Best Nds Emulator For Pc (2024 Updated)

Having seen this system reviewed by youtubers in the US over a year ago, I’ve wanted this system so badly. Was so pleased to see its release in the UK and ordered without a second thought. The games on the system are all fun to play and have a very good mix of games.

It also comes with two controllers, a hdmi and a ac to usb ( You need a charge plug). So far all great, and Happy. But as I started loading up my SD card with roms, some megadrive, some snes and then some arcade mame.

I suddenly discovered none of the Mame roms would load. So I visited youtube to see any recent comments, and lo and behold many who have bought the UK version are all complaining about the same issue.

For some reason the US version is perfect. Now don’t let this put you off, this minor hiccup has only just been discovered. We should hopefully be told a solution. However if you buy this system literally for what it is, then I’d give it a perfect score.

But retrobit know who their target audience are, so I would hope us UK users haven’t been left out of using mame roms.

Blurry video and poor emulation take away from nice game selection I just purchased v1. 1 of the Super Retro-cade (Fall 2020). While a somewhat decent unit with a nice selection of games (if you like shooters, platformers and brawlers), there are glaring issues that ruin the gaming experience.

– Many of the games stutter. This varies from making the games annoying (i. e. Mystic Riders) to unplayable (i. e. Double Dragon, Mystic Riders). – All arcade games are blurry instead of sharp due to the mandatory smoothing filter.

The smoothing filter cannot be disabled on these (only on the console games) and makes the games look terrible. This is a major concern. Hoping these issues can be addressed with a firmware update as it’s very difficult to recommend it otherwise.

I realize that this unlikely due to the age of the unit (even though it’s still actively sold). Other features I would like to see added are 240P output support for CRTs and the ability to use non Retro-bit controllers/arcade sticks.

I’m giving this console a 5 Star because of its quality for the price. The console comes with 2 controllers, the power supply and an HDMI cable. The controllers look a bit cheap at first, but not long after using them, you find they feel more like a modified SNES controller.

They could of used a different color scheme then red and white, but the physical design of the console doesn’t have much to do with the specs and what it can do. I do like the fact that comes with 90 video games composed of classic arcade games, NES and SNES, but the best part is that you can easily download more and add well over 8,000 games from over a dozen game consoles such as NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, Master System, Game Gear, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance and more.

Admittedly there are better consoles out there for around the same price or only a little extra, such as a Jailbroken PS3, a Jailbroken Wii or you can buy a Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi or some other one board computer, but from the jump the Retro-Bit Super Retro-Cade offers more ability than the NES Classic, Super NES Classic, Sega Genesis Flashback and PlayStation Classic (Accept the greatest game of all time Final Fantasy VII), as roms are very easy to load up on the Super Retro-Cade, allowing someone to play ALL NES, SNES and Sega Genesis games with ease.

I recommend this game console even if you do have a high end gaming PC with HyperSpin or a Raspberry Pi with Emulation Station.

The reason I gave it 4 stars was because, out of the box, the game DID NOT work. I double checked my DS was working by trying other games and the DS worked fine. I was planning on contacting and sending it back for a replacement.

After messing with the DS game card for about 20 mins or so (cleaning, pushing it harder into the ds slot, cleaning again) The game managed to work just fine and haven’t had any problems since. great service, great price, and great game.

I played Super Mario on my N64 in 1996and I loved it! I still have it, but I couldn’t resist buying another one for my DS, especially when it comes with so many extras, like better graphics, more stars to collect and more mini games! This game simply had to be part of my DS collection! Its so challenging and so much fun!.

If you’re a retro Nintendo buff like me you will love this. Fond memories of playing this when it came out on the N64 a million years ago are translated into a handheld experience that (whispers) may actually be better than the original.

Why? Because it’s basically the same game only you get more stars to find, so you get to play it longer. And yes, the controls aren’t as responsive (you can only move in 8 directions instead of 360 degrees.

But you know whatthat only affected about 15 seconds of actual gameplay for me. The rest of the time Mario (and Luigi and Yoshi and Wario: welcome to the ‘new’ version of this game) feel like they’re moving pretty accurately.

And the graphics look better than the original because you’re seeing them on a smaller screen. In the end, what’s not to love? It’s Mario 64, one of the finest games ever made. And it’s still brilliant.

Figured i would write a review since none of them really tell you what this game is. I bought it expecting just a bunch of random old nintendo games but its basically mini challenges from nes games, like super mario bros collect all coins before time runs out or reach the flag pole.

Or Punch out dodge punches and land a uppercut, Metroid fall down this pit and dont take damage, the list goes on and on Then they added mix ups like you will play as link in the original donkey Kong and have to rescue the princess.

Its a really neat idea and very fun. The more levels you complete the more levels it unlocks and naturally gets harder as you progress.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas, but I took it for a ‘test drive’. It’s great. Has all the classics you love and will give anyone hours of enjoyment. Just remember, these are games from the originals 8 bit Nintendo, so don’t expect the graphics we have now.

Still, lots of fun for the money!.

The description of the game made it sound like with the purchase I would get access to downloadable content of the games featured on it, not a link to the eshop to purchase them for regular price. At least Nintendo could offer a bundle purchase for all the games featured for a decent price.

Its like a training game to prepare you for the full version. Not a bad purchase, but not what I expected.

I absolutely love my Nintendo DS. My mom bought me this system back when I was 12 and I’ve had it ever since. There’s a ton of good games and a huge variety with something everyone likes. I love that the stylus you use on the touchscreen has a storage spot in the DS so you don’t lose it.

It plays Nintendo DS Games as well as Gameboy Advance games for the people that like the vintage games like I do. They also give you a special dust guard that covers where the Gameboy Advance games go in so it’s protected.

I also love this pink case I found to match and store my DS. It has a special strap to hold it into place in the case so it doesn’t fall out, it has a spot to store your extra stylus’s, 3 holders where you can put your favorite games and an extra pouch to store even more games.

This system is so worth it and I’ll have it for a very long time.

The system came in great condition! The only downfall was the pen that was sent with it doesn’t go with the ds lite, I believe it was supposed to go to a ds XL or 3DS of some sort therefore it doesn’t fit into the system correctly.

But that’s okay, it’s a stylus that works I guess! But overall the experience was great! Brought back so many memories! I’ve been playing non-stop!.

There are a few aftermarket parts, including the GBA slot cover and screen panels, and the text on the back has been reprinted (there are a couple typos, I. e. Push Caro to Eject). The stylus is a pretty rough recreation, with two coarse seams down the sides.

But overall its a DS Lite, it plays DS and GBA games completely fine. Definitely dont try to turn this thing around in a retro games store, as there are a few tells that its refurbished.

Well this isn’t my first anbernic handheld I recently bought an 351p and I love it! I have 351elec installed on it with all my favourite games it is an absolute joy to use and play. I then from droi X purchased the rg351v.

I have not had much time with the system but I already did my homework on the system before I purchased it and again I’m not disappointed! It has a crisp detailed vibrant 4 by 3 display perfect for many of your retro console’s and I love the fact that it’s a vertical system! It feels comfortable in the hands even one handed play is comfortable!.

I liked the 3 different colours they had available but I went with the light grey as the colour reminded me of the Japanese only sega Saturn. I’m looking forward soon to adding 351elec as the stock firmware is fine but I wanted something a bit more advanced.

So finishing up this is another amazing entry by anbernic and I urge anyone who is into retro console’s you will not be disappointed!. And with droi X it was my first time as there customer they provided super fast next day delivery! And an amazing first class service thanks so much guys and girls at droix and have a very merry Xmas!.

Oh boy. Where do I start. As a user of the widescreen 351P version, I never was very happy with the screen. As we all know retro games should be played in a 4:3 aspect ratio screen. The Anbernic 351V screen is the same size.

However, it looks much taller that the RG351P screen. On top of that the screen resolution of this device is 640 by 480 pixels. witch result in a crispy clear display with possibilities to apply retro filters like scanlines and CRT effects with an integer scaled original image.

That means pixels are not stretched. This is why I fell in love with the Anbernic RG351V. This devices comes with a build in wifi that gives the opportunity to download screenshots and even videos to pimp up the game selection application.

Speaking of witch. it is highly recommended downloading EmuElec 351V. This is a frontend (game selection and configuring interface) developed by the community to get the most out of the Anbernic RG351V.

Unfortunately the analog volume dial did not came to the 351V. You have to deal with 2 buttons. The other buttons are super nice though. A noticeable D-pad pivot and comfortable R, R1, L, R1 clicky buttons.

Nothing to complain about. Emulation quality is top notch for 8 and 16 bit systems and for CPS1, 2 and NEO GEO. All 60FPS (no exception. I tested it). For Arcade games, most of them work like a charm but sometimes you do need to fiddle around a bit with emulator selections and gamesets to get a perfect performance.

Not hard at all, but expect to be busy for a few hours when you have a large collection of Arcade games. Note that 3D games performances on the RG351V are unreliable to say the least. This Thing is a 2D monster.

All and all I have to say this device covers the most needs for portable retro gamers. The P version is gaining dust since I got the RG351V.

Fun game to play with family, kids, or as an adult. Kids will enjoy this game as they are able to design the zoo and play with animals. Adult gamers will enjoy this game as there are a number of challenges that are a bit difficult.

Plenty of achievements to earn and the graphics are great. Teaches you about animals, the habitats they prefer, the interaction they prefer, and the food they prefer to eat. Animals have babies, you can adopt animals, you can release animals, and you can gift animals.

During live mode you can also play with a friend in their zoo!.

Oh I love this game! It’s family friendly and so much fun. I’ve always favored these type of games because it’s not super traumatic. It’s so enjoyable and once you get to the stage of the animals breeding it so cute to see the babies running around.

I love the ability to be able to design your own zoo and habitats. It’s an animal lovers dream game!.

My boyfriend has a sick obsession with this game and I really see why. It is super user friendly and has a whole introduction on how to use what buttons to play. Everything is so life-like, the animals look super realistic and its really interactive.

My favorite part of the game is when the animals have babies and you get to see them run around and play. Id recommend for any one of any age.

This console just reeks of awesome! Plays all of my classic Nintendo games and on top of that, in crisp HD! Compatible with original controllers which is nice. Controllers that came with the system are good just wish that the B and A buttons were straight instead of in an angle.

Nintedo Dont want to sell me their product. came here got this device very well priced. Plays all my nes games. Works with game genie. Just buy a multi cart and you got a better alternative than Nes classic.

The game arrived on time, and was packaged extremely well! Seeing this gives me a lot of confidence in Shanathan’s Emporium, and I might be making another purchase soon. I have ZT2 but now I need ZT.

Ive always loved the zoo tycoon games but when I switched to Mac it took ages to find a compatible game. This is great. There are so many scenarios to play though as well as the free form games. Its also very easy to navigate.

Great for kids or adults who enjoy easy gaming :).

If you already have the original Zoo Tycoon then you will probably be a bit disappointed with this game. Instead of the load of animals you are given in the original, you are only given a few. However it does have far better graphics and you can get really close in to the animals, walk around as a keeper, and the animals do a lot more than just walk around in circles like the old game.

For example, the crocodiles swish their tails and when they are tired they yawn. All in all this is a pretty different game to the original, designed to let you interact more with the animals and see the zoo more as you would see it in real life.

Absolutely brilliant. Purchased as a Christmas pressy for father in law but had a sneaky go of it before wrapping. Fantastic little device!

I tried the demo for STEAM, and enjoyed it, but when I saw how cheap it was for a new copy, I bought one for myself, and one for my Sister who lives a few hundred miles away, so we could play together.

For the price, it is totally worth it to buy a copy, and surprise a few friends with copies, so you can all play together over the internet. STEAM itself is a really nice looking steam-punk themed strategy game.

I find this to be more exciting in some ways than the Fire Emblem series, which is technically a ‘better’ game, but something about using the c-stick on the new 3DS to line up a shot is really satisfying.

You can also move the camera angle manually using a virtual control stick on the lower screen, if you don’t have a ‘new’ model. I have only played it for an hour or so, but I’ve already gotten more than my money’s worth.

I think the only reason this game is under-rated is that it is very American looking. I get that it’s all kind of a parody, and enjoy the humor, but I’m a casual gamer. Serious gamers might not be able to get past the comic-book visuals and (intentionally) cheesy dialogue, but under that layer is a really enjoyable game, with a well thought out introduction stage and difficulty curve.

Would highly recommend, based on fun, value, and multi-player functionality, I would rate this a solid 8/10. Not as deep or involved as a JRPG, it is really fun to surprise a few friends with copies and play together, or to practice in the story-mode.

It’s a pretty fun tactical game where you play as characters from American history and fictional literature. It’s a pretty unique sort of experience, and I’m sad it never got the recognition it deserved.

If you like tactical games I’d say give this one a try. You can find it super cheap.

I love this game, I bought it on the off chance I would like it along with a load of other games and its become one of my favourite and the most engaging. It requires you to think things through. I love it.

I highly recommend it. The only thing I would mention is the pauses for alien moves are slightly frustrating but they do build tension as you wait to see whats going to occur.

I purchased 4 for 4 different children all of different ages. They were all excited with them but didn’t recognize a lot of the. The unit itself seemed to very user friendly. The instructions left a lot to be disired.

The was no first charging time recommended, it also doesn’t explain how to tell when the unit is fully charged. One of the units the charger plug was very tight and I worry that it will break. It is fairly new so only time will tell.

Very disappointed I thought I bought a new game but of was badly scratched everywhere, not wrapped in plastic like new. I don’t dare give it to our preteen grand daughter. Afraid she notice its not new.

Wish the ad would of said used , then I wouldn’t have purchased it. Hoping I can change it in Walmart.

HORRIBLE! I tried contacted customer service countless times, I only got automated emails that did not relate to my situation whatsoever. I ordered a green hand held game and a blue hand held game. The blue one had several deep scratches on the screen and one side of the buttons did not work at all!!! The plug has a shortage in it!!! Th green game was fine.

The blue one is completely DAMAGED.

I am like the original retro game 🎮 girl. I like games by EA, and Pop Cap. I love this game! The first edition, 2nd edition, and I h8 to admit the villain version that u can download 2 ur phone is crazy 🤪addictive.

Seriously, u feel like a kiddo at camp 🏕 hiding under the covers getting ur fix. Straight up, u hv gotta get 💯the latest. I lost interest in the 2nd one in Egypt and Outer Space. Those Zombies 🧟‍♂️were something fierce! They don’t stop! The Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday season games r fun also!.

Otherwise, just get this awesome game, or the sequel for other platforms. I don’t think there’s anything different to this version. I’m personally a huge fan of DS, and I was watching NintendoCapriSun’s let’s play of the sequel on Youtube, and I got a huge urge to get this game.

Since I’m a collector and from Europe, the price for the PAL version was just a bit too high though, and it seems to be quite rare. One difference actually is that the graphics are made in pixels, which is very charming in my opinion.

Frame rate drops are an issue in this version though, you’ll see that a lot. The game was still very enjoyable from start to finish, and from my perspective, I wouldn’t even understand it if someone didn’t like this game.

The gameplay is unique (not that original though) and engaging. It’s not too difficult for better players though, but you can challenge yourself, try different plants, there’s plenty of them, and once you get the plant which makes you money, try to farm yourself some WHILE completing each level, that is one fun challenge.

And speaking of money in this game, I have a tip for you: play the puzzles/mini-games when you get them, that’s where you get a lot of money, so you can actually buy a few things from the shop before you complete the main game.

Also,don’t sell your Zen Garden plants, I’m not too sure, but I think they generate more money for you if you just keep them. There’s quite a lot of variety in the game, and there’s even a Download Play multiplayer mode, which I’ve tried, and it’s fun! The other player uses plants, the other uses zombies, and it’s a challenge for both sides to beat each other.

So there’s quite a few levels, quite a few plants, tons of bonus stuff, but the game is mostly pick-up and play kind of a game, so it’s not something with hours and hours of depth (unlike PvZ2, probably), you’ll get the most enjoyment out of it on buss rides or on some relaxing evenings for example, because it doesn’t keep you engaged for too long periods at a time.

So, it’s a small, tight package of a game. It’s not supposed to be anything more, so it doesn’t need anything more, it’s pretty much near perfect, and I recommend it to every DS fan.

I used to play this game years ago and recently when I was bored I remembered it. I noticed there’s a more sophisticated version of it available on PC or other platforms. But I wanted to relive my misspent youth.

And so I bought the game. It’s just as much fun as I remember, and definitely more challenging! There are different levels from the original game, and more variety of the new levels. I have a feeling I’ll play for a while and probably upgrade to the newer game eventually.

I used the instant access feature to make my purchase and it was easy. The game installed itself in under 5 minutes and I was able to start playing immediately. I paid full price for this item and did not receive any discount.

These are my honest and unbiased opinions.

The Professor Layton DS series keeps me wanting to replay the games. The nostalgic gameplay & art graphics are beyond amazing. The puzzles are challenging & great workout for the brain. Perfect for those who enjoys adventure stories & puzzles or reliving the Layton series again.

Supremly good value out of a pre-owned product. Although two files were already on it it still had space for me to start a new file and experience the whole story from start to finish and experience the addictive puzzles and mind-blowing revelations in a tragicly beautiful story common only to this series.

Its just like when I played it when I was a kid. I love it! The game almost looked new and untouched everything was there. This has made me very happy thank you. Its an old game so the graphics and sound are just how they where for that time.

It still looks good. Nothing looked bad, the game plays smoothly and nothing looks broken once again, thank you.

Fun and simple vintage game! The graphics are definitely also vintage but its a cute and fun game.

I got hooked on the original Cake Mania game when it was on my new laptop. Cake Mania 3 is even better, and considering I just bougght it a few weeks ago, I’ve already played it about 100 times. If you enjoy the “time management” or beat the clock computer games, you will love this one.

Good color graphics, sound effects, and different challenges to get past on each of the four areas/sections. Lots of levels, too.

The box art may seem a bit cartoony as do the Anime-esc character portraits but it is actually one of the best looking and performing games when in motion, has quite an interesting story and a lot of meaningful customisation options.

The only downside to this game are probably the grudge matches which more or less requires a guide to get through. Otherwise though, it puts quite a few 3DS games to shame as well as the other Custom Robo games that came before it.

One of the most fantastic Action RPGs I’ve ever played. Battling robots in mini 3D arenas is so damn fun. There’s all kinds of robots, weaponry (bullets of all kinds, lasers, bombs, mines, shields/forcefields) and abilities like flight, speed and strength etc to be tampered with and improved as you earn more coins to purchase better parts.

The gameplay is really simple too. In addition to that, the story is captivating too it’s a brilliant adventure just as you’d expect from a good RPG. This is a really full, exciting experience and I recommend it to any into their games who’s looking for a great new title to try.

For those of you who know Custom Robo for the GameCube, you will find yourself right at home with the DS release of Custom Robo Arena. For those new comers be prepared to find yourself spending hours customizing parts and fighting with your own personal robot.

Graphics: The graphics of this game aren’t bad. When you are wondering around town the graphics are basic 2D. When you talk to a character who may have the most minor relevance to the story they are drawn with an anime look.

Where the graphics become great is during the battle. Your robots are now in 3D and look amazing. Sound: The music to this game is fabulous. You will listen to nice easy soft rock while walking through town and heavy fast metal while battling viciously against another robot.

Each different area you go to has it’s own music. Each menu you open shares this little bonus and you may even change the music in a few menus if you do not care for it. If you do not care for rock or equivalent sounds then you may find the music to your disliking.

The sound effects of battle are marvelous as well. Each bullet fired sounds like it and each explosion roars. The sound is amazing in this game. Story/Game play: The game play is fast action battling, shooting, jumping and overall running for dear life.

Each robot you have can be customized with a plethora of parts and equipment. You must polish and take care of your robot or else it’s function will lower. The battles are smooth and at times hectic.

You can get so immersed you will literally jump when your opponent surprises you from around a corner. The story is overall not bad but, ultimately is what robs this game of a perfect score. The story is alright but, it inhibits what you may do for quite some time.

Each day you must have breakfast and dinner with your family which leads to minutes of button mashing to escape the repeated same lines over and over. How did your dad like dinner? You will be able to recite his response within the first hour of play.

Once the story takes back seat to the action you will once again find yourself enjoying the marvelous battles, graphics and music. Overall: Overall the game is almost perfect and a pleasure to play. If you are an old time fan or new to the series I am sure everyone can find something they will love in this game.

At times it is very repetitive and mind numbing but, those times will pass shortly and you will be back to the engrossing game play that is Custom Robo. A must have for any DS owner.

This has to be my all time favorite computer game!! Create your own characterd, build their skills, personality, careers, build their house or appartment, make them meet a partner, create a family. it is never ending fun!! You can create many characters all with different lives.

Also, if you buy expansions(I sure did!!) you can make them live a college experience, have their own business, have a nightlife and even make them a whimsical magical character(witch, werewolf, vampire.

). Fun is endless with this game and yes. it is craaaaazy addictive! You can start playing at 12pm and suddenly look at time and realize you’ve been playing for 8 hrs lol I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a game with many different scenarios even when you start 1000 new games! Have fun :D.

Love the sims franchise. Best feature about this version is the open world feature. I personally like it better than the Sims 4. You can customize everything and the things you can’t, you can just download a mod to do it.

It does have poor optimization so even with the best machines, it will eventually run poorly. You also just have to accept the game as it is (unless there’s a mod specific to addressing your issue) because there’s no more support for this game at all.

Also, it’s run by EA so even in its prime, bug/customer support was minimal. A lot of love went into this game though, and I recommend it (plus expansions) to anyone!.

I don’t know why or how it’s even possible to review such an old game. BUT I still have it and play it. I love the open world concept and that everyone AGES at the same time. The graphics were also a step or two up from Sims 2.

So, I was very disappointed with Sims 4 when it came out. The one drawback with Sims 2 was playing every character just so one sibling didn’t end up an elder and the other a child forever (which just breaks the continuity) and it just bothered me because I didn’t feel like playing everyone’s lives.

Anyway. I love it. EA is darn lucky they own this franchise because I’m not their biggest fan.

I grew up with the PC version of Bejeweled Twist. Decided to give the DS version a try. This is a port, through and through. I play on a New 3DS XL, so the graphics won’t look as crisp as they would on a smaller 3DS or DS, but they’re alright.

You can perform moves using either the stylus, or the D pad and A button. Every game mode from the PC version is present and accounted for, including the Challenge Mode with so many sub-challenges within.

So by buying this, you are indeed getting the full content of the original. But as for myself, I’ll have to find my installation disc for the PC version. it’s in my old room somewhere.

A great game for kids. The synopsis is that there is a group of hungry zombies slowly marching towards your house and you need to put some plants in their way. Some plants shoot peas at the zombies until their heads and arms fall off, later there will be plants that catapult melons.

The currency is “suns” and you need to plant sunflowers to get $uns to buy more plants. I bought this for a bright 5 year old who had already tried the limited “free” web version of the game. The full CD version includes lots of different variations including playing for the zombie team, a zombie aquarium and the chance to grow your own plants.

My son is so proud that he’d done enough to get his own tree! He is learning a lot from the game although he does get upset when his sister does a zombie walk. He doesn’t understand all the numbers but this game is a great motivation to help him in that area.

It’s superb and well structured with a good variety of tasks as you “unlock” different areas. Maybe a little scary for a 5 year old but it’s less so than, say, Scooby-Doo. Obviously it’s also a great chance for adults to learn the best strategy to avoid addiction as it’s easier to teach a child to limit computer time before (s)he becomes a teenager!.

The game is a really fun family friendly shooter game. My package arrived to Ontario in 2 weeks which was a pleasant surprise considering it was meant to take 3-4 weeks. This was my first order and definitely not my last one.

While not perfect by no means, this game is simple fun. It’s great for pick up and play fun with your friends/children. 1, 2, 3 or even 4 players can play this fun beat-em’ up style game (think TMNT, X-Men, Simpsons Arcade and all those other fun brawlers).

People can come into a game at anytime and drop out of the game at anytime with no penalty, which is always a cool thing. Spongebob fans will definitely love it. Authentic voices and graphics. Not the greatest amount of replayability, but fun while it lasts, especially for the younger set.

I haven’t played this game. I got it for my 4 year old Grandson and he loves it. He stays with me every weekend and when I gave the game to him he was so excited and couldn’t wait to play it. He plays it several times before he goes home on Sunday.

I highly recommend this game for children. It’s a fun, clean game for children to play with a lot of excitement to keep them interested. It’s perfect for a child of any age.

Very old game but much revered in the gaming community. Cheap to buy now and fun to play. You can get updates for this game as there are a lot of loyal fans out there willing to keep this game fresh and fun.

Please be advised it may not play on Windows 10, I have a dual boot system which runs Windows 7 and the game plays well on 7.

After playing the demo I thought that this game would be a nice addition in the successful Fifa line up. But now after playing a couple of games with the full version I have to take that back. What was EA thinking??? To start of with, only teams from six of the top-flight leagues are present – including the Premier League, Serie A, LFP Primera and Bundesliga – as well as 38 international sides.

Next thing is there is only 2 possible controller configurations and you have to get used to changing players with the left trigger now as this is the only option. Its very hard at the beginning but you do get used to.

The online play works well and EA obviously sorted out the corner bug, but there is no New Zealand or Australian Leaderboard online which really is a let off. The gameplay is okay but players react very slow to your controls and it is quite hard to put in a special move.

The graphics are the best thing about the game. A few question marks on the news ticker which lets you watch up to the minute results from all top soccer leagues. who needs that when playing fifa ????? Closing Comment: Although FIFA 07 is certainly the visual revolution we were expecting on Xbox 360, the gameplay is a bit of a step backwards for the series.

Plus what happened to all the soccer leagues around the world which we were very happy about in 2006.

It’s a good very playable ans easy to master, the graphics are good for the Ds with nice featchers for an older game. As the years go by and the technology progress’s this series of game’s just get better and better.

This game was purchased for my 11yo son who absolutly love’s this series of football games, he usually play’s the game on a different format but playing on a smaller consul dosent detract from the overall playing expierence at all.
