The floor model was completely different. The chair was sat in so many times that the padding was almost flat which gave it a smooth and soft feel, very comfortable. This new chair is so different ,it’s surprising.

The firm padding makes me sit higher which feels funny and the back now has three rows of 9 bulky panels. The middle row is a little bigger than the other two which makes my middle back out of place.

Would I buy this chair again?. No.

We needed two recliners and didn’t want to spend a small fortune buying them. Other than the price, there were a few things that attracted me to this recliner. First, is the firmness of the seat, you don’t sink when you sit, which in turn makes getting up so much easier.

This is especially helpful on those days when my back is sore. I will always be a “lever” girl when it comes to recliners, and this one opens promptly and easily. What’s even better is the crazy easy way the foot rest pushes in and locks away.

next to no effort at all. There are two downsides:1) The arm rests are low, I need pillows to rest my arms on. 2) The foot rest could use more padding, when I pull my feet up into the chair I can feel the wood frame.

But all in all, for the money, the pros out way the cons.

I had purchased this chair a couple years ago. I really liked it and ordered this one which had the same product number. When it arrived, it was not at all like the one I had. The fabric was not the same; the width and depth were smaller; and, when reclined, it was not comfortable.

I ended up giving the chair away and ordered a Hazenburg chair which I love.

Once I paid for the chair it took a month to have it delivered. I so enjoyed this ever-so-comfy chair for two months until the reclining motor sputtered to a faltering death. I called Coleman and they graciously offered to facilitate the filing of the warranty claim with Ashley Furniture for me.

Had to turn the chair on its head to get a photo of the numbers needed for the claim but mission accomplished. A month later I received a battered box from China containing a new back with the neck and lumbar motor which never was the problem but we replaced it anyway.

(I was advised to hire a professional furniture repair company to do the actual installation and they would reimburse me up to $150. My son did it for free. ) The motor for the base was not included in the box, however.

I emailed Coleman about this and was told it would be shipped (from China) three weeks later. So I waited for a month to get the chair, used it for 2 months, then it is taking another 2 months to get the chair functional again (if indeed that DOES fix it).

Wish I had never bought it. I thought I was buying American. Will do better research next time. Coleman has been very helpful. It’s the product that’s the problem, not the retailer.

This chair is so plush and big enough for my 4 year old daughter and I to comfortably share. Its a manual recliner that plugs in and has a heat and massage feature. The massage is just vibration which is nice but I wouldnt consider it a massage haha.

However. the heating feature is AMAZING. So soothing for sore muscles and nice n toasty for winter days. It’s on the square at your lower back so it isnt too much either. I am so glad I went with this chair.

Would definitely buy these again. Did not pay for the assembly so they were delivered to my driveway as requested. Assembly was super easy, but you do need 2 people to make it easier to put tab A in slot B.

The hardest part was finding the power cord for the heat/vibration because it was zip tied to the under side of the seat. The heat works well. The massage/vibration also works well but is loud if you sit and press the motor against the wood frame.

I fixed this by wrapping cloth around the frame. The seats are firm but comfortable. A 5’10” 300 lbs person fits well. Feet hang off when reclining, but I feel this is typical. Overall, VERY HAPPY.

Absolutely love this recliner I own the whole set! I don’t usually write reviews, but This recliner has so much back support and is so comfortable and stretches all the way out I fall asleep in it, sometimes it’s better than a bed.

This recliner is especially great if you have or plan on having kids not only can I rock my son to sleep but I can rock him while having the foot rest up. Highly recommend this product as well as the matching couches.

Saw this product in an Ashley store, but it wasn’t in stock and was told it wouldnt be available until September. I was super excited to find this at The Furniture People for a great deal. The delivery was quick and easy.

The furniture was also easy to put together. The sofa looks great in my living room and is very comfy.

I love it. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. I have a hard time leaving it. It is comfortable in any position and whether rocking or not. It leans back at just the right angles. I highly recommend it.

The recliner is fine. It looks great and is very comfortable. I love the massage feature. However the heating feature is very weak or not functioning at all. I cannot tell the difference between the heat feature and my own body heat so I don’t believe that feature is functioning.

Also, there was no information pamphlet on the settings for the massage or heat features on the control unit.

The chair in store was comfortable. The one we received creeks and the seat cushion sags and has huge gap between back and seat which is uncomfortable for back. Got chair for back surgery recovery and it will not work with the gap makes back worse.

Leans forward as well.

I was looking for a rocker recliner and not necessarily with the massage and heat. However, all things considered it was the best choice for the price and space restrictions. I am not familiar with the material so I hope it holds up.

Great, just awesome! And much more. Just like the couch and love seat that it’s a part of. Much more personal, tho, because you sit alone. But I love this chair. It’s beautiful, it’s useful, has power, and USB plugins, and cup holders.

Bought this for the theater room down stairs and absolutely love it! They look great. They are comfortable. The service at NFM was awesome. The salesperson named “Will W. ” Was very pleasant to work with and stayed with us til we made our decision.

Just received this gorgeous couch. We love it! The sitting is wonderful as well. Love all these features too. The rest was awesome, as I have never had one before. Everything arrive in great shape. With not one problem.

The guys that delivered was very professional. Didn?t take 30 minutes for them to set it up and place the couch where I wanted it. I am more IMPRESS with PRICE. I save several hundred of dollars from Coleman Furniture.

I would do it all over again. My locate furniture wanted way more than I paid. They also don?t deliver, you pick up yourself. We I like the service on someone else handling everything.

Well, I wanted to be fair, and have used this chair for several months. I am quite dissatisfied with the chair, and will be returning it to Walmart just as soon as I figure out how to do it. I purchased the chair and a service policy online, and it took four or five tries just to get the order placed.

That should have been a warning, but I persisted and the big box with the chair parts arrived on my front doorstep a few days later. OK – opened the box, and everything looks fine. Read the instructions and all of the parts needed for assembly were there.

The chair parts didn’t fit together too well, but with some perseverance I was finally able to get all of the bolt holes and padded back, seat and sides together. The ottoman portion of the chair does not work like a traditional recliner, and has a black plastic handle on the lower right side of the chair that you lift forward and up to raise the lower section so you can rest your legs.

Weird, and not easy to actuate. Now – the recliner feature – FAIL. The chair doesn’t actually recline, but it will tilt back if you apply pressure to the chair back. And as soon as you lean forward, the chair springs forward with you.

Not a recliner – more of a spring back chair. There is a small plastic knob on the left side of the chair that is evidently there so you can “lock” the reclined chair in position. FAIL. That never worked, as the locking force of the knob is easily overwhelmed by the spring back nature of the chair.

Hoo-boy. this was getting tiresome. I really wanted a recliner, not a tilting chair (that does not tilt back more than 15 degrees or so. ) that is darn near useless. So I thought that maybe this chair could be used as an office chair.

FAIL. The height is not adjustable, and after a couple of weeks use the chair started squeaking as the metalwork supports are not well designed or made. A close inspection of the weldments indicates very low quality welds, and general low quality.

Yes – the chair was made in PRC (People’s Republic of China) but that is no excuse for the poor design and lack of execution in manufacturing. Can you tell that I’m not happy about this purchase? I spent about $300 for the chair and warranty and tax.

Not a good value if the total price was $150, or even $50. Lastly, the base of the chair is a round metal disk, which leaves a hula=hoop shaped crush mark on the carpet, so even the chair’s interaction with the floor is a.

FAIL. I hope this review will help other potential buyers avoid problems and false expectations. This chair might be OK for a basement area so kids can watch TV or play video games, and if you paid less than $75 for the chair.

For what it was advertised, and what I paid – this “Coaster Leatherette Swivel Rocker” is a FAIL. My next call will be to Walmart. com to arrange a return. Sigh.

We ordered this chair for our 92 year old mother for Christmas. It was not to be delivered until the 28th but we were pleasantly surprised by its arrival on the 21st. I put it together myself and it was ready for her when she moved from the care center to Assisted Living.

At first she found it difficult to slide forward on the cloth as opppsed to the vinyl chair she had in the care center. Now after a weeks use she loves the chair and says it is more comfortable than the care center one.

She has to get used to all the different configurations but time will solve that. One funny story- she was all upset and a little scared because her chair started moving on its own. Turns out she was sitting on the remote.

We got a laugh out of that! Putting it together was easy since I followed the instructions from another reviewer about opening the top, removing the packing and back. Then laying the box on the side and opening the bottom, removing the packing and turning the box upright and lifting it off the chair.

I positioned the chair where I wanted it since it was easy to move at that point then inserting the back on. My only complaint would be the pocket size needs to be more generous for remote , book, iPad etc making them more accessible.

All in all a good buy!.

I’ve only had for less than a week and that isn’t enough time to really acclimate myself to the product. It took an amazing amount of time to get it and it seem to work ok yet there are a few things that seem to be off putting.

At certain angles my neck is uncomfortable I use a neck pillow to help the discomfort but other than that it seems ok. I like the color it’s very soft and comfy, the arm rest seems a little too low when sitting upright, but they are padded ok.

I believe I will enjoy this chair very much once I am acclimated to having it. Thanks so much. I very much liked shipping free and home delivery and set up was awesome. That scored well above every other place I shopped for this purchase and there was a lot of places I looked but you beat them all with shipping, delivery and set up free included in cost, thank you very much.

This rocker-recliner is a wonderful value for the price. I shopped around at La-Z-Boy first, but a comparable chair was twice as expensive. This rocker has good quality, soft, attractive fabric. The seat area is spacious and the arm rests and neck rest are pillowy and comfortable.

One flaw is that the foot rest can be difficult to push back in after being extended and the chair is a pain, literally, to disassemble. Plus, when my chair was delivered it was missing a piece and it took two and a half months for me to receive a replacement part.

But customer service was excellent and friendly. Definitely recommend this chair.

Beautiful chair. Firm but exceedingly comfortable. The wonderful design is perfect in every way. I only have one flaw that I find in the design. The designers thoughtfully included a USB port and intelligently included it into the same usage space as the control for the mechanical chair.

However, in what I consider a D’oh move. , the designers put the plug-in over the top of the up and down toggle, which by the way, lights when engaged. But the placement interferes with toggles, getting in the way.

Other then that, smallest of flaws, this chair is my idea of perfection.

The recliner is soft and comfortable. I love the chenille fabric and the pewter color matches well with my light gray carpet and doesn’t show cat hair. The recliner rocks in upright position and reclines flat like a first class seat.

Perfect for napping! I enjoy the rocking motion even thought I didn’t think I would. Another great feature is when you gently push back it stay in place. there are no preset positions.

IšverstiShow in original languageI wanted this chair to rock my baby during night time feeds. It is so perfect. I am terrible at putting things together this was so easy! Its cushiony, comfortable, and small enough to where it doesnt take up so much room in the nursery.

The massage is just a vibration on either a low or high setting so it might be nice if it had kneading or something, but I more so bought it for cushion/comfort purchases. It can be a little hard to put the recline down you have to give it some real push sometimes, but even with that in mind Id still give it five stars! I have had back pain since giving birth and not being comfortable nursing, but my back is much better.

Get this chair expectant mothers you will not be sorry your back will thank you!.

I didn’t jump in the chair or do something wild to break it, but the chair didn’t hold together for as long as I wished it had. The massage feature of this chair is nice but it’s really more of a loud vibration that annoys downstairs neighbors, even when placed on a carpet to try and muffle it.

I didn’t expect much of a massage feature but this really just feels like small but loud vibrations. Overall, as a chair, I think it’s comfortable but I’m better off spending $200 less on an equally comfortable chair that won’t break or bend at the back so easily and just spend the remainder of my money buying a massager attachment that functions properly.

At 66 I have been attempting to find the perfect recliner for several year. Purchasing one that felt right in the showroom, only to get it home and find it doesn’t fit my 5’2 frame. In my search I happened upon this chair at a local Ashley home store.

I fell in love with it from the moment I landed. Having the adjustable headrest adds that extra something that a person of my stature needs. Not only does it fit me, but my husband is extremely comfortable in the chair also.

The added power outlet for our cell phones and computers is a huge bonus. If you have a local store that has these chairs, do yourself a huge favor and go sit in one. Then come to Godeckers and purchase it! This store had the best prices and the delivery options were greatly appreciated.

For the money? Its well worth it. We bought TWO. And they were the best Christmas gift we could have given each other.

Mom loved that it fit her so well, being quite tall. She also loves that it is a rocker recliner! Easy to learn to use the power buttons and so much nicer than old fashion paddle handle to recline back! Absolutely loves it! Especially since we are all spending more time at home! Great comfort, rocking or reclining!!!.

I hate doing reviews, but I have to do this one. I’m disabled, but get around on a walker or wheel chair. Doc says keep feet elevated as much as possible, heart trouble. This chair looks very comfy, and it is certainly large enough, in fact, too large for me.

It swallows me when I get in. It has so much padding, I can hardly move. I’m 5’7″ tall, 258lbs. To recline, you pull the lever back. It goes all the way to just shy of the floor, and all it does is raise your legs.

To get it to recline back, it requires an immense amount of force against the back, and it keeps “unreclining” on me, requiring me to push it back over and over again. If I manage to get it all the way back, I have to keep the pressure on, or it will pop closed on me.

There is no latching mechanism to keep the back reclined. My old recliner latched so the back stayed reclined. Then, there’s getting out of it. Because the seat cushion has all my weight bearing down on it, it shortens the distance between me and the floor.

My legs are then too long, to be able to stand up out of it. I finally manage to get out by twisting my legs, after several tries, and am so exhausted, I have to sit in my wheel chair to catch my breath.

Their return policy doesn’t seem to cover my situation, so I seem to be stuck with it. Another problem, once reclined all the way back, there is a gap between the back and the seat cushion, zero back support there.

It only took a few minutes for my back to start hurting. The folks at Ashley are so nice, and I hate leaving a negative review, but I have to tell it as it is for me. It’s not the chair for me.

Our grandkids broke my husband’s recliner a few months before Christmas and it could still be used as a rocking chair but the foot part would no longer lift up. I shopped a gazillion furniture stores online and in person for a DARK NAVY BLUE power chair.

I was about to give up and buy a different color, when there it was – the perfect color in a power recliner online at Ashley’s website and with wonderful reviews! I was so excited, I ordered it immediately.

It took forever to get here but finally arrived Christmas weekend. Gorgeous, comfy and the perfect color to match our sofa. My husband loves his new Christmas chair and he simply has to push a button to make the foot part rise up and lean back rather than fighting with a stick handle.

The Nimmons Recliner is HUGE! Hence the reason for 4 stars. Because it was ordered online, I did not know how actually big it was. But, although HUGE, it is very comfortable. I would suggest that anyone thinking about ordering this recliner, realize it will take up alot of space.

It is a wall hugger which is a definite plus, and the fabric is super soft. Just wish it was less “bulky”.

I purchased this chair through another vendor but the warranty through the manufacturer is still the same. After about a year and a half the coil spring retaining rods began to break. This is due to metal fatigue.

This chair is rated for 500 lb and I am half of that. they will warranty the parts but not ship them to you so you have to pay someone to come out and fix your chair. It is easily done by anyone who has a socket set and a few minutes.

They will not ship you the parts though hoping that you will just drop it I guess. I have emailed lane manufacturing several times.

I’m not really sure this is really a Lane recliner – at least, not the Lane company of old. It had no tag on it indicating that it is a Lane. It had no “owners manual” with care and cleaning instructions, which would also include the manufacturer’s name, address, and usually a phone number.

Nope! Nothing to say it’s really a Lane chair. I have had real Lane recliners in the past and they were not as stiff and uncomfortable as this chair is. I have had to put a cushion in the seat because it is so stiff and uncomfortable.

Unless you are close to 7′ tall, and weigh in excess of 300 to 400 hundred pounds, don’t buy this recliner. The headrest is so tall, you can’t comfortably lean back and read or watch TV. Your neck is in a constant state of strain.

Forget about “breaking it in” This headrest ain’t giving an inch!! After only 5 days, I have a very bad crick in my neck. The lever for moving the footrest up and down is almost to the floor. So, unless you’re an NBA player with a 6 foot “wing span”, it’s extremely difficult to reach.

The chair does not recline all the way back. So, even if your head does reach the headrest comfortably, you won’t be able to stretch out for a good nap. The footrest is always at a downward angle, so if you could stretch all the way out, chances are you would eventually find yourself in the floor because of the downward angle of the footrest! It’s supposed to be a rocker, but the front bottom of the chair is only about 2 inches (or less) off the floor.

You can rock, just not very far! When you get out of the chair, the front bottom of the chair hits the floor! I wanted a larger chair, but this one is ridiculous. So, like I said, unless you’re verging on giant size, don’t buy this “Lane” chair.

While this recliner is large and seems very well built, the handle you pull to recline is INCREDIBLY stiff – so much so that I have to pull handle while standing next to chair and THEN climb into reclined chair.

Also disappointed that leg rest does not raise any higher than even with seat, creating like a chaise lounge effect. I needed this chair to get my legs raised UP l bit higher than my hips. Not the comfort I was looking for.

Footrest could use more padding as well. Thinking of returning it. Won’t buy a recliner without actually sitting in it again. My bad.

Absolute HORRIBLE worthless recliner. Purchased 06/20. Within the first month of owning had to get AFW out to adjust the mechanism underneath. Fast forward 9 months. Arm to recline broke the screw on the inside of the handle.

Screw will not come out to replace. Fast forward 6 months. Both arms when reclined back the part that does not touch the body that is plastic starts peeling. forward 03/2022 call AFW to have a Tech come out and fix.

Tech comes out and says the whole base needs replacing also says the arms need replacing as well. Called today to confirm the arms also came in considering it took over a month to receive. The tech said someone was peeling the plastic which is virtually impossible to reach.

Only becomes visible when feet rest is up and leaned back ALL THE WAY. Then they inform me the arms are not under warranty and will not be replaced even though the tech said they would be. Let me add more to their HORRIBLE quality.

Bought a couch and love seat with electric incliners. Same thing on the couch that the material IN THE MIDDLE of the cushions is peeling. HEAR ME AFW AFTER SPENDING OVER $5k IN YOUR STORE, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY.

Now let see how long the mattresses last that I just purchase.

I bought this to replace an old recliner that was falling apart. It lasted me 16+ years. We found one we all liked and purchased it. It took quite awhile for it to come in to the warehouse though. To be expected for all of the overhype of COVID.

The chair is super comfortable when reclined. However I do not like it when the footrest is down. I am 5’10” and the floor model I tested was perfect that my feet touched the ground. The one I received is a different story.

It leans so far back (feet about a foot off the ground) it makes it hard to get out of. I am not sure if it is defective or not. Also the fit and finish was not the greatest either. There were a couple of super long staples that I had to remove before it poked a hole on the left side of the chair.

Poor craftsmanship and attention to detail is not there. I cannot return it so I am stuck with it. Would Buy this exact chair again, NO. If you do buy this chair be sure to inspect it fully before picking it up or when it is delivered.

I waited 6 weeks to receive my chair. Disappointed when it arrived and I got it home. I will say the chair is very comfortable. Love the leather smell. Reclines easily. However, the fit and finish are not great at all.

There are staples under the leather that are sticking up. I am afraid if I try to lightly hammer them down the leather will get damaged. The handle to extend the foot rest has sharp edges that I had to sand down.

Poor workmanship and no attention to detail. Would I buy this chair again now knowing the missed attention to detail, “NO”.

This recliner is so comfortable. I make everyone who visits sit in it and everyone agrees. I recently moved and had to leave my bed behind. I didn’t want to rush the bed-buying decision, so I opted to get a recliner to do the job in the meantime.

This recliner goes back so far that I am lying at almost the same angle as I would when I sleep in bed. So, if you’re looking for a wall-hugging style, this is definitely not for you. Mines sits almost 3 ft off the wall.

So far it seems to be constructed well and should last a decent time. The other great thing about this chair was that I could put it together myself with little effort (and, I’m a middle-age woman in not the best of health).

I would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love this recliner. I was a bit wary about its rocker side, but now that I’m used to it, that’s just another benefit. The fabric perfectly matches a reclining sofa I bought from another source.

It is more textured and very slightly darker than pictured. That’s another thing that I was wary of: I ordered it for pickup since it was not available to see in a store anywhere near where I live. So I was really pleased at the quality and comfort once I saw it.

The box was too big for the back of my CX5, but 2 of the the store employees unboxed and loaded it. Can’t thank them enough! And the sale was great. Thank you big lots.

I’ve used it for 11 months now. I purchased it because I have back pain from a serious injury. Positives: Very attractive upholstery, soft, true color. Controls function perfectly. As mentioned by another reviewer (which influenced my choice), it’s well-suited for a petite person.

NEGATIVE: I didn’t know what the memory foam would “remember” is the shape of my derriere! Quite surprised at how quickly it compressed and molded (and I’m average size). I’ve had other recliners that didn’t indent even after years of use.

Very disappointing. Unfortunately, it isn’t just an appearance issue. For me, it’s a pain issue. It isn’t simply not helping my pain (or at least making me more comfortable), it’s actually exacerbating my pain a great deal.

I didn’t even realize it until I was visiting out of town for five days, and my pain level decreased about 50%. I won’t go so far as to say don’t buy it, but I definitely encourage thinking it through thoroughly in light of your own needs, planned usage, etc.

This recliner is nice. I’ve paid twice the amount for other chairs and this one is just as nice. It looks and feels like it cost a lot more. I didn’t know I was ordering a power chair, but now that I’ve got it, that’s nice, too.

The mechanism is smooth and really easy to operate. It goes from a totally upright position easily to a totally flat position with a simple push of the button. You can stop the button at any time when you’re at the position you want.

The chair comes in two pieces. The bottom/seat section is heavy, as it should be for stability. I put the chair together by myself with one simple step…insert the metal tabs on the chair back into the metal slots on the back of the seat.

The recliner is impressive, especially for the cost. I will probably buy a second one soon.

2017 I caught the flu and ended up 3 1/2 weeks in Intensive Care. Four days in a coma, 21 days sedated. Lost 50 lbs of muscle mass. Kidney failure/dialysis. Spent an additional 3 1/2 weeks in a rehab hospital learning how to stand & walk again.

My wife and daughter bought me this chair so that when I went home I could transfer from my wheel chair. I spent another month in-n-out of this chair. Wouldn’t trade it for any thing. Made my life a lot more comfortable ( more comfortable than a hospital bed ).

I needed to replace a worn out recliner and my Cabela’s sales flyer had this at an unbelievable low price. It is the most comfortable recliner I have owned!! I had shoulder surgery a couple of months after purchase and was unable to sleep in a bed, this chair was my life saver.

Very comfortable to sit and relax or get a good nights sleep in. 1 Happy Customer.

chair is well made & comfortable. medium size & wall hugging ability was a plus for my tight space requirement. wife picked out matching camo throw & accent pillows for our existing couch. looks good without buying a whole new living room set.

Bought recliner online without sitting in it. Big mistake I’m 6ft tall and the recliner fits a shorter person fine but at 6ft the back rolled pad of the chair hits in the lower part of your shoulders and is very uncomfortable.

Lesson learned never buy a cheap recliner especially without sitting in it first!.

I LOVE my Foxfield Recliner! It fits me perfectly and is so comfortable. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone though I will say it probably would be to small for a very tall person but for anyone under 6 foot I think it will fit them perfectly.

The price is great too! AAA+ from me.

IšverstiShow in original languageI purchased one of these nearly two years ago during a Black Friday sale. Recently I decided to purchase a second one to replace a chair that was long past due. I had been sitting in the first chair I purchased for nearly 18 months prior to purchasing the second.

Sitting side by side, the first chair is no worse for wear. They look nearly identical. The cushions were a bit stiffer in the new chair, it could be age or a change in foam suppliers. Very minor and both are equally comfortable.

I was extremely happy that I could purchase a second 18 months later and even happier that the first chair has held up so well. It came packed in a box. Assembly was simply a matter of unboxing it and sliding the back down onto the rails that support it.

It was very easy with two people. The sales folks were helpful and, despite delays in furniture shipments across the industry, the chair arrived earlier than expected.

It has only 2 reclining positions which stays in place. 1 is at the total reclining position, the other is if your sitting up straight. Therefore it only stays in any other position by the pressure of your body weight holding it there.

I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it.

IšverstiShow in original languageThis is exactly what we needed for my elderly mother. It doesn’t rock or swivel, thus providing the stability needed for her to get in and out of it. The recliner operation is smooth and easy to operate for someone without much arm or leg strength.

Plus, it’s plush and compact, not taking up much space in her living room, while providing firm support. Only downside was it took 90 days to get it into the warehouse.

It is good furniture, a bit stiff, but hopefully once its broke in a little a will be a little softer. Had a lot of issues with the company. Its so called white glove inspections process failed me. It showed up in a bout 7 weeks, which was about a week early than expected, but once they got it inside and started to unwrap it, it was damaged.

Marked up, seems were ripped out, every piece that they brought in was damaged in some way. They didn’t even bring it all in, before they told me they were going to take it all back. I was then told it would be about 2-3 weeks for replacement, it ended up being another 7 weeks for the second round.

The movers were nothing short of professional. The customer service lady was a little uninformative, and got a little short with me. To be expected as I was probably a little short with her to begin with, but as requested I got rid of my furniture the night before the initial round of delivery, and did’t have any furniture until the second round of delivery.

I realize that this didn’t stop the world from rotating, but something to mention.

Love it! Thank you! My neighbor loved how comfortable this chair is too, however; she wanted a different fabric. Thank you Sarah for helping her with her new selection. ABC or always be closing lol! Your delivery crew was wonderful as well.

Will I recommend Ashley Furniture again to more neighbors, Yes!.

Comfortable, yet is in a classic traditional style. The grey fabric is soft .comfortable and warm. The controls placed on the side arm are excellent. USB port is convenient. Excellent choice for me.

I bought the matching sofa and 2 recliners. The sofa if fine however, my 2 recliners (both levelled) have tipped over numerous times leaving Me on the ground and one of the times I smacked my head on the table.

They are not stable and you will tip over. I am very scared that I am gonna get seriously injured. I am 6 ft, 1″ and weight 185 lbs, so I’m not overweight. This is super scary. I definitely would not recommend the recliners.

I certainly fear for safety.

My husband, Brock Rooster, loves this chair. It is so great seeing him sit comfortably in it and relax. Good features in USB port and controls in arm. Thank you Broyhill for building a great chair.
