This has been a great gym for us. Quality at its best. All the pulleys are smooth there are so many added options we bought. There’s nothing left to need except a personal trainer. I still incorporate my treadmill daily.

Compare to other available Gym’s, this one very bad quality and very tough to install. Its contains Vinyl weights. But in the market vinyl weight gym price around $300. Its selling high market price with not much quality.

This one is not a good choice for best work out. Need more space compare to other market models. Very cheap metal used for the Skelton( Cheap Aluminum quality). One word its not good one. There is 100% chance to missing parts, you need to call them and takes another week.

Assembling time compare to other 10 times more. My friendly suggestion please don’t buy.

I bought this for my wife , one plate is to heavy for her for curl and upright rows, if you try to use just with top plate the center pin gets caught to one side. Low price low quality,disappointing

Best thing I like about them is the obvious there a space saver and since my bed room is my exercise space they fit under bed perfectly. I have the sport 24 powerblock they go from 6-24 pds , what I don’t like is some times when switching weight plates the fork some times doesnt go on straight If you’re not paying attention and you’re rushing fork will be on left side of Original plate and right side will be holding onto the extra plate I did it yesterday doing skull crushers and caught it after the second rep so I have to be careful.

Also when needing to switch the weights when doing left and right side work it is kind of hard since your hands in a block to pass it as quick versus having an open hand weight also when I’m doing push-ups or pull ups I don’t like putting all my weight pressure on them because I feel like the plastic forks are going to get stretched overtime so I still have my old weights as well for those over all I am glad I got them for $300 is great during pandemic as well as always having them now on hand so they do come in handy.

I am not handy, honestly like I am the worst with instructions, so took me a bit of a while to figure out how to put it together. Made a couple of mistakes with some screws but it was easy to go back and correct it.

When I got stuck with something specially with the cables I hopped into the Youtube tutorial and got myself back to track. Footprint is not big so it’s excellent for the garage where I have set up my mini gym.

Doesn’t take up so much space. Functionality wise I can do a whole range of exercise although I need to order a couple more attachments to make it feel like I am working out at the gym. It doesn’t squeak and bang, no noise at all when I am using it.

Delivery wise, it came the very next day. Impressive!.

I assembled it following the instructions (easy to do and every single bolt and part was included, took 3 hours by myself by hand), and give it a little test.

Smooth operation, works so well that I am shocked now at what I paid for it. The only thing which isn’t a con, just a consideration, is that even the full stack for someone who has been training a while is not overly heavy.

Pec fly/crossover = great. Bicep curls = great. Tricep pushdown = full stack is slightly lacking. You can put a long bolt through and hang a weight plate off it like I have and it helps a lot. I hope this review has helped people, this is genuinely a good bit of kit and if you are not sure about purchasing.

I’m not usually one to review my purchases but in this case I feel the need to give credit where it’s due. Our experience from start to finish was 5 star quality. First the delivery. We ordered ours on a Tuesday afternoon & were shocked to see it arrive by lunchtime Wednesday.

There were 6 boxes in total and all equipment arrived in perfect condition. Secondly, the dreaded assembly of the machine. I give the manual a 6/10 but between it & the 16 minute video on YouTube, it made the process a lot easier than expected.

We had a small hiccup half way through & decided to email Best Fitness. Being a Saturday we weren’t expecting a reply until Monday. We were surprised to get an answer within half an hour and we were on our way again.

By Saturday afternoon, our BFFT was up and going. Finally, the product. Two weeks in and we’re stoked with our purchase. Our BFFT10R is small, compact, quiet and functions perfectly. If you twisted my arm & forced me to pick a negative, I’d say that the assembly manual is a little confusing.

I’d say I would’ve been in a little trouble if I didn’t have the YouTube video to refer to when I got stuck. Overall, the service of Best Fitness & the product quality was way beyond our expectations.

The reason I’m comparing this G3 to Pilates is because I always wanted my pilates machine to incline to give me more weight bearing results. Weight bearing helps maintain bone density, it’s really important as you get older to prevent fractures in the lower body and hips.

Plus I’m off the ground which does make for easier position changes and able to get up and down a lot easier. I enjoy the inverted (upside down) sit ups and gliding abdominal crunches that you won’t get with a Pilates machine.

The different levels of incline positions will provide many goals to master and maintain as you progress over time. Because of those different incline levels this will also replace my Abdominal Crunch machine which mean having two less pieces of exercise equipment in the room which can also be a bonus when space is an issue.

The only drawback when comparing G3 to a Pilates machine is you cannot workout both legs simultaneously for the stretch positions Pilates is known for other than that the leg exercises are similar returning the same results.

The inclined leg presses are comparable to pilates Rebounder making it a more effective workout with less risk of jarring knees and ankles. Since you’re supporting your own weight and not relying on bands for resistance, you will get your heart rate up quickly, especially the more inclined you are while maintaining your pace.

Another additional feature is an inverted stretch you can safely do before and after your workout without pulling on your ankles or knees. Check with your surgeon if you have hardware in knees or ankles, inversion is typically not recommended.

Depending on the level of inversion you may be able to tolerate. Select an incline that does not pull on your joints to the point you feel pain or tug. I recommend watching total gym videos on youtube before trying this and other positions for your safety and efficacy.

This is an amazing product. I had the 1’st gen for over 16 years and it worked amazing as well. Knowing the durability in the work out my first machine gave me I decided to buy and upgraded model. I race motocross / super cross and the Total Gum has always been a major part of my training program.

The unit is very easy to set up its user friendly and produces stellar results when a user is dedicated and committed. Just like with all exercise equipment and work out plans you get what you put into it.

The Total Gym gets you in shape and keeps you in shape when routinely used. Well worth every penny and it’s right at your house. I have seen many reviews on YouTube with individuals seeking a bodybuilder work out with this machine.

They claim in their videos that it doesn’t work very well for them. I can contest everybody that I have known that has it out of the machine can use mine has found one way or another for this machine to kick their butt and produce a solid work out.

Great for Seniors or anyone. I love my total gym. Work as hard or as little as you like. Stores out of the way decent enough. I leave mine up constantly in my hobby room. With a good diet program I used it to help me lose 50 lb.

Much better than other equipment I have bought and then gotten rid of in the past. Stationary bikes and treadmills stink. I have barely used the many types of exercises possible. A great way to stay active for seniors without overdoing.

I got this for my 70 year old mom for Christmas because she is the opposite of a fitness nut. She has trouble standing for long periods of time and is extremely sedentary. If you’re unsure about weather or not to get a vibrams; I can honestly promise you that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I know that the shoes are definitely an acquired taste, but under all that ugliness is an amazing shoe that can do amazing things.

I feel so planted in these it’s insane. For me, because the sole is flat, standing up straight is way easier and not painful. Yes, they do feel weird at first but honestly they’re so light you feel like your walking barefoot and forget you have them on in like 5 minutes.

If you do decide to get a pair do not hate the stares, they’re just jealous they can’t both look good and have healthy feet.

This shoe is dope. I love all 5 pairs I have (13W0201 – black, 14W0701 – black, 20W7701 black, 20W7704 – black/green, & 20M7703 – black/blue). First, what I’ve come to notice is that sizing is unisex, unlike the US; I wear an 8.

5-9 in women’s and 6. 5-7 in men’s. So, when I got the men’s pair I got the EU equivalent to the US size I wear in men’s. However, that size was so small I couldn’t fit my foot inside, the next size up (EU40 fits but snug on my pinky toe, with some discomfort after prolonged wear); I’ve learned that I am most comfortable in a EU41 in both the men’s and women’s sizes.

I don’t have a bunion, but I have pain in both feet in the area that people get bunions, as a preventative measure, I wear the FiveFingers shoes when working, walking, sometimes running, and especially when I have to be on my feet for a long time, and/or when already having foot pain.

First of all I used to wear orthotics – basically I had these insoles that had a bump the size of a golf ball cut in half on my arch. Wore those for 2 years – moving them from shoe to shoe for LIFE! Then I heard about these shoes from my son who has messed up toes.

so i bought some grey vibrams from him as not everyone has toes the same length. So that was almost 5 years ago, ask me where my orthotics are? I don’t know where i put them. Now keep in mind that your feet get stronger, calves and your feet actually strengthen and shrink a wee bit once your feet are strong again.

Now I do wear certain conventional shoes when i do not know what i am running on but my vibrams are always with me. Always.

I’ve been using these for a month now and am glad I pulled the trigger and got these. For quite a while I had been using standard plates with screw-collar dumbbell bars. They were a pain to adjust, they constantly became loose, and you couldn’t rest them on your legs very easily.

Was a little concerned about the MX Selects since there weren’t many reviews but I did a little external research and decided that these were the best option for what I wanted. What I wanted are dumbbells that: 1) wouldn’t fall apart in the middle of an exercise.

2) weren’t longer/bigger than they needed to be for a given weight. 3) I could comfortably rest on my legs. 4) I could easily adjust the weight. The only other product that also (mostly) fit that criteria were the PowerBlocks.

In the end I decided I liked the retention mechanism of the MX Selects over the clips that the PowerBlocks used. Also, the MX Selects can be adjusted in 2. 5 lb increments by adjusting the weight of only one end of the dumbbell.

I don’t really notice the imbalance and it is easier than dealing with the 2. 5 lb inserts that the PowerBlocks use (and those do not provide all 2. 5 lb weight increments anyway). Less important, I liked that the MX Selects still had the same general look and feel of traditional dumbbells.

The areas where the PowerBlocks win over these are A) maximum weight, the MX Selects only go to 55 lbs per dumbbell, whereas the PowerBlocks (currently) go up to 125 lbs, and B) the cost, neither are cheap but the MX Selects were the most expensive option (in this weight range and even when considering the stand is purchased separately for the PowerBlocks).

I estimated that I at my current fitness level I could do the vast majority of my exercises between the 10-55 lb range that the MX Selects provide. Obviously, that is going to depend on the individual and I can see it being a deal breaker for those who need more weight.

As my requirements exceed what these dumbbells can provide I may have to augment with fixed weight dumbbells and/or something like the PowerBlocks. That is a problem I look forward to having. With all of that said, the MX Selects have been a pleasure to use.

They are easy to adjust, they feel solid, and I’ve been doing a lot more of my exercises with dumbbells since I picked these up.

Very happy with these dumbbells. They’re easy to assemble, easy to use, evenly balanced not super blocky. Plates are sleek, I like how they are powdered coated, and did not chip when I clanked them accidentally against other metal objects.

They are easy to adjust and the price came with the stand. A lot of these other dumbbell sets you have to pay for the stand separately, but these you had adjustable weights with the stand at an unbeatable price.

Also very space-efficient compared to a full rack. One of the best gym equipment I own, hands down.

We ordered these about a month ago. They arrived quickly! Easy to put together stand. The weights are well made. I love the thin plates and no knob on the end which makes for a flat surface for resting on your legs.

The adjustable knobs are on the top by the handle and easy to switch between weights. The stand is super nice and make racking easier! Both my husband and I love having this addition to the home gym we’re building.

This bench is sturdy and very well padded. It’s light enough to be moved around my gym with ease when performing different exercises and for storage out of the way. I’m at home and this bench does the job, quick delivery and cost was fair.

Arrived in a good sturdy box with all of it’s parts. This product was easy to assemble and it did not take long to get it all put together! It’s a very sturdy bench, the best bench I’ve owned so far and I would think it’s worth twice what I paid for it.

The price range is substantial which made me a little uneasy about ordering it but it turned out to be even better than I expected. It’s attractive, maneuverable, lightweight enough to move around, but not so light that it wobbles when someone is using it.

It’s the perfect complement to my home gym.

If you’re tight on money or have other financial priorities, this is a decent basic set. I bought this for home use while my apartment gym was closed. It does get to be annoying to have to switch out the weights, but if that bothers you, you probably shouldn’t be looking at this kind of set to begin with.

I have begun grouping my exercises together in a way that means I only have to change the weights once which certainly helps. My only real complaint is that the sides of the bar where the weights screw in are not the best quality and sometimes scratch me leaving Metallic residue on my hands.

In the future I will certainly buy a slightly more expensive set but this gets the job done just fine.

The weight set itself is good, however, the case does not hold the weights in place, so it’s tricky to close it up without the weights spilling out. It was also delivered with the case spilled open and all the weights and bars smashing against the inside of the delivery box.

If you don’t care about the carry case, then none of that really matters, anyway.

Purchased this trying to get back into very light weightlifting program. Unlike a lot of these sets that are sold online, the set Dick’s offers gives you the option to purchase additional standard weights in store.

You can continue to grow with this set as your strength increases. The quality of the weights is very nice. smooth to the touch with no flaking/chipping so far. The bars are nice quality and the locking collars actually hold the weights securely in place as they should.

I didn’t give 5 stars because I did get a tiny chip off one of the locking collars.

This was a great inexpensive set for getting back into the swing of exercising. Pair these with a slant bench and you’re off to the races! I was really surprised by the quality of these weights – solid build overall.

I would definitely recommend this set for anyone who likes the convenience of having dumbells and a bar in one set.

instead of renewing my gym membership, I’ve been using this for a few months now and I’m so glad I got it! I’m just starting out so the weights are enough for me to add on/off. no wear and tear yet, the pieces are very sturdy and the handles/bar are comfortable when using.

believe it or not, i’ve actually bought 3 of these, so w/ a good deal of authority i can say these aren’t very good. First one, i popped it on the corner of my desk. i assumed it was my fault (and it may have been), but my experience up to that point hadn’t been great either – as the ball deflates rather quickly (even before it was popped).

Second and third one, i bought 2 – one for myself and one for my colleague and for several days we’d boht come in every morning and blow it up w/ the cheap pump that’s included. we’d get it nice and full, and sometimes within minutes, sometimes within hours, it would become notably deflated and inoperable.

after a couple of weeks of blowing the ball up literally 1x-2x per day, i’ve just decided to get rid of these and try to find another ball.

I often go to my regular gym to workout but due to my hectic schedule, i sometimes miss it. Was looking for a stability ball like the one I used in the gym, since it’s part of my regular workout, only to find it’s too expensive.

Good thing this was recommended by this site, now I am enjoying my workouts with this great exercise ball. Really worth it. 5 stars.

I bought one of these 4 or so years ago because I needed an exercise ball. This one was a great price and fun color, so I gave it a try. It comes with a pump and is easy to blow up. It has been used heavily and is still in great shape today.

You would still think it was brand new!.

These are decent for the cost, but since the plates are cement filled for weight, they are wide. This makes the dumbbell really long from end to end. This makes you have to hold it further away from your body then a smaller dumbbell if equal weight.

Depending on the exercise youre doing, it may or may not be a problem. Good grips, fairly cheap plastic collars that are tight on the bar threads. Ok overall.

Waited a few weeks to review to get a feel for the trainer. I can easily say besides our squat rack that this is the best home gym purchase we’ve made. Great packaging, zero product damage upon delivery, fairly simple assembly (less than 2 hours for one person as let’s be honest the instructions could be a little better), free shipping, great quality and build, and adds so much variety to our garage gym.

Being over 6 feet I was a little hesitant as to the overall width of the uprights but not an issue at all. Plenty wide even with long arms for any type of movement such as flys, etc. 200lb stacks are great even with a 2:1 ratio and the motion is extremely smooth.

This machine shines and zero regrets on the purchase. This is the 4th piece of Titan equipment added to our collection and each piece has been a great addition. The one con I can come up with is that there is one sticky spot on the weight pin.

For some reason on one upright there’s just one weight setting where the plate and guide rod holes don’t line up perfectly. That said a little bit of force when inserting the pin and I’m in business.

Last thing, we did our research and looked at options from a few competitors. The price, width and free shipping were the final decision makers. Another great Titan product and another happy Titan customer.

Awesome functional trainer. The entire family enjoys the trainer. Thought is was great that titan provides most of the attachments you need. High quality attachment. We ordered a few more to complete the system.

The packaging was in a large wooden box…well packed. Carrying all the pieces up stairs was not fun, but a family project. The trainer is well made and heavy material. No movement when doing pull ups.

The only thing titan could do better is have more detailed directions for assemble. Especially loading the plates. 5 stars. Great addition to the home gym.

This is a great machine. Mine has the red aluminum cable pulleys. All the movements are smooth and easy. The machine looks great in my home gym. Fit and finish are very good. Packaging was EXCELLENT.

Be aware that it comes all in one very heavy wooden crate. It’s really hard to move it about until you start unpacking it. I expected to invest a lot of time into assembly, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was put together into sub-assemblies.

All you have to put together is these sub-assemblies. With my 7 year old daughter’s help it took about 2 hrs.

I’m not one to typically write reviews. The cargo joggers are some of my favorite pants to work out in and have received compliments the couple times I’ve worn them. One negative to the pants are they bunch at the bottom around the draw string with any running drills performed.

Minor annoyance. The Momentum joggers again are great but already noticing stitching coming apart in multiple areas after two uses at the gym. I’m concerned the pants won’t last another 2 or 3 gym days without a big thread pop and I’m now exposed at the gym, for the price that isn’t promising.

I’m usually hesitant about buying clothes without trying them on first but I took a gamble and ordered these. These joggers are true to size, are very comfortable, look great, and the quality outstanding.

I was so impressed, I ordered some workout shorts and shirts. They are just as great. Born Tough is some of the best workout clothes I’ve ever worn and look forward to purchasing more in the future.

Know your size. Once you know your measurements, these trousers are true to size. Follow size chart guide. I wear size small and fits perfectly. Breathable and very compact. Feels like quality material.

A must buy for the athletic and casual wear.

Experience is not good at this time. I purchased 7 of these and received one. I am still waiting for the 2nd shipment that contains my entire order. Confused how this happened but not really happy with this purchase at this time.

Really pleased with the Gym. Set up was straight forward. Took about 5-6 hours on my own. Instructions were clear and tools were provided. Tighten up the cable protectors last though just to make sure they’re facing in the right direction! Good range of exercises available and the 100kg allows for progression.

Some of the exercises range of movement is a bit restricted – notably chest press and the lat pull down (certainly if you’re over 5’ 7”). But would recommend as I’m more than happy with it. Given the current situation processing and delivery were all great.

Great weight stack, at 100kg you’re guaranteed a great work out. Full range of options means you cover pretty much a full body workout. Only negative is that it needs a foot plate for seated rows

I found the building of the multi gym reasonably straight forward and completed it in around 3 hours. The action of the weight stack is really smooth and quiet, one of the best I’ve used. The range of exercises is good BUT.

the cables catch on the pec deck function so this is less smooth and has also resulted in paint chipping from the frame and it’s probably wearing the cables too. There doesn’t seem to be enough range on the shoulder press function so it feels like the full range of the exercise isn’t completed.

If these could be addressed then this would be a superb multi gym. For the money spent on this I’m wondering if I should have bought a different one.
