20 Best Iphone 11 Waterproof Case (2023 Updated)

At first search for a waterproof pouch for my iPhone 12 Pro Max seemed like it all turned up the same generic ones rebadged with different names. After a bit more browsing I was able to discern what I needed.

I didn like the standard pouch that felt like a ziplock bag, I wanted something more form fitting and this was exactly what I needed. It performed admirably on my trip to Hawaii. Used it everyday on my week long vacation.

It went from the hotel’s pool to the beach and out to the reef. I fitted it with my 12 pro max enclosed in a wallet case and I would usually throw in the room key card in there. I took it in and out and after multiple uses, not a single drop of water ever got inside the pouch.

I didn bother doing the water test as the iPhone was already solidly waterproofed. I’m surprised of how well it held up. It contours the large iPhone perfectly yet is still easy to get in and out. The side buttons are easy to access and I used it to snap lots of pictures.

The photos and videos all came out crystal clear and it never fogged up. One of my highly recommended Amazon finds.

So for keeping my phone safe and dry, this thing is a life saver! It DOES float as recommended and latches securely. Love that it’s not a lot of extra weight and isn’t too bulky. Glad for the wrist strap!The big downside was in how it reacted with my touch-screen.

Unfortunately when the device was underwater, the pressure kept the plastic window against the screen in such a way that my phone had a hard time registering my presses for photos and the like. It really only worked reliably for video – and even that I had to start above water THEN submerge my phone.

Other than that bit of technical issue though, it’s a great accessory for keeping my phone safe.

Perfect for the pool or the beach to keep smartphones dry and sand-free. While my iPhone 12 Pro Max fits (barely) with its Spiegen case on, I find it much easier to remove it. The hardest part is to remove the air bubbles between the screen and the case.

For this, what I found worked the best was to keep the top unsealed and dip the phone into the water all the way up to the top. The water pressure expels the air from the case, and you just have to close the tabs and complete the seal (I learn this method in sous vide cooking class!)Another issue is water can cause spurious motion detection on the screen, so you could end up launching random apps or worse, calling random people if you’re not careful.

The film is clear enough to allow taking great pictures from both sides, or do FaceTime video calls. Great cases.

I can’t say if the pouch works or not as far as keeping my phone dry. It stayed in the kayak this time! I was able to take pictures and videos while out for a moonlight run and they came out great. This alone made me feel like this was a good investment since my phone did what I needed it to do.

As my last phone went swimming in the river, I did appreciate the peace of mind from having this pouch and my new phone is water resistant. I think my phone will be good from here on out.

I got this for a canoe trip. We went swimming unexpectedly. We were in the water for a few minutes as we sorted things out. Later we checked the phone and there was no moisture at all. The phone was still usable while in the pouch.

These work great, just as advertised. Recommend buying a lanyard or something to clip to them if you’re doing anything high-risk like swimming in a lake, etc as they don’t float. They do have a place you can clip to.

This actually works. I tried it in the sink put my iPhone into it and submerged the case in water for a hour and not one bit of water got in. This is a excellent buy highly recommended this to anyone looking for a water proof case.

I have had one for a while so bought this one for my partner. They do exactly what they say, protect your phone from water. You can use the phone through the plastic but I take it out. Useful for kayaking worn, on the lanyard supplied, around neck.

Great bit of kit but check you get correct size!.

This is a good product. Haven’t completely submerge tested it in action, but it did very well in a test in the kitchen sink! Only downside is the way in which the case is attached to the sealing unit looks a little flimsy, and possibly vulnerable to a big, clumsy paddler like me.

For anyone that is around water, uses their phone while brushing their teeth (or other things), or that has small children, the promise of a waterproof case is ideal! Placing the phone in the case is straightforward, and it is ease to identify where there may still be openings. Overall, the case delivers on being waterproof. However, the functionality of the touch screen is impeded, particularly around the edges.

Even for buttons or links in the middle of the screen, I have to be extra deliberate in the action, in order for the phone to recognize the action. So the utility of the case comes down to how critical the waterproof feature is.

My new Body Glove Tidal Waterproof Case fits my iPhone 12 Pro Max like a glove. Swapping out my old case for this new one was simple and straightforward. It does not add any bulk to my phone or hide its features like color choice or artwork.

The buttons for volume and screen off work excellent. I love that all of my camera lenses are protected and not obscured in any way. I really enjoy the confidence I now have to take my iPhone anywhere including the pool and beach without worry of water damage, allowing me to fully enjoy my fun and stream music, access apps, or check in on smart features around my home while lounging in my pool.

I had been a pretty loyal user of another iPhone case for years, so I was skeptical about trying a new one. I am so glad I did! Not only was the Body Glove Tidal case easy to install, it has surpassed my expectations in so many ways that I am going to keep using it for the lifetime of my iPhone! First of all, it is truly waterproof.

I did not intentionally drop my phone into the bathtub or anything like that, but I do cook with my phone nearby and it has survived a ton of water, oil, and dirt exposure with the Body Glove – completely unscathed.

Also, the screen protector is so much better than my previous one. It’s “shinier”, but in a completely positive way – I can see my screen so much better than before, especially at night. Finally, the most pleasant surprise of all – the lanyard! It’s flexible, strong, and super easy to use.

I’ve tied it to my purse, clothing, you name it – and it’s exactly where it needs to be when I’m ready to use it.

Areas of concern: 1. Design 2. Contruction 3. Camera 4. Materials/ Quality Design: the case is Plagued with issues from the start of ownership: 1. FaceID not working due to two useless plastic dots on the clear protective screen that could’ve been removed prior to shipment.

2. Impinged Button access! Extremely difficult to use even with time and age, even with a touch screen of an IPhone to have hindered use of the only buttons is an annoyance. 3. Sound: it’s to be expected the addition from a case would reduce the sound quality if you have owned a lifeproof case prior.

But this I can say it’s not good at all. 4. The fact of 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max were first to introduce MagSafe and now we are provide a case with it for the 13 Pro models is disappointment of opportunity.

Construction: Out the packaging I had issues with FaceID mentioned Above 1. And the seal or gasket moving during installation. An issue I never encountered in previous cases. 2. The existence of dust within the case question its abilities.

I find it quite tedious to retrieve my phone in order of removing dust. Keep in mind, I only perform wireless charging! Why not design a seal that presses against the body and the opening of the charge cable from the case to prevent dust from traveling with in the case once the charging cord port is open? Now for my circumstance dust intrusion is a mystery? Camera: No need to complain as it seems to be prevalent in fellow reviewers, but suggestions: 1.

Dust, as indicated above this is an issue and deal breaker. As dust within compound by collection on the exterior due to spaces and crevices round the lens. A suggestion found on competitors is a smooth camera area on the rear.

Materials: this is the primary source of my grievance!: 1. Heat: we are no stranger to science when plastic is introduced to heat. But an iPhone generation that introduces inductive (wireless) charging and a processor that is as powerful in comparison to computers six years ago.

To not anticipate the device not creating heat from the following action is a failure of product design. The cases reaction to heat is so extreme, it deforms the rear of the case creating a void providing a space between the screen protect an front of the iPhone making it difficult to hear conversations during phone calls! In all fairness I provided this information to customer service which they resent me a replacement case, this well intended gesture provides no recourse for the intended problem.

Competitors have solve this issue by making the rear of sturdier plastics with less reaction to heat.

Wanted a waterproof case for my iPhone and heard good things about this one. Bought it and used it in the pool. Great quality underwater for video and stills! My only reason for giving it a 4 star rating is because the plastic lens cover almost immediately showed scratches and wear on the blue film that covers it.

This makes for pics to be slightly blurry and not as sharp as it should be. Only the lens cover over the camera lenses shows scratches and rubbings, not anywhere else on the case itself which is odd as you would think since it’s slightly recessed from the case that the case would show markings of some sort.

I’ve used an Otterbox for years without this issue being this bad. I’ve read from other users who had the same experience going from Otterbox to Lifeproof. Someone used nail polish remover to get rid of the film which they said cleared it, but I don’t know if doing so affects the case underwater at that point.

I’m guessing it’s similar to scratch coating used on glasses but I’ll probably contact Lifeproof to get a replacement due to the cost paid. I’m going to get an Otterbox again to use when I know I won’t be needing it for underwater shoots.

In all honesty I thought the case would be aesthetically displeasing, but was I wrong!! I have product red and with the lime green this phone is so visually attractive I almost don’t want to disturb it! haha.

As to the construction of the case, I work on a farm and have had horses crush phones. With this case, I really don’t feel scared. Had dropped it on rocks, horse shoes, and just the other day I saw the phone fall on it’s corner in the trailer.

I twitched at first, but literally not even a scratch. surprised in the best way! Don’t have evidence of supporting the weight of a horse yet. But at some point I guarantee it will happen at some point in the future.

Below is my evaluation and review of the Plantronics Backbeat FIT 350 earbud headset. I would like to indicate that my opinions contained in this review are strictly mine and were not influenced by Plantronics.

The Backbeat product arrived in a beautifully package consisting of an attractive outer sleeve and is a tight fit with an internal “box”, not cardboard, but “paperfoam”, so it should be more earth friendly.

The box contains the Plantronics Backbeat FIT 350, instruction and disclaimer paperwork, and a small black cloth satchel. The box is well- formed to package their internal contents, just mentioned. The product paperwork and satchel are packaged within a black cardboard wrapper which folds over and encompasses the paperwork and satchel.

It seems to be a pretty innovative and an attractive way to package the aforementioned contents. The black cloth satchel, when removed from the cardboard wrapper and unfolded, reveals that the satchel is a small bag with a very nice drawstring.

This allows the bag to be closed. The drawstring is an elastic string, with a plastic retainer on the end serving as both a pull handle, and as a clip to keep the drawstring drawn, thereby closing the satchel bag.

The satchel bag itself seems to be a pretty high quality cloth bag as well. It practice, this satchel is to serve to contain and protect the headset. Contained within the satchel are a short USB cord, used for charging the Plantronics, and small plastic bag containing a small and a large set of earpieces for matching the Plantronics headset to different user ear sizes, should the medium earpiece set, installed on the Plantronics not fit.

The Plantronics Backbeat FIT 350 earbud device: Well made. The earpieces are made of a soft silicone and seems to seal the ear openings in a comfortable way. The loops help to keep the earpieces in the ear.

The wire connecting the 2 earpieces to the control unit, I am pleased to report seems to be pretty robust and should wear well. Other earbuds, use think electrical wiring with just plastic insulation, and tends to break either at the loop, or where it enters the control unit.

The Plantronics uses a cloth sleeve with the electrical wiring inside and I believe this should reduce the chance of wire breaks. Also, the wiring has a small clip which can be used to clip the earbuds to a shirt collar, offering some protection should the earbuds fall off the ears, though it is probably unlikely.

When playing music, the sound quality appears to be good, though I think it tends to be more skewed to the higher frequencies, more base is needed. When used to receive phone calls, I find that the sound appears to be low in volume.

The volume has to be turned up quite high on the phone to acceptable hear the person on the other end of the call. Other, earphone pieces I have, as the Plantronics Voyager 5200 have better volume compared to this device.

I have not had a chance to test the earbuds when making phone calls in a windy or noisy environment. I suspect, the microphone would pick up the noise. The Voyager 5200 is specifically designed to filter them the noise, so I expect the Backbeat FIT 350 to not perform as well.

But, for music, I think this earbud is pretty good. The negative I have is that the instructions should be better written. There are features which should be explained for those who may not have used wireless earbuds before.

Overall, however, the Plantronics Backbeat FIT 350 is a quality earbud and should provide the user with excellent service for quite some time.

You asked what I love about my new Lifeproof case. I LOVE that two days ago, while working outside on my porch I dropped my phone on the concrete floor. It fell pretty hard but when I picked it up, not a scratch on the case or a crack on the phone and it worked perfectly! That is something to love! I also love that the case was easy to install on my phone, no video needed.

(And in case it helps someone one else to know; I am a 79 yr old female with a touch of arthritis and no special skills!) I read the reviews before purchasing the case and many said the buttons on their phones were hard to push once the case was on, but I have not encountered that at all with mine.

The case makes the phone less slippery and easier and more comfortable to hold. I love that too! Have had the case about a month now and so far these are the things I love about it! I had my last Lifeproof case on a 4s for 7 years and it was great, expecting this will be too! Obviously I won’t be skateboarding or doing double flips with it, but there is a lot of concrete on my walks! :)).

recently switched to the Iphone 11 pro max. this phone is much wider that others I’ve had. this slim case makes the iphone easier to hold. offers enough of a raised edge to protect the front and back.

the side surface is a bit slick. reasonable price & love the recycled part. would recommend.

I love the fact that the case is made out of recycled ocean plastic but because if the fact the material must be really soft. After one drop from pocket height, the case is already destroyed. I purchased this because I have known LifeProof products to be rugged and perfect for an outdoor lifestyle.

I got this a few weeks ago and I love it! Very solid and it looks good. Someone surprised me and I dropped my phone once and it hit the ground in a tile room, I think on one of the top corners. Can’t even tell! So that alone makes it worth the purchase, because it was an impact that I bet would have messed up my phone without a case.

I use it to protect my iPhone, I find this brand of case extremely superior to other brands. The quality and finish makes my phone look brand new again and the protection it gives has kept my phone in an as new condition On the downside for some reason since replacing my previous Love Mei case with the Hybrid case, I am having issues with my screen picture moving up and down vertically.

This product works great and is affordable. My kids are using it in the pool and at the beach with no problem. The great thing about this product is that you can operate and navigate the phone easily even with the case.

The case also has a strap that you wear on your neck to keep your hands free. I really don’t have anything to complain about this product. Unless your job requires you to be under the water most of the time, why pay much more for an expensive case? I recommend this product.

I’ve used it in the pool and can say with certainty that it lives up to its claim as being waterproof. Taking pictures/video underwater is possible using the volume buttons, but the touch screen doesn’t work under water.

I had an issue with the images being out of focus, but with practice you might get around that. At the very least, having this for the beach/pool is wonderfully useful so you needn’t worry about sand or water.

I bought this product almost a month ago and it adequately secures from phone when I kayak. However, the loop the is attached to the case needs a carabiner to attach it to a bungee cord, life jacket or backpack.

The case does float, and does not have space for keys or anything other than your phone. A small sized dry bag maybe a better way to go. ,.

I looked everywhere for a hard case large enough for my kids to put their phones in when they were putting them in their backpacks for school/sports so they wouldn’t get damaged or wet. This case is perfect and I don’t have to worry about them breaking or ruining their phones when bags get stepped on/dropped etc.

I needed something for my phone that was easier then a bag. This keeps my phone dry, but it’s an easy open to take photos if I want. It also seems to float so I won’t loose my phone.

Love this case! Affordable, quality, and functional! The materials used are very sturdy, especially the piece for the charging port. This case hugs the phone perfectly.
