20 Best Interview Outfit For Female (2023 Updated)

I first bought a pair of Cosabella pajamas in September with a store credit I had to use. I have always wanted to have pajamas I feel pretty in rather than my usual funk of long sleeve tops and mismatched bottoms.

I wasn’t sure I would like a button down with a collar to sleep in or feel feminine in, but like many reviews warned — I came back for more after buying my first navy blue pair. They felt so good! And looked good.

I wear under-jammies (pj shorts with v-neck top) underneath and change into a fresh pair nightly so that I can wear the Cosabella pajamas for 3-4 nights in a row over top of the under-jammies. Four pairs means I can have a small load to do on laundry day of just pjs on delicate cycle and hang to dry.

I have two solid pairs now and two pattern, and if they keep coming out with more great new patterns I fear I will end up with yet another pair! I am totally hooked and so grateful to have pjs I love and treasure.

They make me feel glamorous and I can’t wait to put them on every evening as soon as possible!.

I loved the fabric of these pajamas and wished more than anything that they fit. However, Cosabella is missing the mark with petite clothing. Their PL is marked as size 8-10. No other retailer has PL that small.

PL is 10-12 or sometimes 12-14. And no PXL. Petite sizing is a proportion – our arms are shorter, our torso is shorter, our legs are shorter but we can still need more fabric for our hips. Also Cosabella – it’s the little things – you ask to send returns in the original package but it is impossible to remove the LARGE shipping label on the packages I receive and the return label you send is super small so no way to cover the original.

I really really wish your clothes fit. (:

This gift started with an evening of texting and the idea came to us to treat each other with a gift of pajamas. we shared 4 or 5 options and we both agreed these have an elegance which I see in her.

she selected color – this texting/selecting was very fun in its own. the package arrived and made it into her hands just before 2/14. unfortunately I had somehow run into Covid during all this so LAST NIGHT was my first chance to see her wearing these.

I sent the pants back. I wanted to like them but they just did not fit me well at all. I ordered a few different sizes: 12 Extra Tall, 14 Extra Tall and 12 Tall. None fit my body type well. I am 5’11” and have a 36” inseam so I have a shorter torso and the pants bunched up in the crotch area, it felt tight in the area like it wasn’t enough room.

It felt like when companies make a pant for “regular” height person and just lengthened the legs. They also didn’t have much of a stretch to the material and I like having stretch. So not for me but good luck to everyone else.

One good thing was that they were very long.

I can never find dress pants long enough. I’m 5”11 and usually a size large. I bought the size 12 and they fit perfectly and they were even a tad to long I had to get them tailored about an inch but I did not mind at all because they fit perfect! As tall people you know long is way better then having short pants.

And not to mention they are great quality! Worth it !.

Fits well in all the right places. Perfect length, super cute. I just wish I bought more when the office wear sale was going on. Looking forward to trying the other cut soon too. Side note: Even though these are straight leg, they seemed like a bootcut with a little flare, doesn’t change my opinion on these.

This gorgeous sheath dress cuts in just right at the waist to give enough emphasis for a subtle hourglass figure look. The color is great with the matching blazer in spring/summer or could be paired with a black blazer to brighten a cooler look.

The V may look a bit deeper than pictured on the model, depending upon your shape and chest size.

I love this dress. I would buy it in every color. It’s simple, yet well tailored to flatter. Easy to dress up for work or dress down with cute sandals for more casual, yet classy look.

I purchased this dress in Aubergine. The fit is fabulous and it looks amazing! The one star is because the quality is suffering dearly and I want retailers and designers to take a better look at manufacturing processes.

After wearing this dress one time the seam in the back is opening and a few others are starting to unravel. I am someone who meticulously cares for products I buy and appreciate things that last a long time.

Quality fatigue is setting in with a lot of designers lately and clearly Calvin Klein is one of them. The stitching was poorly done, though fortunately I can sew. It’s just a frustration at this point that many purchases from places like Dillard’s (that used to be synonymous with quality) have devolved due to poor quality assurance.

This is the third article of clothing from Dillard’s in the last year that I have had a quality issue. Prior to this, I never had this experience with mid to high-end department stores, but it’s seemingly affecting them all now.

This dress was a great value and the color is beautiful. The fit was true to size. The sleeves add dramatic flair. The only downside to the dress is that it is a little bit see thru. If you plan to wear shapewear, it should be fine but if you want comfort, it shows a little.

The material is light and breathable, but not overly swishy and loud. The fit is smaller than other brands like Cherokee and landau, but the cut is still professional. The pockets and badge loop work well, and the length is great.

These scrubs are advertised as not requiring ironing. They are not wrinkle resistant and do require ironing even when taken straight from the dryer.

Cool and light to work in a high paced hospital setting. Co workers want to purchase too, they like it, like the material. I feel like I am the best dressed there, ordering the coolest scrubs sets from UA!!! LOVE YOU!!!.

Every time I walk in to Lilly I can’t get enough. If I had an unlimited budget I would buy out half the store! I love this Essie dress. perfect after a day at the beach or poolside. Looks great with a tan.

I wear it with higher wedges and pretty gold statement jewelry to dress it up and with gorgeous flats to dress it down. I’m 5’4″ and prefer to wear slim lycra shorts with this as it does seem a bit high in the back and I don’t want to inadvertently flash anyone.

I bought this dress a few days ago. It is very comfortable and pretty. The dress can be worn casually and it can be worn for a fancier occasion. The dress is very versatile and I am happy with the purchase.

I bought this dress because I love the Salt in the Air pattern. It’s so pretty, vibrant, and instantly reminds me of the beach. This dress is very comfortable, but I found it to run a little small and a tad too short.

With this type of dress it would look better if it was a little looser. Being a size XL I could not size up. However, though I’d prefer it to be a little looser and a bit longer, it still looks fine and I liked it enough to keep it.

I bought one pair of these corduroy stretch leggings several years ago on a great sale and could only get them in regular length. Even though they were short on me, the fit was excellent and I usually wore tall boots so the length didn’t matter.

When these came on sale this year, size tall was available and I bought two. They are still a great fit and now I have them long enough for my height so that I don’t have to wear boots with them. Some other reviews have stated that this year’s version of these pants don’t fit as well and that the fabric is not the same quality.

I don’t see that at all. I disagree with those comments. They are still great, fit well and great fabric, and the best thing is that these leggings also have pockets.

These are beyond comfortable. And in a world where I now work from my living room and am constantly in leggings or yoga pants, these strike a nice balance between comfort and style. I can leave the house feeling dressed but still feel comfortable.

(I can’t remember the last time I wore pants with a button and zipper and I may never again!) They also provide extra warmth in the winter. Unfortunately, deep black is not remotely black. They are dark gray at best.

I’ve attached a photo of my leg wearing a black boot and a black Lands End coat (and red Lands End sweater) with my “deep black” leggings. If they really were black they would be perfect!.

I did the at home try on with the sample size A6 and then ultimately placed an order using custom sizing. The at home try on was easy and very helpful. I’m 5’5 and 145lbs. The sample size had fit in the waist and hips (although technically it should have been too small in the hips, but the chiffon is flowy and forgiving) and was too big in the bust (which I was expecting since I’m more pear shaped and have a very small chest).

If you are going to do standard sizing and your measurements put you in multiple sizes, I think your waist size is the most important for this particular dress. The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations.

It’s heavier than I anticipated, but I actually like that because it feels like a legitimate well made dress and not something that is going to fall apart. It fits like a glove on top with the custom measurements, but I feel like there is a little extra fabric on the bottom.

Not enough to get it altered or anything, but if I could do it over again I think I would have submitted the hip measurements from the sizing chart for the A6 instead of my true measurements since I like how the sample from the at home try on fit.

Because the bottom isn’t fitted and has a generous slit, I don’t think you need to be too concerned with your hip measurements. You also have to really work to get the slit to open and expose your full leg like in the stock photo so an unintentional peekaboo moment is very unlikely.

When you are standing and moving normally the slit stays closed and doesn’t show your leg at all. I would definitely order from Azazie again. For the price you are getting a high quality dress and can potentially avoid having any alterations done if you can order far enough in advance to utilize the custom sizing.

The dress took 6 weeks to produce and came right on time.

This jersey offers everything I look for in a great-looking, fast, ideal-fitting piece of riding gear. The paneled design means I get plenty of breathability and ventilation where I need it most, and wind blockage where I don’t.

I really dig the asymmetrical banding on the arms and the overall look of the jersey suggests a playfulness while still maintaining a degree of serious business. The longer sleeves stay put through hundreds of miles in the saddle – you won’t need to worry about continuously pulling fabric down because the sleeves stay put no matter the weather or the movement.

The zipper is ultra-smooth and can be completely opened with one hand at the start of a long and/or hot climb. When you need to quickly zip it back up for the descent the design will ensure you aren’t fumbling around trying to get it started while you are picking up more and more speed.

Overall, I absolutely love this jersey and would definitely recommend it to any rider who loves great-fitting, high-performance, and ultra-stylish riding gear.

One jersey was ordered for my wife to see and feel. After trying on, she fell in love with the fit, snug and not restrictive; ordered 6 more. Fabric is lighter and breathes better than other brands my wife currently wears.

She also likes that this jersey has 3 pockets in the rear rather than just 2 pockets as on her other brand jerseys. Pockets are also well thought out, notice how the hem on all three pockets faces inward to hold items inside the pockets.

Great quality for the price.

I am giving it four stars to the Fusion jersey because it didn’t fit my body type but the quality is excellent. I am 6’ 2” tall, 175 lb and 39”chest. I tried medium size but it was too small. Then, the large size was tight and restrictive on the chest and shoulders and perfect fit on the core.

Finally, the xl size fit perfectly on the chest and shoulders but it was too loose on the core and sleeves. Unfortunately, I didn’t take it my waistline measurement to provide further detail but my waistline is pretty lean.

Then, I tried the Silver Line jersey, large size, and it fit perfectly everywhere. After the first ride, I bought another Silver Line jersey.

I bought this top, along with the matching bottoms, to use as loungewear and pajamas. They’re soft, comfortable and flattering. I think they run a bit large.

This top is so very soft. I hate to take it off! I have also ordered the leggings that go with it. Wonderful. Want to get same set for my daughter.

This fits fabulously and looks flattering – I love it. It’s comfortable and stylish. Easy to take care of. Soft fabric.

These are so thin, they offer absolutely no support, and they run very large. I ordered my size and I probably could have actually ordered at least one possibly two sizes smaller. They state that they are high waist, that is laughable.

They sit at my natural waist. They do not go up any higher. And I am short wasted. Description is very misleading, the material is very thin and offers minimal support, and they run very large. I’m extremely disappointed that I cannot return these.

This was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this product.

I didn’t know that I needed these; but have worn them twice since they arrived a week ago. They match a lot of my wardrobe. One good thing about these leggings is that they fit my calves. Most leggings are too big on my skinny legs.

They do seem to be a little tighter on the top than expected-not a problem, but they are difficult to take up and down.

I bought these twice because they are fantastic for warm-weather leggings. They are high-waisted and work VERY well as waist and stomach shapers. The materials is lightweight and very stretchy but still fairly opaque.

Not sure you would want to wear these as pants though, might be a little too sheer. If you’re looking for something to wear under long tunics or knee-length dresses, this is it! They feel cool in hot weather.

I am size 16 and 5’9″ tall and the size 1Q hits my leg about 2 or 3 inches above the ankle.

The quality of these shirts is fine. The sizes are mismarked and untrustworthy. I received 1 marked medium and is st least an XL, maybe 2XL. I was using these shirts for tie dye and the sizes being untrustworthy is a problem.

Size is correct. So soft and cozy. The color is beautiful. Good value for a very good price.

I love Karen Scott line of clothing! Very versatile to wear causal or you can easily make these White Scoop Neck Tees for a Dressy look by adding a Blazer or Sweater!

Although lightweight and seemingly put together well, the material is sheer and would require an additional layered cami or something underneath, which completely undermines the point of buying a lightweight shirt for outdoor events in the Texas summer heat.

I will be returning these polos ASAP.

I do like this dress a lot, but I would say for the price, it’s maybe not worth full price. Definitely worth it if you can get it during a sale, though. The fabric is like a thick t-shirt material, and it’s unlined, so if you’re wearing anything besides nude bra/undies, it will show, which is why I was a little disappointed.

But you’re good to go with nude undies. I agree with the other reviewer that this does run big. I’m usually a size 10 in J. Crew tops, and an 8/10 in J. Crew dresses, and I ended up keeping the 6. I’m on the short side (5’5), and usually have issues with maxi length dresses, but this was actually a good length for me (right at my ankles).

It has nice movement and is very comfortable. I was worried it would be too boxy, also based on the previous review, but I found it to be flattering. It still accentuated my waist (my fav silhouette for my hourglass shape), but also wasn’t too structured.

I purchased this in a size S (I go between a S and M, but am closer to a M usually) and it fits beautifully. This is a high quality, well made dress with beautiful details. The print is stunning and classy.

The cut is similar to a baby doll, no defined waist, with ample room in the lower bodice portion of the dress. I love the neck tie detail and lining. This dress does not feel cheap at all. I think if you are between sizes you could size down, but otherwise I think you should take your normal size.

I should note, I believe this runs TTS in the chest/shoulder area, so I would not size down if you have a larger bust or broader shoulders (I am a 34B and have fairly straight build). I highly recommend and will be wearing it with tall suede boots (or heels if I return to the office ever!).

Great looking dress once you get the right size! Definitely size down on this one if you want a more fitted look as I did! The material is lightweight and soft definitely shows off your shape if that’s the look you are going for.

Loved it so much I ordered both the spruce green and black! The black dress was sent with a defect which I then sent back. You can pair this dress with anything from pointy pumps to combat boots and a leather jacket! Dress it up with some jewelry or dress it down with a pair of kicks and a cropped denim jacket! Highly versatile! I love the length which hits mid calf as I am 5”4’.

or so my man tells me. He makes comments EVERY time I wear them (and multiple times throughout the same day). I wish they came in more colors/patterns. They are very comfortable – they manage to hold everything in but not squish anywhere, and not look like pajamas.

In fact, they are very nice ‘slacks’ that will look good at work, a night out, or even just as a regular human being going about your life (ok, I probably won’t wear them in the garden but only because I only have 2 pairs).

They have a small zipper and 2 buttons that do up the front with an added stability button hidden in the waistband (like dress pants generally have to let them lay nice and flat on the belly – they do), 2 small pockets in front (I can hold my wallet and sometimes my phone if I am paying attention) and 2 fake pockets on the derriere.

The material is a thick but very comfy/soft polyester of some sort which hugs but does not constrict. They wash well and don’t pill (yet, though I have worn/washed them several times now). Pay attention to your length, as the regular is too long for a shorty like me (5’4″, 225#) though any platform (or heel) would look good with this pant, I got a regular in one of the plaids and a short in the black – definitely prefer the short (they are not too short, to the ankle but the reg is def too long and hemming them won’t be as attractive the way they are cut).

They are amazing. Get them.

Previously left a 5 star review after falling in love with these pants upon receiving. Ordered multiple sizes in order to find the best fit so I know my issues aren’t with sizing. Also ordered 2 different styles in 3 different colors and all have ended with the same fate.

After less than 10 wears/5ish washes, all pants have defects significant enough to make unwearable. Buttons have fallen off (one after one wear), crotch stitching has split so the zipper area becomes completely stretched wide open, seam stitching has pulled and shows tiny holes right along the seam, and on 2 separate pairs, one leg became significantly shorter than the other even following care instructions.

I did not realize until after buying that they sort reviews to 5 star first, meaning I read so many great reviews and thought I’d be good to go not realizing all of the 1 star reviews, which match my complaints, are at the end of the list.

When leaving a review, they ask not to post about customer service and instead to contact them directly, which I did months ago. Received an email stating they received my message and customer support would reach out to me.

Never heard back. A subsequent PayPal request for a partial refund due to having 3 pairs of pants unwearable in less than 2 months was unsuccessful as Torrid declined and I would’ve had to file a police report to pursue.

Would have rather Torrid just reached out following my initial message as they said they would. I found the entire experience to be pretty disheartening and wish it could’ve went differently as upon receiving the item I was stoked to find what seemed to be a great product; and the product was great for a few wears so I wouldn’t have known better than to take the tags off and wear.

Hoping these issues can be remedied as I now realize there are TONS of us customers that had the same issues.

The mobile site crashed on me 4 times, hopefully the computer website will not. I bought these pants in black and grey. They are soft. Comfortable. Good fit. The length was great (see explanation below).

I was happy. This is why the review is 2 stars instead of 1. I washed these pants exactly like the directions (probably even more cautious). I washed them on delicate, cold water. Dried them on delicate, the lowest possible settings before you get to air/tumble dry, for 15 minutes.

They were still wet, no dry spots, and hung them to dry the rest of the way. These shrunk almost 2″. It’s difficult to tell from the attached picture but these now hit just below the bone that protrudes from the side of my ankle and before washed they almost hit the floor.

I’m 5′ 5″ and bought the Regular length. The other part is all of the excess fabric that’s around the fake back pockets. It’s all rolled up now and is this uncomfortable wad of fabric on my backside.

No amount of ironing is going to fix it. See pic. For a dress pant that retails for $65. 50 I’m super disappointed and feel ripped off becauseI can’t return them now they’ve been washed. Even though I got these for 40% off, what am I supposed to do with dress pants that are this short? Make them capri length? My warning to you is either pay to have these dry cleaned or buy the long length, if you typically buy a regular.

I can promise you they will shrink up.

Outstanding underwear set, keeps the body warm without forcing too much. It is soft in contact with the skin. I advise. Shipped quickly.

I hate polos but this shirt is so comfortable, perfect fit and length. I can’t stand my shirts to cling to me so I always order a size larger. Even after washing and drying it still fits how i like it!.

Bought this along with several other Cutter and Buck golf clothes. The fabric and cut of the shirt is VERY nice! Not boxy like most polos and the feel is so soft. almost like fleece. Of course the price was the BEST thing.

I’m always searching for a good collared shirt that has a feminine cut, but is loose enough to not accentuate my belly. This is a great find. It’s true to size, good fabric, and good cut. I can definitely wear it golfing.

I do wish the bottom hem wasn’t so straight, so it was a little more feminine to wear when I’m not golfing. Overall, it’s a keeper!.

I tried three different kinds of jaanuu tops and this is by far my favorite cut on me. I like that the neck line is low enough that it doesn’t feel restricting, but not revealing at the same time. The fabric doesn’t wrinkle easily and doesn’t shrink in the dryer.

It is also thick that I can get away with just wearing undershirt without bra. Highly recommend.

The feel is great, very soft. Love to touch them. Super cool and light too. The joggers fit perfectly, better than figs. The top however feels like a parachute. It’s so open and wide by the mid section that it’s uncomfortable.

And the added material for the side pockets enhance the feeling.

I love this top and bought it in five different colors. It fits soooo well for curvy people and makes your figure look flattering. I actually don’t tuck in the top and it still looks great. I cannot praise this top enough, it is my favorite style (I’ve tried a few) and the most flexible, comfortable, and gorgeous scrub top I’ve owned.

I had this problem with both flannels I ordered on this site. This flannel in the “Sand Plaid” color has lines of legit hot pink running along side the nice neutral earth tones. You can see it if you inspect the color closely.

I didn’t expect to have to look that close and be on my guard about this- I saw a color I liked and went for it. So its not immediately noticeable, and probably not a big deal to most people, but really doesn’t fit my style.

I would take a long hard look at the fabric and color of anything on this site. I’m not sure how I ended up with 2 flannels with pink when the main colors don’t even go with pink? Can women have normal earth tone colors please? We really don’t need lines of pink to make it female.

This flannel is great! It is soft and warm, and also super flattering to wear. I ordered a size small, which is my usual size. It is not tight in the shoulders or tummy area. The back is slightly longer than the front, which is a cute look with leggings.

It is slightly boxy as other reviewers have mentioned, but not so boxy that I think it is unflattering. I did wear it with a tank underneath and left the top few buttons undone. Perfect for fall!.

I love this flannel! I find that this shirt runs big. I gained weight during the pandemic and am currently between a size 14-16 (5’8″ and 38DDD) so I ordered the XL and it is very big on me. I ended up keeping it and wearing it as a shirt jacket and ordered the same one in a smaller size (L).

The large is more fitted and I will wear underneath a vest. I love that the material is moisture wicking so I can wear while doing light outdoor activities and still look pulled together if I go out for a beer afterwards.

Bonus – it has a zipper pocket on the side of the shirt. Perfect for my credit card and chapstick.
