The Sleepytime Extra has the same flavor as the regular version (which I love), but the added valerian makes it even more relaxing. This stuff knocks me out, in a good way—I think the valerian/chamomile is a great combo.

This will take a few week, but try to be consistent. You’re building a habit. 2. I personally mix 300mg of theanine into the tea to help with sleep quality. There have been studies done with this amino acid in regards to relaxation and sleep, and I find that I wake up earlier, feeling much more rested.

Theanine is not very expensive, you can order it on Amazon from Bulk Supplements. 3. Stay off your phone, TV, and computer at night. Blue light inhibits your brain’s natural production of melatonin, which makes it even more difficult to sleep.

It took me a long time to find something that worked. Try it for a couple weeks and maybe it will work for you too.

We love tea in this house so we’re always trying out new flavors and brands when we come across them. Since I was a child Ive struggled with insomnia; have tried various remedies and solutions and pretty much the only thing that helped was medication, but I’m not a fan of taking meds unless absolutely necessary so I try not to take sleep aides unless it’s a last resort.

It’s become a staple in my home, my son even drinks some when he’s having sleeping problems!.

I love Bigelow teas! You really can’t go wrong with any of their flavors, just pick one you know you usually enjoy and you won’t be disappointed! They’re just the right balance of everything you would want from a high-quality tea.

I switch out my flavors, depending on the season, so I’ve tried a lot of them! Constant Comment is excellent for Fall/Winter, Earl Grey is amazing anytime of year, the peach and other fruity flavors are great for Spring/Summer.

I’ve never tried one I didn’t like. Bigelow and Tazo are my top two favorite tea brands. Bigelow has an orange spice called Constant Comment and Tazo has a very similar orange spice tea. they’re both awesome.

However, I prefer Tazo’s tea bags and quality a little bit more. They’re great on their own or with a little honey/lemon/splash of oat milk – however you like your tea. I also brew a gallon at a time and add ice in the summertime, which is refreshing.

In the cooler months, I love anything with some spice in it and Bigelow delivers on everything promised on their box! Just thinking about it, makes me want to go brew a cup right now and relax. I bought the Perfect Peach tea. The tragedy of this tea is. Whomever created the recipe has never had a peach. This is neither perfect peach or peach at all. Every ingredient inthis tea is so overpowering.

That any hint of peach is not simply overwhelmed. It is completely crushed. I would not recommend this to anyone who has never had a peach. They would never try a peach again. Therefore, they would never know the sweet joy of real peaches.

I’m a huge tea drinker. I love trying new teas. My sister actually recommended this tea. The price was extremely reasonable so I figured, why not. After the first cup, I wasn’t sure about this flavor.

It just seemed too much. I wasn’t convinced it was as great as she claimed, but I tried it again the next morning and I have to admit, it’s really good! It’s very flavourful with a nice blend of orange peel and spice.

I only have one tea bag left from the box so it’s time to buy a new one!.

I normally dislike Rooibos teas and probably would not have ordered this if I noticed it. I was lured in by the pumpkin spice label because I want it to be fall darn it! I love that one sachet make a 12 oz cup.

I like strong flavor – 2 of these sachets in a 20 oz cup = perfect. Now, let’s talk about pumpkin. I did not notice a pumpkin flavor, but this definitely encompasses pumpkin pie spice. It is absolutely perfect.

I will be purchasing a bunch before word gets out and it sells out. Happy Fall y’all!.

Put your presumptions and connotations of pumpkin spice aside and just think about it like the typical spices in a spice tea such as Chai that you have been hunting and searching for in an herbal tea since you can’t have black tea and this is it, this is finally the perfect replacement for a cup of chai tea that I have been longing for! I put a little rice milk in it and it’s so delicious! So happy I found this! Of course if you’re into pumpkin spice things this is a great choice to fufill that need of course but even if you think you’re not, if you’re like me and wanted an herbal spice tea you could enjoy with some milk like chai don’t knock it just for being labled pumpkin spice since those spices are many of the same in chai.

One of my favorite green teas is. I use it daily for an energy boost in the mornings and throughout the day. It’s a perfect blend of green tea and spearmint with a bit of lemongrass. It’s so delicious when combined with especially during the flu season.

Peach tranquility has peach, rose hips, pineapple, lemon, apple, and chamomile flavors. It is so good. These two teas combined with a dash of lemon and honey is the perfect remedy for a sore throat and a cough.

Starbucks sells their own version as well but it’s with lemonade and called “medicine ball tea” but i love making mine at home. Plus it’s a cheaper choice. Green tea has 16-25 mg of caffeine and peach tea is caffeine free.

These teas are perfect for all tea lovers out there. Definitely recommend these products!.

Teavana has some of the best teas out. FYI the tea is lighter than it shows In the picture. This tea right here is delicious and smells wonderful. I enjoy sipping it and inhaling the smell of fruit and herbs perfectly blended together.

It’s a little pricey but the quality of tea, flavors and taste make it worth purchasing. It also has a striking design, shape and lovely blend of colors that catches your attention. You can drink this hot or cold and won’t be sorry you purchased it.

This tea smells so good. Even my 5 year old wanted to try it. The taste is faint. And I brewed one bag hot and then cooled it in the fridge and poured over ice with the tiniest splash of lemonade to sweeten slightly.

Good pregnancy beverage! I do think the tea is pricey for not being organic. I’m usually willing to splurge on something more so if it’s organic. Also the packaging is cool and grabs your attention but could easily be a cardboard box to be more eco friendly.

Every time I buy Celestial it is because I forget they don’t individually wrap each tea bag. I really wanted to boost my variety of non-caffeine fruit teas. This had the selection but then disappointed me again when I opened it.

The only thing better than the whole box of bags is this only has a small selection in smaller sealed bags. I will just use one flavor at a time and keep the other bags sealed. On my second flavor and they do taste nice but I wish they would offer individual wrapped bags for keeping them fresh and to use in my tea caddies.

Guests love being presented a wide assortment at tea time. Four bags per envelope would be useful for sun tea brewing in summer. The zinger flavors do have nice bold fruit forward flavors that would mix well with adult beverage additions over ice.

I’d give this 5 stars, but I’m not a fan of all of the fruit teas. They’re a little too fruity. I got a box of Ahmad tea in a Popsugar box and I liked it so much I purchased this on Amazon. I will say the classic teas are fantastic, and even the green teas are well-balanced.

The Jasmine is my favorite green tea, and I couldn’t choose a favorite classic. Will definitely buy more from Ahmad.

Great way to try a bunch of different flavours! I often get tired of having the same thing all the time so this allowed me to mix it up. I like the Ahmed teas because they are good for the price and easy to pop into some hot water.

I’ve never been a fan of rooibos in the past, but I decided to give this tea a try since I was craving bold berry flavors. I’ve found this tisane to be addictive, in the best possible way. I agree with the description of “pleasantly sweet and tart at the same time.

” I like tart flavors and don’t care for beverages that are excessively sweet. This tea fits the bill.

I love this tea, it is very fragrant and a real sweet treat. I order from HP because Prices are more reasonable than through Amazon etc. Also HP always sends packages very quickly, never damaged and orders always absolutely correct.

I would recommend HP and will continue to order from them. Pretty much next day delivery for me in Mississauga.

We have tried all the selection. The cranberry mix tea was the weakest (in our opinion). One family member thought it was reminiscent of cough mixture. I though it was a bit sweet – personal preferences!.

This is my first purchase of cherry flavored black tea. I enjoyed it recently at a hotel, and I’m hoping that the English Tea Store’s cherry tea is just as delightful.

Really appreciate Celebration Herbals Double Chai tea since I can’t consume black or green tea nor tea substitutes such as rooibos. I drink it daily and prefer it cold so always brew up about 4 cups at a time and keep in fridge.

For a change I like to brew it with the Pukka Vanilla Chai which also contains no tea leaves. Big thanks to Healthy Planet for carrying Celebration Herbals Double Chai.

Too early to tell. No negative reactions as of late. Oh Have noticed a definite reaction on my complexion. Which is a definite plus. Good points no strings on the individual bags easy to discard after seeping in hot water.

About 25 bags enough to get a reaction or discovery if the tea is working. I will probably reorder a few more times because of its list of benefits and the teas flavor is good. Not bitter which is a definite plus!.

This tea was easy to prepare. The taste was mild and pleasant. I decided to purchase it after hearing it’s good for congestion and mucilage that may accompany allergies or sinus problems. I haven’t used it long enough to see a major difference, but I would like to continue to use it to monitor its effects.

If you refuse an offer of tea you are insulting the person who offers it. Having lived in Turkey this is only in more traditional Turkish places and not the tourist areas. You may have been offered black tea, which is the usual.

But a few may of you may have been offered apple tea. Apple tea is far more flavoursome. Red in colour and nice and sweet. Even sweeter with the extra sugars offered. We usually bring some back to the UK with us but having run out eBay is the cheapest place we have found to buy some.

Even if you have never been to Turkey or never had apple tea I would recommend this brand over any other as it is original and is a Turkish brand.

I tried other cinnamon and vanilla teas before trying Davidson. I was delighted with the evenly balanced taste of the two flavors. The tea is smooth even with the cinnamon. The vanilla is delicious. I also appreciate that the tea is bagged.

I was buying Numi green rooibos, but the price kept going up, and it would sometimes go stale (I use it as iced tea) in the container, leaving a gross flavor. Davidsons doesnt do that! It has a clean, fresh flavor, and is far better than the Numi! I love this tea!.

I’ve been drinking rooibos tea for years because it soothes headaches and somewhat body aches also. I drink it mainly to stop mild-to-medium headaches or to clear up a foggy-feeling head. I steep the tea bag with peppermint tea and with decaf green tea, and the combo makes a delightful brew anytime you need it.

On a cold winter day and night, this is perfect! I love the earthy taste it has and pairs really well with a sweet snack, like a scone or muffin. I love that it does not have a overwhelming flavor! Love it! Definitely buy it all the time.

I grew up drinking Salada brand teas with my Grandmother. It was her favorite. When I started drinking green tea I automatically picked up a box of Salada. I have tried other brands, and liked them. But for me, it’s a comfort thing.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Hands down my favorite green tea on the market. The flavor is strong compared to most. I add a little sugar to sweeten it up and I like to drink it in the afternoon for a pick me up.

I brew a big batch and keep it cool for the week and add some lemon.

The taste of this tea is amazing! Intense berry flavor and color that smells amazing. I have tried it hot and cold and both taste perfect. I find the whole berries in the tea bag don’t get through the bag and leave anything in my cup.

So I have been able to leave the bag in the entire time without little flakes or pieces coming out. The cold tea with ice cubes is going to be perfect for hot summer days it’s the perfect infusion. I drink this tea all day no matter what time it is.

The tea is naturally caffeine free and only 3 calories a cup. It’s filled with antioxidants and will help you get that little boost if you feel run down. The ingredients consist of Hibiscus, elderberries, currants, blackcurrants, natural flavoring, cranberries, and blueberries.

Love that it’s Dairy free, gluten free, and great for vegetarians and vegans. The only downfall is that they make this tea in a factory that uses nuts, so if you have a nut allergy I would certainly not try it.

I usually purchase tazo tea so this was my first taste of teapigs although I have heard good things. Firstly it comes in a cute recyclable box. As soon as you open the box you are hit with an amazing fruity smell.

Instructions are pretty simple and standard for tea. I brewed mine and had a cup. It tastes fruity and refreshing. I am now more in the mood for the iced tea version with ice and fresh fruit. I have also had it with a bit of sugar for when you are looking for a bit of sweetness.

What may make this tea different than your usual tea is that whole leaves. It is also mentioned that the tea temple is biodegradable so that is amazing! I think in the future I would definitely consider purchasing tea pigs again.

I usually hate fruity teas, don’t you find they always smell amazing but taste like slightly infused water? These literally taste so amazing! My favourite flavour from lipton. Very sweet and berry, I love it with a half tea spoon of honey. I haven’t found any brand with the same taste. If I could, I would like to buy a bigger package instead of a small package like this.

Classic black tea with forest fruit for me. Growing up my mom would make this for me. It has a nice balance of the sweet fruits and the tea. However it is easily burned and oversteeped. So my advice would be to brew it at a slightly lower temp than boiling water and steep it for max 2 min.

I am not that much of a tea person, but i did like this tea. I only had is once or twice. It was a nice flovour not what you expect. If you like tea i think this is a fun flovour to test out sometimes.
