Smelled like soap tried mixed then 1/2 mixed the straight. Product did nothing save your money just power wash same result.

I use a left over hose bottle attachment that I fill with krud kutter. Turn the hose on and turn the bottle sprayer so it shoots Krud kutter And water on the siding and then wait 5 minutes then rinse off.

It’s that easy. Cuts the mold and dirt and then just hose it away.

Bought this because I had a little trouble getting the mold off the north side of my house with a small power washer. Sprayed it on with the hose connector, waited 10 minutes, rinsed and BOOM all gone.

Did the entire house without the power washer. The spray reached the peaks and my house is beautiful. I did rinse the plants before and after with no issues. Then I tackled my neighbors north wall (which I see when relaxing on my porch).

The wall was black with mold because the landlord hadn’t done anything for years. I sprayed while on a ladder over my fence, waited 10 minutes and rinsed it off. I now see a yellow clean house! Remarkable product that I have purchased more of.

One bottle cleaned my house and a 1/4 of one for the neighbors wall. I usually power wash every two years but will use this product yearly. So easy and with only the hose. Would definitely recommend this product!!.

This worked so much better than I expected it to. I used it on the outside of my above-ground pool, the ladder/stairs, the outside of my chicken coop, various plastic/resin furniture, and my aluminum siding.

It worked amazingly well on everything except the siding (but that’s because there’s no helping that). Took of mold/algae stains, dirt, stains without much, if any effort. Definitely worth the price.

I’m very impressed with this product. It works simply and effectively. Without any scrubbing, it blasted away mold, mildew, and algae stains with a powerful spray nozzle already attached to the jug. No ladder was needed as the spray was strong enough to ready my gutters.

I used it on my brick fascia and my concrete driveway and walkways. I love there was no mixing needed. It was ready to use right away. It works fast. In fact, i could see the clean in minutes. The power is apparantly in the product and not so much in the strength (or pressure) of the water.

This is good because I don’t really have high water pressure at my home. The instructions were clear, and the steps were easy to follow. After you spray surrounding vegatation with water for protection, you spray your house or whatever you;’re cleaning and only wait ten minutes to rinse the product off.

It’s not foamy but does have a strong bleach smell. I love that you get good coverage area for product you use. I’ve learned to not use it in direct sunlight and don’t wear nice clothes or get it on your skin and you’ll be just as pleased with it as I was.

We just bought a brick house and need to clean the brick. We got this to try if the weather ever cooperates. It’s been cold and windy which are two things that aren’t a good idea with trying to clean.

I have read to make sure to wear eye protection when using this. This product BLEACH in it so be aware of that also and don’t wear anything that could be ruined. We tried a small test on our concrete driveway and it seems to work.

I also read that you might need multiple applications and with our house that will probably be the case. I think overall this product does what it needs to after we tested a small part. We will see how the rest of the house is once we really use this.

I gave this one star because it didn’t do the job I needed it for. It may work in other conditions but I can only judge by my experience. I have a large cement patio which was stained with dirt from the winter winds blowing over the gardens and onto the patio.

The worst stains were under and around the potted plants and the soil that had leaked onto the patio. I first used the pressure washer with nothing but water and was able to completely remove the overall dirty stain, but not the stains from under the pots.

I used the heavy duty cleaner full strength through the foam blaster on the pressure washer, but I didn’t see any difference in the stain. Possible pouring it full strength onto the stain and scrubbing it with a stiff brush might have helped, but I was too tired to try that.

It was quite expensive so I was disappointed in the result.

I purchased this product in hopes of removing a little rust stain on our stone patio. it was not able to help remove the rust stain. I don’t think there any harm in using this product and believe it helps but I was not blown away by the results.

Used cleaner on my aggregate sidewalk that had moss growing along edges and spots in the middle. It covered well and as easy to use and rinse for removal. Very nice product.

I used this bottle with caution as first to test it out on some plastic lawn chairs. They cleaned op nicely so I knew it was safe on other plastic related siding and decking. I ended up using the bottle it its entirety on my TREX decking which is about 2200 square feet.

I sprayed the whole bottle with hose attached onto the deck let it sit on a cloudy day in early winter, then brushed it all around with a simple push broom and sprayed it off with the hose after that.

Good as new, removed all green algae and slime from shaded areas and bird droppings and it smelt pretty good, would use again without hesitation !.

I picked up this product in October, right before the rainy season started here in the PNW. I tried it on a few things; an aggregate concrete pad, wooden privacy fence and an old grill cover (I figured what the heck? The cover is old anyways.

) The product worked well on all three things – perhaps best on the fence and grill cover seeing that the product could be evenly sprayed on a surface that allowed the spray to run off. The concrete pad pools water, so it was difficult to apply – not the fault of the product.

After everything dried it was pretty clear that the product had worked. I will definitely be using it again once Summer gets here after the warm and wet winter we’ve had. My only ‘issue’ with the product is that it requires a hose to apply – and my hose coverage is limited on the sides of my house.

There are areas where I would need a different strategy /product to clean up the siding/gutters.

I’d intended to use Scotts Outdoor Cleaner House & Siding to clean siding, but I put off doing it, and now the winter rains are here. So while I wait for drier weather, I’ve started cleaning the dry parts of the covered cement patio in the back yard instead.

It’s a DIY job done by a previous owner, with lots of uneven spots where blown rain and dirt, and moss have collected and worked down into the cement. So far it’s going well! I’ve only been able to tackle one end of the patio because there’s still a lot of windblown detritus to clear away before the entire thing can be cleaned.

But just using my hose and the Scotts Outdoor Cleaner as directed quickly removed most of the old grime. There appear to be some dark ground-in dirt spots that will need a second cleaning when I’m done with the first pass, but it’s possible they’re really stains, not dirt.

So overall I’m very happy with both the results and with how easy it is to use!.

I tried three different hoses and all three popped off of the cheap plastic piece that the hose screws into. I even tried to have the unit in the open position (in hopes that this would create less pressure) — no go.

Every time I turned the hose on, it popped off of the item. I even resorted to using plumber’s tape in hopes that this would create a better seal. Nope, this time, it didn’t completely pop off, but more water squirted backwards than went thru the item.

Obviously, I have no idea how good the product works because the manufacturer saved a nickel by using a cheapo plastic adapter for the hose to screw into.

Well not sure what the result should be but it didn’t make a difference for me. I still had to get very close with my pressure washer to remove the dirt off the siding of my home. This did nothing but make it smell like a chemical and create suds.

Just plain water worked much better and it was the force of the pressure washer that removed the dirt and mildew, not the liquid chemical. Now if the purpose of using this is to create a coating on the siding to prevent future build up then we will have to see, but it did absolutely nothing to clean it.

I even sprayed off some of my brick patio to see if it would kill some of the moss and grass growing, waited 48 hours to see if the chemicals would kill it off, and it did nothing. I would suggest grabbing a ladder and using soap and a sponge on your home, then rinsing with the pressure washer.

I would also recommend using a grass and weed killer on your patio, and again just using the pressure washer to rinse. These two methods have worked for me, and I guess I was hoping to avoid the extra work it takes by using a $10 cleaner.

Haha right, I did know ahead of time it seemed unrealistic but I trusted the reviews enough to try it anyway. That is why I wrote this, so you can save time, money, and the embarrassment of fooling yourself.

People are not using this product correctly. To remove mold stains use bleach or high strength peroxide. After the stain is gone, use mold control in the same area to prevent mold returning. Bleach does not kill the roots of mold, but it does remove the discoloration.

The mold control product has successfully kept mold at bay in my house. Only failures I have had are with fabrics, Insulation around air ducts.

I paired this with Mold Armor and it obliterated the mold I had on the studs in my bathroom. I emptied the bottles on all of it approx 5’x8′ space. Made sure to apply at least 2 coats(3 on the heavy stuff).

I scraped the mold off with a paint scraper and steel wool. Wiped off with blue shop towels, dried, and then sprayed again. 24 hours later the wood is mold free and I can start painting it over with Kilz.

An ok stop gap, but this is no substitute for professional mold remediation. I sprayed this on mold in my closets to prevent it from spreading on the surface of my walls until professionals were able to remove the carpet, pad, trim, drywall, insulation, and tack strips.

It seemed to stop the visible mold, but I would never use just a spray on moldy build materials that should be removed in spite of the product’s advertising.

I write very few reviews. Normally stuff works about as expected. Good enough. But this 15″ EDOU circular cleaner works really well. I have a Costco 3100psi 2. 4gpm pressure washer. (Which also works well–just gotta use 0 ethanol gas and stabilize the gas when it sits).

The EDOU plugged in where the nozzles normally go. I only used one of the two extensions. The unit “floats” just right and so glides over the concrete in an easy, pleasant, and fully controllable way.

They got that piece of subtle engineering just right. The spray skirt is fully effective–no leakage outside of it. It is quiet. I found a “vacuum cleaner” sort of motion of forward and back seemed to work best, better than a right/left sort of motion.

For simple dirt, I can go at about 1 square foot a second. Meaning back and forth a couple of times, with like 50% overlap. Like a vacuum. But for heavily soiled areas, like lichen, moss, and discoloration, I had to do more like 8 seconds per square foot.

This would be a back and forth, with overlap, and then do it all again perpendicularly. And, it cleaned everything. With no streaking or swirl marks. And, with no damage to the concrete. I would not want any higher pressure/stronger system–this system was reliable and induced no damage.

So, to do a thousand square feet of concrete took several hours. But was not physically stressful. I had to go back and get the last two-inch wide strips at the corner against the edge of walls which is left by EDOU.

I used the normal 40 degree spray nozzle–slow and has to be done with great care to not damage or streak. So, I am very satisfied. Also note, I have never used any other such circular pressure washer cleaner.

So, I have no comparison point. But this one worked really well.

I don’t write many reviews but I really liked this product. The product was easy to use right out of the box. Pull back sleeves on the quick connector fittings and attach the extensions together. It even came with extra o-rings in case you later developed a leak.

The quick connector fittings were a little tight with the initial connect to my pressure washer, but as I changed from back and forth between the surface cleaner and my pressure washer nozzles it got easier to install.

I have a Sun Joe SPX3500 Electric Pressure Washer which is rated to generate up to 2300 PSI and I turned it up to it’s highest setting and with that I didn’t even use a cleaner on my sidewalks and driveway, which hadn’t been cleaned in three years and had thick buildup of dirt and plant matter from flower pots and trees which drape all over and our 4 vehicles and it still came clean with just a few easy multiple passes, similar to a vacuum cleaner type motion, just a little slower.

The grime on my sidewalks was pretty thick and I did see some swirl marks without any cleaner, but with a 1 to 1 ratio of Simple Green sprayed on with a garden pump sprayer that went away too. I attached a 40 degree pressure to rinse and everything looks great.

I bought this particular surface cleaner based on the reviews, as many said how little problems they had and how well it was built compared to others. I have now only used it a couple of times for a couple of hours each time but so far it has been great.

I am quire impressed with the construction at this price. I bought this because it looked to be much more substantial than the slightly less expensive Briggs and Stratton unit I have, and it is. Very solid construction and design, but too heavy for my 2800 PSI pressure washer and puny arms.

It doesn’t get enough lift from the spray to float over surfaces and binds on rough surfaces like concrete and asphalt unless I hold if up off the ground. The much lighter Briggs floats over surfaces at 2800 PSI.

I expect this would get greater lift at a higher pressures and be less work to use. It’s fine on the deck where the “bristles” don’t grab the surface, but I’m cleaning a 2000 sq ft driveway. I would spend the extra $20 for the model with wheels and spare jets for that job, which I will probably do.

These surface cleaners are also good for cleaning house siding, but for me, it’s just too heavy to hold up on the side of the house, so it’s going back.

i’ve been using this product for a few years now. i’m happy with the results, so i’ve not tried any other brands. for mildew, i do spray a diluted bleach mix on the specific areas. the cost is reasonable.

the odor is virtually non-existent (very important to me). VALUE: before i buy i always research price. this is a good value. QUALITY: as i’ve said, i haven’t used any other brand, so i have nothing to compare it to.

but, as they say: “if it works, don’t fix it”.

The answer to spotless vinyl siding…..none better!

I bought Mold Armor when I bought a brand new $400 power washer. I chose Mold Armor because it claimed to be safe to use – non-corrosive for power washers. I used the power washer with Mold Armor 1 day, then stored my power washer.

A few weeks later I noticed white debris on the floor under my power washer and found that the Mold Armor in the detergent reservoir had caused extensive corrosion to my power washer’s pressure plate.

The corrosion ate into the metal of the plate so deep that it causes the machine to leak with a very powerful stream spraying out from under the machine. It cost me $200 to repair. I contacted the makers of Mold Armor because their bottle claims that they warrantee their product, and I reported the corrosion.

They referred me to a law firm that handles all their product damage claims, and that law firm has been dragging this along for 5 months, and now doesn’t return calls or emails asking about the status of getting my warrantee claim paid.

This product is NOT SAFE for power washers! The claims on the bottle about being safe and offering warranty coverage are completely false. I’m surprised that responsible retailers still carry this product, especially hardware retailers that sell high quality power washers that are at risk if Mold Armor is used.

I have a barn far back on my property that is in the woods practically. It is all sided and the whole front is a greenhouse. The back side is all in the woods and shady area. So there is a lot of dampness and mold/ mossy likeness on the back of my barn.

Not a place you think to go and clean frequently. Being in the middle of a pandemic and not having much to do or places to go outside the house you really start to notice and clean things. Guess what got cleaned? The barn.

Mold Armor E-Z Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Concentrate added to the pressure washer was so easy to use and make my barn look so nice. It clean all the siding, the gutters that I really thought need to be replace since they looked completely rotted( they weren’t rotten just disgustingly dirty with mold).

The stone walkway is all clean. This stuff is amazing and gives results. My father in-law uses my barn as his woodworking shop and he actually thought I had it professionally clean. Even he was impressed with this product.

This stuff worked great. I tried another brand a month ago and it barely did anything. Jomax did an amazing job. I followed directions carefully, measured and applied carefully. 15 minutes later my severely discolored vinyl was sparkling clean.

My house had plenty of dirt and mildew built up on the vinyl siding. I’ve used other products that had great promises – they didn’t live up. Jomax actually lived up to it’s promise. Worked like a charm.

I’m guessing the only way someone would be disappointed is if they did not follow the directions. Mixed it as directed and sprayed it on with a good garden sprayer – wet it good. I watched the dirt and mildew disappear even before I pressure washed it.

I trimmed the bushes this Spring to discover just how dirty and moldy my house was. I don’t have a power-washer, so started investigating something I could use without the use of a hose. I bought this, and a spray bottle, but before I even started, thought how much easier a mop might be to really saturate and reach the taller areas.

It worked perfectly! I just mopped over the stuff, and even though I didn’t think I got it all, stopped. This morning when I walked outside, I couldn’t believe it. My house is an old house, old white, porous-type siding.

This morning, it actually looked whiter than it ever has since I’ve moved in 12 years ago! And those areas I thought I missed, well when it says just apply and leave, they weren’t kidding! All gone – the house never looked better.

I ordered it late in the season and when I received it the weather was below 36 degrees. Therefore, I have not had an opportunity to the product yet, so I will not rate it yet. I am hoping that it will be a real good product like the Karcher Pressure Washer.

So far, Karcher products have been great to use, and they last a long time. I am very pleased with what I have used to date. Also, I do believe Karcher cares about its customers and products by the way the 2 ladies helped me on separate occasions when I placed my order.

Apparently I’ve been pressure washing my driveway wrong all this time. This surface cleaner is phenomenal! What would normally take me about two hours to pressure wash my drive only took just under and hour, and with impressive results! It provides a thorough cleaning with no dirt lines like a regular wand would, isn’t as hard on your back and doesn’t provide any splash back.

Your feet and pants stay dry! A great pressure washer attachment for anyone with large horizontal surfaces.

This concentrated formula worked like magic on our outside trailer siding. I am blown away at how well it cleaned it. This stuff works so well. A little goes a long way. I highly recommend this stuff!

This product works well with our HF 3100 PSI pressure washer. Dilute the right amount for the job. Also works full strength, but for most tasks, Mean Green can be diluted as specified.

I have a huge 1400 sf deck. Every year I power wash and stain it. Every year I say that I am going to hire someone to power wash it for me the next year because it takes so long. Not this year. I wish I had purchased this surface cleaner sooner.

It was a breeze. The design keeps the nozzles at the optimum height off the deck – no guessing how far away to hold the power washer. I couldn’t believe the time it saved me. I did my entire decking (horizontal surfaces only) in 1/5 of the time it usually takes.

I bought one of these cleaning disks about a year ago to clean my driveway and walkways. It worked for a short time. The nozzles clogged up. We tried cleaning it but could not. I called customer service and explained the situation.

They said thrown it away and they would send a new one. I received it and finished my driveway. I cleaned it up and stored it away. This year it was time to clean driveway. It clogged up immediately.

It is a useless product. Waste of money.

So me and my buddy both got this kit. Lucky for me, its been perfect and no problems. His is leaking oil from somewhere after the second use. His washer barely starts, its falling apart. Identical washers, identical care.

Mines perfect I love it, his is falling apart. Consider it a gamble. I would save up and get a good Honda engine and whirl away surface cleaner.

I stumbled upon this product while looking for something to clean my vinyl siding. I thought I’d give it a shot, and honestly I thought because of its affordability it would not do the job the way it said it would.

To my surprise it surpassed my expectations by far!!!! Had to do a little light scrubbing on tough spots but other than that it’s apply. Wait. Rinse. And move on!!!! I love this product and look forward to using it again in the future!!! Just make sure to wear old clothes!.

Removed the algae & dirt from siding. Spray it on left it sit for 10 minutes & use my pressure washer to rinse off. Pressure washer & water does the same 2 star rating. Doesn’t work on Brick Mortar.

Sprayed it on the brick & mortar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Use my pressure washer to rinse off. House looks the same as before. Not worrh the money.

I bought this for some stubborn mildew stains on the ceiling of an open carport attached to the side of the house. The painter didn’t use a mildew inhibitor in the paint he used, so mildew was bad. I applied this EZ House Wash with the hose attached, waited 10 minutes, rinsed with plain water and ALL mildew was gone! It worked perfectly! I plan on using it for my back porch ceiling and will try it anywhere there is mold or mildew, even the fence.

I have no doubt it will do the job. I am going to try just filling up my 2 gallon sprayer while the hose is attached to the bottle and using it that way. I think it would be a more precise application with a hand pump sprayer.

Don’t see why that won’t work as long as the hose is attached to the bottle and I fill up the sprayer with the product. Would be the same dilution as spraying from the green bottle. I Plan on buying more and keeping a bottle in the storage room at all times.
