20 Best Keychains For Key Fobs (2023 Updated)

The ZT54 is great. Carried one for years, then lost it. Ordered a ZT52 “stealth” from another dealer, and hated it. Thin metal, felt cheap, difficult to clip the keys on. Ordered the 54 and it’s perfect.

Rugged, durable, operates smoothly and intuitively. They even throw in a spare, a black split ring, and a handcuff key. I’ve never found another key ring holder that works as well for me as this one does.

Why did I wait so long to purchase this wonderful invention? Many times of dropping/ losing my keys like an idiot. The quality of this item is top notch. I could carry a 25 pound kettle bell on this thing.

Lovely product does exactly as described in the description. Easy to take off the handcuff key with one hand by pressing and releasing. Once keys are placed back into the holder they remain secure. Fits well with Met Police utility belt.

For the people saying the prongs don’t grip, you are not closing the hardware correctly. I’ve used DOZENS of these, they’re the only brand I use (buy with a coupon for better value). If you smash the hardware to close it fast, you will collapse the prongs before they can “bite” the fabric.

I’ve made fobs with cotton fabric, upcycled denim, grosgrain ribbon, lightweight vinyl, and heavier vinyl. Not a single one has had an issue. I place the hardware end inside a corner scrap (boxed corner cut) of fleece-lined fabric, cover with a small piece of corrugated cardboard, and very gently hammer.

I pull it out to check that the prongs are catching, made any slight positioning adjustment, and continue the gentle hammering process. Takes me about 2 minutes and works perfectly each time.

Great and easy to use product! Make sure when you are clamping it shut that you use a piece of fabric or something light weight so you do not to scratch the metal. I put a little snip to catch the hook, before clamping closed! I purchased 2 packs of these to make stocking stuffers for my daughter, her roommate and my friends which worked out great! I will buy these again!.

I bought these to make wristlets. The welds were not perfect and they broke apart. In addition, the prongs would only go through my fabric some of the time / usually just on one side.

This is an excellent and very useful clip. I use it on my Victorinox SAK, as well as on my vehicle key fobs. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it takes a concentrated effort to hook it on your pocket.

Once hooked it works extremely well and keeps your hooked item from dropping to the bottom of your pocket.

I love this little key organizer. The biggest advantage, to me, is that I don’t have keys poking me in the leg anymore, as they are folded up inside the KeySmart. I do recommend getting the “Extended Option,” aka longer attachment posts to be able to hold more keys, because keys attached to opposite sides can block each other, making it more difficult to extend the key you want.

Also, although I like having a bottle opener for emergencies, but it is connected to the loop ring you attach your car key, meaning the bottle opener cannot be fully extended if anything is attached to the loop ring.

In fact, the loop ring is a problem even if you don’t have the bottle opener, because it blocks rotation of any key attached to the same attachment post. All the more reason to get the longer attachment posts, and then put all your keys on the post without the loop ring.

this little clip is very small. It is also very difficult to open. Actually I cannot get it open at all to clip on anything. I thought I could attach it to my purse but it’s way to difficult. disappointed.

Good quality, awesome keyblade for any fan of the series. Too bad you couldn’t get a coloured version with this type of quality. Took ages to get here is all.

I bought these as key chains for all my vehicles. They seem to be great quality and look great but they are just too BIG for my taste. Not at all what I thought I was going to get(no measurements on the site).

I’m not displeased with my purchase just surprised is all. It works and serves it purpose I guess.

I cannot say enough good things about this. I own it in multiple colors and styles and it is unbelievably functional. It’s perfect for when you need to give your car keys to someone it’s very easy to separate your house keys on the clip side from the separate ring on the snap side.

If the kids need to borrow the car or when you go to the mechanic and they need your keys it is such a pain and 8 out of 10 times I break a nail when you’re trying to get that key off the ring. This is a very functional and stylish accessory which allows you to not need to take the key off the ring.

I like my trigger snap keychain, the craftsmanship is exquisite! I have found a few design flaws that are making my keychain less useful, the first being the ttigger snap knob does not stay closed & if I don’t pay close attention it separates & I lose half my keys.

The other issue I have is the gold tone finish has almost completely rubbed off after a summer of use. Losing finish only happens on charms I use as keychains, the charms that I have on my bags hold up longer.

I have several Coach charms-most of them are cherished & not often used because I’m afraid of the finish degrading but I love them all!!.

It is functional, fashionable, and secure. I use it for my key fob and house keys and the turnlock closure and dogleash clip is always secure! This keychain is the best key ring holder I have ever found! Highly recommend!.

I’m a bit angry that Funko released the Marvel collector corps version of Captain America holding Mjolnir, and after a few months they released this version – of Cap jumping with electricity and his broken shield, there’s no doubt about it – this is the ultimate version of Captain America that was ever made into Pop form!!! Hi looks absolutely awesome, this is an incredible pop, the broken shield, the pose, jumping with the electricity, the hammer! Super cute addition to my keychain – just as pretty in person as it is in the picture. It’s very sturdy and well-made. However, I was under the impression that this would fit around my wrist. It doesn’t – the band is small and only fits around three or four fingers.

I still have to carry my keys in my pocket so it’s not as functional as I expected. But, still a really cute ornament for your keychain.

Buyer beware!! Received a key chain from this seller and it stayed in the package unused until it was ready to be gifted for my anniversary. When my husband was looking at it and squeezed the strap slightly it cracked on the loop exposing the material underneath the top ‘leather’.

I own a lot of leather goods and if this was a real leather piece it would not have cracked like that, therefore I have to believe it isn’t solid leather but appears to be coated leather. I contacted the seller before leaving this review and she refused to make it right by either letting me send back the cracked item and replacing it with a better one or refunding the cost of the item all together.

So now I’m going to throw away a $24 faux leather key chain and will buy from an honest retailer elsewhere.

First of all, big thanks to the shop owner for cooperation and flexibility. However the product was in a way less quality than I expected. The leather was so stiff that just trying to push it flat gave the leather a tear and looked scratched.

I have requested a small letter on the inside which turned out the right size I want, but pushed to the side and wasn’t visible. The metal medal holding the the leather together was nice and in fact I liked the vintage feel it gave.

\n\nOverall I was a bit disappointed at the type of leather I got and was expecting something softer and more comfortable to slip your fingers within.

I am very disappointed with this keychain. The other 2 I ordered are perfect, but the “S”, which was supposed to be for a gift, is not able to be seen. The “S” is not stamped very well. You can hardly see it on the leather.

I’m surprised that the maker didn’t notice.

Very high quality. I purchased one for my Viper last year. I liked it so much I got this one for my Hellcat Redeye. The only thing is I wish they had a true B5 blue color. This blue on the key ring is darker, but in fairness they did not call it B5.

It is very nice. I covered it in clear expxoy to protect it from scratches. Looks great. A lot less expensive then on other sites. I highly recommend this.

I pulled out keys more than 50 times a day during that time. When the durable cord finally broke I had to find a replacement quickly. If you carry a lot of keys, you will love this keychain, I truly couldn’t function without it.

After losing my work security key card, garage remote and keys I needed something to ensure it never happened again so I bought a Key-Bak Super 48 and I’m very happy with it. The belt clip is long and fits over wide belts easily and is remarkably strong, no way will it come of your belt by accident.

The Key-Bak itself is sturdy and well made. It may seem a little pricey for something just to hang your keys from but it’s well worth the money. Replacing my lost keys and swipe card etc cost twice the price so I just wish I’d bought one earlier.

I’ve tried 4 other brands and all of them broke within 6 months. I’ve been using this everyday at work ( usually 60+ hours a week ) for months and it’s still going strong with no signs of wear. Outer shell is tough.

I have scrapped it tons of times and it barely leaves a mark. I recommend to all my coworkers ever though my company give us cheap ones for free. It’s not worth losing my keys or badge when the free ones break.

Got something similar for my Mazda awhile ago and saw these came out and had to have one for my Mustang key. Nice little fancy keychain. Good quality. Looks good with the nice Mustang key. 🙂

While I was looking for a new key chain for my girlfriends keys I came across this. It’s nice leather and the monogram was centered and just as pictured. My girlfriend likes to put it around her wrist and for that use it’s too small.

My girlfriend who is a petite woman and has small wrist still has issues getting it around her wrist. I will check out the wristlet strap. That would work better for my girlfriends needs. I would return this but I had it monogrammed.

At first, I really liked this keychain because it was so different from others that I had seen. It also appeared to be of fairly high quality in its manufacture. At the time, I also thought it was a good value.

Unfortunately, the blade separated from the silver ball that held it onto the keychain, rendering it useless. As a result, I can’t recommend it nor consider it a good value or of good quality. The ball has two holes in it – one larger than the other.

I tried re-inserting the nib of the blade into the smaller hole, but the blade kept falling out. I was thinking about soldering the ball to the nib, but then the blade would not have free movement like it previously did when it was free to rotate.

Maybe I just got a lemon. I guess I will have to look for another keychain that doesn’t have any moving parts.

This seems like a good quality product, the only bummer is that the logo & name aren’t actually engraved. However whatever they used seems to be very durable, but its not like I’ve attempted to remove any part of it.

The definite plus to this style is the notching around the licensing tabs. the cops round here in MN don’t much take kindly to covered tabs. mmmm hmmmm. Overall I am happy with the purchase so far & would recommend it to anyone in this price bracket & is on fence about it.

This fits the bill of exactly what I was looking for. Something that stood out and can hold a few more keys than the small ringlet that I was using prior.

This key fob is nice. At first it feels very “loopy” and takes up a lot of space in your pocket fin you aren’t used to something like this. Then over time it flattens more and fits better. I’ve had it for around a month and it still looks new.

On the back of it is the crest and shield which is nice and is different from the letters on the front.
