Best Halloween Towns East Coast (2024 Updated)

This is my very first Lemax product I have purchased. Bought it online, and it was delivered via UPS in great shape! I have been wanting to start a Halloween town for quite a while. I just learned that the light at the top that shines in your face can be lifted 90 deg up so that it shine on the pumpkin at the top.

I like it much better like that. I just wanted to share as I am a newbie, but I bet others didn’t know that.

This is a cute one. Not really scary. It does go well with a lot of the popular pumpkin pieces or in the witches area of your village. I do wish Lemax had created a companion accessory like a couple trick or treaters over indulging on candy.

I absolutely love this product!! It fits into my Lemax town collection perfectly and the attention to details on it is perfect. It has battery powered lights. I definitely recommend it especially if you have a Lemax town.

The details and lighting spot on beautiful. Very nice to see during the day and enjoy at night with the lights on. The fog part did not work at all for me. The main feature of this product is the fog.

The magnet and wick were loose in the pumpkin so during delivery ride. I read and followed directions that were in the instructions. It’s just a pond that lights up without fog. They are out of stock so can’t get replacement.

I will buy again because I do like this one a lot. It does not have sound even though the description says it.

This piece has amazing lighting, detail, and features. The animation is clean, and seems as if it will last (also simple enough that it possibly could be repaired if need be). The fogger works spectacularly, and the piece was fully intact and functional when I removed it from the box (and there were plenty of replacement wicks).

While many people complain about the use of polyresin over ceramic in recent years, I feel like this piece is very durable, hefty, and strong, and it was the right choice to go with seeing as it comes in contact with water.

Definitely one of the best that Lemax has released in recent years.

Gave 3 stars because it’s a very unique cool piece however, had to return it as the spinning mechanism had a very loud “click click click” noise after each spin. It seemed it was defective. The return process didn’t go smoothly either.

They were confused as it’s last years model. I kept showing my phone that I had just ordered it.

It is a great addition to the Lemax Halloween collection. The figurine is the perfect size and the countdown numbers make it extra cute. I throughly enjoy shopping the Lemax Collection at Michaels and look forward to it yearly.

100% plastic, NOT polyresin. Poor quality, even the box is lesser quality. Has plug in ability, but doesn’t come with plug. Returning.

This piece is a axing. I love that you can actually change the numbers to count down. This may be one of my favorite little accessories.

Halloweentown is absolutely one of my favorite Disney channel movies and Halloweentown 2: Kalabar’s Revenge is also one of my favorites. This double feature DVD gives you both of these great movies. I personally like the first one better than the second, but don’t get me wrong the second movie is just as good.

In the first movie, an evil creature is trying to take over Halloweentown and it is up to Aggie Cromwell a witch resident to stop this evil but she can’t do it alone so she tries to recruit her granddaughter Marnie who lives in the mortal world aka earth to help her but her daughter does not want her kids to have anything to do with Halloweentown and the kids don’t know they are witches, can Aggie persuade her daughter to let them help or will she fight this evil menace on her own.

In Halloweentown 2: Kalabar’s Revenge the son of the evil creature who ends up being the mayor in Halloweentown is now trying to finish what his dad started and it’s up to Marnie and the Cromwell clan to stop him but they have little time can they succeed or will Halloweentown and the mortal world be under his control.

The acting, story and directing in these movies are awesome. Disney does a great job on these Disney channel movies! If you have not seen these movies then I Recommend you do. These movies are Cinematastic.

I admit that it was eerily fascinating to me when I unintentionally saw on the website her campus an article titled that’s so throwback Disney stars then and now by alex amato on January 1, 2015 at 12;30 pm.

The story had a link that showed halloweentown being screened on the Disney channel on January 2, 2015. Mind you, I stumbled across this Disney affiliated article sometime around late night January 1/early of January 2, 2015 after I previously ordered this halloweentown/Halloween II dvd from amazon on Thursday December 18, 2014.

Currently this dvd set sells for twelve dollars and 96 centsf but I am lucky to purchase a great copy of halloweentown/halloweentown II at just eight dollars and 93 cents. Halloweentown is a movie that deals with the plot of gwen (Judith hoag) doing her best as a single mother to her children marnie Cromwell (kimberley j.

brown), Dylan (joey zimmerman), however she is also shielding her children from their magical heritages. Gwen Cromwell’s mother Aggie Cromwell (Debbie Reynolds) wants to train her grandchildren in the magickal arts and take them to halloweentown.

Gwen tries in vain to stop marnie from following Aggie, but marnie successfully finds a way especially after hearing and being intrigued by halloweentown. The second movie Halloween town; kalabar’s revenge was completely different from the plot of the first halloweentown movie but deals with a family member who was related to the villain from the first halloweentown.

The halloweentown and the halloweentown 2 dvd set comes with these bonus features; trailer promotionals for the greatest game ever played, shaggy dog, that’s so raven disguise the limit, phil of the future gadgets and gizmos, kronks new groove, the magic of the halloweentown movies, twitches, and backstage disney.

Both Halloweentown and halloweentown 2 are good for those who like family friendly fantasy films.

I absolutely loved this series on the Disney channel growing up! Its so nice to have it on DVD, so I can watch it anytime, as Disney rarely airs it now. The shoreline is all about family unity and working towards a common goal.

Plus Halloweentown is so interesting and there are some very neat characters in the show. Plus who doesnt love Debbie Reynolds!.

The Lemax Spooky Town Curbside Pickup figure is so cute. I love the attention to detail including the springy wire that holds the witch aloft. This item is a great addition to my Halloween decorations

It’s a fun piece. Just be careful not to drop it. This brand breaks easily. But, if you are careful, it’a addition to your Halloween village.

Love this witch. She looks great. She is a little heavy for her spring but looks awesome and adds a little bit of fun to our Halloween village.

The set includes “Halloweentown High” and “Return to Halloweentown” (each as individual DVDs from their original releases) in a single snapcase. (There was a slipcover in the original pressing as well.

It’s great for Disney has finally did a two-movie pack of Halloweentown High/ Return to Halloweentown with their DVDs intact that now I have all four films! These films are worth checking out even its after Halloween for the whole family and the young at heart.

After watching the first two movies my daughter couldn’t wait to see the next two. The loved the movies and wishing there where more. We loved the family time with each other and these movies made them memorable.

This scarecrow is scary enough to increase the spooky level of a section of my Salem Willows Village.

I like to add something new to my Halloween decorations each year and this year, I wanted to add another animatronic scare prop. The Haunted Mistress fits the bill. It was fairly easy to assemble though it took a bit of time.

I am using the Multi-prop Remote switch to activate it and it works well; the volume is adjustable and it can be fairly loud. One caveat: there is about a 3-second delay from when I press the button to when it actually activates and “screams.

” That said, I just need to time the scare factor accordingly. Also, I didn’t realize that it requires a 20 lb. bag of sand or weight to keep it from tipping over (a black bag is provided in which to place the sand).

Fortunately, I have a 20 lb. dumbbell weight and that works (as long as the weight is at least 20 lbs. , anything should work). Lastly, one can change the direction that the prop drops; it will be helpful and easier if you decide this before you start to put it all together.

Assembly was easy, face looks great. You definitely need weight to keep from tipping over when she jumps out though! So make sure you have something when using her. I love the scream and laugh and she was a great price for the quality!.

This product is easy to build and is a great jump scare. My son and I had fun building this product. This product will need at least a 20lb counterweight to hold it from falling. I really recommend this product.

Diversity- don’t just use these items for set up display- incorporate them into a Halloween craft item. I will utilize these into a few items.

They will be perfect in the spooky town collection we have acquired at Michael’s throughout the years.

This is by far our favorite costume ever bought for our kids. Our oldest (8) is finally into spooky things, we are all going as killer clowns. It comes with like 8 pieces, it can be adjusted to fit all body types.

For reference she is 4ft 11 in, and weights 98 lbs.

The wicked klown costume I have recently purchased for my 9 year old daughter was absolutely fantastic, the whole aspect of the costume was fantastic, the fabric of the costume is brilliant quality with the added pom poms on the shirt and skirt to give the extra effects the fabric was well detailed and gave the costume a very authentic spooky look to it the hairband with bow is great quality as well as the wrist cuffs and the collar ruffle.

The mask was amazing quality with fantastic paintwork to give the wicked klown look my daughter has had her Halloween party at school and won first prize for best costume. Would highly recommend jokers masquerade to all friends and family for their future costume purchases.

Always set of tombstones for my spooky town set up. Only issue is the printing is extremely faded. Nonetheless looks good

Spooky and fun goes goid with my village. Its the perfect item to go with my village. Also worth the price.

Love it! They are painted styrofoam with a very thin layer of faux grass on the top. Just what I needed to give my town some more character.

Got this on sale and it was worth it. Minimal shedding just use a little hairspray or spray adhesive and that seals it. Full price isn’t fully worth, but you can always get it on sale or use a coupon.

Purchased for my mom for a costume party. Due to her health issues and sensitivity it can be difficult to shop for her, but this worked out perfect. Although a little long (she’s 5’3″) it was an easy fix.

I would say it runs a size small, but has great stretch, soft feel, and is good quality. Paired it with the Spirit Halloween wig and teeth, and some of my makeup skills and she rocked it! Everyone loved her Winnie Sanderson look.

I ordered this costume to wear on Halloween to take my daughter trick-or-treating. After I ordered the costume, my daughters school announced they will be holding their first ever Trunk or Treat. I am going to wear this costume for that event and am decorating my trunk with the Hocus Pocus theme.

I tried the costume on when it came in and it looks great! Very authentic looking. I bought orange hair spray coloring to do my hair instead of the wig as I have long curly hair.

All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful, well made, detailed costume!!! I never expected this quality for the price. It is true to size and is comfortable. I love the colors, the detail of the metal beading edge on the collar, and the printed symbols all around the costume.

It is substantial and has lots of gorgeous fabrics throughout. The velvet is great quality. The only minor con – is the collar isn’t stiff so it wont stand up on its own. I will need to figure out how to fix that but otherwise I am super duper pleased.

I highly recommend this costume if you are a Hocus Pocus fan!!!.

Is Target ever going to do something different? They have been making these for the past 3 years… they are fine, I don’t hate them, but they are not as cute as real houses would be. These narrow wooden pieces don’t work in many places that traditional decorations would.

You need a fire place mantel or a shallow shelf area. I am also not a fan of the ghosts and pumpkin faces, they are not cute just sorta chummy smiles… Can we get some fresh, new Halloween decorations next year???.

This product is undeniably cute. However, that’s the best thing that I can say about this product. It’s cheaply made to the point that the glue used to stick on the figures (like the bat and railings on the roof) are easily visible.

I’ll probably use this to decorate my child’s room but wouldn’t display it elsewhere in the house.

So cute! Well worth the money. It’s perfect for my fireplace mantel but you could put it anywhere. It looks classy.

First off the box was dirty, the paint job was horrible, and it came broken. It was like someone had tried to repair mine. And seeing one review that had same issues! The one displayed at my local store looked way better! So I don’t have photos already returned it! But it’s the exact issues in the one bad review add no light went through for the fortune teller lady.

I wouldn’t bother writing a review but I want people to know which ones are worth it!.

Bought this for my seven year old grandson, started him with a spooky halloween village two years ago, and this mummy really appealed to him,he has such fun setting up different scenarios with his collection😊😱.

Very nice casting of the Mummy in a classic pose. The painting is consistent and portrays an old world vibe.

The figurine was an excellent price and fits the lemax village. Just be careful a lot of them are broken in the package.

Its a cute piece but the paint job on it is terrible, especially for the prices they charge for this brand. I repainted it.

Very cheaply made and poorly packaged. These arrived broken and the black cat and writing had peeled off inside the package. Don’t waste your money.

Halloween isn’t complete with out Black Cats!! On there day to shine, they need a right of way.

These look nice, but best of all they are heavy bottomed (for the size) and stay in place.

I am a collector of all things Spooky town to display year around! A vulture on a parking meter makes sheer sense and adds a little playfulness to your city!

Super cute. I don’t have a Halloween village, but I do make dioramas and have used these minis for projects like that. Couldn’t turn this one down.

I am a big Halloween fan and have several Lemax figures and buildings. I thought this one was especially funny.

I’ve been promising my husband for weeks that I was done shopping for Halloween, but when one item I ordered wasn’t available, I quickly jumped on the chance to get another macabre scene for my growing Halloween village.

I can’t wait to put the wedding party in my graveyard! Every piece arrived in perfect condition down to the tiniest details. I love the Lemax brand. I just wish it weren’t so hard to find sometimes!.

so cool. Zombie wedding has great detail and is wonderfully eerie. I have been collecting the Lemax gravestones and bought the detailed gate last year, so this year, I am hoping the halloween graveyard of my Halloween village is over-the-top scary!.

This is a very fun and creepy addition to my Halloween village. It is so well painted and the expressions on the faces are “life-like” I am so happy to have found this to add to my village!
