I ordered this for a reminence room for people with dementia. It’s beautiful and they love it, but when we went to change the batteries, two of them had leaked and so the dog doesn’t work properly

What a wonderful cozy, soft and cuddly fun big dog came into my house one day for my 9 pound Havapoo Pepper. It really didn’t look like anything special online, even in the box as I was opening it up.

But WOW, when you take Buddy (that’s what I named him) out of the box, that first feel of him is magic. All you want to do is hug him and never let go. The you see there is a heart you can insert into Buddy and he starts being human.

The heart starts beating and he becomes real. And then, you can make him warm with a small packet and he comes to life. You hold him for a while and you suddenly forget all your problems and guess what? You fall asleep, and Pepper never gets to play with Buddy.

So, Buddy is a wonderful addition to Pepper’s toy box, if it ever gets into the toy box. But seriously, Snuggle Puppy is definitely a wonderful behavioral aid toy. I found that my hyperactive dog Pepper loved Snuggle Puppy from the minute he came into the house, well from the minute I let Pepper have him.

I saw a change in Pepper’s behavior soon after. Snuggle Puppy began to calm her down, especially at night. When you look at the price you might think it is a bit expensive but believe me it is worth every penny.

It is a great purchase.

We bought one of these just before we drove for several hours to pick up a two month old White German Shepherd Dog. She slept with it all the way home, and every night since, plus often during the day.

She is now a few days short of her 6 month birthday and this snuggle puppy is with her every night, most evenings and a lot of days. She began sleeping through the night earlier than she should have and we are convinced this snuggle puppy is the reason.

She can go through a bully stick in less than an hour or so regardless of how thick it is and this snuggle puppy looks almost brand new!!! When the batteries for the little heart start to get weak, she will bring it to us to perform a little “heart surgery”!! We leave it set on a continuous heart beat and the batteries last a couple of weeks.

Be forewarned that if it is really quiet, hearing that little heart beat is a little unnerving at first!!! LOL. This is absolutely the most wonderful gift you could give a young puppy!.

I actually bought two Snuggle Puppies – one for upstairs, and one for downstairs, before I brought home my 3 month old Yorkshire Terrier. The honest truth is that I’m not sure the heat or the beating heart made all that much difference.

It didn’t bother her, but I learned that this toy was a super favorite whether it was turned on or not. I think it has something to do with the size and comfortable plushness of the toy. The first picture I have of Charlotte was of her piled on top of one of her two litter mates.

She does the same thing with SP. She is now 7 1/2 months old and still hauls SP around with her. the other night I felt her get on top of me in the middle of the night. I groaned, but thought ok. Then there was a PLOP!, and I realized she hauled Snuggle Puppy up there with her.

I grabbed SP and put him beside me, then PLOP! he was back on top. It took about 8 tries for me to convince Charlotte she was welcome, but SP could sleep beside us. I would absolutely recommend the Snuggle Puppy to anyone coming home with a new puppy.

beautiful item very cute and well made of good quality material. I have two very happy granddaughters who were delighted to get Boo. The look on their faces when I handed him over to each of them , (as I purchased two from this eBay seller) was all I had wanted to happy wee girls delighted to have their new cuddly toy.

I bought one for my youngest granddaughter only to find the older one wanted one too so a second one was ordered. I am thinking about a third order just to keep for when I may need a gift for another wee one.

I would expect that most “50-somethings” are very familiar with this Christmas cartoon, produced long enough ago to ensure that the word “Christmas” could be mentioned without offending someone. During my own childhhod and teen years, the “big three” Christmas shows that HAD to be watched were “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

” The purchase of this DVD had its genesis in the arrival of several grandchildren, who are coming to the age where sitting with “Papa” and “Nana” and watching this cartoon will rekindle sentimental feelings for the oldsters.

The characters are, of course, come from the fertile imagination of Dr. Suess, and they are endearing. The almost comical negativity of the Grinch, the plight of his poor, abused little dog, and the wondrous simplicity and decency of “the Who’s down in Who-ville” combine for a memorable story.

And who better to narrate the saga than Boris Karloff, whose distinctive voice ranges from throaty descriptions of the growling Grinch to soft, tender references to the gentle Who’s? Very high quality plush. He’s super cute and very soft. Doesn’t feel rough or cheap like a lot of plushies. And seriously, how cute is this guy? He looks very realistic. Durable enough to hold up to years of cuddles and love.

He also stands up to a quick run through the wash if need be.

I bought this for my parents (in their early nineties) who had to give up their pet dog when they moved into Assisted Living and now Memory Care. They missed him more than I could believe. I hoped this JOY FOR ALL puppy would help, but I knew there was a chance it would never make a connection and end up just sitting in the corner.

Instead, it has been a huge hit! They both took to it immediately. My dad said it was an answer to prayer. The variety of motions, the responsiveness to touch and sound, the volume of it’s various barks and sounds (clearly audible but pleasantly soft) — all of it has been perfect.

And despite their tech challenges and memory issues, they have had no trouble remembering how to turn it on and off. They are in love with it, and I am totally pleased.

It’s just TOO CUTE! Very well made and interactive. Wags its tail, turns its head when hears your voice or stroke it, barks(can be muted), even sounds sad if you don’t respond. After a while it “takes a nap” until you “wake it”.

My daughter adores it! She’s named it,Roger. We were going to wait till Christmas to give it to her, but couldn’t hold off until then, so we gave it to her early(now we need a new Christmas present!).

We lost our longtime friend earlier this year and of course it’s been hard on everyone. She has been asking to get a new puppy, so this will definitely fill the void. Even I can’t resist giving him a scratch behind the ear.

Very well made interactive puppy that makes various noises & actions. My Mum loves Cheeky, as do the other residents in her care home. Cheeky creates interest wherever she goes, she is spoken to so much and she obliges by woofing back.

My Mum kindly lends Cheeky to her friend Ethel when shes feeling very distressed & needs to leave to go home to look after her parents. Cheeky will sit on Ethels knee & have such long & happy conversations with a smiling Ethel.

This toy could spur the imagination. It’s the first toy he picks up. I think the intent is to be able to learn some of the colors and words associated with it, which it may work for with some kids, but he mostly just enjoyed the songs and lights, especially in bed at night where they were the brightest.

However, he may be 6-8 months past the prime age for learning from this particular toy, since he already knows most of the body parts and colors. The design is really great and has lots of colors while still being tasteful and endearing.

Quality, construction, and durability are all really great, and I imagine it will last for as long as we want it and then happily gift to another little one who will get years more out of it. Washing might be a concern, but the few things we have gotten on it have rubbed off with a mildly wet soapy cloth Usability is really good and the squeezable and interactive elements all activate reliably during use, so there is not much frustrating searching and poking to activate features.

Batteries are easily accessible and likely wont need to be changed often if ever.

First of all my children were raised with Fisher Price (wish I had kept some things from the past) They have always had a unique line of products that are very beneficial to a baby/child’s development in learning, interactive play, entertaining plus more.

And always very affordable priced for the superior quality of every product I’ve purchased over the years. One of my most recent purchases was “Sis” to keep at my house for when my grandson is here and has a play date with my neighbors 5 month old great granddaughter.

My grandson has the one with the blue ears 💙 although neither of them care (yet) whether a toy is pink or blue. They just love playing. Sis (like the blue one) has so many learning functions. Teaches abc’s, parts of the body, sings lots of songs that we all grew up singing.

So easy for a baby to push the parts of the body to activate her functions. She’s a good learning and entertaining toy, pretty in pink, so soft cute and cuddly. We all love SIS. I very highly recommend her.

This is one of my go to toys for boys girls in their early years of childhood(1-3 would suggest). I am an huge fan of the Mattel brand, Laugh Learn is one of my favorites that they offer. They have options for a girl boy puppy, which is super cool! I have purchased this for my son and daughter when they were like 1-2 years old.

It is an engaging toy with sounds,lights,singing. Even an adult would have fun playing with this puppy, they are pretty easy to find in stores a good value. Usually they run from $16-$20 and are available at stores like Walmart/Target or online at Amazon.

It sings the ABC’s upon the press of the foot or hand, definitely an teachable toy. Plus they last a really long time!! My kids learned their numbers other things from these puppies, while all the while having fun.

I would highly recommend this toy for any parent with younger kids ranging from 1-3 three years old. It will for sure keep your child occupied teach them important stuff. Nothing I disliked 10/10.

Should be called Charlie the Farting Beagle. It’s very obnoxious. It farts and blames you for it. That would be kind of funny for kids, except that it says it about every fourth time it speaks to you.

It also farts other times too, and it’s kid-like voice is kind of annoying after a few minutes.

My kids loved this furreal pet. Easy to turn on and off. My kids laughed and squealed with excitement while playing with this toy. Very interactive play. Definitely would buy again. High quality made at an excellent price.

These are the cutest dolls! They are very detailed and are posable so you can move their arms, legs, and heads to make them appear more lifelike. The clothes on these figures are so detailed down to the small bows on the dresses and the bow tie on the father’s outfit.

Each figure is covered in a soft felt which is just another example of the detail put into these toys. I gave these to my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loves them. She loves how she can change their outfits and she can pose them in different poses.

She has a playhouse she puts them in and now wants me to buy her some more of the other animal sets. I wish they had these when I was a child I would of loved receiving them as a gift. I look forward to buying my daughter more of these to add to her collection.

My 9 year old daughter LOVES these cute little dogs! She is a huge animal lover so I knew she would enjoy playing with these. She kept saying “Mom, you have to feel these. They are so soft and furry!” She loves that they have soft fur on them.

She loves the cute little clothes they are wearing. She already wants every piece of furniture in the Calico Critters collection to play with. She really loves the baby because he is so tiny and cute.

The part she thinks is the funniest is that they have little “pipe cleaner” tails that stick out at the back. The critters are very small and not good for kids too young, but 7-9 is a good age I think.

They are great quality and provide hours of fun if you have furniture or other play sets to go with them. Very highly recommend.

Get the children off the screens and on to using their imaginations. This dog family is so adorable. There are 4 small dog figures. A mom and dad and girl and boy. They are covered in a soft fuzzy like material.

The size is perfect for toddlers to carry but also a good size for older children to play with. These are great for imaginative play. Use the dog family with other Critter play sets for added fun.

My kids loved that it is a whole family. They made correlations to our family. One of the grown up dogs stands taller than the other, so that was deemed the daddy. One child dog was laying/smaller, so that was the little sister.

My daughter likes that they can stand nicely without falling over. The dogs have nice coloring and details. They kept my kids entertained for a bit, and will make a nice addition to the big dollhouse we have.

My daughter loves this dog set. The materials used are great, the dogs are sturdy and will last for years of play. These fit in her purse for bringing everywhere and have dropped several times with absolutely no damage! This set also could work for a dog lover to display as they don’t really look like ‘toys.

The little animal family is so cute! My little girl loved these little figures. They’re perfect size for little hands. I will say to be careful if you do have little ones to make sure they don’t get ahold of the tiny puppy figures because there’s only one place they will go, straight to the mouth.

The packaging its colourful and very attractive to a young child. I like that there is more to collect and the packaging shows you who else there is. Good size toy roughly the size of a adult hand. With the little doughnut candy being large too.

I gave this toy to my niece and she absolutely loved it. The colors are nice a nd vibrant they really attract the childs attention. The quality is very good. Sturdy wont break easily. The toy is fun to play with.

It kept her busy the entire time I was visiting a few hours at least. It was so cute she really had fun playing with the pupkin puppy and showing it off to everyone. I am very happy overall and she has actually brought it over to my house a few times to play with it.

I am glad it still has her attention.

This Puppy Surprise Plush is adorable! The colors are bright. The puppy has a cute flower over one eye to go along with her name “Blossom. ” I had one of these growing up in the 90’s and it looks to be the exact same toy minus the new colorful style! It’s a Christmas gift so we don’t know how many puppies are inside yet, but I know my daughter will be so excited for the surprise.

Overall, a high quality plush that I think any little kid will love!.

Lola is such a fun unicorn. My daughter just loves her and sleeps with her everyday. She thought it was the cutest thing ever that she had babies in her belly. The babies go back in for sleep time and they come out after napping.

To get sunlight and to eat. Pretend of course! I am looking to add more to the collection as she just adores her. Definitely recommend!.

Kids love how similar they are to real animals; parents love how they don’t make a mess like real animals. We don’t allow pets in the house, so my children have a collection of these Little Live Pets, and they love them.

Puppies are soft and fuzzy, their eyes open and close, and they make puppy noises. When the male, brown puppy is placed on his side, he makes sleepy noises and his belly inflates likes he’s breathing.

If a bottle (or spoon, etc) is placed to his tongue, he makes slurping noises like he’s eating. This also applies for the white female puppy. The only drawback to the motions is the mechanized sounds that are heard- they can be overlooked and will be by children but are noticed by adults.

Bird chirps tunes when button is pressed. As far as I’ve checked, wings do not move. We also have the little mouse- my daughter’s favorite. It races around in a circular cage, and she takes it with her when we go places.

My son’s favorite is the turtle. It crawls on its own or swims in water and is a favorite on vacation. Although prices can seem expensive on these, in my opinion, they’re well worth it if the toys are taken care of.

the dog is absolutely adorable! so captivating with his blinking eyes my 1 year old was in love with it. but I bought 2 already and both were defective. stopped working the same day. I guess if they make this toy a well functioning toy it would be so amazing.

but its poor design or who knows maybe they are packaged poorly so they arrive beaten and broken? the box is not very protective. so expensive for such poor quality. very disappointing my daughter was so thrilled so I tried purchasing another directly from the store and the same malfunction happened shortly after we arrived home and I bought new batteries to see if that would help but nope.

I bought these for my Niece & Nephew (10 & 11). The dog is cute and his arms and legs are soft and squishy, but the main body is a hard box where the sounds and animation are stored. The animation is cute, but the mechanics of the movement is just as loud as the speaker (for the doggy sounds).

So it makes the experiance a little mechanical. Very cute little animal. But definitely for kids (9 and Under). Also it’s packaged very nice, but it took me 30+ minutes to get the dog out, and the box isn’t useable after you open it.

(It looks like a little doggy carrier – so I tried to be very careful in order to save it. (I suggest just ripping the box open. ). The toy is ok, but definitely for young children.

Well really it is Purina I chose. My 12 yr old Great Dane is not fond of eating and she will eat more Beneful than any other Purina product. But let me get on my soap box a minute. There are all these new brands out there that appear sooooo much more healthy.

There are a lot of things that are not considered by the general public. Purina has spent 50 to 70 years researching the nutritional needs of numerous animals. Years of research and testing. How much of testing have these ‘new companies done? As humans we don’t want to eat any part of the chicken except the meat, but animals in the wild eat everything but the feathers.

So why is ‘chicken meal’ bad? Corn and wheat are the things that dogs don’t eat in real nature. One other thing. I was using one of these new brands and had two dogs need joint surgery (parents had no joint issues).

Just happened to be talking to a large animal vet (ie a ranch community vet ) he told me that he had noticed the large dogs eating Iams and Purina were not having hip and shoulder issues and dogs eating some of the newer brands were.

So I switched to Purina cause my dogs like it best. I have not had to have joint surgery since 2003. This is just my personal experience not a professional test situation, but it is enough for me to keep the faith with Purina.

I received this dog food for free from influencer in trade of my honest review. With that being said I am going to give an honest one. I used this dog food a while back before ever receiving this dog food from influencer and I was not a fan.

My dog ate it at first and then a week or so went by and my dog stopped having solid stools, he was shedding way more than usual, and his coat became very dull and brittle looking. Then if you want me to get into the ingredient factors the dog food isn’t that great for your dog in the first place.

The first ingredients are salmon, whole grain corn, and grain wheat. Then it goes on to say chicken by-product and corn gluten meal. That means that a lot of the ingredients is just non beneficial fillers that are just a cheap addition to the dog food that can cause your dog to eat more to feel full, poop out more, and retain less nutrients that your dog needs.

The only true meat product it has is salmon. I personally won’t recommend this dog food to anyone and I advice you to do your own personal research before feeding anything to your dog.

My name is Sparky, I’m a 14 year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix. I’ve always loved my Purina Dog Chow. But as I got older and slowed down, I started to get a little chunky. My Mom and Dad sure love me and brought to my vet and asked what they could do to help me be more active and loss weight.

My vet recommended Purina’s Beneful Healthy Weight dog food. Guess what it’s delicious! I ate so much of of it my humans worried I would never loss weight. But after a couple months I started to get and move.

like I haven’t in a couple years. Well my next vet check up, everyone was so surprised to see I went from a chunky 24. 8 # down to a trim and active 16. 2#! I feel great, I like to go for walks again and play with my sister, even though one is an icky cat.

My humans are so happy that I act like a youngin’ again. Now last week my humans came home with the biggest bag of Beneful I’ve ever seen! It was odd because my dad was soooo happy because he said he had coupon, whatever that is, and the bag was almost free! I’m glad my parents got me Beneful Healthy Weight dog food, so I can be here and and play and enjoy my days again, also my knees don’t hurt me anymore either! Woof!!! I really like this book because it gives alot of information about different breeds of dogs. The book tells you about the dogs Energy level, Exercise requirements, Playfulness, Affection level, Friendliness toward dogs, other pets, strangers, Ease of training, Watchdog ability, Protection ability, Grooming requirements, Cold tolerance, Heat tolerants, History, Upkeep, And temperament.

I suggest this book for any person looking for the right dog for their family. The book also has pictures of each dog breed.

This is an easy to read guide of a wide variety of dog breeds. It is however not exhaustive. Some breeds are not included.

After my 7 month old puppy was healing from a spaying surgery (just got back from) her appetite was gone, but the only thing she would eat was Freshpet chicken treats. We tried giving her normal kibble and some beef wet food but she wouldn’t touch it, she’s never had beef before though so that might’ve played a part.

My mom decided to try FreshPet and my dog went crazy for it, ate the whole thing in one sitting and even picked up the paper plate and flung it around. She’s never ever done that in the 4+ months we’ve had her, we’ve tried multiple kibble/wet food brands as well.

We’ve switched to the Vital line rolls and she still likes them, we mix with her normal kibble and she eats around the kibble (she usually comes back to finish it after). This food is definitely worth the price although the feeding guidelines seem a little too much.

The kibble we fed promises shiny coats (which it did provide) but with freshpet her coat is even more shiny and she’s so much more happier to eat. Her poops are smaller compared to the kibble which gave her huge stools for her size.

The food has a strong scent of meat.

I decided to try this as an incentive to get my dog excited about meals again. Following an injury, her appetite decreased and just wasn’t coming back quick enough. To say she loved it would be an understatement! I’ve always taken the eager pups featured in advertisements as an exaggeration, but I don’t now! Lulu is dancing at my feet with her tail wagging as soon as she hears my fridge open and her bag crinkle! Thank you for a great product that got my pup back to feeling better and loving mealtimes again!.

I have always wanted a real chiuhaha but family say no and I have to say this is definitely the next best thing and he really is treated like a family pet haha. I love him, although I am not sure how durable the metal inside the legs will be as they get moved.

Also forward facing ears often go back when I go back to him, perhaps that’s a sign he’s missing me. haha. Overall am very happy with this product. “Chico” has taken to his new home very well.

I collect Steiff and Herman German animals, so this was my first experience with Hansa stuffed animals. What a pleasant surprise this little doggy was, just as realistic as her photos and so well made.

All Hansa animals come with information on the dog’s breed and details about their company that are quite interesting. I will definitely purchase again.
