Best Halloween Costume For Men (2024 Updated)

Got this for my daughter. She got 2nd place for best costume in the town of Elkton VA. She was really happy with it. She even had people stop and ask to take pictures of her. We didn’t get the female version of this costume because it looked to be a little revealing.

Think this was a better choice.

Outfit had me in the right time frame. Fit was fine. Price was very affordable. Downsides are: no pockets and LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS SAY: DO NOT;wash, dry clean, dry or iron. These were not mentioned in item descriptions.

Essentially this makes it a one time wear garment. Be your own judge reference purchase. Laundry instructions would have definitely influenced my purchase decision. Paul.

Extremely Good Costume! : The 3-piece costume you get in the package is fantastic; however, you do not recieve the cane, sunglasses or dollar necklace which really make the costume authentic! I had to buy these separately which increased the already high price- Good costume though, lots of laughs.

I am 6’4” 225lbs slim frame. After checking the reviews I went with XL. It’s pretty roomy. Maybe I should’ve gone with the L. Then again may room for a layer to keep warm if outside party in October.

Then again, considering the lag between order and delivery. I don’t have experience with how returns and reorders are expedited and didn’t want to be bothered.

Worked out really well! You’ll want to accessorize with at least a necklace and get a better skill mask or use skull makeup.

I think the jacket and mask were good for this costume, but the hat was the worst. Soft, squishy, shiny and not at all as sturdy or squared up as the photo makes it look. I took the band off with some effort and bought a different top hat and it worked great.

I’m overall pleased, but feel the photo was a bit misrepresenting of what you actually get.

The generous sizing made it very suitable for a chubby bloke to look the goods on his Bucks party. Very simple outfit that was quite durable. The neck tie is probably the only challenging part of the outfit, if you have a thick neck.

The Fred wig was better quality than I thought it would be. It fit my hubby’s big head too! It’s definitely a true size, so we were thrilled. Quality is great for the price. It will not fall apart and can be used more than once.

The Wilma dress fit a size smaller than I wanted. It’s a very cute dress. I will need to wear a little shirt underneath becuase it’s very bare under the arm. The wig is amazingly adequate. Great value for the money!.

The costume was a perfect fit for my husband. We dresssed up as the flintstones for halloween so our daughter was pebbles. we hae so many compliments.

When i first saw this costume onIine, I thought that the pictures that were advertised looked terrific, and I immediately ordered the medium size. But once the costume arrived, I quickly realized that I had been misled by the advertising.

The quality is very cheap and made of thin material. Everything is fastened by velcro. The hat was so wrinkled and flimsy, I am going to need to find a steamer to try and fix it, and perhaps some cardboard to support the interior and make it stand up on my head.

The vest doesn’t look as great in person, the brown floral colours unauthentic. The belt is for show and doesn’t quite fit, it just hangs loose – I’ll try and pin it and hope for the best. Lesson learned.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I hope nobody else is disappointed.

Pretty complete costume kit. Some bits fell off, but I was able to find them. The goggles could have been better (and maybe useable). Vest pockets would have been nice too. Overall decent value, and I will use it as a bsais as I gather higher quality pieces to add/replace.

My daughter has always wanted a banana costume. She saw one while shopping at walmart and mentioned it to me, so I ordered it for her online. This costume was only $20 unlike so many others that are 45-60+ but it is great quality and you just can’t help but laugh when you see it on.

It might be helpful to put some stuffing in the top and the front of the banana to keep the shape firm but not really necessary. Have fun!.

I wasn’t terribly impressed with this item when it arrived, and I was even more disappointed the first time I washed it. I thought it was overpriced for a painted polyester/spandex jumpsuit upon opening, especially because the painted-on bones were crackling.

The crackling wasn’t that bad, so I decided not to return. It didn’t fit that well through the waist, but with some modification I got it to be a little closer to form-fitting. Then, I tried washing it.

I expected it to bleed, so I washed it by hand in cold water. For the quality, I wasn’t shocked when the water turned really blue~ish, but I didn’t anticipate the leaking dye being strong enough to stain my bathroom walls and linoleum floor when I hung the suit up to dry.

Honestly, I would’ve paid upwards of $100 dollars for a high-quality, lasting skeleton suit. I picked this one because it was pricier, so I thought I’d be avoiding issues like these. Lesson learned. Will not be buying seasonal Halloween stuff like this ever again.

It just seems really wasteful. That said, it’s fine for one-time use.

Pretty good for the price it was when I bought it (around $30). I am 5’10”, 160lbs, kinda fit (not super fit, but not fat), and the costume is somewhat baggy and puffy, but it comes with a Velcro belt that you can make pretty tight that helps with the baggyness.

The costume design is based on Ant-Man’s suit from Captain America: Civil War, but the mask (which only covers front of face, but it has a nice design if you’re ok with that) is based on Ant-Man’s suit from Ant-Man and the Wasp.

All in all, not a bad suit at all, and you can combine it with a Hasbro Ant-Man helmet (which you can get for around $50 new depending what time of year you buy it) to make a sick Halloween costume. I give it about 4 stars since they mismatched the mask from suit, even though they do look good together.

it came a day early which was awesome because my grandson had a party to go to in which they were to wear their favorite super hero costume! The costume is of superior quality. I am so grateful the sales girl recommended we order it online.

Great hippie costume, trousers, shirt and all in one waistcoat. Even has a necklace and head band Treat yourself to a wig and it makes a great outfit! Can’t wait for the party!

I must say I was super impressed with the ease and efficiency of your service. It is logical and brilliantly efficient. Only issue I had was that the costume’s stitching down one leg did not join the seams together.

My 9 yr old really, really wanted a one-piece body suit for Halloween. I was somewhat worried that he wouldn’t be able to see out of it, or that it would be so thin and cheaply made that he’d tear it right away.

Well, it’s very easy for him to see through it, and it’s amazingly thick material. More like a heavy duty leatards versus nylons. Although he’s 8, I got him a small teen size and I’m glad I did as the head if very small for the body size.

At home he’s just put it on with underwear, but for school it’ll need to go over the top of clothes, so very glad for the extra room. Also, he’s Autistic, and the texture is very soft, smooth and comfortable (another pre-concern I’d had).

I would recommend this highly. Now he wishes he’d chosen a color rather than black.

I bought it for my son to make a captain underpants costume. He was a hit! It served it’s purpose however I did have to stitch it up before he could wear it. The main seam was apart about an inch. So maybe not the best quality.

This item was priced well and shipped and arrived quickly. But when we were walking through our neighborhood on Halloween, we noticed that my daughter’s underwear was visible through the fabric, when the sun hit her directly.

The easy fix is just to wait until after dark to wear it. But you should just be aware.

Costume fits great, but I’m a little bit disappointed with the quality of the fabric. There’s only fake pockets and the pants have an elastic band at the top. I was expecting a normal button/zipper. I also paid for the most expensive shipping option but it still took 9-10 days to arrive from Australia (to NZ).

Website was saying 2-4 days. Overall ok, but a little disappointed.

The dickie shirt front collar was too small. Not enough material used to enable a full extension around the neck. Must have been make for a child’s neck even though I ordered and received a L.

Very pleased with costume which arrived very promptly and looks good and fits well on my big man. It’s light weight so will be comfortable to wear with the jacket all night.

Purchased a standard size. I am 5’11” with a 32 waist and 32″ pant inseam. I crotch area is tight and quite embarrassing with the thin material. Unfortunately will nee to return.

Ordered it for a performance of an Elvis impersonation. I am a female, and the size fit MY body — don’t know if it would have fit a larger male body, especially the belt which just barely hit the velcro closer.

I’m 5’8″ so think it might be too small for a larger, taller person. I think most males would need an extra large. Quality was better than I expected — did not look like a cheap imitation.

Good quality costume : Product was great, quality was really good for a Halloween costume. Because it was a one size fits all the top didn”t fit and neither did the gloves as I am a small. This wasn”t to much bother as i just bought another, and the outfit looked good without the gloves.

After a long time the knee-pads can get a little uncomfortable but its nothing major. Overall a really good costume which tricked some people into think I was an actual police officer haha. Delivery was quick and packaging was good too.

The shirt that comes with this isn’t anything to write home about but everything else is pretty good! The vest has Velcro which we really liked so you can move around the swat badge!

This costume was amazing. A bit expensive, but well constructed. The swat vest has many pockets on it. The fingerless gloves and kneepads are nice as well.

Cute costume, just what you’d expect from Rubie’s. Most of it is a stretchy material that is pretty easy to get on and off, including the “gauntlet” portion. The mask is a harder plastic. You do have to watch the sizing, which is a little tricky, but it’s just like other costumes.

Costume is as described and fit is right however it was shipped in a tyvek bag and the mask is cracked. Also, this costume DOES NOT come with the infinity guantlet. You’ll need to purchase one separately.
