20 Best Listening Devices Through Walls (2023 Updated)

Newer tv’s don’t have the quality sound they used to and many tv shows and movies now have constant music that makes hearing dialogue difficult. This product solves that problem very well. And, if you’re like my mom, who hears ok but sometimes has difficulty understanding so keeps turning up the volume, this will do the trick.

You can set this next to you, turn down the tv volume and turn up the speaker volume and not blast out the rest of the house. It’s not a replacement for the sound bar quality, so if you’re thinking of that to get that stereo sound, this is not a great substitute.

But, it does what it advertises. When mom’s not here, we steal it and put it on our main tv for those maddening shows where you can’t hear what the heck they’re saying! Love it.

I was really amazed at this soundbox!! I suffer from profound hearing loss where watching tv became very difficult for me. I had almost given up hope to being able to watch tv anymore due to the clarity of people’s voices and what was being said.

Even closed caption wasn’t much help. Now with this sound box I hear exactly what’s being said the tone and clarity of this miracle box is excellent just like having my normal hearing back. You can tune in the tone and clarity and volume to suit you.

Rec’d TVsound box. Followed instructions and discovered the speaker batttery would not take a charge. Returned entire unit w the enclosed return sticker they emailed me I immediately mailed it back in original packing at no cost to me.

Asked that they check the battery in speaker before sending a new replacement. Got the new one in a few days. – worked great gave it to my friend 91 yrs old who loved it! I had a TV sound for 4 years and have gifted them to friends in my mature age group.

The TV Ears system seems at first to be of rather ‘cheesy’ in construction. However, having used these systems for years I would say that they work great. But don’t expect them to last a lifetime. They will stop working suddenly, or the earpieces will break off, or the expensive and awkward battery system in the headphones will die.

But the truth is that they help tremendously in hearing the TV more clearly than turning the volume up to a point that disturbs the neighbors. There is vast room for improvement in this product and I think the company is just not really interested in taking their products to a truly higher level, most likely because of price issues.

I believe the current retail pricing for this product is quite high for what you get but it works, and that alone to many people (me included) is worth the cost. I would suggest aggressively searching for deals on this unit and especially on Ebay, but be cautious am make sure you purchase one that is a complete set and as unused as possible.

One note of caution: the earlier units were analog, and the newer units are digital. The main difference is in the connecting plugs that attach to the TV. Analog units have only RCA jacks, which is the technical term for two little pointy things.

Most flat screen TVs don’thave this type of connection. The newer Digital TV Ears units have the newer digital (optical) connections that work with all newer flat screen TVs. Make sure when you are looking at buying an older TV Ears that the connection will work with the TV you have or it will be useless to you.

Also if you are buying a new TV and have an existing TV Ears be sure that your Ears are compatible with the new TV or you will have to be prepared to buy a new set of TV Ears.

Works pretty well. The unit I purchased was used and had been stored for a while which I think caused the unit to have a degree of bass-ey sound. This was not the manufacturers problem! Also the unit does not have a very good range.

The headset has to have a line of sight view of the base unit to work. Further when out of range, the unit produces noise rather than muting off. Also, this is my second pair. The first pair only lasted less than 2-years.

The volume control that is naturally used a lot to turn the unit on and off appears to have gone bad. All in all still a good unit that serves a good purpose. Could be made more reliably.

I’ve bought TV Ears new the first time through a tv offer. Loved them. I actually wore them out, but with some tape, and glue, I am still able to use them if needed. Bought a brand new digital with a double charger cradle and two new sets of earphones.

I have severe tinnitus, and a hearing deficit. My husband works day shift, and I have a tendency to have insomnia. I use my tv ears with the closed captions on my tv, and I don’t miss anything anymore.

If anyone buys TV ears, they should always buy them new. This way you are the first to use them and can break them to your liking. However, the longer you use them, the more likely the batteries will run down faster.

I’ve had my digital dual headset for approximately 5 years, and they still work, but they don’t keep the charge. It’s time to replace the batteries. I love these things and when the time comes, I’ll buy a new pair, either directly from the website or Amazon.

I never buy on Ebay or similar websites because you really don’t know how damage they have had.

These are great sounding speakers! I had already installed RC85i in two bedrooms and was using a couple of pairs of small metal boxed bookshelf speakers in the bathrooms. My house is wired for audio in every room to include shop, kitchen & bathrooms.

The surrounds finally wore out in the ~20 year old bookshelf speakers in the bathrooms and were rattling. I wasn’t sure about the 6. 5″ woofer size of the RC65i as I was running the 8″ RC85i in the bedrooms.

I finally thought about it and they were replacing 5″ woofers in the existing bookshelf speakers. Also have a 12″ subwoofer at the far end of the hallway for the bedroom zones which also covers the bathrooms, so I figured it would sound ok.

I painted them to match walls and mounted the in the face if soffits in the bathrooms. Aesthetically they look much better than the bookshelf speakers did and they sound as void as or probably a little better than the old setup.

Visually there is no comparison. They are the only way to go for bedrooms & bathrooms and other locations. Installation was simple. I’m very pleased with the RC65i & RC85i speakers.

I needed to replace one of the existing Polk RC65i speakers in the wall which i reckon has probably been there for at least 10 years fitted by the previous owner of the house. The bass speaker rubber had split causing horrible vibration noises.

The new speakers arrived and were an exact match except for the way the wires connect which has been improved on the new product. I only needed to replace one so i have a spare now. It was so easy to install and the sound is amazing.

I hunted around the internet for these Polk speakers – and I’m glad I glad I did because Ceiling Speaker World were better value than Amazon, eBay and the rest. Shipping was fast, communication good and everything very well packed.

I still have to build the furniture which will house these speakers but all looks simple enough so I’m looking forward to that.

I have had my 3 sets of 2 speakers for over 20 years. 2 in rear wall of living room wall for surround sound with a set of Polk Tower speakers in front (30 yrs old). Set of 2 in ceiling of enclosed patio no heat 365 days/yr.

Now this is the most unbelievable set of 2 in the soffit outside patio for back yard and pool area. Powered by Denon receivers 1 on patio and 1 inside living room. I have replaced 2 receivers both inside and outside.

I just added RC85i to home theater room. Wow! The RC85i give us the true surround sounds feeling of emersion into the shows and movies we’re watching. I’ve already jumped out of my seat a couple of times with the excellent sounds I’m receiving.

I”ve got it RC85i as surround back speakers in the walls paired with an AVR-X2700h. all of it fabulous!.

I had just 2 large pioneers in the room. Sounded very 2 dimensional. Put in 2 wall RC 85i polls, now music fills the room. Had the mids and highs I was lacking with just the pioneers. I highly recommend them.

Hardly noticeable in the walls also.

The quality of transmission, on what i bought and where I’m using at, is as if you are directly plugged into the transmitter. So far, it’s tested for about 100′ and two walls between the transmitter and receiver.

I use it for translation of service in my church. I’ll be replacing an older system with this. The next purchase will give me/us two transmitters and twenty receivers that can be switched on demand/as needed.

The flexibility of the channel selection on the SilentPA and combo price is the best selling point.

This is our second unit installed in a different space on campus. They are great! Sound quality is excellent and we actually get compliments about how good they sound.

Great sound and easy to set up, in my case with wired Oberon 5 speakers and sources either streaming Tidal or from music collection on a laptop, through the BluOS system. BluOS is mostly easy to use and effective, although I had to Google the Help a few times as not everything is intuitive.

Control from a tablet or phone is smooth. The unit is very compact and the controls on the top are responsive, although unlikely to be used very often. It looks as if a multi-room setup would be very easy to control, but I don’t have that yet.

Negatives: 1. The internet radio software (TuneIn) does not give access to much in the UK, although it wasn’t too hard to find some URLs for the radio streams (Radio 4 etc) that I wanted, and they can then be added as favourites in the app.

2. The Windows implementation of the BluOS controller software is not quite as good as the Android (and I would assume iOS) versions. Overall I am very happy with the Powernode and with the excellent assistance from Richer Sounds staff in Lichfield.

I’ve been using this little streaming amplifier for about 6 months and it’s nearly perfect (for my needs at least). The good stuff: plenty of power driving Elac Unifi 52 towers; great soundstage, details and clarity (not colored or cold); runs very cool (environment friendly).

The not so good: despite having a solid WiFi in the house, I needed to connect with Ethernet to resolve the occasional connectivity drop; the BluOS application is not very pretty and navigation and synchronization with Amazon HD seems spotty.

The Tidal Connect is good. But I’d like to drop Tidal as they are dancing around MQA issues – that’s a whole other story though. All in all, a fantastic product and crazy value. Try buying a Bluesound streamer and a NAD amplifier for this price.

The form factor and design are both wonderful. Why no remote as standard is my last little gripe.

The Powernode N330 sounds great driving my vintage Magnepan speakers. The Maggies are not efficient, but the Powernode has no problem delivering dynamics and control on complex material. I’m most impressed with the neutral sound, detail and imaging from this box.

Compared to my Class AB integrated amp, the Powernode sounds slightly leaner but it’s still awesome. The DAC section is smooth and plays MQA files if you’re into that. The BlueOS app works fine if maybe not the best app out there.

The app’s bass management that lets users dial in the subwoofer crossover point is a plus that makes a big difference in my rig. Downsides? The Powernode headphone amp barely drives my Hi-Fi Man planar cans.

And I am currently hearing a low frequency transient “thump” when switching between certain different resolution music files. Still waiting on the Bluesound support team to issue a fix. Overall, this box is a solid value that offers a hi-end listening experience.

The Marshall Uxbridge is Marshall’s latest entry into their growing smart speaker line. If you’re just now dipping your toe into the smart speaker market, and are a fan of the classic Marshall design and sound, this might just be the speaker for you.

The Uxbridge comes in two flavors – this one available now supports Amazon’s Alexa and coming this summer will be a model that supports Google Assistant. Marshall also makes an accompanying mobile app called Marshall Voice to setup and control features of the speaker.

The overall design of the Uxbridge is immediately familiar to anyone who’s seen a Marshall speaker before. It features the Marshall name over a mesh front with “guitar fret” style rocker controls on the top.

These rockers control volume, treble and bass levels while one buttons serves as the power / pairing button and another serves to mute Alexa from hearing you. There are also four small lights on the front base of the unit that light up a blueish white when connected and turn red when muted.

The sound this little speaker can push out is impressive – and given the amount of customization you can do using the rockers as well as the Marshall Voice app, you can pretty much find the right balance to suit your usual musical tastes.

The Uxbridge also supports the whole-home-audio setup that can work with other AirPlay or Alexa speakers, and can work with other specific Marshall speakers to create a whole-home audio system. As common with other smart speakers, it also requires a constant connection to power in order to function and also supports Bluetooth and AirPlay for streaming audio.

There’s also an option to link your Spotify account if that’s your service. So why am I not rating this a 5-star item? It all boils down to limitations that Marshall has now that other smart speakers do not.

As a bluetooth speaker, this thing is great – but it’s not portable like other premium bluetooth speakers. The sound quality is amazing, but you have to be adjacent to an outlet at all times. As a smart speaker, the Uxbridge also makes some odd trade-offs.

For example, a similarly priced Sonos speaker gets you the option of Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and a whole host of other music streaming services where the Uxbridge will limit you, by device, to either Amazon or Google’s platforms.

Again, the Uxbridge has awesome sound quality and if you’re not already deeply integrated with another premium smart home audio system, then this could be your gateway into a deeper Marshall ecosystem.

I have Marshall products and I love them all – the Tufton is my serious road warrior Bluetooth speaker. My Monitors are my go-to headphones and my Minors are my gym buddies. Again, if you’re a Marshall fan, use Spotify, and want to get an Amazon Alexa-powere device that looks and sounds way better than Amazon’s own Echo line – then you need to check out the Uxbridge.

If you’re already immersed in another whole-home, premium smart speaker setup, then your mileage may vary on how useful you find the Uxbridge.

This is a solid, easy-to-use, great-sounding speaker with one little missing feature that kept me from giving it five stars. It doesn’t come with an aux in port so you can’t plug in wired audio from a TV, projector, or some device like that.

If that’s not an issue for you then I think you’ll love this speaker. Ninety-nine percent of the time I just want to play audio via bluetooth, but I do have a projector in my living room for watching movies or sports (back when we still had sports).

When watching video there is just enough lag time in the bluetooth audio that it’s annoyingly out of sync. That just seems to be a feature of bluetooth because at least three different speakers I’ve tried have the problem.

So, it would have been nice to use this speaker, which I’d planned to put in the living room anyway, cabled to the audio output from my projector. Putting that issue aside, though, this is a great speaker.

It’s not too big, but solidly built. It uses a regular AC cord into the wall without a bulky DC converter. It has that awesome retro-looking Marshall design that looks great almost anywhere. And most importantly, it sounds fantastic.

I found the default settings to be perfectly fine, but it’s nice you can adjust the equilizer settings if you need to. I found the setup to be pretty easy with the Android app. I did get an error on the first attempt, but the second time it worked fine.

It got a firmware update, rebooted, then was ready for business. It was very easy to add to my Amazon account. So with that, most of the time I won’t even use bluetooth to stream music because now I can just ask Alexa to play whatever song or podcast I want.

(I do subscribe to Prime Music, so if you don’t have that it might not play everything you want. ) I found Alexa to be fairly responsive to commands even while playing music. Some of the other non-Amazon devices I’ve tested don’t always have the best microphone arrays so that can be a problem.

This speaker may not be quite as good at hearing commands through noise as the Echo devices, but it has worked well enough so far. Another thing to keep in mind is that it’s a directional speaker, just like you’d expect from a standard speaker.

Some other speakers like the Echo, etc. are round and you can put them in the middle of a room and spread sound equally. This one definitely sounds best from the front, but was still okay from directly behind when I tested it on a counter between our living and dining areas.

Easy to install, and they sound good. These are for a room other than a “listening room”, so I was not concerned about the high-fidelity quality of them. However, they sound just fine, and I am happy with them.

I mounted them in the ceiling, replacing some 32-year-old Radio Shack Realistic speakers that had physically deteriorated around the foam suspension. In fact, I have another set of the Radio Shack speakers in another room with the same problems, so I have ordered another pair of these Pyle PDIW87’s to replace them, as well.

I am quite surprised at the sound quality from these. Being a less expensive brand I kind of expected they would sound like 2 tin cans and a string. They have a nice full range sound with the bass not being too overpowering.

I am using these as a 2 channel setup with a vintage Sansui reciever just for listening to music. To me they have the sound quality of a nice pair of bookshelf speakers.

my issue was with the plastic fingers that hold the speaker in the wall. They are not pre-threaded. You will be inclined to push hard to keep your screw driver from striping the screw as you try to get the screw to start to thread the plastic finger.

When you do this it pushes (breaks) through the plastic case. I had to use a washer to fix it. Then I removed each finger and pre-threaded each one. After that installation was much easier.

I have 4 of these speakers in my ceiling for the Dolby Atmos channels. They work great. Nice full sound, not thin or bright. I like how the tweeter is adjustable according to your seating arrangement.

The grill can be painted and is attached with magnets. Overall, it is a great option for a Home Theater setup, especially if you need to have the in-wall experience and don’t have much room. Very happy and pleased with these speakers for almost 2 years now.

These sound absolutely great and were easy to install. I love their ability to be unobtrusively mounted in the wall where they are barely noticeable. When I got married my wife insisted that I not clutter the living room with speakers sitting all over the place.

Since I didn’t want give up the sound quality I had with my existing Klipsch speakers I went with this option. I definitely have not noticed any degradation in sound quality with this speaker over my regular ones.

Now we’re both happy and I am using existing speakers in my man cave. For me this was new construction so it was easy to install the brackets and run wiring before the Sheetrock was hung and the insulation put into place.

Afterwards I just routed the inside hole out with a drywall tool. The speakers attach to the bracket by simply turning the 4 mounting screws. If you are doing an installation in an existing wall the mounting bracket comes in 2 pieces which you can put together inside the wall cavity.

I would definitely buy this speaker again.

I’ve been a Klipsch fan for a long long time. Being an audiophile, I’ve never been a big fan of in wall/in ceiling speakers until now. The Klipsch R-5650-S II is a very well designed speaker, especially if you’re using them as side or rear surround speakers as I am.

With their dual 1″ opposing tweeters and 6 1/2″ woofer they are perfect for bringing the front and rear soundstage together filling everything in between with authority! Especially being a very efficient speaker at 92dbls, which is very rare for an in wall speaker.

They play mid bass frequencies down to 45hz with ease. So if you wanted to, you could set them as “large” in your receivers speaker set up menu. I still prefer the THX standard crossover setting at 80hz, but I love the option that I could set them to 45hz if I wanted to.

Very efficient design and incredible power for an in wall speaker! They’re easily worth their suggested retail price at $399 each, but at this price for the pair it’s a no brainer.

This headphone amp is one of the coolest things I’ve ever purchased! I use it with shure srh1540 headphones. This amp made them sound so much better when playing music through my phone. The eq is probably my favorite part.

I can color my sound just the way I want. I love the simplicity of this amp. And the quality audio and build speaks for itself. This is perfect for anyone who values great audio from their headphones.

honestly! If you have the shure se846 (with silver dragons or the shure stock cable) you have to have the sha900 its a matter of life and death!!.

Pros. EQ and very easy to use. Cons. Price… ouch…. but for the peace of mind for the sound of music it’s worth every penny. Setup: Shure SHA 900 SE 846 and Sliver Dragons.

Amazing clarity, sound definition and aesthetics ! I’m super happy by the performance of this speaker, using this LCR speaker as a center channel that replaced my old Definitive technology Center channel for aesthetics and space re-design and I couldn’t be more happier.

For first time in many years I can hear the dialogues loud and clear ! Very easy installation with the provided cutout, all you need is a Drywall knife, and as long as you have standard distance between your studs you should be good.

I am on the disappointed side w/ these ceiling speakers. My main observation is the amount of watts needed to raise the volume compared with other speakers. Now, this is a completely relative claim that doesn’t mean much alone.

What I can tell you is the 90db sensitivity they claim simply cannot be. No way. I have no bench testing data to speak of, but, they sound appreciably poor in comparison to much less expensive speakers– it’s quite shocking actually.

Furthermore, I didn’t expect bass like a 6″ or 8″ driver, but, I did expect midrange and terrible that is clear and crisp. The overall integration, clarity, imaging and soundstage is just poor. The speaker itself appears well-built and quality construction.

I purchased these to fill a hole in the ceiling that cannot be opened wider due structural support. If you are in a similar position, or, if you just want smaller speakers, I would certainly look elsewhere.

If you’re skeptical, try them for yourself. I just hoping this would save you a bit of time. Best Buy have better offerings.

I am very disappointed in these speakers. They are rated to support 90watts. I’ve connected them in parallel to a 125w per channel amp (Sonos Amp) and they totally distort with cracks and pops at 75% volume.

I believe that when wired this way, the speakers will share the 125w and thus the max that the amp can deliver to one speaker is 62. 5w. These are very expensive speakers and they basically sound like crap when turned up to even mildly loud.

I like the Sennheiser SET840S RF. I have profound high frequency hearing loss, and on top of that tinnitus. If other people are nearby talking, I can’t understand what’s coming out of my TV speakers, because all the sounds blend together.

With the 840, I use my own earbuds, and the TV sounds are now isolated and I’m able to understand dialogue. I’ve had over the ear products including the Sennheiser RS180, I like them real well, but my ears start sweating.

With the 840, I can use them all day, with no annoyance at all.

The Sennheiser Set 840 S requires that the users hearing aides include a telecoil capability. The receiver includes a loop which goes around your neck to magnetically couple to the hearing aides and their audio compensation.

It is very comfortable to use and the sound is great without having to wear clunky headphones. I sometimes put only one hearing mode in telecoil mode to enable the other one to hear my wife.

I have a cochlear implant on one side and a hearing aid on the other – and I use the Sennheiser via telecoil. It does help with some dialog – I wish the sound quality was better. but I’m not sure if that is related to sennheiser, telecoil or hearing aid limitations.

The unit was packaged very thoroughly and came with good instructions and needed connectors.

I installed 12 of these in my basement project (two different ones for center channel) when they were on sale. Paired with a Yamaha amp, a Klipsch subwoofer and the cheap Monoprice 12″ (under $100) sub.

Two 7. 1 surround systems – one for a projector setup and one for a 4k television. Amazing sound! My brother in law did a system for his own house. He paid thousands upon thousands more than I did, and he said mine sounds as good or better than his does.

I highly recommend them. I’ve been bitten by the home theater bug now. To fill the space (300 sq/ft in the immediate listening area that is part of about 1000 open) my receiver is on -20. It’s at the upper end of its capacity – but it fills the space nicely.

I don’t NEED more, I just now WANT more. I would love more, but would have to spend A LOT more. So in that lift l light, I’m happy with what I have. Another reviewer mentioned to run the screws in the tabs in and out before mounting them.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS!!! Gently run the screws in and out several times. When you put them in the wall, set your drill clutch to a 3 or so. They will snug up well without breaking. For the price I don’t think you can beat these.

No way. If you have a budget (like most) you will not be disappointed. Be certain to get a bigger subwoofer if you have a decent/large room. I would not go lower than 12 inches 500 watts RMS. One 400 watt Klipsch from Costco was very nice.

Adding the second, weaker 150 watt Monoprice one made it wonderful. I’ll have to buy another sub for the projector system now, because two are being used on the 4k. Monoprice sells a 15″ for about $500.

I would trade my two I have for that one. Or, with the money you are about to save with these speakers over a name brand, maybe step up to a monolith sub!!! I can’t think of a better way to be introduced to a full, real home theater setup than with these.

So cheap – yet so so so good.

I use this to record ambient sounds. The stereo recordings sound very good. If I wear headphones and close my eyes, I can actually point out where the sounds are coming from. Almost a binaural experience.

The recorder is easy to use, feels well-built, the USB direct port works well, and I like that it uses AAA batteries instead of being another thing I need to recharge every day. I can just put this recorder in my drawer, pull it out a week later, and it’ll be good to go.

Side note: I’m really glad that you can still buy these dedicated digital recorders. I know that my phone has a recorder app, but I hate using my phone to record stuff. It’s cumbersome to need to unlock your phone, return to the homescreen, find and launch the app, and then tap on a virtual button, and all of it while needing to look at a screen.

The Olympus recorder is much easier to use. It’s a lot smaller than a smartphone. It’s just one button, and having actual physical buttons that you can feel and press means that you can use it without looking at it.

The recordings sound better than the less expensive Olympus Voice Recorder (the VN-541 PC). I also purchased a mic to try and get a cleaner sound but will not even bother trying the mic out. Upon starting the device there is a short animation displaying the Olympus logo followed by a request to set the time and date.

This request happens every time you turn the power on, or it decides to turn itself off due to “low” battery. Although it is showing 3 bars and a full battery it will turn off suddenly or flash a low battery icon until manually turned off.

This claims to have battery life of 100 hours but has apparently burned through 4 triple A batteries while I have owned it for less than 24 hours. The product also claims to record over a thousand hours of audio but after 5 hours of recording, 17.

5% of the memory a used up, indicating that it only records over a thousand minutes. The menu is buggy. The icon for each menu item changes as you scroll through the menu.

I choose the WS-853 over the comparable Sony mainly because the Olympus acts like a traditional tape recorder more so than the Sony does. You can move forward or backward as much or as little as you’d like, whereas the Sony moves backwards and forwards in jumps.

The sound in playback is not very loud, but look at the size of the thing, it’s tiny. How big can the speaker be? Put ear/headphones on it and the sound is excellent. The size is perfect, I think the Sony is a little smaller, and I actually thought the Olympus would fit my hand better.

The learning curve is not steep at all, I was using it easily in a very short time. The folder are a nice way to compartmentalize different subjects. Overall, I am extremely happy with this device.

Chime only. This is not the doorbell. The one I originally ordered was the doorbell but unfortunately the exterior- plug in chime did come come with it. So I had to order the ring chime box separately.

So in the long run I did not get that good of a deal by buying the doorbell for the price I paid. Make sure that if you purchase the Ring chime 2nd generation that it also comes with the chime plug in.

If you don’t you will regret it. The tone without the box is very faint and barely noticeable on the phone. So I had to pay another $35 for this chime box. But the chime works great. You can set all kinds of different tones and the tone is so loud you can hear it from upstairs or downstairs.

My ring box found the wi-fi signal within five minutes even though according to the instructions it could take from fifteen minutes to an hour. You can also set it for different times of the day. But setting the different hours is a real pain.

It takes a lot of trial and error. Why couldn’t the designers have designed it the way Christmas light timers are set up. Anyway I love the chime box.

My gen 1 died after 2/3 years. Setup was instant. And I am not sure if gen 1 has this option but it now has ability to turn the chime on for motion or notifications too. We didn’t get too many doorbells.

So even after the gen 1 stopped working for awhile. I honestly did not know or realize it. With this new feature now, it chimes pretty much daily for me to know it still functions.

This Chime is much better than the previous version, so far. I had both the regular Chime and the Chime Pro which constantly lost connectivity while this one has not since I installedit. The range on this new one is better as well and the speaker give a much crisper, cleaner sound, especially with the voice notifications.

I’m happy with it, but I think it’s a little overpriced. If you have a Ring doorbell and want to have a chime in the house, you have to have one of these, though.

Using 6 in-ceiling speakers with 2 Sonos Amps across 2 rooms. The sound coming from these speakers is fantastic at all volumes with a lovely rich, clear and warm sound especially after TruePlay tuning.

Major issue is leakage of bass in floor above speakers. If anyone is in rooms above it’s essentially impractical to play speakers above a low volume. Would like to see more work to reduce leakage above speakers.

Have these sonance speakers set up as 9.1 and it sounds amazing the movies are amazing and sound fantastic. Friends and family are so impressed by sound they never want to leave. Def recommend.

First impressions on unboxing the Logitech Zone Vibe 100 are very good which is unsurprising as Logitech is brand renowned for fantastic tech accessories. I was very impressed with the sleek design and the high build quality is immediately apparent.

They are very modern and minimalist and don’t look over the top (perfect for work). I love the simple design of the microphone and that you can tuck it subtly into the headphones. The head phones are incredibly lightweight which is perfect for a day of back-to-back meetings the construction incorporates recycled plastic as well, a massive win in my opinion! The installation and set up was very straightforward with Bluetooth connection that quickly and easily paired with my phone and laptop.

Battery life is very impressive as I don’t seem to have to charge them for several days at a time. The sound quality on these headphone is perfect. Sound in video playback and music was really impressive and not at all tinny.

There is also an app where you can adjust the EQ but I haven’t had any need to use it. The real game-changer for these headphones is the noise cancelling microphone!!! This has changed virtual meetings for me.

This feature will also really come in handy for those working in coworking spaces and cafes! These are the best and most versatile headphones I’ve ever had. They have changed working from home for me and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I got these about 2 weeks ago and have used them for various things in that time and have come to like them very much. First of all on unpacking them I noticed that they are a little smaller than I was expecting but are the perfect size and look very nice in the grey colour.

Ergonomically they feel very nice when put on. although the over the head strap isn’t well padded but still feels very comfortable, the padding around the ear encompasses the ears well and helps reduce background noise.

The flip down mic isn’t intrusive in any way at all, and the weight of these is quite low so there are no issues wearing them for prolonged periods. Charging the headphones takes no time at all and lasts a few days.

you can do a quick 5-10 minute charge and get over an hours worth of use out of them so great if you just need to do a quick meeting online and the battery is dead. Charging is through a USB C cable which is handy for me as I always have my MacBook charger to hand so can just charge the headphone as and when I need them.

Pairing them is straight forward and there is an APP to help with this. Once paired the sound quality is excellent. everything is crisp and clear and the surround sound is very good. I have been told that when talking through these my voice comes across very clear with no background noise being noticed.

The bluetooth range seems to be very good as well as I have walked around whilst connected to a meeting and made myself a brew without any interuption or interference. All the buttons are in the right place and can easily be accessed when in use.

once you have gotten used to where they are on the headset. If you are looking for a headset that is great for online meetings and work but also has the sound quality to enable you a great experience when listening to music then go no further.

these are superb at both and are very comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend these to anybody looking at investing in a new set of wireless headphones.

My father’s hearing aid went bad. His hearing is bad. We needed something to get him by until his hearing aid is repaired. Though not as good as his hearing aid, this have my father about 50 to 60 percent of the hearing from the regular hearing aid, and as such, we are glad to be able to use it.

As everyone’s hearing is different (i. e. each person needs different specific frequencies amplified), your experience may differ. It happens that for my father, this is a ‘good to use in a pinch’ alternative for his regular hearing aid.

And for my father, his other ear is pretty much deaf, so this devise is the only one being used at the time in his good ear.

It amplifies ambient sound very well. Note, it does not claim to be a hearing aid. I bought a second one so that I could have both on at the same time. I do not use them like a hearing aid device. I use them infrequently and for short periods of time.

I purchased these for my husband, who due to an ear infection, went deaf. They worked. we were able to put the TV volume back to 15 instead of 59!! If these didn’t work I would of needed to buy ear plugs!! Hoping the deafness is temporary, but grateful to find this product.

I purchased a dual Martin Logan and this single speaker. By far I am not disappointed at all. Best Buy was very knowledgable about their equipment, and gave me great advice. I will definitely purchase these speaker again, and recommend to friends and family.

The martin Logan speaker systems are excellent by for a minute and small size home Theatres Bestbuy always has the best prices.

Very good speakers don’t buy off you don’t know what you are doing. Sound is perfect these are used for sound back plus Martin Logan center speaker motion 8. Can’t beat the sound.
