20 Best Full Body Waist Trainer (2023 Updated)

I’ve worn a few other types of vests like this over the past two years after having plastic surgery. I decided to keep wearing them after the recommended time after surgery because it keeps me honest if I’m gaining weight or not.

Cosmetically I look amazing in my clothes. It helps with definition when I work out at the gym and they are extremely, extremely comfortable. I’m surprised at how good it feels. It helps my posture immensely particularly when I’m tired and I don’t want to hold my shoulders back.

I’ve worn it in 90 degree weather with 80% humidity and I felt no warmer than if I wasn’t wearing it. Other vests I’ve worn were great, but this is by far the best because it offers consistent support at the back.

This is a sturdy garment. It’s not flimsy. I’ve had it two weeks and a cold water rinse cleans it up nicely. Can’t say enough good things about it.

The firm body shaper is a great piece, it delivers not only body shape but also very good posture correction benefits, as notes in the description. Two concerns. 1. I am shorter than the average male but due to my waist i had to order size Large, which fit like a nice tight glove; however, it seems that it is too long and as the day progresses the extra length of the garmemt bunches around my wait in an unsightly and uncomfortable manner – i have to add several trips to the restroom during the day to pull down the bottom oart of the undershirt – perhaps the garment should be available in a co.

Hand washing and air drying are not the mo s t convenient methods for a working male professional, nonetheless, i have been following the caring instructions accordingly; although you know the garment is clean, the character of the fabrics changes to a stiff-like feeling, which does not encourage me to wear the garment.

After several weeks i must admit that my body feels the difference when i wear the body shaper, especially during my daily 5-hour commute in the train. I bought this for my daughters wedding in December 2020. I tried it on and was amazed of how of how it pulled everything in and took me down a size or so. I have had weight loss surgery 6 years ago and have a role around lower part of stomach but not with this.

Not knowing I was about to have another stomach surgery number 8. This one they had to reattach my muscles from each side of my stomach from chest to belly button and was told I need to wear these on a daily basis when working.

The only problem is you have to really undress to go to bathroom. The slit in back just is not effective enough to be comfortable. But it I s very comfortable to wear all day.

I like it !.. been using it for a month and am already going to order a 1 size samller ! .. love the material and hope its compress the body !

To be honest, I was extremely disappointed. The smell was pretty bad, sort of like burnt rubber, and I had to wash my hands after. The waist trainer fits tight so definitely get your measurements right before purchasing because they charge you $9.

95 for returns (guess they have to make money by ripping you off somehow). The quality is poor, doesn’t resemble the photo, and not worth the price. It looks so different than the photo I even questioned its authenticity.

If you have lower belly fat expect it to pinch and look unflattering under clothes when you sit.

I received the Anne Cherry 2027 Vest about a week ago and started wearing it day one/ 8 hours each time. This is the new week (wk 2) I am up to 12 hours in it still on the first row. I have not sized down to second row yet.

If you want the loose skin to tighten make sure you moisturize with a skin tightening cream or lotion. (Caffein lotions and creams are great) My stomach is next to gone and my back rolls have also been compressed away.

I started with a bloated stomach. looked like I was pregnant. Now it’s nearly flat. I’m very satisfied with the aggressiveness of this trainer. No exercise needed with it. The fit was good. pretty accurate according to current weight and measurements on chart.

I fit a medium so I sized up to a large which I believe is a size 36. I’m short so the vest straps are a little loose at the top not as tight as they should be. Would be awesome if they made straps adjustable on this.

This is not my first time waist training so I am use to wearing long hours. I’m my opinion you get faster results if you go harder and tolerated it for as long as you can pushing yourself to the limit each day.

Especially if you do not intend on exercising. I try to maintain a high fiber diet drink plenty water with 4 cups of 100% green tea daily clean. no junk food or sugar. Good luck ladies!.

it fits. I could have went with a size smaller. Material not so good I’m getting married in October I wore the shaper to 2x once to try on dresses at bridal shop. Yesterday I received my dress went to put my shaper on and the strap for my right arm broke.

Wasted so much money on this smh. Threading came completely off.

I love this body shaper! Bought it for a wedding but a it’s so comfortable I can wear it to work! I have bought so many and only wore them once and spent $$$ The support and comfort it provides is great! It’s smoothed out my lumps! ❤️😂.

I bought this version because has the brassiere which is support convenient. I think it should be a version like this with brassiere but without the bold addition on the buttock part. There are who don’t need extra on the butt.

I cannot wear it with pants because looks too much. I don’t like to be bold but more subtle body type. Impossible with this garment! That’s a shame. I spoke with someone on the phone about this but seems that nobody listened.

So you put the panty on top the feeling of discomfort is greater. This shapewear with closure is perfect or a mechanism that makes it close at the bottom.

ok, so i have bought the slimming braless body shaper with thigh slimmer several times over the years, in size XXXL. (its my favorite shaper) the last one i purchased was in march 2020. it is an XXL.

I recently had gastric bypass is Feb 2020, and i have lost 80 plus pounds. since then. it is now May 20, 2020. so now my XXL is way too big for me now. I figured i could probably go down two sizes. i expected it to be a little tight, but being that it cost so much, it was a good idea to go down two sizes.

So this time i wanted to try this full bodysuit slimming shaper in an XL because i have lost so much of my breast from the weight loss, i thought it would be perfect for my breast since i don’t know my bra size now and i cant get measured do to retail stores being closed.

when i received yesterday in the mail, i couldn’t get it passed my knees. in my regular clothes, i have went down three sizes, so why is going down two sizes in the shape wear such a problem??? especially since my XXL shape wear is way to big now.

i just purchased the other one in march this year. can i get exchange for that one as well? one purchased in march and one in may>>.

I highly recommend it, at first i was skeptical about buying it cause I have bought many and they do not mold your body. Once i read the reviews on here I automatically had to go and BUY. It came quick.

My first thought when I opened it was It is not going to fit. BUTTT the material is very stretchy i got a size L. I danced and shaked to get it on but it was worth it. As soon as I finished it snatched my waist.

My husband was shook. No more spending money and looking for other bodysuits. THISS IS ITT. Will be ordering again.

I purchased this to be worn under a tight fitting dress and was pleasantly surprised by the nice quality. Much better than what I had expected! Initially it takes a little practice to work the closures but once on, it was actually pretty comfortable.

This is a very well-made body shaper. The material is smooth and it definitely makes your figure flattering. I have bought Other body shapers but this one is very Good quality! This body shaper makes it easy to go to the restroom.

A big plus!.

I ordered this piece not as a technical “waist trainer”, just a make-me-comfortable-in-work-clothes helper. Putting it on was a little hilarious; once you get past the first 3-4 hooks it’s smooth sailing.

It’s comfy enough to even wear around the house, if you like that sucked-in feeling. I have a very short waist and the front boning can poke into my legs a bit while sitting (if it has slipped down) but I actually like the length as it covers my lower mom-tummy I’m struggling to get rid of.

Long-waisted folks might find it a bit short, but I love it! And it doesn’t curl at the edges as I feared it might, hooray! Sizing is small like everyone says; glad I read the reviews first! The chart put me in an L/XL but the 2X/3X is perfect (in all the pieces I bought, BTW.

I love this waist trainer it’s comfy, tight enough to give me the snatched look I desire but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable and I can’t breath. The difference isn’t insane, but it’s enough to noticeably take my waist in, flatten my tummy, and give me the hourglass figure I want.

It sometimes bites into my bra but that’s likely because I’m on the shorter side. My usual size is a M so I purchased the M. After wearing it off and on for a few weeks I was able to move onto the second hook set with little discomfort.

That being said, I’m used to shapewear so it was probably easier for me than it will be for others. My only complaint is the delivery and wait time. My delivery date changed every day and the product came much later than expected.

When I tried to track the order I got an error notification saying that the tracking number did not exist and there was no parcel with the corresponding number. There was a period of a week or two where I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get my package.

So if you’re willing to wait and be inconvenienced I’d say it’s worth the purchase.

I find myself wearing this every day even if I’m staying home, as it supports my back and makes me feel more sleek. I’ve always been very thin but MENOPAUSE kicked my butt in more ways than I can count – including the dreaded “thickening around the middle.

” Honestly, this trainer made me happier than I had been with my body in years. At first, I couldn’t even get the hooks closed, thinking I had bought the wrong size. Now 3 months later I am wearing on the smallest setting and thinking about going down a size.

Granted I started exercising a little more but STILL, the waist trainer has been slimming, comfy, supportive and confidence-boosting. If you have that impossible to lose menopausal belly THIS can really make you feel good again.

P. S. – wearing it in the boudoir is a game-changer too.

OUCH! I just had lipo on my abdomen and hips. My doctor suggested I buy a compression garment here. The first one was SO TIGHT I literally couldn’t get it past my knees! And I followed the sizing guide AND rounded up as suggested.

Had to call for a return auth number (which is really a pain frankly). So went from a medium to an XL. It fits but is still VERY VERY tight. Yes, I know; it’s a compression garment but it’s still absurdly tight – it feels like a corset! Breathing is difficult – no joke.

BUT – the biggest number one issue is that the seams on the sides cut RIGHT into my recently lipo’d hips! Which is an absolute No-No! Doctor said Do NOT let anything dig into those areas or they’ll leave a permanent dent.

Additionally, by about 2pm I was in PAIN – PAIN – from the digging. By the time I got home and tore this off I had long red indentations all the way from front to back on both sides. It took about 2 hours for them to go away and about 5 hours for the pain to stop.

Do NOT get this if your hips have been lipo’d!! I’d imagine this might be fine if you need it for something else (but SIZE UP at least two times!), but for me it’s a major bummer – and since the only way I discovered this problem was to wear it, I’ve now just thrown away all this money.

To say I’m upset and disappointed is a massive understatement. :-(.

Item as described. I appeared to look slimmer. However, you will have to wear a garment longer than your knees: pants, capris, midi dress, tea length dress, or maxi dress to conceal the garment. I would recommend.

3 weeks of searching lead me to purchase; I’m so happy I did. I placed a thin cotton camisole underneath and 1 hour on the 1st set of hooks lead me to the 2nd set for 10 hours total. I should say that length of time and adjustment ISN’T for everyone, I’m a person trainer.

Aim for 1-3 hours when starting. If your uncomfortable when fastened loosen it. If your on the 1st set of hooks and its uncomfortable, give yourself a week of healthier food choices, turmeric, ginger, aloe vera juice (unsweetened), apple cider vinegar if you can, water, movement and try again.

Not fittingly comfortable after that return it and order a larger size. Don’t give up; No shame. life is a journey, this is a path you’ve chosen, be patient with yourself, mind and body. Again, you should NOT be in discomfort or pain: SUNG is the way, like an big hug (w/o the labored breathing when squeezed).

The following day started on the 2nd set adjusting to the 3rd. All I can say is it feels amazing. I have great posture already thankfully but after a C-section 14 years ago it felt like my organs weren’t in their place even with being fit, they do now! I’m able to get my cardio/weight training in while wearing and even some lower abdominal work/crunches.

Side note, it helped with menses pain ladies and for that alone I’m looking forward to smaller sizes in the future.

My waist is 30 inches. Belly 33 inches and hips 40inch. i bought size m. I want to snatch my waist and belly and hoping to loose some inches while im bulking and growing my muscles as well. The trainer is quite long.

Reaches under boobs and goes down to almost pelvic. I can only hook the last row!!! Haha. Soo tight. Im only wearing it to the gym and i loved wearing it for squatting. Really supports my lower back.

And when i took it off my belly felt tight and Abs wanted to stay contracted which was cool. Also helps with posture!.

I love this product. I started with a XXL 3 months ago. I just started to wear size L. My waist and hips have gotten smaller and tighter. It also helped me with my posture and I have less lower back pain.

My job involves a lot of sitting and this waist trainer prevents me from slouching over for the most part. It takes a little time to get used to wearing it, but then it’s like a second skin. My sister is wearing it too now and it helps her with her post-pregnancy form.

The quality and comfort of your garments are amazing. Wearing this helps me remember to stay on my diet and exercise. When I couple it with my Colombiana jeans I get compliments and feel like a million dollars.

My but is perky and my back is straight. PS I am overweight by about 60 lbs–and I still get compliments when wearing this combination. My dresses and other outfits have gained a new life. I look forward to purchasing smaller sizes as my weight goes down.

I really like my garment but I’m tall so the straps were too short. I had to extend the straps from an old bra. Also I wish the crotch was open. Love the compression on my stomach, best I’ve had so far.

Postop lipo and tummy tuck.

I have been wearing this produce following complications from tummy surgery for the last 3 years. It is machine washable but id recommended handwashing for a longer life, i usually buy 2 every 12 months.

Easy to clip on, always start at the top. Read the measuring guide carefully. Size L = 14. Love the comfort, can be worn under anything and long bodied so fits under bra line and comes to top of my hips.

If its not supportive, you need a smaller size.

I purchased these in both a large and X-large not knowing how tight they would actually be. I understand they are supposed to be tight but I wanted to also be able to breathe. I am normally a size large or 12 and both of these were extremely small in size.

the xl would fit a size 6-8 at best. I could not even get the sides close enough to hook even one so I can’t say if the length is good and won’t roll up which is why I decided on these as many of the other styles seem to short and defeat the purpose of smoothing the whole area :/.

I’m going on a cruise and wanted some shapewear for under my dresses. I ordered several different brands (rather expensive ones) all of which roll down or don’t shape you. Love this product as it feels very solid yet breathable.

Sucks up the wobbly run and pulls you in at the waist. I was worried you would be able to see the fastening but it’s flawless. I’m a size 10/12 and I ordered a M which fit perfectly.

Very disappointed in this, NO STRETCH at all and the material is not as nice, & it only has 2 rows of hooks not 3 like mine, I have ordered great waist trainers in the past, like 4 yrs ago and it feels great, quality material and has a stretch to it so you can wear it all day and made to last! THIS one is nothing like the one I have like it, no stretch at all, about 4″-6″ from even getting a hook on, I wear a med and yes my old one still fits and is looking like new! I’m 5’9 165# and wear 7/8 -9/10 in jeans! Need to ship it back to get something else or a refund as it’s useless for me, you’d need to be an extra small to fit a med in this!.

This is a great product, I’ve purchased this item 2x & I must say WoW, I purchased this item to train my waist, whittle, nip that HeaUx into formation & GoOd GosH *Shocker* It WORKS/ED. I started out in the sz Small, worked my way through the whole vest, using 1st set of hooks, until I reached 2nd set of hooks & when working out, HIIT & aerobics, my waist is 24/25, my goal when I first purchased vest.

My waist then was 28/29. My 2nd purchase is the sz XSM & OMMFG, I thought I was gonna suffocate R damage my F**Ribs, Im looking forward to nip waist even further & maintain the results.

I’ve tried 3 or 4 of the others and all they did was. well, nothing really. This one actually holds everything in and my stomach actually looks flat. No more walking around having to remember to hold in my stomach and surprisingly comfortable.

At first I was apprehensive because to me it felt heavy but not when it’s on. I did need help with the closures but once they are hooked I just undo enough hooks to get over my hips and slide it on down.

Oh and because it’s a vest type there are no back fat rolls. Love it,I will be ordering a second one.

I had my last 2 cinchers for about 3 years. I took good care of them and they lasted! I use one to really work up a sweat in and one for around the house/errands. I just recently ordered 2 new ones. One with the straps and one without.

I have to say maybe because mine were so broken in or they have improved, but they def are stronger and support your posture. Great quality and super excited to have some new ones. I would like throw in that I ordered sizes too small and sent them back.

I got in touch with customer service and asked about paying extra to get my exchanges here faster. Being it “took 3 days to process” I assumed I had a week to wait. They arrived 2 days later after speaking with them.

They’re shipping is really fast and customer service is great. I’ve used this company for years and always will.

The front is a good length but the back is unfortunately short and so it curls down under the pressure of your body. Why they would make a longline corset with a regular sized back panel is poor designing.

If you’re top heavy, you may not be happy with this. Also the size chart is about 1 1/2 sizes smaller than posted.

This waist clincher is just ok. It doesn’t pull you in well in my opinion. It’s not firm enough. Even though it is for the waist it is to long in the back to accommodate my hips so it bunches up on top of my hip at my waist.

Very uncomfortable. This waist clincher is not good for a person with large hips unless you have a long back.

Make sure you take a waist measurement before placing an order, then order it one size smaller if your trying to lose weight rapidly. If you do not have someone to help you put it on, then order your first one true to waist size until you get used to putting it on by yourself.

I recommend laying on top of it & sucking in your stomach the first few times. Where it to sleep every night & you will start seeing results. If you wear it while working out, clean it with alcohol afterwards to minimize risk of mold/bacteria growth.

I love my waist trainer. it definitely helped curb my appetite, and it was the catalyst for my recent weight loss (about 8 pounds over the last month). I do wish I could find information on how to wash it, as I think it is stretching out just slightly.

Really solid product though, this is the first time I have invested in something that has actually helped me lose weight.

Totally love my trainer/corset. I’ve had a few from Amazon but they wore-out quickly. I recommend getting a size or 3 smaller just to make sure you have a good fit. My waste is a 40 but I got an XL to make sure I had a snug fit.

The only negative so far is it takes about 2 weeks to be delivered as it is coming from China but it’s so worth the wait.

I’ve used the belt 4 times now. I put it on before I start my cycling. It was REALLY hard to get on over my hips and then once around my waist it seems loose. I wish I had more elasticity. It does hold in the sweat so you are drenched underneath it after the workout.

I’ll need to use it longer to see if it actually works. Also, the hot gel is confusing! It looks like you were suppose to use it with the belt, but the directions don’t say anything about using it with the belt.

I guess you just put it on separately afterwards. I like how it makes my skin super tingly! I just thought it went with the product to boost the results so I’m kind of bummed about that. I’d say save your money and invest in something of higher quality for the price you pay for this.

I buy a hotshaper! I thought was ok product it will keeping rolled up several time, but finally I manage the way it would not, I ordered sizes small and in leggins i wish I would have order medium because runs small, the fb posting or advertising show a really sweating stomach, well that is not the case yes it helps to sweat and the cream gives a warmer feeling when using the cream and the vest with leggings but it will absorbed all your sweat you won’t see it like the ad’s, I said that in few post and my reviews got deleted and never posted, instead I will have a customer from hotshaper send me a private message about the product, I not sure why I can not express and share my real thoughts of the product, I don’t think I’m negative, just saying stop with the false ad’s I mean is ok products real good actually when stops rolling up, and helps sweat normally not like that ad’s.

Runs a little small.

I’ve been looking for the best waist trainer & I finally found it! The vitamin C oil is a plus & the sweat gel. You see the results fast it’s unbelievable. I love it. Shout out to Abby I was so upset my neighbors stole my package and she was able to send me another one with a faster delivery!!!! 😭🙌🏼 May god bless her soul! Shipping was fast less then a week, this is my second time ordering from this site. My first order was the long waist belt. But this item here Honey, let me tell you. So i was looking for something that will give me some type of shape.

Im 5”7 about 180-190pds i wear a size 9,10 and sometimes an 11. I’m a size 38c in bras and size M-L in shirts. But my legs are on the smaller side so my a** match my legs which is on the smaller side too.

But this thing here done gave your girl a lil ump in the back. I have a wide stomach and when i say wide i mean i have love handles it doest necessarily pock out in the front but the sides yeah. Its like handle bars.

but this items here done made my wide stomach disappear. The cuff under the butt area done lift my lil flat a** up. The only part of this garment that I’m not a big fan of but i can deal with it is the lace part it does show in jeans or leggings.

I wish it was more like panty garments. Its comfortable to me i like that it has a zipper croch area and have straps that you can take off or keep on. Putting it on was not a big struggle but i knew just by putting my legs in it, it was going to hold me in good.

Bought this for my daughter to wear under her homecoming dress. This thing snatched her curves in all the right places. I love the removable straps because they kept the top from rolling so she wasn’t tugging at it all night to keep it up.

The straps were small enough that they worked well with her spaghetti strapped dress. I also liked that there were other color options. I chose the “purple” color to match her dress and it blended in perfectly.

The zipper over the eye hooks was also perfect because it leaves a smooth front finish where other shape wear leaves a noticeable line. Overall, I am very happy with this piece and will buy more from this brand in the future.

The purpose of purchasing shape wear is to look smooth and sexy in your clothing. This shape wear did just that for me. It was like see ya muffin top! The material is satiny and soft, and so I never felt over heated.

For Ladies. this is the first garment and I have purchased many, that has the perfect opening for restroom time. That’s 5 stars alone! The binding straps are sturdy and easily adjustable and I absolutely adore the designs created around the thigh section.

This garment has a zipper in the front, and I was nervous about how it would react when I wore it. Would it keep unzipping. would it be visible underneath my shirt? It didn’t do either. Most times I ordered in a bigger size just to be comfortable and snatched for whatever time period.

I can safely say I will be purchasing another soon in a smaller size. Ladies with full thighs, you will have to rub baby oil in the inner thigh parts of this garment.

I have been using this suit every other day for a month now and I can say I’m mostly happy with the purchase. Let me start off with my complaints. One is that it does not fit over my boobs. My ******* are a 36C and they basically pop out of this suit every chance they get.

I have to keep pulling it up but that doesn’t bother me so much. And the straps. 1, I have to keep the straps tight and with the material used on them, it’s bad. They dig into my skin especially when I’m doing certain exercises such as planks and burpees.

And 2, the straps when lose, stick to the pink material on the rest of the suit and that starts to rip away the fabric in that area. So now my suit looks kinda scruffy. But I do have to say that the suit makes me feel sexier.

It’s tight in all the right places and I love to rub the material in the belly and booty area. And as far as sweating goes. you’re gonna sweat I promise you. I have worked out in this several times and each time my under garments have been DRENCHED.

I sometimes just rinse it out and other times I’d just hang it out on the clothes line outside and let the wind air it out. Hasn’t shrunk or anything. I’ve shared my thoughts about this product with one or two friends already because I think this is definitely worth buying.

I enjoy this suit. For all you tall ladies it does fit!!! I am 5’11 215lbs, overall weight is evenly distributed. I ordered a size XL. I would like the straps to be a little longer so I can put it on quicker and have more range of motion but if you are shorter it will not affect you.

It is good for walking the neighborhood and working up a sweat. I use abolene underneath and wear underwear always since you can only wipe clean. on top of that I wear workout pants, shirt, sweatshirt.

so I can come back and have gone down 2lbs from a 3-5 mile walk. I know it is mainly water weight but it has helped slim down the stomach region. I would recommend it for walks not running or weight training because of the limited range of motion in the shoulders due to the straps.

The experience with this company has been phenomenal. Not only the first go-around I ordered the wrong size. The response back for the exchange of needing a bigger size went smoothly. It was even offered to me to give me back some of my money.

However I had to have this product has once I received it the first time the quality was outstanding. My zipper was not loose, and I did not want to take my business anywhere else. Customer service is always key and this business knows customer service.

When I receive my bigger size not only did it fit just right I was only in it for 5 minutes and I was sweating my tail off. You’re not going to be able to tell me nothing while I’m cutting grass. I’m going to be feeling cute in my pink and black suit.

I bought this to wear under an evening dress. The support is firm but doesn’t leave you feeling trussed up like a Christmas turkey, like a lot of shapewear does. The fabric is silky and smooth so my dress moves around me without dragging or bunching up.

I’ve not had a charnos all in one body for a long time and I am not disappointed with my purchase. It is great. Especially as I am a larger full busted woman. Thus is the perfect item to give you smooth lines, great support and looks sext too.

Unfortunately, the ‘Womens Charnos Black Superfit Full Cup Bodyshaper’, although a perfect fit and very comfortable (at the beginning of the day I was delighted and fully intended to purchase another), but to my dismay the sides had unravelled by less than 6 hours later! None of my other bodyshapers have done this so I was appalled at the poor quality.

Maybe there was an original pull or loose elastic I had not noticed but cannot believe the item could not even last one day?.
