18 Best Low Carb Spaghetti Noodles (2023 Updated)

Was really pleased with this product! Not exactly like pasta, but if you need a pasta fix or need it for a recipe, it was definitely acceptable substitute! And you can’t beat the protein content. Will buy again for sure.

This product was decent and the taste was fine. I do prefer Ideal Protein’s product as the noodles are bigger and the portion size a touch bigger. Although their products are pricier. This is a good value for what I paid.

Very disappointed about the product as well as commercial scams. The images i saw on the add and what the product i received was completely different. Each package was so small for the price I pay. I had to use the whole 6 packages to make one descent meal.

The test was not that great too.

I love this product! I was a little worried that I wasn’t going to like it, but I am so happy I did! Delicious and once I mixed it with the protein you couldn’t notice the difference! Will definitely buy again!.

I loved everything about this product except for the texture. It stayed very firm even with extra boiling time. But I’d still recommend and I’d definitely buy again!

I don’t think most people are being quite truthful in the reviews, or else the company is not allowing the truthful reviews to show. We shall see after I post mine. This pasta is not bad, but it is not like your typical pasta.

It takes 2-3 times the amount of time to cook it compared to regular pasta to a point where it isn’t crumbling apart when you bite it. The box said to cook for 10 minutes, but I had to cook it for 23 minutes just to get it soft enough to eat.

I checked it every 2-3 minutes and until it actually starts falling apart, it is too hard to eat and breaks apart like chalk. Once it is cooked enough, it’s a good substitute. It is very very filling and aftre bariatric surgery, a little goes a long way!! I will probably buy it again.

It’s ok. Not great for Italian pasta dishes. But it’s similar to soba noddles so it suits Asian dishes better. (My husband (a chef) agrees).

As a heath conscious individual, I am always looking for alternatives to add to my healthy regimen and unfortunately, this is not one them. I love edamame so what better way to enjoy them as a noodle, right? Wrong, this product is not what I expected at all! I even tried to cook the noodles a little longer, and I cannot get past the texture.

Overall taste was not too bad, but the price made up for it, I guess! I will not be buying this product again.

Being on keto diet for 2 months now, I was craving pasta so I saw this and decided I’d give it a try. Nothing is comparable to the real thing but if something is close out there, this is it. I enjoyed it very much, the texture was perfect and I feel very satisfied.

Will def buy again and again!.

I’m on a low carb diet and when I crave pasta this has been a huge life saver. Price would be the biggest downfall for this product. There isn’t really anything you could do to no improve this pasta.

Even though the price is high I don’t mind splurging.

I am a pasta lover. I could eat pasta at every meal. Unfortunately, I am prediabetic and need to limit my carbs so I tried this with a lot of skepticism. WOW! I literally cannot tell the difference! Great price point also and I can find it easily at my local Wal-Mart.

Just be sure not to reheat the noodles – prepare only as much as you will eat in 1 sitting since reheating them does something to their chemical structure that – to a diabetic – is essentially regular pasta.

These noddles are just as good as any other brand but they are healthier for you. I eat these in moderation while following the trim healthy mama plan. I like that I can eat healthy and still have spaghetti with real noodles occasionally.

I made a box for some chicken parmesan. The box of dry noodles doesn’t look like much quantity, but it’s comparable to a typical box of typical noodles. Many servings. They do have a tendency to clump together while boiling so you need to be persistent with stirring and separating, or the noodles in the middle of the nest will not cook thoroughly.

Test them as you cook, and cook them a little longer than you’d do for a typical pasta. No al-dente here – undercooked here isn’t hard like dried flour pasta but instead it’s rubbery. As long as you don’t hope it has the same mouthfeel of wheat or semolina or other pasta, you should still enjoy this, a lot.

My daughter isn’t picky with food but if she thinks it’s one thing and doesn’t taste right, she’ll object. I’ve tried to sneak veggie and healthier options by her in the past and it’s a no-go. This time I told her it wasn’t plain pasta and let her try some, and she was open to it and liked it.

It does have a SLIGHT flavor but nothing that taints the dish; it’s a little chewier than regular pasta but not at all detrimental. I really enjoyed them and will order again.

I bought these the first time about a year ago. I tried them, didn’t like them, thought they were horrible, and left the rest sitting in the pantry for months while I ate egg-based pastas that were barely passable as keto.

At some point I was tight on money and had to use these as they were the only keto pasta I had available. So, at that point I followed the instructions very carefully, boiled them a little longer than directed, and after boiling I put them in the colander and rinsed them under cold water like 5 times until the water had no foam or color.

WHAT A STARK AND IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE IT MADE!!!Now I love these noodles! They are the only kind I will buy! I can do literally any sauce or spice arrangement and it matches up very well. My favorite ways to eat them so far:With Pesto & olive oil (yum!)And with truffle salt and assiago cheese!Omg, just rinse them.

It just takes a minute. And they don’t cost an arm and a leg like some other keto noodles.

This is the best wheat alternative pasta I ve ever had. It is not a perfect substitute to regular wheat pasta but it s very good for what it is, while providing incredible macros. First this is not spaghetti, you re not going to emulsify sauces with bean water, and I m so glad they did load it with xanthan gum like other alt pasta brands, however you can easily add it yourself for emulsification I prefer to control the amount so this is a huge plus for me.

Second the texture is a rubbery, certainly not in a bad way but totally different than wheat and closer to vermicelli rice noodles (but firmer). I enjoy the texture, they don t fall apart and cooking instructions produced a pleasant texture.

Lastly is price, these are far cheaper than other alt pasta or ramen brands, and from all of the ones I tried this is my favorite. I tried it with home made bolognese, and the results were great. Not the same as wheat but equally enjoyable.

I felt full despite only having had consumed 550 or so calories, which is much less than a typical serving of regular pasta while hitting over 60 grams of protein.

The substituted product was not angel hair spaghetti. It was thin spaghetti. I different brand of angel hair would have been preferred over a different type of pasta.

Box was opened and spilled out all over the floor. Pretty tired of getting boxes crushed or opened!! Unacceptable

I followed the package directions to prepare. This “pasta” was barely edible. I could barely chew it. Its like plastic – think dental floss. Since I could barely chew it, it got stuck in my teeth. You probably would have to boil this garbage for an hour to make it soft enough to eat.

The fact that it says heat and eat on the back is a joke. Will never be buying again. Waste of money!!!!!.
