This box is great to dye your hair red if you have dark hair. It comes with two different tubes. Bigger one comes out like a cream and its white ish, then the smaller tube is the actual “dye” or ink lol.

It’s labeled as “copper intensifier” or something like that. I was so indecisive to use it but it’s literally needed, because the bigger dye is just white. So you mix them together to get the red. I only bought one because I mixed it with two magentas to get my ideal red lol.

Dont assume since its not bleach that you have some extra time with this product. I decided to get fancy and do hi lite low lites at same time with out much help. Since Im not too experienced with doing my own hi low lites my method took extra time going back and forth.

Especially being only my second time doing this and first time with permanent color , I experienced my first mess up with this which resulted in breakage. So sad. But to any newbies dont forget this is not a semi color and it will not be as forgiving if you try some professional tricks and dont get the colors on in time.

The shade was exactly what I was looking for deep and rich. As expected the color remained vivid for much longer then the Demi. ( the strands that didnt break off that is. ) :/.

This works great. I mix with the Provana Ash Blue and Ash Green with Wells Dark Ash Brown permanent dye. You can see the progress of my hair color slowly lightening from a chocolate/ reddish brown to a lighter ash brown.

Remember dying your hair is science you are mixing chemicals. I only dye my own hair, no one elses. Hair color all depends on your undertones, how much you lighten before and the colors you add after.

I have been doing my hair for years and this has been the best color combination that I have stuck to the past year. It seems to work the best and really helps tone the red/copper. Dont expect the perfect results the first time its a process.

Too ashy with no real color-ended up with grey-purple hair. have used med ash blonde successfully in other brands. this was a mistake, partly because of the vague color name and partly because I should have tested it-but who really does that.

I’ve been using this product for over 25 years and I’m very happy with it. I also tested the 10/1, but this light-warm blonde is much better, because I have long hair and as the sun lightens the lengths over time, the combination with the 10/3 highlights shades of blonde and therefore gives a more natural effect.

Last year they changed the formula. With this new formula it is even better, more brilliant.

Hopefully the product works better than the box looks. I’ve have bought this product many times before from different sellers. I’ve never had a box show up like this. The whole box has print missing.

It looks like it’s been to war. I feel like I shouldn’t have paid full price for such a worn looking box. The tube itself appears to be OK. Wish me luck.

After a massive lot of research and good deal of thought I decided to invest in this. I bought it at the end of June and have used it pretty religiously once a week since on my legs, armpits and bikini line.

I have thick dark hair and pale-ish skin so I’m probably an ideal candidate. Jury is still out to be very honest but it’s still early days and certainly too early to be disappointed. After about 7 treatment my legs appear to be having very little grow-back – though I’ve been epilating them for years so I don’t know if this has anything to do with that or not.

Armpits and bikini line are still growing back but in the last week or two I do think this is getting less (might be psychological!). I’d ideally have like to have waited another month or two before leaving my review but I keep getting asked so this is my most up to date report.

No miracles yet, but it does say weekly treatments might be needed for up to 12 weeks and I’m not there yet. Overall the thing is very easy to use straight out of the box (although definitely DO read allll the instructions before you start).

Mine makes a bit of a worrying loud whirring noise when I first fire it up and not sure if this is normal but it settles down within about 5 seconds. I was advised before buying that the precision head isn’t really necessary and you can use the big one on the face, armpits etc.

However I personally am so pleased I paid extra for the model including the precision head as I actually find the big head won’t trigger on my shins – the light wont flash unless you’ve got contact across the whole head and my shins must be quite nobbly! Treatment of both lower legs, armpits and bikini line takes me about 15 minutes, so a very easy thing to fit into your routine.

I am definitely pleased I bought this. I just can’t quite report yet whether it works as well as it say it does.

I have very sparse and patchy leg hair, but pretty bad growth in my underarm. I hate shaving because I always miss spots which is very annoying. I’ve tried alot of things, but the constant upkeep and maintenance of threading, waxing, and shaving is just too much.

I decided to splurge and get the Braun silk expert after ALOT of researching, watching youtube reviews and cross comparison to other IPL’s. I didn’t want to take the chance on a no-name brand or anything made overseas.

The Braun did take a little longer to ship, but was very well packaged. I love the gorgeous zip container it comes in. The zipper is sturdy and made of metal and not cheap plastic. It is very easy to use, simply plug in, choose the suitable head and zap away.

It does feel like a little rubber band snapping against your skin, but you really get used to it. I do recommend shaving (the included razor is great!). If you don’t you will get the smell of singed hair during the process but that is the only difference I noticed between using with or without shaving.

I’ll put on a short TV show or binge on Youtube and zap away. Now the results. I’ve been using this once a week for 3 weeks. There is VERY little re-growth. My underarm hair barely is there, and the ones that are comes out super easy with a tweezer.

Before, they would cling to the follicle for dear life and I would be so determined to get them out that I would end up scarring myself or getting in grown hair. For my hair type, I don’t think extended use is necessary, but that is going to be different for everyone.

The only downside is I wish this included sunglasses. The instructions say the light is safe without one, but it is extremely bright so I either look away, close my eyes or use a pair of very dark shades when I use this.

I’ve recommended this to everyone I know Yes it is an investment, but the number of uses you get in return and the results are worth it in my opinion.

Before I tried this IPL device, I was concerned about several things. 1. The pain caused by the zaps. 2. The efficacy of this treatment. 3. Is the aftercare to burdensome? 4. Is it worth the price tag? I’m pleased to say that it is not painful in most areas, except my sensitive inner thighs, which thankfully is not hairy.

I began to see results after 3 weeks, just from the hair growth slowing down, and by the 4th week, most hair follicles have already gone dormant. I have sensitive skin and some of the aftercare for this treatment is staying out of the sun and avoiding chemical exfoliants (like AHA and BHA which were staples in my skin care routine).

The only change I made was apply sunscreen to my face more diligently up to 3 days after an IPL treatment and I also had to put a pause on my use of all chemical exfoliants, it was worth it. Lastly, compared to the price of laser hair removal, and the other competing IPL devices, the Braun IPL pro 5 is the sweet spot between efficacy and price, where I feel that it’s very effective and not too expensive.

It is definitely an investment but a reasonable and worthy one. I’m very happy about my purchase so far. I use this device once a week, on my legs, the lower half of my face, my underarms, and my bikini area.

I have tanned skin and dark hair.

I think I like the brush more than the actual products. The shampoo and conditioner is amazing, but the brush is even more amazing. I will have to buy another set of this just for the bamboo brush. The scent is invigorating, but it takes a lot of the volume out of my hair.

If your looking for a product that smoothes and straightens this is it. It leaves your hair shiny and flat. I would use it, but not every day. I prefer Super Skinny products and like more fullness to my hair.

The little bottle of mist opened somehow and the entire packaging of this product was wet. The cardboard it came in completely soaked. The shampoo and conditioner were great. I didn’t get to use the small bottle of mist cause it was opened and all over the cardboard packaging and made a mess.

Hairbrush is great and so were small sample packs.

I tried the Brown Booster mixed with the Milk Chocolate toner of the same brand and my hair is STUNNING. I used Blondme’s 40v bond enforcing developer with a “olaplex” like additive to knock down the power of the developer by 10v (making it 30v when mixed) and little to no damage to my hair.

I used a 10v cream bleach from Agebeautiful to lighten my money piece and got beautiful apricot blonde face-framing highlights. I really love Igora’s BlondMe line!.

Application was great, smelled lovely, but that’s where the positives end. Left very little pigment in my hair, despite using two tubes on blonde hair and ensuring full saturation. I have very slight purple hues in my hair, but the colour pay-off is dismal.

Not worth the money at all. The purple is also much lighter than on the box and looks faded immediately. Really underwhelming and disappointing.

I have used henna to color my hair before but the application always needed intense preparation and was a whole lot messy. Khadi (medium brown) natural hair color was effortless to apply. It already has a mix of beautiful color brewing ingredients such as indigo and henna along with other hair protecting ayurvedic ingredients.

I am so pleased with the results. OMG, my washed up faded brown hair has a beautiful cinnamon brown color and gives a brilliant shine. I am also told that using the product (same color) multiple times would give even a richer color.

My greys are covered. My hair fall and dandruff has also reduced. This natural hair color has everything my hair and scalp need. I’ll be also trying some of other Khadi products as well. I’m so impressed with this product!.

i gave up on my original colour purchase – all to hard and bought Herbatint. it was so easy to use and colour was brilliant. really natural and matched perfectly the colour my hairdresser had been using.

as lock down was extending i just needed to get rid of my grey and cheer myself up. covered grey brilliantly so can’t recommend it enough. check the colour chart though and pick by sight not description as its slightly different from what i was familiar with.

i’m light brownish for roots but bought the dark blonde as there was none and this was a perfect match as i said.

Im in love w this dye just FYI it has light blue hue but it washes off and not too bothersome. The lift is amazing all time high. Such a good dye!. Its not ultra gentle like Joico so please protect hair w olaplex and rinse with water+vinegar to kill the alcalinity and not injure your lengths.

It leaves roots lifted AND toned. Great product!!!! Cant rate high enough.

I love Keune for so many reasons. My hair does not fade like the other hair colors, keep the color very vibrant, shiny and it treats your hair, looking very natural and flawless.

Formerly paid $$$$ at a fancy salon in Miami for color – did some research and realized I could use the same product at home. (And I’ve NEVER tried to color my hair before. I was nervous. ) This canister system is actually PERFECT for the DIY colorist.

Can dispensing system is super clean, keeps the color and activator (separate, of course) totally fresh between applications. I love this color, 10N, and have been playing around with others in the palate.

Regarding cost – I did the math and the cost per application (30 ml each color + activator for touchup/roots) came out to be approx. $2 – wow. Less than the inferior drugstore products. Yes, you do need to purchase the pump and cylinder system to dispense it from the canister, and activator bottle, but that’s maybe a 1-time cost of about $20 for your reusable materials.

So instead of paying $80 at the salon to get my roots done, I can do it myself for about $2. Now I color once a month instead of quarterly – SO much better! So go ahead and do your research and take the plunge.

There are a couple of excellent YouTube videos out there on using Goldwell specifically, and you can download the entire Goldwell colorist manual online in pdf format. Don’t be intimidated – this isn’t rocket science.

I purchase this product because my hair stylist uses it and I can touch up roots in-between appointments. The “NN” (neutral neutral) shade is very effective on white and grey hairs. Like my hairdresser, I’ll mix in a small portion of NG(neutral gold) to get natural looking highlights.

I have been doing this for years. The can of dye is used with a measuring cup which enables you to get the product out of the can. This is VERY efficient versus opening a bottle or tube because the remaining product does not disintegrate.

My hair is very healthy and grows quickly, which is both a sign of good health as well as a good product that doesn’t damage my scalp! So I often will mix a tiny amount just to cover my hairline which grows in white.

Having curly hair, other parts of my head can grow in longer without the white or grey showing as quickly.

My hairdresser uses this, but I am not sure the exact shade my hair is tinted dark brown, but I recall him asking the assistant to mix more than one Inoa colour so I bought this 3 and the shade 2, plus the peroxide developer massive 1L bottle back in May, but I was reluctant to use it in case I didnt get it right it didnt cover my white roots properly.

Important to know that unlike the usual brands of hair colour you can buy from a chemist or supermarket this is just a tube of colour. You need to buy the Inoa developer peroxide separately and it needs to be the strength required for your colour i.

e. for dark hair It is 20. After waiting for a long time my roots were c. 3 long and pearly, blinding white I finally decided to colour my own hair today, as I couldnt look in the mirror anymore, but I am still not confident enough going out Postlockdown and coming in close contact with people in a salon.

Messy and time consuming as per brilliant advice from a fellow Perfumes of London shopper, best use a kitchen scales to weigh 60g of developer peroxide once you have squeezed the 60g tube of colour or half of each tube, as I did into a bowl the result was salonlike and my hair is back to normal It has freed me from having to wear a wide Lycra band to cover my badgerlike roots during video calls or going for walks.

My husband keeps saying that I look 10 years younger bless. I should have done it a long time ago prepandemic, I had my roots done every three weeks, but I hadnt been to a hairdresser since 12 March until doing the colour myself today.

I have now ordered a couple more tubes, for when those pesky roots start showing up again and I dont feel like having to wear a mask to have my hair done. The advice from fellow Perfumes of London shoppers on what strength peroxide developer to buy and the weighing of the colour developer right proportions was brilliant and invaluable.

Excellent product. I purchased a 6. 1 ash blonde for a brown hair effect. Its sold as a blonde but IS NOT A BLONDE you mix this to the exact same amount of activator. so 50 to 50 of each. mix well and leave it is quite an ash colour, which is perfect, as so many browns are orange, but note that does depend on what its going over if you have orange issues use a blue shampoo to accompany.

I left my colour on for 25 minutes not the 40 recommended. This was long enough to colour any small greay areas, and make the hair go medium brown. I find if its left on for 40 it can go black but my hair is pourous I have purchased this colour many times with the 20 activator and would buy again.

Great product. I have been buying it for more than an year from Perfumes of London. Its always good. Colour lasts. Hair looks shiny. No extra greying. Though my hair has grown thinner but cant say its due to hair colour or other reasons.

If a hair dye could be said to be a soul-mate. I have found my soul-mate! For years, I have used those direct deposit “fun” colour type dyes on part of my hair. Some brands are better than others, of course, but they always faded out too fast for me, or left me with stains everywhere (and not just from wet hair.

but while dry. pink sheets, pink fingernails – from merely running my fingers through my dry hair!), so there was always some sort of drawback with them. I have naturally porous hair, so I never needed to pre-bleach in order to get coverage (luckily, I also never aimed for a pastel, either) despite having around a 6 or 7 level hair and auburn/ginger in colour (the orange in my hair did mean that the end colour was not true to the intended colour, though).

I did pre-bleach for this colour, but only to remove the last bits of a deposit dye and because I was unsure about the coverage of this dye. I shouldn’t have worried. Not only did it take wonderfully to the bleached hair (and softened it back up to near-undamaged, as my hair did not like being bleached at all), but it also covered some of the unbleached hair that I accidentally included in the dye coverage, some of which also still had direct dye still staining it.

You cannot tell the difference between bleached, unbleached, and any remaining direct dye stained areas (some bleached parts still had it too). It’s all covered, and looks the same, but without looking flat.

it has dimension to it, like hair should have. So, it doesn’t look like a flat matte lifeless solid wig of pinkish hair. it just looks like. (fuchsia/plum) hair! 🙂 Now, although this colour is a level 9, so you would think it is a light colour.

it is not. The end result (bleached or unbleached) is around a 6 or 7 level (same as my normal level), indoors it does appear slightly darker, too (maybe a 5 or 6 level). This could be due to how porous my hair is, but having seen pictures of others who have used it, I think it just is that dark due to being very pigmented.

But! That *is* what I wanted! The colour is glorious! The -98 part of the number system indicates violet red. 9 = violet, 8 = red. So if you are looking at other Igora colours, keep that in mind. An -88 will be a red red, a -99 will be a violet violet, etc.

The order does matter, as the first number is dominant, the second is to shift it. So an -89 would be redder, and the -98 is more purple. The end result is a wonderful medium/bright fuchsia/magenta (pink!!) in sunlight, and indoors looks more medium/dark plum/wine.

It glows and shines and is sovery soft! Because it doesn’t just coat the hair on the outside, it doesn’t leave any weight or feeling of having something coating your hair (I don’t use styling products, so that’s sort of a big deal to me).

and no funky coloured fingernails! And the shine! It isn’t just vibrant – it shines! It doesn’t leave the hair dull looking at all. My natural virgin healthy hair looks dull in comparison (seriously, I am contemplating actually getting some of this line in a shade to match my own hair colour, just for the shine factor).

If you like a deep purple/pink colour, I highly recommend this colour (and if you don’t change colours every two weeks or something, that is). If you have naturally darker hair than a level 5 or 6, I don’t know what will happen for you (I used a 20 developer, so a 30 may give better results for darker hair), but if you have 6 or lighter, it should come out as a deep berry/wine/plum (the red/pink hue is still present, just muted) indoors and deep bright magenta/fuchsia outdoors.

If you want to add a little pizzaz to a brown dye, just to kick it up a notch, I’d also say this would do the trick, if you add just a bit in with your brown dye and developer. The Igora line also offers some “fun fashion” colours, most of which are in the pastel family.

I would say this could be added to those to achieve a lighter colour of pink, or to punch any of those up a few notches as well. I do not know about mixing it with any other brand of dye, or what that would do to the end result, so I will not comment on that other than to say “proceed with caution” if you choose to do that.

I cannot, as yet, make any claims about the fade factor or how long it will last. But, other reviews of this line say it lasts and lasts with little fading, even the reds. So, I have high hopes, and even if it does fade, I expect it to be slower than any direct dye (and hopefully more evenly).

I wish I had used the Igora developer (contains oil), because if it came out this soft and lovely to the touch (over fried bleach hair!) with cheap no-name developer (it’s what I had on hand from my daughter).

I can only imagine how much better it would have been with the higher quality stuff. Next time, I will!.

Great product. Only downside is I should have ordered the 3-99. There wasn’t quite the amount of violet as I expected. But that may be buyer error. It did have a pretty strong smell, but nothing out of the ordinary for permanent hair dye.

I have medium length, thick hair and one box covered everything. Shipping was fast as well. Would buy again!.

When dying my hair at home, I always want an effective result that is easy to obtain. This hair dye not only was easy to apply but also thoroughly covered all my hair (I have very long hair) and was very true to colour on the package.

The hair conditioning treatment also left my hair super soft and the colour has stayed very prominent after many washes. Overall its given a natural finish that certainly enhances my natural hair colour as it didn’t leave it a solid block colour that I usually find some hair dyes do.

The mixing process was also easy to follow and the gloves and instructions sheet made dying my hair, all that much easier. Highly reccomend.

Straightforward instructions & easy to mix. The consistency was great. It was creamy & quite thick so there was no dripping, making it mess free. It wiped away from skin easily. Rinsed quickly & the conditioning mask did a good job of detangling.

My hair was left very soft & shiny & washed well with no colour fading. Shade was a little darker than expected or shown on the box being more of a chocolate than caramel. Overall great product.

Easy application and amazing effect. My hair look shiny, healthier and are so so soft. The colour is just beautiful. I got lots of complaints when I applied products to my hair. Higly recommend as the colour last for long and the condition of hair is really good.
