeshadow, the colors are both pigmented and buildable, and as many others say, they blend themselves. You just need to pick 3 shadows in the palette – light, medium and dark, and you have your eye look.

To finish the look, I like to use a shimmer palette to add a touch of light in the inner eye corner and the middle of the lid – but this isn’t necessary. I find the formulation of the mattes in this palette are very forgiving for mature eyelids! They just blend flawlessly, you don’t need to work hard for your look.

If I was traveling the world and could only bring one palette with me this is the chosen one, you can do your entire face with it and just pop on some mascara to finish. It’s an ideal palette for a minimalist.

Yes the packaging is very basic and not ‘pretty’, but if you put yourself in a makeup artist’s shoes it makes perfect sense. I’m hoping in the future Viseart would create more robust empty palettes, that I could just transfer my favorite shades in.

I have the neutral matte palette. 12 mattes and so buttery smooth and so good to blend as long as you build not pack. These shades are very pigmented and last all day and night. I had to use cleansing balm to remove from my eyes.

This is one of my favorite palettes and I prefer mattes. This is well worth the price and although the packaging is plain I have discovered the product inside is usually better if the packaging is not so fancy.

They put into the product and fancy packaging says corners must have been cut from the actual product so with this plain clear package you know the product is great! I love this palette I had to learn to build or else I have to blend too much.

I’m so loving this and I recommend everyone give a try. This same formula comes in many shades.

Oh this palette is a must have in your collection. I like more cool tones usually but this formula you just can’t beat! Most of their shadows are more of a dry formula which blend like a dream. I think so many companies are trying to make their swatches look perfect, but when you go to actually blend them out on your lid, they just dont work the way you want.

These are all matte shades which I appreciate because I have SO MANY different shimmers and foils in other palettes. Viseart is made for professional makeup artists and they are just phenomenal. Their new packaging allows you to pop out each little shadow and switch it out if you’d like to make your own palette or what-not.

Definitely a must try brand. They are a staple in mine.

This is my 2nd Sigma eyeshadow palette and my fav. I love the concept of this palette. You can really do a lot with it, it’s divided into quads and my favorite is the green-mustard one. Although I love the rest too.

I like that it has ivory and black, because you can go really dramatic or keep it soft. The only shimmer I’m not crazy about is blue, but lucky for me that’s not my favorite color. When it comes to formula, I like it more than the Enchanted palette.

Good pigmentation and buildable formula, easy to use. The dual ended brush is a bonus, but a really great one. Honestly, I keep using these brushes again and again, they are excellent!.

This beautiful palette is especially aimed at those who like to do natural and nude make-up; the eyeshadows are easy to use, as for the matte they are buttery to the touch and blend easily without staining.

Shimmers are bright, but to make them even more intense and shiny, I recommend getting them wet. It’s a very versatile palette because it is good for doing any type of look while remaining in the comfort zone.

It is complete because you can build the makeup (only one color is missing, namely: black), but it still has two dark browns, so they are good for intensifying. Also the double brush that is inside is valid, it has the shading part and the other to apply the eyeshadow on the eyelid.

I especially recommend it to all those who like to do neutral makeup.

I got this palette while on offer and for the price I paid this is very good value, especially with the inclusion of the double-ended brush as Sigma brushes really are the best. This is obviously a simple warm neutral palette so not a necessity if you have lots of neutrals already, but I hadn’t updated my every-day eyeshadows for a while and this was a really solid addition.

The mattes are easy to work with but I’ve taken off one star only because I wouldn’t say the shimmers are anything groundbreaking – they’re very pretty and wearable but not super striking on the eye.

However, this could be ideal for wearing to work or somewhere your makeup can’t be too flashy. Definitely recommended for someone looking for a foolproof every-day warm palette.

I absolutely LOVE this palette! I know the colors may not be for everyone or for everyday wear, but I just adore it love the color scheme! I use this palette all the time, even for a neutral look, but I do have to tap into another palette to help! But it’s VERY EASY to create gorgeous everyday evening looks with this palette! You can intensify the ALREADY amazing pigment by using a wet brush or your finger! Her formulas colors are ALWAYS phenomenal so soft, buttery, pigmented very easy to blend! LOVE THIS SOSOSOSOSO MUCH! Every other person hates the cream-to-powder formula, but I think it’s because they don’t use it with their fingers. This palette is my go to because I use her c2p as a base (they are also beautiful by themselves) and I feel they help prevent creasing! I love her shimmer formula, but whenever I pick this up, it’s for those as a base which should say a lot because I usually only pick up a palette for a shimmer since I don’t always have the time for brushes.

If any shade gets the most hate, it’s probably “tor” due to it not showing up on certain skin tones, but any video that had that complaint was using a brush for application and didn’t like using the finger approach.

Personally, it’s my FAVORITE shade!!!! It’s such a beautiful gray that can be so versatile because it can be warmer or cooler depending on the shade that you throw on it. I haven’t had a chance yet to try my favorite shade from the Bronze palette, ‘rhodium,’ but I just have a feeling that I will just love it! I paired it with the shade “Meteor” from Lunar Beauty’s ‘Eternal Eclipse’ and it was just perfect, as well when I also paired it with a couple shades from Glamlite’s ‘Chocolate Donut!’ If you are into taupe, or the shades that are like a warm-purple-gray vibe, then “tor” it just for you!.

Overall, this is a well executed and convenient palette concept. I like how wearable and well thought-out the color story is — often with ND palettes, the color stories are a little redundant. But here, you can get warm, cool, and neutral glam looks from this same midi-palette, so it’s a great price for what you get.

That said, I think the labels on the palette — while they initially seem helpful — end up creating some disappointment. Some of the “outer eye lid” shades lack the pigment that I’d expect for a shade that I’m putting there.

In other words, I’d be happy with the color in general but not for where I’m told to place it. As odd as it sounds, that leads to a disappointing experience at first. So I’d recommend pretending like the names aren’t there and simply using the colors as you see fit based on how much pigment they actually have.

Lastly, some of the shades look a little more metallic in the pan than they show up on the eyelid, which was disappointing for me because the palette doesn’t add as much “glam” as I’d like, and I end up dipping into my Pat McGrath palettes for that extra sparkle.

Other than that, this is a solid effort and would be a great palette for easy day-to-night looks or traveling.

I love the simplicity of these- truly so easy to bring with you if you’re traveling or have limited space. The packaging is really high quality, sleek, and makes applying the product easy and seamless.

I do find I need to use my finger a bit to blend the way I like, but so far I have tried 8 shades and do enjoy all of them. I LOVE the vanilla matte to sculpt out the eyebrow and lay a base down to cover up color imperfections.

The lighter shimmers such as champagne and sand are super sparkly and brightening without looking like glitter. They are very hydrating on the eyes and help to camouflage any dryness or fine lines. Where these really stand out for me is their longevity- they really do last ALL day, even in a humid climate.

They will NOT budge once applied. That being said these are definitely more on the “subtle” side so if you do want super rich dark pigment you will find this lacking. If you build up too many layers, you do start to notice that you can feel the makeup a bit on your eyes.

This doesn’t really bother me, but if you don’t wear makeup frequently you may notice the weight of it. The darker colors definitely have more pigment than the lighter ones, and when choosing a shade I would opt for the darker one if you’re looking for color payoff.

I’ve purchased 8 different colors and was disappointed that the actual color of the eyecream doesn’t match the color sticker on the end of the tube. The Orchid shimmer should have been a slight purple but it turned out to look like Copper.

Same with the Rose shimmer (should have been pink) but is a light Copper. The Midnight blue did not have a pretty blue shimmer like the ad, instead, it looked like Charcoal on my eyelids. The Smokey Amethyst shimmer should have been a light purple but it too had more of a light Copper look.

At first I thought they mixed up the color sticker on the tube, but I realized that the colors were not as advertised. I don’t know how the models got such pretty colors when the actual eye creams were not brilliant like the pictures.

I still wear them, but I’m disappointed with the muted colors. The color does last all day and is waterproof and less expensive than the other brand.

Very pleased w/these eyeshadow sticks. Colors have been as expected (rose shimmer, though, was a little more saturated than I thought it would be but that wasn’t a real problem). I have deep set eyes and really only use the colors under my brows, in the outer corner of the eyelid as well as in the crease.

(I prefer a light colored matte powder on the lid. ) The tip of the stick is small enough to control on the lid and in the crease. Under the brow, I have to use a light hand to apply the shadow (so it doesn’t deposit too heavily) and then typically have to smudge it to spread it.

But it smudges very nicely. I’d like to see more light colored matte shades b/c then I’d use more of the product on my lids. I need matte shades b/c I’m an older gal (66) and don’t like shimmer on that part of my eye.

All in all, I find it a very nice product.

These eyeshadow colors are absolutely beyond beautiful and the pigment is just awesome as it really shows up on your eyes which makes them stand out so well. I love how I never have to touch up with this palette as this eyeshadow will out last me the entire day.

I like how this eyeshadow glides over my eyelids upon applying without the tugging and pulling of my eyelids which is great because I have sensitive eyes. If you want a eyeshadow that will outlast your day this is the one to buy !.

Just because this looks like the Huda palette doesn’t mean it is one. I believe that because people are going into purchasing this expecting it to be the Huda palette (that also happens to cost 4x more too) & then people are coming up disappointed because they’re learning that this is not.

Hudas eyeshadow palettes usually don’t appeal to me, but this palette did but for me, it simply happens to look like a Huda palette, but it’s a Revolution Pro palette (& I knew exactly what I was buying).

I don’t understand why it’s getting such poor reviews though. I use this with a good eyeshadow base or primer & I create beautiful looks with vibrancy & longevity. I use the base in the palette either for a cut crease or w/the glitter shades & it works great! I don’t believe the base is meant to be used all over the entire lid (like a primer).

My only complaint is the lack of vibrancy & pigmentation in 1 of the (lightest) shimmer shades. Now it can definitely be built if you use your finger and tap over the base (that comes w/it), but the rest of the shades have been great.

No, this isn’t high end quality, but with all of my finished looks, you’d never know looking at them. The mattes blend out nicely & the shimmers & pressed glitters are exactly what you’d expect them to be.

I bought this palette recently and I’m in love!! It is absolutely stunning with lovely neutral wearable tones. There is a cream base shade which I’m obsessed with as it helps to do the full eye look without needing concealer or a separate eyeshadow base.

The shadows in this palette are so pigmented and blendable just like all of revolution’s other palettes. The packaging is so pretty and I love the animal print vibe which really makes it stand out, the cardboard of the actual product is flexible and contains a large mirror perfect for travelling.

Overall I’m obsessed with this product the same as the lipsticks I bought from this range and all of the revolution or revolution pro products I own. Lastly the price of this product is incredible for what you get (shimmers, a cream base, glitters, mattes) it’s so affordable and really worth every penny, definitely gives high end brands competition!! I’ve never had an eyeshadow palette with a brown shade that was either complimentary to my skintone or pigmented enough to show up. Now I have 4 beautiful brown shades to chose from! This is likely to be my most used palette, and I most definitely will be restocking when I hit pan.

Every single shade in this palette works beautifully on brown skin from, with shades ranging from pale yellow, pinks, a deep red, and a sunset orange. The first two rows can handle all your day looks while the last row can add depth or be used for smokey eye night looks.

It’s also great size for travel but has generous enough pan sizes to keep on your vanity for everyday usage. There’s literally nothing I can complain about with this palette, and I highly recommend it!.

This is a beautiful palette, when you open the lid you just fall in love with it. It looks way more stunning in person, and the case is sturdy and gorgeous. However! Upon application several of the colors just don’t perform well.

The medium translation shades didn’t show up, I had to dip my brush several times to get a little payoff. I used the top right dark brown matte to line and it is patchy and really doesn’t show up – when I cleaned my brush nothing came off of it! I am underwhelmed with the mattes in this palette.

The shimmers performed well, and look gorgeous on my lid. I have palettes at 1/4 the price of this that perform much, much better. I will keep for shimmers, but will not repurchase and do not recommend.

This packaging is SO lovely! I also love the easy-to-open clasp. This might be the most beautiful, feminine compact ever! The eyeshadow shades are gorgeous, and can easily mix and match. However, I would never have purchased this had I known the names chosen for the shades (Cleavage, Lace Teddy, Nude Goals, Hookup, Sexpert, etc.

). How crass, tasteless, and nauseating! Is this the best they can do to encourage beauty and excellence? QVC, why didn’t you say something before giving this your stamp of approval? Sheesh! I definitely won’t be buying any of these as gifts for friends or family, and wouldn’t have purchased for myself had I realized.

Gross. Do better. We absolutely deserve it.

I’ve been using this palette for about seven months now, and the shadows still perform the same as the day I first swatched it. It also has retained the peach scent, which honestly is a much better peach scent than most peach products I’ve tried.

The shadows layer nicely and are always reliable, even without primer and with cheap brushes. The photo really doesn’t do the palette justice. Peach cream (top left) is a soft white, not a pink, and the shade glistening peach is really a rose gold when applied.

The bottom right shade has more of a black base with pink, purple and blue glitters. The glitter shades have a nice texture and better coverage than a lot of glitter shadows I’ve tried. I like to use the shades Peach sorbet for a transition, fuzzy or sweet fig for a light crease or on the grill for a darker one, and peach suede to blend.

Glistening peach is a lovely shadow to blend on the lid for more dimension. I have green eyes, and I have found that the shades in this palette really bring out the green and yellow flecks in my irises.

I use this palette often, and I’m no where near to hitting pan. The packaging is so cute and great quality. It’s a good size that can fit within a bag easily, and the opening knobs are peaches, which is a detail I love.

There’s really nothing negative to say about this palette, And I highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE. i have always loved the brand too faced and their products. they have always meet my expectations with their packaging and products. the formulas are always great and their packaging can not be beat.

their packaging always draws me in. it is just so fun, cute, colorful, and draws your eyes to it. their products also smell absolutely amazing. i love the scent of their products so much, especially their peach collection.

the scent of their peach collection is so amazing and i could iterally just stand their smelling the products for hours. i wish they made a perfume that smelled exactly like this collection. the formula of the shadows are great.

they are not very dry and chalky, which i have experience with other brands eyeshadow palettes. too faced shadows tend to be creamy and soft (but still in a powdery way), super pigmented, not patchy, easy to blend, buildable, easy to use, and look beautiful.

the shimmers are always supper shimmery and beautiful and show up with just a little bit of product. they are great shadows and the formula is one of my favorites. there is some fallout, but not an excess amount compared to other brands.

the shades in this palette are beautiful and there are so many looks that can be created. i also love how too faced always includes a little booklet with inspiration and instructions. with the palette.

there is a little booklet that has 3 eyeshadow looks using just the palette, and gives step by step instructions, which are easy to follow, teaching you how to achieve each look it shows. it gives inspiration looks for every occasion, and also you can make your own looks.

the possibilities are endless m. the shades are all so beautiful and the formula is amazing. too faced has become one of my favorites, if not my favorite, brand for eyeshadow palettes. the formula and packaging is just so beautiful and i find that it tops other brands.

i highly highly recommend. most of my eyeshadow palettes are too faced and my favorite palettes are from too faced.

This is my first palette, I got it a couple years ago but I still use it almost ALL the time. The colors are the perfect warmth for my tan skin, and the palette is very versatile for any occasion. You can do a smokey eye for a night out or something light for a day in the park.

It’s a perfect matte base for glitter and great by itself! Also, it really does smell like peaches! And the formula is very smooth to apply, easy to blend. I mentioned it looks great on my tan skin but honestly I think it’ll go well with any skin color.

My go-to’s for something casual and flirty would be a gradient between peace tea, peaches and cream, fresh pickled, and then I add my own glitter on top. I don’t wear makeup too often (before covid, maybe once every 1-2 weeks) so it’s been lasting me a while, but I hope they don’t ever remove this palette because I would definitely buy it again.

Overall a great palette, OH and it’s not too large so great to travel with, and there’s a mirror inside.

I am SO impressed with Ulta’s Everyday Faves palette. The shadows are so buttery they blend like a dream. The colors are gorgeous and long lasting, especially if you use a primer first. I even love the shimmery ones and I don’t usually wear shimmery shadows.

But these are so fine and so creamy they look gorgeous. In my opinion this palette is right up there with any high end palette. Packaging is lovely and quality is even better. And at the price it is a steal.

I’m thinking of getting the Blushing Blooms now. Good job, Ulta!.

I was very impressed by this palette that had a nice mixture of shimmery and matte shadows in such beautiful, natural colors. I have olive skin tone and the colors work well with me, but seem that they would be universally flattering.

I typically just use one shadow on my lid so haven’t had the chance to mix them but so far I’m very happy with this purchase, especially for the price. Don’t feel like you can get a better deal than this.

I’ve had this palette since October ’21 and it is awesome. Beautiful, blendable neutrals, perfect for carry-on luggage, and works with both drugstore (elf) and more expensive (urban decay) eye primers.

I have combo skin and oily eyelids, and these shadows last for well over 8 hours, with either primer. I recently took the palette to Europe on my honeymoon and the shadows held up great in the warm weather.

Definitely recommend!.

This is the third time I’ve purchased this. The cool neutrals has been out of stock for almost a year. I’m cool toned, so there are not many palettes I can even use, I have tried these in limited edition colors over the years and they are more pigmented and perform better overall, but the cool toned is so neutral and light that the colors just aren’t meant to jump out.

It’s definitely more of a natural look. This is an all – in – one eyeshadow and primer palette with one primer and eight shades in matte and shimmer finishes that can be used as either eyeshadow or liner.

The cool neutrals has just the right balance of shimmer and matte and the subtle shimmer really adds nice dimension that’s not over the top. I personally don’t use the included primer with it normally, but I love the idea that it’s included and how compact it is.

I will use it if I’m out or traveling, etc. It’s not bad, it’s just not as good as my dedicated primer. The colors are light, gorgeous, complimentary and feminine. They aren’t super pigmented as I mentioned above and some colors don’t blend as well as others and can be patchy.

The quality of this is different from the 5 color Dior quad’s. I’m used to this palette and know how to make it work with the right brushes and application techniques, but if you’re expecting luxury performance from this one, you will be disappointed.

It’s worth it for me because there isn’t much on the market to suit my skintone and it IS pretty and you can create some very beautiful looks. It’s just not totally on par with the Dior name.

I love this palette. I purchased 002 cool neutrals. I always wear eyeshadow with either a primer or an eyeshadow base with powder. I prefer the primer. I read the other reviews where people said there wasn’t much pigmentation.

But I did not find that to be the case. Rather, I found the pigmentation to be there but because the color palette is so neutral the colors don’t jump out. That said, you can definitely see the colors.

What I really like about this palette is the bottom three colors are in a matte finish and the middle three colors are shimmery but not overdone. After I apply my primer I apply one of the lighter colors all over my lid and then begin working in one or two other colors.

They blend really well. Some eyeshadows look smudgy or spotty but that’s definitely not the case here. I went out with my neighbors the other night for dinner and one of my neighbors commented on my make up and asked me if I would show her how to do her make up.

That evening I really went all out and did my eyes with eyeliner eyebrow pencil mascara blush bronzer and so on. She especially said that my eye make up looked great. My skin tone is fairly neutral and I can wear warmer tones or cooler tones.

This is one of my favorite color tone palettes. Several of the colors look great all on their own by the way. And you can increase the intensity of the color and dramatic effect by using more of the darker colors.

I’m quite happy with this product which is why I gave it a five star rating.

The neutrals palette is lovely; shades eye enhancing and not wishy- washy. ; easy to apply with the accompanying excellent brush. Didn’t like the eyeliner as transferred all over my eyes( most eye liners do this tbh on me apart from the Bobbi Brown waterproof eyeliner).

The mascara is good and stayed put without transfer. If the palette were to be offered separately, I would buy in that configuration. I may also go back and buy the mascara as that is offered as a sole item on QVC UK.

The texture and pigment payoff with this palette is fantastic. I love that there are cool and warm colours so you can create some great everyday looks. The only complaint I have is that the shade ‘bare necessity is too light (I tried it once and haven’t used it since) it would have been nice to have a nude/pink matte instead.

The colours don’t crease either, which is great as I have oily eyelids.

I’ve decided to return this set as found the eyeliner stick too long (don’t laugh!). As I’m very short sighted I have my face practically on top of my mirror, but the eyeliner is so long I can’t get close enough to the mirror! The mascara gave me panda eyes, and the eyeshadows started to crease after a couple of hours.

I did like the brush, but obviously won’t keep it just for that.

I have two styles of this palette (rainbow and festival) and I would say the quality is decent, mainly due to the price being rather high for a “good but not great” formula. They do need an eye primer and they need to be built up but you can make beautiful looks withnthese palettes overall.

As for the eyeshadow vs pressed pigments warnings, they do not mean that you cannot use them around your eyes. The warnings are there for two reasons: one is that the pigment contains certain dyes that the FDA has not yet approved for use around the eyes, but they arguably should as the EU has approved them for use as eyeshadows.

The FDA just doesn’t tend to ever look at makeup standards, they’re very behind on updating regulations for cosmetic ingredients. But makeup companies know these dyes are overall safe. They might cause some staining or mild irritation (usually if you have an eye primer you can avoid that), but a lot of people use these shades as eyeshadows and are fine.

So there is a warning for legal reasons but pressed pigments are mostly ok to use on dkin around your eyes. The second warning is for some shades that are “pressed glitters” and have larger chunks of glitter in them.

These types of shades CAN be used around the eye but I would suggest caution, primarily using a glitter primer and not packing on too much glitter. This is because larger particles of glitter can irritate your eye if they fall into your eye.

Just to let everyone know.

Ok so I couldn’t find the option of the palette I bought but I added a picture for reference. As you can see this is my second palette. Not yet used. I hit pan hard on all the shadows that I bought this for so I got another which obviously says something.

Here’s my gripe. The first time I bought this palette on the site the directions said pressed pigments could be used in the crease or corners of the eyes. I don’t believe it tells you which are the pressed pigments and a lot of them ended up being the colors I purchased this gorgeous palette for.

That being said I left a review asking the company if I should be using it as body paint instead lol. I do have somewhat sensitive eyes and I like for my makeup to feel like there’s nothing there… to the point of sometimes forgetting and rubbing my eyes and messing up my whole look.

Some other eyeshadows I’ve purchased from NYX haven’t had the greatest formula but I loved enough of these colors to give this one a shot. Let me tell you the formula did not disappoint. It blends well, it’s pigmented, it’s buildable.

BUT these sensitive eyes do get bothered from it from time to time. I can’t use it if I haven’t slept well and my eyes are already sore. It has a good combo of neutrals warm shades and light and deep sparkles.

Def fun for making multiple looks. I would recommend as long as your eyes are suuuyppperrr sensitive.

I’m quite surprised at the amount of negative comments. I first purchased Festival and also bought warm neutrals as a gift. I was very pleased with the pigment and minimal fallout. I use a heavy primer and I don’t know if a lot of people may not use any primer at all and perhaps that is why they are not getting the intense color that I’ve gotten.

I have many, many shadow pallettes by various companies and various price points and yes, some may give a bit better intensity but I have paid for that minimal difference. I know that people freak out when they read that the pressed pigment is not for use around the eyes but please be aware that ALL cosmetic companies have to write this to protect their butts because the FDA is sooo behind on giving approval on so many things, not just cosmetics.

if you compare the US to Europe you will see how significant the difference is!! Yes, some may have sensitivity to this product but some people will be sensitive to literally Everything! I’ve been extremely satisfied with the Festival and can’t wait for the Phoenix to arrive.

Doesn’t hurt that I got them both when they were on sale!! I would definitely recommend this product.

▫️No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow Nude Palette As I tend to mainly wear neutral shades on my eyes this ticks all the boxes for me. It’s a perfect selection of shimmery shades in one handy palette. They blend well and the shades all work together.

This will likely be the compact l take with me when l travel as it’s such a handy size (not too big) plus the mirror is useful. The only negative is the eye brush that comes with is rubbish. But it’s not an issue I have numerous others.

As I’ve previously mentioned in another review; if you use an eye primer first you tend to get better results and it will stays looking good/ fresher for longer. I think this selection of shades will compliment everyone skin tones.

Definitely a good buy and well worth the money.

I tried my luck and bought both while on clearance at Target. The shades are beautiful and they are so nice to apply very buttery smooth. I got the Nude and the smoky. I’m thinking after trying only once the nudes they would have more of a color punch but beautiful either way.

I have hazel/greenish eyes and very light skin it suits me well. Bring more colors to Target I don’t see your beautiful lipsticks or blushes anymore. I have several lipsticks as well from years ago and the smaller trio eyeshadows.

All beautifully designed. The powders are really good both compacts.

I bought this palette around 2 months ago and have only used it around 3/4 times. I personally like my eyeshadow to be a little more bold and I don’t feel like this product does that for me. The eyeshadows are shiny and aren’t really matte which is something i would love for No7 to bring out! They are lightweight and blend okay.

I wouldnt personally use more than 2 colours of the palette cause they don’t blend very well together. I feel like this is a downfall for No7 as all of their skin care and other makeup products are amazing but their eyeshadows really don’t work that well.

I feel that they are aimed more for the older lady rather than young women like my self. This palette is good to have in your handbag or travel bag if you need to quickly do some makeup or need a touch up but i would not use it as part of my daily makeup routine.

I purchased these eyeshadow palettes in True Neutrals, Deep Neutrals and Wine. The colors are very pigmented and I love to blend different palettes together. I also plan to purchase it in Cool Neutrals as well! I would purchase in Peach and Rose if I did not own a Charlotte Tilbury palette with similar colors.

I normally love Fenty packaging but the numbers on the front drive me a bit crazy. Only owning certain palettes makes me feel like I’m missing out and pressures me to collect them all which I dislike as a somewhat conscious consumer.

I found the snap together feature to be just ok. Snapping from the back means you have to hold it by the mirror or edges of the eyeshadow palette so finger prints are inevitable. I’d prefer if the snap together feature would allow us to view the colors side by side rather than flipping back and forth constantly.

Hey guys, today we will talk about the palette Smoky 6 by Fenty Beauty. We would like to start by saying that we adore Rihanna but we will not let this influence our honest opinion about the make up.

This palette contain 3 shimmer and 3 matte; I used this palette for an halloween makeup and I had few issuess: first of all this colors aren’t pigmented enough so I had to pass the color several timesin the same spot before i could obtain the result I wanted, I also notice that I was experiencing so much fall out so the makeup didn’t come clean as I wanted.

I’m very new to applying eyeshadow but my 1st experience with this pallete is pretty good. I love all the colors and they look so well on me. However, I tend not to venture into the darker and deeper shades because they can be difficult to blend in and look patchy if your not working with a good blending brush.

Overall the pigment is nice, especially the metallic shades. The bronze shade I think is so beautiful as well as the rust color brown. This is a wonderful everyday fall color pallete. I am truly happy with my purchase.

I think it is an great inexpensive palette for a daily look. I had no problems with the pigmentation showing up. The deeper shades does take some time to blend out but then again im new to wearing make up.
