20 Best Frying Pan On Amazon (2023 Updated)

I bought this pan directly from All-Clad as part of a 2 piece set. Both the 8 and 10 inch pans have a large bottom, more typical of a sauté pan, and very different than the profile of the stainless D3 or D5 fry pans that have sloping sides.

This 10 inch pan has the surface area more typical of a 12 inch D3 pan, which makes it cook larger than one would think. As a result, we use the 8 inch pan more often for breakfast, as it’s more like a typical 10 inch pan.

Both are very non stick, both sit perfectly flat on my glass top electric range, and both are very substantial pans. They are comfortable to use, heavy by comparison to most other non stick pans, but not heavy in absolute terms.

Cooking is very even. One thing that I must make others aware of is that they take much longer to come up to temperature than typical non stick pans. Don’t force heat into the pan, just set it on medium low heat and be patient.

Heated this way, temperature across the pan is very even without any hot spots. This is actually the only way to properly heat any pan, and being patient makes a huge difference. The induction compatible stainless steel base keeps the pan absolutely dimensionally stable, so the pan sits flat throughout the heating and cooling cycle.

Let the pan naturally cool down. No cold water, and then wash it. Stainless steel is not a great conductor of heat, but this is an advantage. It’s only on the base of the pan. As a result, it takes a bit longer to heat, but the heat is even and the pan stays hot.

The rest of the pan is aluminum. The combination makes these pans great. In fact, I find myself turning the heat down a bit after the food starts cooking. This keeps the pan from overheating. It’s exactly what I do when cooking on cast iron.

For eggs, it’s the best pan I’ve ever used. I’ve been using these for nearly 8 months now, and both pans are still as new. And please, never put any pan in the dishwasher. Also, I use ONLY wood or silicone utensils.

Both pans still look and perform as new.

After about two weeks, I’ve used everything in the set at least once and some items several times. The pots are a good weight, heat evenly and quickly, and have so far presented no issues with cleanup at all.

The handles stay cool on the stovetop — obviously, not in the oven. The big stockpot has proved especially useful — it’s seems a perfect balance of width and depth, and the steamer insert has been getting a workout.

The selection of lids fitting multiple pots is convenient. The square pan has become my go-to dish for traybakes — since I’m usually cooking for one, I don’t really need something the size of a sheet pan, and this both heats and cleans up better.

Changes I might suggest: A small saucepan would have been nice, perhaps instead of one of the two large skillets. And I wish there were a lid for the medium skillet. But these don’t detract from what IS there, and the sale price made this a wonderful investment.

I LOVED these pans and used the big one nearly every day for eggs, stir-fries and main meals. I hand-washed always and was careful to only use wood and silicone utensils. In less than two years the finish became pock-marked and was coming off.

I sent photos to the All-Clad team about their so-called warranty and was told that it was only a manufacture defect if the finish came off “in sheets” and they could not control my use, so they would not replace it.

The customer service representative even told me that the finish could come off in as little as a few weeks depending on how you use it! I am a great home cook and was careful and thoughtful in my use of this pan to care for it appropriately.

I do not believe that expensive cookware should be essentially disposable, but after my interactions with the company, I heard a very different message from All-Clad, who seemed to not care if their product didn’t hold up to reasonable use.

I will not be purchasing from All-Clad again.

I am truly enjoying using my new ANOLONX 4 Quart Covered Casserole Dutch Oven. It is such a great brand and has so many uses in one pan. You can use it to sear your meats and caramelize your vegetables and then add your ingredients for a casserole and insert it in the oven up to 500 degrees to bake then clean up is easy in the dishwasher.

I have not used any other pan since I received it. The burgers and steaks turned out juicy and perfectly even seared on the outside and my onions were caramelized perfectly. I made a beef casserole all in the one pan including getting the meat to the perfect crispy crusty edge and tender stew fresh from the oven.

The pan is a little heavier than a regular pan because it’s made to last, very durable but it’s not as heavy as cast iron thankfully. You can use metal utensils inside the pan and not have to worry about scratching the supremely coated interior of the pan and nothing, not even cheese, sticks.

I have found this pan to be something I can’t believe I lived without.

I received the product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. I recently started cooking in a lot more and have been in search of a brand that could handle how much I cooked as well as be easy to maintain.

My search has stopped with the Anolon X set. So far, everything has been cooking evenly and also not ending up burnt which I hated with previous brands I used. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick and because of this you don’t need to use insane amounts of oil or butter to make sure whatever your cooking doesn’t get stuck to the pan.

I also love how you can use lower heat settings and the food still cooks evenly and better than having to use high heat. The stay cool handles are awesome for when draining grease or when rinsing out a pan without having to grab pot holders to avoid burning yourself.

Overall this set of cookware has made cooking even more enjoyable than I already thought it was. Easy cleanup makes me not dread doing the dishes after cooking and I love how food comes out.

I love the nonstick coating on this pan. It’s slippery AH. The size, weight, balance and handle are perfect. Cleaning is a breeze inside and out. HOWEVER, the interior of the pan is convex, meaning it is raised in the center.

Liquid pools on the outer edges of the pan. Everything does. If you can live with that you’ll love this pan. If not, like me you’ll still keep looking for that elusive 12″ skillet that has a flat bottom, inside and out.

I LOVE TO COOK and this is one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen. Eggs, pancakes, bacon, fish. whatever. comes out great each and every time. Be advised though that just about ANY non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced every 2-3 years.

This pan is no exception. Nonetheless it is priced right and built to give many pleasurable culinary experiences. BTW, keep the cooking temperatures on the lower end of the scale. Super HOT temps aren’t good for ANY non-stick pans.

We haven’t used the pan too many times, but when we have, it has been amazingly non-stick, and easy to clean up. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the “delicate” nature of the coating.

After reading the instructions my wife & son (and me too I guess) are “scared” of damaging the non-stick coating while cooking or washing it. Even though we only use plastic/nylon spatulas on it, and very carefully at that, I can see marks on the surface.

We basically use a paper towel to wipe it after it has cooled, then wash it with warm soapy water and regular old non-abrasive sponge or terry washcloth. All in all, I like it a lot. I had been used to my cast iron skillet & old (and I’m guessing worn out) T-Fal fry pan.

I would recommend it to anyone who can remember to handle it gently.

These fry pans are easy to use, easy to clean and heat up quickly. A warm soap and water cleanup is all that is needed. The pans are dishwasher safe, but it doesn’t seem necessary to put them in a dishwasher.

Cooking eggs, making skillet fried chicken uses very little oil. Sprinkling a dried herb seasoning may stick to the base of the pan when cooking chicken parts but it cleans up very easily. These pans are a great gift or perfect for the student returning to college dorm / apartment life.

The two different sizes allows easy cooking of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and grilled cheese sandwiches. The larger pan is great for fried chicken or larger entrees when cooking a larger meal. These pans do not come with covers, but covering with aluminum foil can substitute for cover, if desired.

These fry pans work well on ceramic top stoves. The pans heat up quickly. When cleaning, soak the pan in warm soapy water. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or a metal type scrubbing pad on the pan. It may affect the finish coating on the pan.

After multiple uses, the pan still looks new.

These frying pans are the worst. Unfortunately my wife got taken in by the hype at the store and brought these home. The supposed “non-stick” coating lasted not even a year. We always use oil or butter (helps conduct heat) and after only a couple of months, things were starting to stick.

A year or so later, tried making an omelet, and the eggs stuck around the entire perimeter of the pan, to the point that I couldn’t even get them off with hot running water and a brush. In fact, in my efforts to clean them, some of the “non-stick” coating came off! Talk about your unexpected outcomes.

So into the garbage they go. We’ll replace them with Rock frying pans, since we have two of those and they’re both going strong years and years later.

were these people given a free product or what? LOL! I cook twice a day and recently switched all of my cookware to toxin frees ceramics. I have had excellent luck with each piece and they cook flawlessly.

This pan was cheap and I took a chance. HOT SPOTS, horrible uneven frying Chipping wihtou dishwasher or meatl ware, I put towels beteen each pot and pan and hand wash everything, all wooden or silicone utensils.

The worse part is it developed hot spots that burned that no amount of olive oil and seasoning after and before use would cure. I used it about 8 times and threw it in the trash. Its thin, its cheaply made and I dont trust the toxin free integrity compared to what my high quality pans look and feel and perform like.

This set is an absolute must in my kitchen! I love my stainless steel All-Clad pots and pans because they are made well and are very healthy to cook with. My one problem was not being able to cook eggs successfully in them.

The All-Clad D3 Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillets solved this problem, and I am very, very happy with this purchase! I cook them on medium heat (setting 4), and they always turn out beautifully, no matter what form I cook them (scrambled, omelet, etc.

). The pans are so easy to clean, too, and they always look brand new! I use them every day!!! (Note: I was not paid or compensated to write this review. ).

I had this pan replaced after 8 months of use because the non-stick surface was flaking off. All-clad swore it was from me using too much heat. I found that interesting as I have 8 other regular stainless pans and certainly know how to cook on the proper heat levels.

They replaced the original pan, and a year later the replacement pan started flaking off. So, it’s hitting the landfill and I’ll buy those $25 T-FAL stainless pans at Target and use them. At least I won’t cry as much when I toss it after a year or so and only be out $25 instead of $150.

I am giving this five stars with the caveat that the test of a pan is over time-years at least. Especially non stick pans. I’ve gone through many that started out 5 stars but did not last. I purchased the 8 and 10 inch as a package deal.

I believe they were a good buy. They are made in the U. S. I will not buy Chinese cookware. So far I’ve cooked eggs, omelets etc and they function as anticipated. They also heat evenly unlike poor quality pans.

The buying experience was easy and the delivery was prompt. So far so good.

I purchased this set in July 2020 and have loved using them. We use the small pan to make scrambled eggs every morning and it has been great! Sadly, a year later, the nonstick coating has not held up and is chipping off.

We never use metal utensils and, of course, we cook eggs on low heat, gently folding them in. This is so disappointing since I thought I was buying a quality brand. I could have gotten a year from any cheaper pan.

I will check if Circulon will honor the warranty but I would not purchase again.

I bought these after seeing a similar model at my boyfriend’s. The price was great, arrived on time, perfect condition. They’re a nice heavy skillet! There are raised circles on the bottom to help with release, so better non-stick.

I have only used them once so far, but happy. The directions do warn to not use Pam spray, etc and don’t use higher than medium heat. I tried doing a grilled cheese to just try one of the pans out. It went well, no sticking and a nice overall grill on the bread.

Not sure if they’re dishwasher safe? I plan to hand wash regardless. I think you can use metal utensils, but I will still use silicone or wood utensils. These pans are cheap enough that you can be a bit careless but nice enough to keep using longer than a short time.

I purchased, in Bangkok last Christmas, the 12″ Circulon Ultimum skillet with lid (wok) along with the 8 1/2″, 10″ and 12″ skillets (frying pans). I did so after reading many excellent reviews on various web sites.

They are indeed excellent products and after 6 months use have never experienced any form of sticking what so ever. They are a pleasure to use and so easy to clean. The only slight problem that was mentioned by one reviewer was that although they found the products to be excellent they noticed that slight chips were occurring on the edge of a skillet.

At the time of reading that review I chalked it up to perhaps a QC problem during manufacture of that particular skillet, as no other review I have seen mentioned this problem or any other problem. To my surprise lately I have noticed a similar problem occurring on the 12″ skillet (Wok).

But I would not call it a chip but rather a scratch. At first I thought that it must have been me knocking the skillet against the taps when washing but after a short time I wondered whether it could be the lid so on looking at the lid I notice that the metal outer ring joint is slightly uneven and could be the cause of the problem.

See attached pictures There is no similar problem on the other 3 pans I suppose because we do not have lids for the smaller 2 skillets and do not use the lid very much or leave on the on the 12″ skillet (frying pan), These slight scratches do not impair the product use at all and rather a visual problem (I hope time will reaffirm my thought).

So to reiterate they are excellent products and look forward to purchasing a set of saucepans when i visit Bangkok again at year end. (cant’t find an outlet for Circulon Ultimum in China where I live).

At first, I thought the problems I was having with my pan was a fluke. Pan was 100% non-stick for about the first four months. After that, I fried an egg with butter and a little olive oil & the egg stuck to the pan.

Even hamburgers and pancakes stick to the pan. The ceramic coating started wearing off the bottom of the pan within about nine months and in the tenth month the Blue Diamond ceramic coating wore off the face of the pan.

The pan was never dishwashed but hand washed. Never use any metal utensils in the pan. Very disappointed in this pan! I would never waste my money on this product again. The only good thing about this pan is that the nonstick surface lasted longer than the show called copper pans.

I guess now it’s time to try the granite Stone pans. I really think they’re all a bunch of hype!.

I can’t say enough good things about these pans. I started buying cookware 40 years ago. I always preferred cooking in heavy stainless steel pans but after non stick pans came out, I searched to find non stick pans that had all the benefits of my stainless steel cookware with a perfect non stick finish.

I spent a lot of money on pans over the years that were advertised to the best non stick pans on the market. Some were awful the first time I used them and others worked great in the beginning but before much use, food began sticking and the coating wore off.

The Anolon brand costs more than I wanted to spend especially with my prior unhappy experiences with non stick cookware. Macy’s offered a fantastic sale price on a 2 pack of frying pans. I already had lids to fit them so I decided to try them.

My only regret is not buying these years ago. I have since bought the matching WOK and want to get a few sauce pans.

I bought these after reading a lot of reviews and to see the bundle was a great add. and since having used them they live up to the hype so far, i am a cast iron loyalist but am now using these as well.

I will only add that the card board ring in between the two pans for packaging and shipping – storage, left a ring at the bottom of the big pan. i washed it well but did not want to scrub it off so you can see a bit of the residue from the cardboard.

i have not seen a difference or tasted any thing odd from the issue though. Be careful with the handle as user error if you hold the or grab the handle too close to the pan and touch the metel between the grip and the pan it is very hot, that is my mistake.

This may be our fault but we ordered the set and added two more pans. The lids would not work with the pan separates. We have had numerous pan sets throughout the years and this was a first. So the pans are actually useless to us and we were told “NO” to any type of return or ???.

I was not very nice after that – my bad. I am a director of sales and customer service and listening to customers is very important! We have used two pans, keep them separated by cloth and are very particular with what we own.

Just very disappointed. No one offered a different set or something we could exchange – even if it was more money.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more.

Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference.

As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though.

I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.

I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all.

I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years.

Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

I already had a 12” Le Creuset non-stick pan and used it all of the time. It out-performed my other pans, which I decided to replace. I purchased this set of the 10” and 8” and have not been disappointed.

The handle is different than my 12” pan, but the new handle is balanced and comfortable to hold. The pans heat evenly and the non-stick surface works great. For egg scrambles in the morning, these work perfectly for all of the combinations my family wants: 2 eggs with shallots and tomatoes in the 8”, 3 eggs with ham and cheese in the 10”, and all of the rest with everything in our largest pan.

I rely on having a choice of pan size to fit the need.

This is a top-rated pan on many web sites for its non-stick characteristic and longevity, and after about 3 weeks of use I have to agree. But the fact that the bottom is not flat bugs me. I called Ninja after I noticed a crowning in the middle of the pan the first time I used it – I wanted to confirm that this was designed that way or if I had a bad pan.

Some cheaper pans warn that their pans will warp (or crown) if they are subjected to too much heat. Ninja Customer Service confirmed that the pan was intentionally designed to be a little higher in the middle, with a very gentle slope to the outside edge (often called a crown).

This is good if you’re cooking something that will release fat while cooking (like a single steak). The fat will run to the edges. But you can’t get a round pancake if the batter runs toward the edge.

A single fried egg will spread unevenly. And a 2-egg omelet? It is very thin in the middle of the pan as most of it will run down toward the edges. Tilting the pan to try and get more to the middle doesn’t work – it runs around the crown to the other side.

Crepes also need a flat frying pan, or a crepe pan, so this won’t do. If you can live with these limitations you won’t be disappointed.

It has a even heat base which helps with fast, even heating throughout, resulting in no hot spots. it has riveted stainless steel handles for a comfortable and secure grip. its dishwasher and oven safe up to 500 degrees F.

It is compatible with all cook tops including including induction. I would recommend this to others.

I got this T-fal Endurance collection platinum stainless steel non stick 12 inch fry pan a few weeks ago and where do I start? This is a great heavy duty pan that works on all cooking surfaces including induction which is what I currently use and it’s actually non stick.

So far I have had no problem with food sticking and so easy to clean haven’t had anything stuck to the pan while cleaning. If I had to write a con rhe only thing I could write is it’s a very heavy pan.

Heavy like cast iron pans but for me that is not a problem. This is a great heavy duty huge pan that will do what it claims. I’m trying to add photos but I don’t think they are adding for some reason.

I really like the T-fal Endurance Collection Platinum Stainless Steel Non-stick 12″ Fry pan. What I like about the pan is that it’s a generous 12″ inch size, and how it’s non-stick. The pan itself is on the heavy side, with a good heavy bottom, and a long and wide handle.

A nice feature is that the pan is oven safe for up to 500 degrees. The pan is also suitable for all kinds of cook tops, and is dishwasher safe, but I tend to always hand wash all of my pots and pans.

So far I have made eggs, stir fry, a pasta dish, and shrimp scampi in the pan, and every dish has turned out great. With the non-stick coating, clean up is also a breeze.

In a nutshell: I like this non-stick pan. In particular, its good to know its not made with PFOA forever chemicals. Granted, its brand new. Non-stick surface worked well for sautéing onions and cooking eggs.

Cleaned up easily. I like the silicon handle cover to keep it cool. However, beware Tramontinas contradictory instructions. The sheet in the package advised to use this pan over low to medium heat. High heat can damage it.

But then they turn around to say the pan is oven safe to 400 degrees with the silicone handle and up to 500 degrees without the silicone handle. That makes no sense if youre only supposed to use it over low to medium heat.

I wrote to Tramontina and received a generic email reply which did not answer my question about this. Needless to say, I will -not- be putting this into a hot oven because I want the non-stick coating to last.

Poor communication with this manufacturer cost them the remaining star in my review.

I’ve been using this pan for a couple of months and the nonstick cooking surface has been great for eggs and other delicate foods. A couple of drawbacks, though: 1) The nonstick surface showed small scratches within the first use.

No metal utensils, just light use with wooden or plastic spatulas. The nice nonstick surface doesn’t seem like it’s going to very durable, and I don’t dare stack this pan with others for fear it will scratch.

2) The bottom of the pan feels heavy duty and it heats evenly, but it will scratch your glass cooktop if you slide or shimmy it on the stovetop. Omelet makers beware! I waffled between a 3 and 4 star review, and ultimately went with a 3, knowing I would try another brand of nonstick pan before buying another Pro Series.

Quality: Has Professional feel to it. Sturdy: Just the right weight to stay stable on the burner. Just the right weight and feel to it so I can flip and toss food. I keep the burner at medium and it heats quickly.

No need to put it on high. Although all stoves are different. With nonstick pans I’ve learned not to overheat the pan before I place food in it to cook, or it could damage the nonstick coating. With this Tramontina I’ve cooked mozzarella cheese and flipped it to brown it and make it crunchy, it slides off the pan to the plate! Amazing.

I’ve never been able to do that with other pans. I do not wash with sponge. I let the pan cool down completely. Then I run hot/warm water over it to wipe to clean with a soft paper towel or cloth takes about 1 minute.

I let the water drain off the pan or gently wipe off the water with paper towel or cloth. After its dry, I drop a tiny bit of oil (1/4 teaspoon) and with a paper towel and spread it on the pan’s surface.

No need to use too much pressure. Just a quick light spread and let the paper towel absorb the rest (takes me about 20 seconds). So then its ready for the next meal. I rarely add extra oil to cook with this pan.

And then only a teaspoon for a pasta toss. Its the best nonstick pan this size I’ve ever had. Have used it for several months. Cook eggs, cheese, 2-3 pieces of chicken, two burgers at a time. Doesn”t have a lid.

With some foods, I use my own lid to keep in the heat, instead of turning up the burner. I read the positive reviews across the internet, and they were right. Great Value for the price. Size is great cooking for two.

I recommend larger size pan for big family cookin.

Decided to replace my cookware because all my nonstick was scratched up. I bought this as a 13 piece set at Kohl’s. The investment was a little pricey, but as soon as I opened it up, I was thrilled. It’s heavy, well made, and well thought out.

The handles are heat resistant, the pots are just the right size. So far, with a little warming up on the stove (like a cast iron) I’ve had no issues with sticking. They do recommend hand washing for best results, but it’s no biggie.

Wipes clean with minimal effort. Overall I’m extremely happy with this set. I did buy a new nonstick as well but I’m not sure I needed to. I’d recommend and would purchase again.

Bought a set when I installed Induction cook top 2 years ago. What I’ve learned: Problem–food sticking. Solution–follow the instructions that come with the pans. You must heat the pans before adding oil or food! Once you add the food, don’t stir or move it.

Let it brown. This is the trick to releasing food from pan. My eggs don’t stick, meat comes out juicy, and veggies are perfect for deglazing. If you don’t deglaze, try it. So much flavor! Side note: I almost always add a small amount of olive oil (sometimes I use butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, but they tend to stick more).

I know this adds fats and calories, but trade off is that olive oil is heart friendly and my food tastes a little richer, not to mention it doesn’t stick anymore. Problem–pans warping or curving on the bottom.

Solution–heat up and cool down the pans slowly. To cook, do this in increments starting on low for a minute or two, then bump heat up to medium, then to medium-high. It takes patience to wait but is worth it.

No more cranking it up to high first thing! After pan’s heated up, add oil (which should look rippled pretty quickly) or the food. If water or moisture is needed while cooking, hot moisture is better than cold.

Let pans cool before washing or use very hot water if you want to wash it right away. Hot handles–long ones don’t get hot; short “ears” on pots get hot; pot lids get very hot. Cleaning: I hand wash using regular dish soap and hot water, Use Bar Keepers Friend once a week to keep pans shiny.

If food happens to stick or leaves goopy residue, I soak them then scrape the gunk out with a flat-edged turner or spatula or scrubber sponge before washing. I’ve never used the dishwasher. Metal vs.

Plastic cooking utensils; I use both, but my favorite is a flat-edged metal spatula. It scratches the bottom and sides a little, but that’s a trade off I’m willing to live with. Note: no matter what you use, if you tap (bang) the cooking utensil on rim of the pan, you will leave permanent marks.

Induction cook top users ONLY!: I cook with a paper towel under my pans to help keep cook top clean and unscratched. These pans work great for that. I’ve never cooked with my metal pans touching my glass induction surface.

My wife and I have had this set for two weeks and so far we feel that we made a very good decision on our first set of stainless steel cookware. Each piece feels solid and well-constructed and there are no machining flaws to be found anywhere.

The thick handles are really comfortable for my large hands as well as my wife’s rather petite hands, and the rolled edges make pouring liquids a wonderfully dripless endeavor. I measured the rivets and they are quite substantial with 1.

5cm heads and 1cm shafts (I have seen sets with much smaller rivets), so I feel pretty confident that the handles are not going to loosen any time soon. The pots and pans heat up quickly and evenly on the “4” setting of our gas cooktop and the cleanup has been near effortless with a little soaking and some Barkeepers Friend.

The glass lids also feel very solid and my only (very minor) complaint is that the rings are not seamless. However, the seams are very tight and nearly invisible. The bottoms did develop some scratches rather quickly, but that does not detract from the attractiveness or functionality of the set in any way, and I think this is probably par for the course with stainless steel cookware.

All-in-all, I think this is a fantastic set for the price and it certainly appears that OXO is holding a tight rein on the construction and quality control as each piece in our set looked absolutely perfect.

I would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a quality stainless steel cookware set.

I cook daily and subject my nonstick cookware to all sorts of abuse. The HA1 pans held up very well, they are very responsive and and a great value. No non stick pan lasts forever and for less than $100 they outlasted every other nonstick I have ever purchased.

I never used high heat, the dishwasher or any metal utensils on the small pan, it is like new. I regularly sear, bake (at 500) and throw the larger pan into the dishwasher. It still lasted about a year and a half without losing it’s nonstick property.

It died at about 2 years. I tested their heat distribution by making crepes, they heat very evenly. They can reach a very high temperature (not recommended but hey) to sear steaks or fish. My only complaint is the handle is not particularly ergonomic, but it matches all my other All-Clad pans haha.

Pro tip, don’t lie the smaller pan in the big one without a cloth buffer or pan protector and keep them out of the dishwasher for longevity.

Within days of use the dark outer grey coloring of the ban started to wear off. Took them back and exchanged them for a new set but they did the same thing so decided it was something we would have to live with.

Disappointing but not a deal breaker. Now at just over a year old the non-stick finish is starting to pucker. They have never seen the inside of a dishwasher or had other then silicone kitchen tools used in them.

Very disappointing,,,going to try and run the All Clad warranty gauntlet because BBB washes there hands of any purchase more then 90 days old. Will update review if it turns out well but I am very skeptical.

The Caphalon set I had before was awesome and lasted many years and should have stuck with them but was attracted to the All Clad reputation at a price point I could afford. I guess this is what happens when a brand with a good reputation dumbs down some of it products.

I have been using nonstick pans for years and my favorite had been the copper ones-light and truly nonstick. The problem with them is that the nonstick finish would only last a short time and also the bottoms would begin to warp or bow.

I was having to replace them frequently. I read that you do need to replace all nonstick pans eventually, but I wanted something to last longer than the copper pans. When I say the very reputable brand All Clad for such a great price I tried them.

They are fabulous! I have cooked nearly every day in them for the past 6 months and they continue to work as well as they did the first day. These are quality pans! The only downside would be that they are heavier than the copper pans, but I think their heft makes them more durable.

First, I had purchased this same item about 8 years ago. It was our “almost daily use” pan. I never place pots and pans in the dishwasher or oven, ever. We loved that pan. However, it was time to replace the pan, so I ordered another one.

It hasn’t even been a year, and the non-stick coating is coming apart, completely. The good news is that QVC is standing behind the purchase. Not so good news, Rachel Ray Co. makes solving the problem a bit more difficult.

Now, the products have a “lifetime” warranty. Great. But, you must take photographs, which I understand. I didn’t bother to ask if I was suppose to email the pictures or what , because the representative kept repeating that the decision of the warranty team was final, so basically, don’t call back and complain if you don’t agree with their decision.

The representative was polite, but curt. I would be surprised if this is how Rachel wants her brand represented. Over the years, I have purchased numerous items for myself, as well as for family and friends, from Rachel’s line.

Rachel and Martha are my favorites. If they like the product, then I trust their taste and style. I trust them. That’s why I wanted Rachel to be aware of the “warranty” issue.

These are really nice – just as described, nonstick. My thing though is how long will they last. I am super careful when cooking with them and also we do not use a dishwasher and hand wash everything carefully.

So, this is a short-term review for now; however, they are currently a real pleasure to cook with! I have switched to all stainless steel which can be such a chore to clean and things can stick. These are great in that respect.

when I do not want to fuss too much. Makes cooking a breeze.

We used this pan maybe 10 times at most and the non stick surface began to chip away. We did not use metal cooking utensils. Instructions say you can do so but we have a silicone set as well so there was no need.

We also hand washed it with regular old dawn dish soap and a soft sponge. Cooked basically chicken or seafood with it. Regardless of good care, we started to notice chips missing from the non stick coating.

Really disappointing. Total waste of money, look elsewhere for a nom-stick.

I’m actively getting rid of my old, possibly Teflon ridden cookware. This is a total upgrade and is sleek and cute too. I read the instructions and am avoiding using this for high heat cooking (that’s what my cast irons are for) and only using regular oil abs butter not sprays.

I love how my normal breakfast dishes turn out and my stir fry lunches. I just wish it had come with a lid! Clean up has been very easy too. Another good thing about the inside of the pan being ceramic and white – easy to clean!.

This is a real, unpaid review. This pan sucks. Do not buy. When you first get it, you will love it. Things turn bad after about 9 months of use. I treated this pan like a baby. Hand washed every time.

It was never placed in a dishwasher. Then it started sticking. I called the company because it’s under “warranty”. Their response was to boil water in it and then use a Mr. Clean sponge to clean it. I did as instructed twice.

Didn’t help. I threw it out and bought Rachel Ray’s 14″ pan which has held up very well and cost me less.
