Best Jillian Michaels Workout Dvd (2024 Updated)

The workouts on 30 Day Shred are easier than Ripped in 30 and 6 Week Six-Pack. This just gives me alternate workouts for the days I feel like switching up my routine. The program is dated but still offers a great workout.

Not counting the warm-ups, the routines can be completed in twenty minutes. The three sessions of the 3-2-1 interval system not only get the heart rate up but also help break up the routine. The DVD does not allow you to skip the intro to get straight to the workouts, so waiting several minutes for that to pass each time the DVD is started gets rather annoying.

If you want a more challenging workout, I would recommend Ripped in 30 or 6 Week Six-Pack. 30 Day Shred is a better choice for beginners.

I really like Jillian Michaels and appreciate her at home workouts. During the times in my life where I’ve wanted to work out at home (generally after having a baby) it’s nice to have the option of something effective that I can do in tandem with watching the baby.

I find her workouts easy to follow and effective as well. She is motivating and enjoyable to watch. I dont find her “annoying” like other workout gurus. 30 day shred is always on my short list for an at-home workout routine.

This is an effective and challenging training program for any fitness level. If you give it 100% of YOUR own ability, and you are CONSISTENT and do every workout, you will see results! That being said, the LEVEL of results you see will depend on your DIET.

What are you fueling your body with? If it is a bunch of heavily processed junk and sugar, or if you are not consuming enough nutrient dense calories, you should not expect to receive the maximum benefits from this program.

(This is true for ANY fitness program! Proper nutrition is the key!) Jillian Michaels is a tough but encouraging trainer who knows her stuff! In this program, she will guide you through her 3-2-1 Interval System that combines strength, cardio and abs.

There are three complete 20-minute workouts which progress by level of intensity. You can go at your own pace, modifying moves as needed according to your personal fitness level. I’ve completed several of the Jillian Michaels training programs, and this is one of my favorites!.

I have been a fan of Jillian prayers washing the biggest loser. And many of her recommendations and many of her products in the past. So when I saw this two disc DVD of hers with 30 minute workout on both dvds I had to get it.

They are easy to follow user-friendly. I’m times I skip the exercises that I don’t want to do but there’s lots of options to switch up your workout plan. I would recommend anybody to have a DVD option for those days when can’t go to the gym do you wanna work out at home.

This is one of two DVDs that really helped me get back into a daily workout routine. I love Jillian and her non “nonsense” approach. Although I do a different dvd now I do tend to come back to these when I just want a month of working on a specific workout.

I like knowing what is coming up for the week (or 10 days) and it really thrives with compound movements and HIIT training. This and 30 day shred are really solid dvds. And, once you have the workout for the week down you can just turn on whatever music you want and get to it.

The one thing I don’t always love is that Jillian instructs through the workout (some might need this) rather than working out herself the whole time.

When I need to snap back into working out and need good hard effective work outs in less than 30mins that can be done at home, I whip out this DVD. It’s been my go to for YEARS now. I do it for a solid month and in that month I see results, feel better and end up with better habits.

After that month, I will then do things like go for a walk or jog with my little one tp our local play ground and while she plays, I will do some of the moves-work outs from the DVD because I remember them because they are simple but effective.

This dvd is just “ok”. I’ve only done the first half (haven’t made it to the 2nd half yet as I just started it). I don’t really think it has a lot of structure to it. I feel like Jillian just “hops around” to each segment too fast.

She’s up, then its on the floor, then it up again etc. etc. Its easy enough to keep up with, but I kind of feel like even the person she has there showing how to the do the “modified” version is still doing what Jillian is doing.

I don’t feel like its a truly modified version. Guess you have to be the judge for yourself. But for me, it was just simply average. I could take it or leave it really.

I’ve been doing kettlebell over 7 years and I’m always looking for new moves. I saw this on sale at Walmart and took it for a spin. I did the first set of moves and except for 1 move, the rest didn’t impress me and I quit using it.

Trying to substitute dumbbells for kettlebells is mixing apples and oranges. Dumbbells affect 1 body part while Kettlebells affect the entire body. You’re using gravity with Kettlebells and it makes such a difference.

Do NOT get dumbbells, just start with a smaller weight. If you want a real workout, look for Art of Strength-especially their Kettlebell Clinic DVD. There you learn how to do kettlebells with proper form and LOTS of help.

If you’re an advance KB user, don’t waste your money on this DVD.

I just started working out with a kettle bell at home and thought who better to train with then Jillian? I am so happy with this DVD it is my favorite Jillian Michaels workout. It is fun to do and I definitely feel the burn.

There’s 2 levels but even with level 1 you can advance to using a heavier weight before moving to level 2.

This is my 2nd time to purchase this DVD. I lost my previous one. Awesome workout b/c it incorporates cardio into the mix which helps burn the fat off the abs. Some days I only do the first 15 mins. You will see results when combined with healthy eating and a consistent workout regimen.

Every time I utilize this program my abs appear!! Thanks Jillian. now let’s up the ante!!.

I am sorry but just don’t like Jillian Michaels. I tried the workout anyway but I found it painful maybe just me. I do lack core body strength but I found the exercises painful. I like Denise Austin better although her high energy is little much for me.

I began to use Jillian Michaels video from 2019 when I started the exercises in my house. I love her exercises, are very exciting, confortable, and very good to my body. She have a lot of diferent routine and I feel my body has changed from when I started those exercises.

I bought this DVD six months ago. I have been using it off and on. Like most people, I get out of exercising for a while and then get back into it. Y’all, this DVD is the absolute best DVD you can buy.

Jillian is fantastic. She is the most motivational person to workout with. Just when you’re ready to quit, she’ll say something that makes you push through. That being said, this workout is HARD. I find myself grunting on the ab workouts sometimes.

I sweat from head to toe. It is a beast. But because it’s so hard, it’s so good. I can do this dvd for three days and already see vast improvements in my shoulders, arms, legs, and butt. I have lost 13 pounds from my heaviest weight.

I highly recommend this workout to anyone, beginner or advanced. You won’t regret it!.

This has been a favorite of mine since I had my son on 2006. This is my second copy lol It definitely works your entire body! You have the option to do the entire workout or if you’re not quite sure or are just having an off day you can pick and choose circuits individually.

I love this workout because it’s always challenging. You can start off with no weights or 2-3lbs weights and gradually move up to heavier weights to make it more difficult. This workout works and it will have muscles sore you didn’t even know you had lol.

I love Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and have almost all of them. There are a few that are my favorites and No More Trouble Zones is one of them. This workout is around 50 minutes including the warmup, innovative toning moves to target trouble spots and cool down.

I really like that Jillian shows modifications for beginners and advanced exercisers. This DVDs main focus is toning your body but there are also lots of cardio moves. The workout is composed of seven 6-minute circuits.

You can do the entire 40 minute circuit or just select the body parts you want to focus on. This is great if you are pressed for time but still want get your workout in for the day. It’s also great if you have a particular area or body part you want to work on.

If you aren’t working out on carpet you will need a mat and you need a set of hand weights. I would suggest using what ever size weights you are most comfortable with. I have been using 5 pound weights.

Overall I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking for a great workout that helps tone your body while also giving you cardio. If you want great results Jillian Michaels workouts are the way to go.

This is my favorite kickboxing workout and overall favorite workout by Jillian. I love her kickboxing mixes and she incorporates weights and other cardio exercises. No cons. The workouts are 20 to 25 minutes long.

As I said, this is my favorite workout. I bought DVD 8 years ago, still love it, and have it on Amazon Prime so I can pop it in the DVD or follow the workout on my tablet! The price is decent, between $7 to $10 on Amazon.

You get 3 different workouts, 25 minutes each, and she works all the muscle groups. I recommend to active people, but I think it is great for beginners too as she always has someone doing modifications for those who cannot do the advanced moves.

I have always been a fan of Jillian Michaels upon discovering her on “The Biggest Loser” as a coach. I find her to be authentic in her delivery while presenting you with the best alternative while attempting to achieve your goal, fitness.

Initially I bought the DVD for the kickboxing aspect, I figured it was cheaper than going to a gym with the health crisis of today. What I discovered almost immediately, what a great self-defense DVD it is also.

I’m a single woman living in her own truth and I will not be afraid to venture outside my front door. I find that there are many ways of self protection and kicking someone in the head by surprise with ease is one of the many facets you’re discover in this DVD.

Still a huge fan because I feel as if I got a 2 for 1 out of DVD great exercise workout AND awesome self-defense tools. Bravo Jillian.

If it wasn’t for my wife I would have never kept up with these workouts, I wanted to give up right away but the kickboxing one was a great segway for someone like me who was used to the same old routine of lifting and hitting the elliptical.

I always thought these workout videos of my wife were easy watching her do them, but boy did they kick my butt, and I have been through boot camp with the Army and played soccer in college. The pain is worth it, and the results are much faster than what I was previously doing! Silver lining no doubt!.

Loved the price for this. Brand new and still in wrapping. I definitely do not have Killer Abs, but this is not my favorite Jillian Micheals workout. I am hardly sore after it and feel like she stops the moves too soon.

A lot of them do not even feel like I am working my abs, I am probably doing wrong form. However, all of her other killer workouts leave me in pain for days except this one! Again, I am far from Killer Abs.

Definitely a little disappointed in this DVD of hers.

I am on this Weight Loss Journey and I started working out with a friend of mines. She ordered Killer Abs by Jillian Michaels for us to try. Let Me Just tell You My Abs was Hurting the Next Day. After Trying it with my friend I thought it was worth the money for me to buy it so I could do on my own time (when I can’t workout with my friend).

Jillian Really Works Your Core to the T. The Workouts can be challenging but it well worth it. This is actually the first Jillian Michaels DVD I have order and I very happy I did. I Have No Complaints nor Dislike about this DVD.

It Makes Me Sweat and Give Me a Good Workout. I Usually do this After I do Tae Bo or Insanity. I Have Saw Some Results in about a Week. I’m Glad that I bought this DVD.

This is a great Ab workout what I like about it the most is, its cardio & strength training to sculpt and burn up the fat. On the ground & standing up on your feet moving your body jumping, twisting.

rotating, stretching. I am the bigger Jillian Michaels fan.

I cannot perform the exercises that are shown on this DVD for Jillian Michaels Buns Thighs video because I am disabled. However, I do have a friend that absolutely swears by it as well as other Jillian Michaels videos.

And I must say that you can tell somewhat of a difference in her thighs rear end. I would say that if your able to exercise without restrictions you should definitely give it a try to see some real results.

Jillian Michaels for me is very strongly associated with my anorexic times. I used to overexercise while barely eating anything, and I remember her programs being all the rage (which, in turn, led to me doing them obsessively).

I also despise her fatphobic comments which she frequently makes in interviews and on social media, so yeah. a no from me.

Jillian Michaels is no joke when it comes to fitness. I tend to have to take it easy when I do her workouts because I have asthma and it really kicks my butt, last time I did one of her workouts I had a bad asthma attack.

If you’re looking to get into better shape and have your butt kicked I definitely suggest you try Jillian Michaels workouts. .

This is my absolute favorite video! I don’t understand why so many people are complaining about this video. It works! You really do get your heart rate up, and I feel very relaxed afterwards. I love Denise Austin! She’s a very sweet person and she’s really motivating.

She really does care that you get in shape and she gives you good information. My legs are more toned than ever and the last part with the ball is really great for my waistline. I have Winsor Pilates, The original Susan harris Firm workout,taebo.

nothing compares to this video! I’m definitely buying more Denise pilates/yoga tapes and I tune into her morning show. Get this video, you won’t regret it!.

This is helping my 42 year old a$s with bad hips and back get a good core workout. Once you get the moves and flow down, she can be muted! Not that she is annoying, I just prefer my workout music to keep me in flow!!! It’s a great addition to my 5- 7mile walk!.

It is the first yoga/work out DVD that I owned. The first 45 mins are yoga workout without any accessories. The next 15 mins need balancing ball. It is a fast moving workout with sun salutation between warrior series, balancing tree pose variation and some twists.

She does not say the next moves all the time, so If I’m not looking at the TV or when Im on downward facing dog I can miss the next step. Also they turn quite a bit during the series, eg, one round of warrior series and turn 45 degrees to to do the next set and the orientation of the room, when they bend down to do the dancer pose Im not sure if they are bending straight down or slightly to the left/right.

I’m nit-picking, all in all it is a very good DVD and look forward to buying more yoga DVD from her.

Great work out routines. Jillian knows how to mix things up and give you a variety of moves and routines. Can’t fast forward introduction which is the only negative thing.

Jillian is an awesome trainer and she really does get results if you follow the workouts.

I love Jillian Michaels workouts because she always has effective and challenging moves. I have done her workouts for more than a decade. I am 59 yrs. old and even though I workout daily I have developed some limitations so I can’t do some of the moves.

I wish she would make workouts for people with situations like sore joints, low back pain from working too hard in the garden etc. because many of her fans are not beginners! Since I only use 2 of the 5 workouts on this dvd I will pass it on to my daughter.

I really like Jillian Michaels anyway, but this dvd is perfect because with a toddler I don’t have a lot of time to work out. The 10 minute workouts are still intense and I feel like I’m getting a great workout in without spending a lot of time!.

I love the way exercises are divided up into different segments. Wonderful kick boxing segment. I feel and see the results already after doing it for a week.

Although I myself have not tried her DVDs yet, my daughter has been faithfully using the program. She has done cardio kickboxing daily. It is very hard at first, so expect that you may not last more than a few minutes.

My daughter’s results in 4 days were unbelievably awesome! Her inches dropped and she appears to have lost weight, even though she weighs the same. So toning does make a difference in your appearance.

Also, her muscles firmed up quite a bit in that short amount of time. Used faithfully, this DVD set will work wonders on your body. It is just like being on the tv show “Biggest Loser”. You will get the same results she gave those contestants.

You think ’30-Day Shred’ is tough? Well then, give THIS workout a try! IT IS ROUGH! To say that it’s FAST-PACED would be an understatement! Jillian is calm now compared to when she put out THIS workout (2005)! Think Jillian – highly caffeinated – now try to keep up! Wow! I just got it last Friday, so I’ve watched all the workouts, but have only done ‘Cardio Kickbox’ so far.

OMG! I did it yesterday and my shoulders are ON FIRE today! Thanks, Jillian! You are THE woman!.

Jillian Michaels is my workout hero! last summer i was in the best shape i have ever been in because i used her book “Making the cut” and it kicked my butt and i loved it. this summer im using these DVD’s and so far it’s amazing.

right when i start to think about taking a quick breather she starts yelling at us to keep it going, dont stop now! and its at the right time. im feeling better already, more energy and starting to see some results, i love it! i would recommend these DVD’s and ANY other Jillian Michaels workout anything to ANYBODY! it’s a great buy!.

This is a great all around workout. I am what I would consider a pretty toned athlete. I have a black belt in karate and do alot of interval training, running, strength training and a little yoga. I like all my Jillian workouts as they are all about making you stronger.

I like how she pushes you to do a little more and this one is no different. This workout is a great combo of high intensity intervals, strength, some yoga and martial arts. Very well rounded. Although it says on the front it is 2 45 minute workouts its really 2 thirty minute workouts with a lengthy warm up cool down.

Level one and two as usual. or you have the choice to do both workouts one after the other. I did both workouts back to back first time out and it will make you sweat for sure, but I love it. Alot of variation and fun.

Just when you think you cant go any more you are into the cool down. I love having her dvds as a go to at home when I cant get to the gym or want something different. I do one of her workouts a day, varying between a few dvds.

She is inspiring and likes to bring you stuff that works and is result oriented and I respect that. Breathe, sweat and enjoy the workout!.

I was excited to get this bc JM (on TV) comes off intense and hardcore in terms of exercise. I have tried Billy Blanks and Mike Donovanik and love their exercise programs. When I got this, I was disappointed bc I felt like she prowled amongst her exercisers and their form wasn’t very proper (boxing, high kicks, side kicks).

I appreciate BB’s form for correctness, and MD’s knowledge in Kinesiology and body mechanics. I read somewhere that JMs is an actress acting like a fitness trainer, and while doing this DVD, I got the same feeling (I may be wrong).

I did get a decent workout, but I want to see proper form from the trainer and have it explained as we go. I felt like that was lacking. Sadly, I will not buy another JM DVD, but will buy more MD and BB DVD if I see one that doesn’t require equipment.

This workout will kick your butt! Definitely not for beginners. I think that if you want a strenuous and effective workout, there are much better programs out there(i. e. Body for Life, P90X, and Insanity).

The problem with Jillian Michaels’ program is that there is nothing even remotely exciting about it. The workout is hard (which isn’t a bad thing) but when you add arduously boring to mix, then every time I think about doing this workout, I associated it with torture (which is not a good thing).

I would rather lift weights to my own music and go to Zumba classes. Also, in order to get the meal plan online–you have to pay. I just wasn’t impressed.

I love Jillian Michaels. I decided get fit and get smart about my hearth. I purchased Jillian Michaels For Beginners:Frontside and I loved it. I used it for one month before I went to Jillian Michaels For Beginners:Backside, and I’m glad I did.

She is smart,funny and she knows her business. Thank you Jillian! Keep them coming for people like me!!.

Although this workout is titled “for beginners,” people of all fitness levels will enjoy using it as a way to learn efficient workout tips and to tone. I had never tried circuit training before, and this video shows a fun way to go through 6 circuits that don’t waste a move.

Everything is demonstrated by past participants on The Biggest Loser as Jilian Michaels leads them. I also liked that no expensive equipment is needed to get in shape. I was given the companion DVD for “frontside” as a gift, and I would highly recommend using them both on alternating days.

I love Jillian Michaels but I can’t keep up with her ( she does the exercises quite fast) so I pause the dvd and do the exercises at my own speed. I love the way she explains the right way and the wrong way to do the exercise.

She’s an excellent teacher. Even though this is a beginner tape, it’s still quite hard but it will make me keep plugging away. I have been doing this dvd for two weeks know and I can already see results.

You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years and would consider myself an intermediate practitioner. This workout is not for beginners. The transitions are much too quick for people who don’t know the poses and even I had to modify many of the “beginner” exercises.

It’s a good heart pounding workout but I would only recommend to intermediate to advanced practitioners.

I am NOT a yoga fan, never have been. However, I am trying new things and hoping to get rid of my unintentional hatred of things that I once found to be “not my thing. ” So. needless to say I was excited that Jillian was releasing a new yoga dvd.

I had purchased “Yoga Meltdown” when it first came out and unfortunately I found it to be absolutely horrible! I tried to stick it out, but it just was awful. I own every single Jillian DVD and that was by far the worst.

Sad to say, I actually trashed it. I am so confident in Jillian and the fact that she continues to make great dvd’s and delivers results, no question there, as long as you stick with it. You can’t expect miracles if you aren’t committed.

I got the DVD on Saturday in the mail and popped that sucker in last night to test out level 1. I was in fact PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! The dvd is good, you definitely get sweaty. She incorporates yoga moves with cardio intervals.

Very fast paced, which I love! I generally get really bored of workouts that are more than 30-40 minutes. This workout flew by. It started and before I knew it, it was over. It was a great workout. Not as much stretching as traditional yoga, but that doesn’t bother me at all.

This is just the right yoga dvd for me! I plan to finish this up as suggested. 5 days a week, 2 weeks on each level. I did not find the moves or transitions difficult to keep up with, but if you are a beginner to working out in general, I would suggest watching the workout a couple times before you jump right in.

It’s hard to stay in proper form when you are craning your neck to see what she is doing on the TV. So bottom line, go ahead and give it a try! Note: my HRM indicated I burned 130 calories doing this video.

I was disappointed with workout. I think her other yoga workout is better and truer to being called yoga. They do this workout in the dessert and wear sunglasses the whole time, which is a little distracting.

Her cueing and moves were not great. There is very little yoga in it. Its okay, but I would not recommend nor do I think I will do this workout often because it does not fulfill cardio, strength or stretching.

Jillian Michaels personalized fitness programs are awesome! I love her enthusiasm and motivation to help you through your fitness journey. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is an intense 30 minute fun workout video.

Jillian Michaels pushes you to work, work, work and guides you throughout the video which consists of three circuits of increasingly difficult strength, cardio, and ab moves. The exercises are based on her 3-2-1 interval system, consisting of three minutes of strength exercises, two minutes of cardio, and one minute of ab exercises.

The circuits are based on her own fitness training level. In the video, she demonstrates the moves with two assistants, with one performing modified versions of lower impact and intensity. The movements are easy to follow and understand.

As for shredding off those unwanted pounds? The answer is Yes! Along with proper nutrition and fitness, I definitely lost weight and had great results with the help of Jillian Michaels workout session videos.

Imo, if you are fully committed to reach your fitness goals, all that hard work and sweat definitely pays off getting your body back into shape. Highly recommend JM 30 Day Shred workout session video it’s short and easy to fit into your busy schedule!.

Hard workout but great results. I have bought 5 of Jillian Michaels workout dvds and have been pleased with all of them and the results I have gotten from them. She is the best trainer in my opinion.

Her moves aren’t all that difficult and she keeps it rather basic as far as needing equipment and such. She’s more into using your own body weight. I always recommend her when people ask me what I am doing to get in shape(besides the gym also) and trying to eat well.

I am no workout champ or fitness guru. Just a guy who lost forty pounds (238-198) with this disk, a cheap step and combined with Wii fit and some (slightly) improved dietary habits. I also used some light 3-8 pound weights to enhance the workout.

For me, it worked well, lasted 28 minutes, and made huge imporvments in my fitness. For 5-7 dollars, well worth the price.

Good DVD. You can take it at your own pase through the phases. She really whips you into shape. I recommend the Shape up (front) (backside) for beginners video if you would like to take it a little bit slower or your looking for more videos from her.

This workout is a good fundamental start for me because I had stopped exercising for a long amount of time. I would recommend buying a set of hand weights to use as well (they’re used in the workout).

The workout itself is 20 minutes and for me, that is a comforting thought. Usually, I find Jillian Michaels to be a bit annoying, but in this DVD recording, she is “less intense” (compared to what I’ve heard from her on TV).

I’ve been motivated to do this workout multiple days in a row and would like to do the next two levels of this Shred Series. I would recommend this DVD to people who are interested in getting back into exercising.

I purchased this dvd on sale for $9. 99. I began the dvd the day after I received it. I have worked out to this dvd for the past four weeks 3x’s/week and have noticed a beautiful difference in my body! I am toned, muscle definition and my friends have even noticed!! I did tweak my daily eating habits (cut out soda, drinking more water & portion foods now) & I have lost six pounds.

DVD is tough, but staying focused is key. This is not impossible! Only twenty minutes a day, I highly encourage others to give it a try!.

I have had this #workout DVD for 5 years now and it still does amazing work for me. It has motivation, energy, and a positive vibe all over. 3 different sets that progress with modifications throughout.

I still really enjoy working out to this video if I know I am not going to make it to the gym for a few days. You need a mat and small weights or water bottles for this DVD.

very good for beginners. it’s a great dvd for just starting out. very simple to follow along. there is no background workout music. just jillian and 1 additional person doing the workout. dvd has 6 circuits for each, front-side and back-side; very effective moves that have showed results with just using for 5days a week for 2 weeks!.

This DVD will get you moving. There is two different workouts to pick from. Highly recommended.

Exercises are too difficult for someone who never works out. I also didn’t like her personality and the video had just her screaming at overweight people with no music.

I absolutely love this product. When I first looked it up on the site, as any other online purchase, I was skeptical about whether or not I would like it. Well goodbye skepticism! The straps are well made, strong, sturdy and I feel safe using them.

It’s easy to setup and I have great time working out with it. The beauty of it is the fact that I don’t have to go to the gym. I can use it in the comfort of my own home and use my own body weight to do all of what these fancy gym equipment can do.

As a new mom, I can get a great workout and not feel guilty about taking time away from my little. I look forward to my workout sessions every day. It’s my therapy. I can go on and on talking about this product, but you have to get your own to experience it for yourself.

IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!.

I gave this to my athletic young adult son, and he has gotten some excellent whole-body workouts from it, much better than going to the gym or going for a run. The quality is better than the other similar brands, which is VERY important for safety.

We mounted it to an eyebolt in the middle of the ceiling in his small bedroom, and he still had enough room to do the workout, in about 6’x10′ of clear space. The beam over the middle of the garage is a second choice.

The included chart gives exercise ideas, and there are also the DVDs one can follow. I am thinking of buying a second one since he is moving out soon, and is going to take the Rip60 with him since he likes the workout so much! The workouts can adapt to ANY level or ability -or disability, including being in a wheelchair, since it is all done overhead.

So I recommend it as a great gift idea for that hard-to-buy-for athletic guy or gal.

Love it! It’s a great addition to my existing workouts. Only on week two and I’m poring sweat when doing it. and I find myself in great shape too! I am using it on a dedicated loop on ceiling, not using the optional door attachment.

I’m curious of how it’s going to progress thru the 8 weeks, not to mention the extra workout DVDs included in set. Great to have in my collection. Buyer is also great to purchase from.
