We tried this side by side with the top Rain-X cleaner just to see the difference. While the Camco cleaner outperformed the other marginally, this completely depended upon the scrubbing tool used and the method.

Do as the bottle says and clean in both directions. We had the best outcome with a softer, paint safe car wash brush. We took away one star for whiteness. It would definitely take more than one pass to get the roof completely clean compared to a product like bleach white tire cleaner, but this it probably safer for the rubber and shouldn’t void the precious warranty.

Be sure to check for cracks and seal appropriately while you are up there!.

This stuff works great! When we got our new to us RV it was filthy! A friend recommended this stuff and it is perfect. Easy to use, cleans great. If yours was like ours you will need to use some elbow grease.

A few weeks later after an outing all we needed to so was mix and spray and it liked great!.

This did a pretty good job at removing all the streaks that campers and rvs tend to get. Husband liked that it was a 2-1 so he didn’t have to wash then wax. Decent price. Will continue to use this Camco product for our camper.

Bought a mid 80s aluminum boat to fish in. Fixer upper. Don’t think it had ever been cleaned. Sprayed this stuff on and let sit for about 10 minutes. BAMM…. scum and water stains gone. Not a shiny finish but looks really good.

May not be good on high dollar pontoon boats but did a good job for me. One bottle did very well on 15 foot aluminum fishing boat.

Absolutely worth every penny. My pontoon was so stained that you couldn’t tell it was aluminum. I totally had my doughts this stuff would work. I was blown away at how well it worked. It took everything off the aluminum and left a nice clean look.

Don’t leave it on too long or it fogs up the aluminum and make sure you wear gloves, it eats up your hands.

This product worked well. However, I think you need to pass onto the company who manufactures this that it would be beneficial if they made the containers of the Concentrate and Ready to Spray look different not just have it written on the container.

E. g. Different colours used. I thought I had ordered the Ready to spray and started using it as such, but realised after awhile it was behaving differently to one I had used previously. It turns out I had ordered the concentrate but only discovered that after looking closely at the container.

Spray and walkaway uses green on that container. I think for safety reasons differentiation should be used on the other two containers.

Used this cleaner to clean driveway algae and mold stains as instructed with 1:1 dilution and waited for 5 minutes to clean with light pressure washer. It did not clean much at all and that is with the light pass of pressure washer.

Next I used the pressure washer in the adjoining area which was not treated with 30 second cleaner and it cleaned that area. Picture shows the area which was treated with 30 sec cleaner marked with number 30 and on the left area which was not treated with 30 second but slowly cleaned with pressure washer.

It seems to have some chemical similar to diluted acid along with the bleach based on the surface reaction when the solution is applied to the concrete or vinyl. If you are hoping to use this to cut down the cleaning time for driveway, it will not help.

About 5 years ago I bought a 1954 vintage camper sight unseen and had it shipped to me. It needed a total overhaul and had to be taken down to the skin and studs. Once I managed to put it back together again I discovered the roof needed to be done as well.

Once I ripped the felt, yes felt, off and put down a new rubber roof I was invested in keeping it in good condition. Anyone who has a camper can tell you everything you need is expensive so it is better to keep it in working order.

I tried this product and since I have arthritis in my hands chose to pour it in a bucket and use a brush. I feel this product is good for cleaning the rubber roof while not causing any damage. No one wants a leak from a harsh product or one that requires a heavy hand in order to get it clean.

I feel it did a good job but have not used any other cleaner to compare. I will use again.

Grabbed this in store as I needed a general garden hose spray cleaner. This worked great. I have a composite deck with a couple of beige plastic deck storage boxes. It cleaned the deck boxes beautifully with no scrubbing.

I scrubbed a small section of the deck and just sprayed the majority with no scrubbing hoping it would clean but only the scrubbed deck section came clean. Exactly as the product stated! Also it cleaned a small area of mildewy pavers.

It worked well but we made the mistake of trying to clean the siding as we sprayed so we used more than is necessary. You just lightly spray a complete coating and let set then spray off. I completely cleaned the mold on the siding and saved me the $200 I paid last year to have a professional do it.

It does NOT need a power washer, but you will need enough pressure in your host to reach up high. Worth every penny.

This worked so much better than I expected it to. I used it on the outside of my above-ground pool, the ladder/stairs, the outside of my chicken coop, various plastic/resin furniture, and my aluminum siding.

It worked amazingly well on everything except the siding (but that’s because there’s no helping that). Took of mold/algae stains, dirt, stains without much, if any effort. Definitely worth the price.

I’ve used Star Brite Mold and Mildew Stain Remover for years and it always impresses me how well it works. I originally used the product to maintain my boat’s vinyl interior surfaces and it was amazing and made the job SO MUCH easier.

I Purchased this once before and was not happy woth the results. Turns out if you actually follow instructions and just apply and wait, it works miracles! my cream colored seats were almost completely grey with mildew.

This cleaner removed ALL stains after a couple of applications. The key is to apply to cool seats and let sit. if all stains aren’t removed after it dries just repeat until you’re satisfied.

i discovered Wet & Forget several years ago and have used it on roof shingles, concrete sidewalks, landscaping rocks, patio pavers, vinyl siding and my home’s brick exterior. Wow! What a time-saver this product is! Just mix with water (5 water to 1 W&F) in a garden pump sprayer and have at it.

Saturate well, don’t be stingy. As other reviewers have noted, you need to be patient as you wait for results. In the case of vinyl siding, the green algae will disappear in a matter of hours, leaving behind only dark areas of dead algae that subsequently will be washed off by several rains.

In all other applications, be patient and let Wet & Forget’s enzymes do their job. You’ll think nothing is happening because the change is gradual. Suggest you take a “before” picture and then compare to what you see after 1 -3 months have passed.

Or leave one small area untreated for comparison. Results easily last a year, even in high-humidity areas. I’ve needed to repeat some applications only after two years. For roofs, note that Wet & Forget is available in a hose-end spray bottle that projects a stream 30′, plenty of distance to cover all but the very highest roofs.

The sprayer format is more expensive per ounce; if you need more product, just buy the less expensive concentrate gallon and then refill the sprayer. If you’re in a hurry for a clean sidewalk or whatever, I’d suggest power-washing for a quick result, then follow up by spraying with Wet & Forget to prevent the regrowth of algae or mold.

(Don’t power wash shingles — you’ll damage them!) Last bit of advice — be sure the surface is DRY before spraying. Using this on a wet surface is much less effective. Have fun! :-).

First off, I ordered 2 jugs, and after I got it opened and started reading the instructions, you’re supposed to apply it on dry surfaces. Mine were damp, but I didn’t think that would be a problem. Both jugs were supposed to have a 3′ little tube/hose to attach the sprayer to one end and stick the other into the top of the jug.

No tube on either jug. I had to jam the sprayer into the top. I doused everything and then read on the back that for green stains it can take 3-4 DAYS, and for dark or black stains it can take 2-4 weeks or longer for them to fade.

I could have just squirted some soap on them and hosed it down if I didn’t want it to look like I just cleaned. That is far too long for results, it cost 2x more than 30 seconds cleaner , and cleaned about the same, which in my view didn’t even make a dent.

Don’t waste your money. After it dried there was a sticky film on everything as well, which there is no way I’m waiting a month or more to see if it fades. I don’t recommend this product.

I’ve applied this product using an inexpensive garden sprayer with a hand pump which made on gallon at a time. I brought the garden hose end up to the roof so I I could refill it as I went along, making a new mixture each time.

Because it will cause foaming, I slowly added water first, then the Wet&Forget concentrate to avoid foaming. Two weeks ago, I applied another dose because the shingles had a good amount of black mold.

When applying, try to do a few rows of shingle at a time to make sure you get a more even covering. I went up on roof two days ago, and it looks like the mold is slowly fading. We haven’t had much rain since the earlier applications, so I’m not expecting a rapid remediation.

My neighbor also noticed the change. For an average size home, the two pack should be enough for one application. If you have any left over, just make more mix and hit the darkest mold spots again to heavier coverage.

The best time to apply is in late afternoon when sun is low and shingles are not hot, to give the solution time to wet the shingle surface and better personal comfort from too hot a sunshine. Also, since shingles remain wet longer, you can more easily see where you sprayed to better insure uniform coverage.

Hopefully, the mold will be fully gone in a few more months. Then, I’ll be sure to reapply again in a year or two to keep more mold from forming.

I think this would be the perfect product to use before staining wood, especially older wood, to ensure that you are not sealing in any mold or dirt.

Recently purchased a home in an area of the south that is known to stay humid the majority of the year. Our deck is located towards the front of the house and is composed untreated wood. I noticed algae buildup immediately after it rains so this product is a must have.

After spraying off loose debris, then applying with a bucket and small shop broom to get down between the small grooves of the wood. I it’s starting to rain almost every other day and I could see a huge difference as to where I don’t see any green or black residue on the deck.

Great product for anyone that has a deck or wooden fence.

Warm weather brings outdoor cleaning. We spend a lot of time outside as a family. This is a great quality product. It has our deck looking brand new. Our deck was very dirty due to weather build up and mold looking stuff.

This product washed everything away including the mold and grim. Since use we haven’t had any issues it’s still looking fresh and new. We didn’t have to overly scrub, some spots yes but nothing like we used to.

This will definitely be our go to product.

This stuff works great. Just follow directions. Staff were helpful with advice for our particular use of their product. Only downside is the price. It is expensive. We did try a couple of other company’s products first, as recommended by our local RV dealer.

But they didn’t do the job. So the extra cost was worth it.

This is the greatest mildew remover product I have ever used. Spray it on and it seems to melt all of the mildew and mold away. Leaves everything looking like new. Have told all of my friends about it.

I have used Iosso for over 10 years. It wires slowly but realized mold stains that other cleaners don’t. Sometimes I need to use several treatments or leave it in overnight. It always works and does no damage the upholstery or stitching.

This stuff is amazing. In the 5 years we have had our motorhome it has never looked so clean. The green roof came a up in a single dilute solution application and the seals I did with it neat on a toothbrush and have come up white again.

Black streaks gone and So easy to apply and wash off. There is lots left for when it is needed again. I rarely write reviews – only for a truly awful or amazing product. Im pleased to say that this stuff is magic!.

Does exactly what it says. Brought our caravan up a treat leaving it very clean and shiny. Will wait to see if it keeps the algae at bay. Will be trying it on our conservatory as well. Great stuff and economical to use, highly recommended.

Did not notice much difference from any other soap I have used on my motorhome in terms of performance,value ok.

I had seen Fenwicks cleaner mentioned a while back in a boating magazine, so decided to give it ago on the sprayhood from my yacht. It is easy to use and works well, though on heavily soiled areas a second dose was needed.

I have now applied the reproofer, but cannot comment on how well that works yet for obvious reasons.

Fenwicks awning and tent cleaner was most disappointing. I have a fabric green and white awning which has developed stains and marks from the weather. This product was unable to remove any of the dirt or moss.

In fact it made it worse.

Must be the best value. Used this product severL times before and it does what it says. Top product.

Cleaned and polished my old Avon redcrest up a treat boat looks superb just like new I highly recommend this product

Muck and Oxidisation come off easily when this amazing product is scrubbed into the surface, leaving an almost “as new” finish. Not cheap but it saves hours of work.

I haven’t got to use it yet. Can’t comment on its effectiveness yet.
