20 Best Frozen Rolls For Thanksgiving (2023 Updated)

I love egg rolls, but, they have to be GOOD egg rolls. Minh Port and Vegetable Egg Rolls are my personal favorite. They’re terrific even when heated in the oven. I don’t even use any kind of sauce on them because they are so crispy and tasty, they don’t need another thing.

(But, feel free to us sauce, if that’s how YOU like them. ).

Minh Pork and Vegetable Egg Rolls are absolutely delicious. All the prep work is done for you, which makes them both quick and easy to prepare. And, these egg rolls are so good, your guests will never guess they were frozen.

Have looked everywhere. Am glad We found them the best,best egg rolls ever. Quality always perfect. We try to never run out. Great for snack or with your Chinese dishes.

These rolls are amazing! They’re definitely worth the work. We have them at holidays and special occasions. Our guests would be very disappointed if they didn’t get them- they’re the first thing they ask about.

I’ve let mine rise for too long. I’ve not let them rise enough. They’re still delicious. Be careful once they’ve risen though as it is easy to deflate them if you touch them. I’m very careful when removing the plastic and I spray it very well.

You’ll see in the instructions what I mean. They need to be put out to rise covered with oil sprayed plastic wrap. I’ve deflated a few and guess what. they are still delicious, just a little flat. Highly recommend and buy early around the holidays.

They go quick for good reason.

These are addictive and wonderful. I put them on a greased cookie sheet, add a small dollop of butter on top of each one (while frozen) cover them with saran wrap and put them in a warm place to rise for a few hours.

after they rise, I add some Italian seasonings and a shot of garlic salt and bake them for 20 minutes. Seriously, i have to make myself walk away from them lol They’re not sweet like Hawaiian rolls but they do have a VERY SLIGHT sweet taste.

It is not overpowering or off putting. DELICIOUS!!!.

I am a serious baker of cakes, cookies, pies, and quick breads. I am just learning how to bake bread with yeast and these frozen dinner rolls are PHENOMENAL. So easy to proof and bake. Tastes delicious.

My whole family loves them. There are directions on how to shape them into Parker rolls, clover rolls, etc. I think you can monkey bread and jelly doughnuts out of these rolls. I don’t know why they aren’t more popular!!!.

I just recently purchased these delicious cinnamon rolls. I couldn’t believe how good they were. I read the directions and I was little disappointed that I had to wait. First I had to allow them to rise for over 2 hours.

I had never done that before. I normally just pop and put in oven. I waited and waited. It was worth the wait. After the rolls had risen. It was time to bake. I found out it did a great job just sitting in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to create a sturdy look.

Then I put them in the oven. Wow!!!!!!!What great cinnamon rolls. I also love that they give you two tubes of icing. I love a lot of icing. Try these Rhodes cinnamon rolls and you will want more. Great with a nice cup hot chocolate.

Simply delicious. I have 6 more to eat. After this bag is finish, I’m headed back to store. Great and delicious.

Just SAD I did not take a photo! These were extremely Yummy and I purchased several bags for my freezer (😆) to start replacing making the refrigerated baking kind. The only difference is you need to pre-plan to let these RISE- but it’s SO worth it.

You can also use these cinnamon rolls as the BASE to sticky bun recipes, a favorite in our family as well. I highly recommend! If you try. Let me know. I joke that I could survive on these! Oh and next batch I will upload 📷 s! Pinky.

I gave the 2nd star voluntarily because it’s not like they made me sick or were unsanitary. The frosting makes it taste like a sugar cookie. They give you about half the frosting you would want. I made these in two six roll batches.

2nd time around made my own frosting and they were betterish. There is less cinnamon than store brand canned rolls. I’m on the search for something better than pillsbury grands without the hassle of homemade.

The reviews I’ve read must be based on a 5 year olds opinion. They’re just probably the worst cinnamon roll I’ve had.

It’s edible and it’s gluten free. the outside is crunchy in a good way but the chicken mixture taste like canned chicken or tuna not good and on the inner layer of the egg roll dough it tastes like pasty/spongey powdery egg?? Feel Good Foods makes really good chicken potstickers for around the same price.

They’ve become a staple in my home, so I thought I’d give these a try but definitely missed the mark on these. especially for the price. I wouldn’t buy these if they were at the dollar store.

Was craving egg rolls but I can’t get gluten! These were a great replacement. The package is deceptive as there are only 3 rolls and no sauce (I didn’t expect sauce but apparently people do when reading reviews).

Put them frozen in my air fryer with some cooking spray and it was done in 30 mins (flipped 15 mins through). Tastes great with Trader Joe’s Sweet Chili Sauce or Sriracha.

I know there’s always a gamble when shopping gluten free. Never again. Slight crunch on the outside, mush on the inner layer of ‘crust’. These fell apart and had a weird aftertaste. The actual filling wasn’t terrible.

I heated these in the oven. Not sure how they would do in a fryer. Not wasting money to find out. lol.

My son loves these cinnamon rolls and from the one tiny bite he let me have, lol, I can understand why! They taste so homemade and deliciously fresh, despite being frozen!

These are the best store bought cinnamon rolls! They taste homemade or like they’re from Cinnabon! They’re super easy to make. just pop them in the oven in the tray they’re in already. The icing is delicious.

They aren’t too spendy, either. 2. 98 at Walmart!.

These cinnamon rolls aren’t bad! Please make sure to read the directions carefully just leaving them in the oven an extra couple of minutes makes them hard and crunchy. They taste very good and are wonderful for a quick Sunday morning breakfast.

Can’t get enough of these! These remind me of french bread with the crunchy outer layer and soft, slightly dense interior. How anyone could not like these is beyond me. For the first time I feel like I’m eating real bread again! I have been scouting out the grocery stores, buying up all of the inventory when I find them.

Please never stop making and carrying these in the grocery stores. These are absolutely DELICIOUS with a FABULOUS texture!!! Hubby adores these, too!.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s the only bread item I could find in Hy-Vee Walmart that doesn’t have corn, wheat, gluten, soy or dairy in it. I had hoped to use it for sliders but it came out hard as a rock so I changed my plan but then it softened by the time I was ready to eat it so FYI it is hard then softer.

If you try to use the microwave it gets really chewy lol so I don’t suggest that. I will probably repurchase to have something a little quicker I can use.

I was really excited to try these when I saw them in the freezer section of the grocery store. I got them home and followed the instructions and baked them while my spaghetti cooked on the stove. I pulled them out of the oven expecting a crispy outside and fluffy inside but instead I was greeted with a cardboard similar brick which was in disguise of a dinner roll.

My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

These dinner rolls are perfect. Easy and convenient. Cook perfectly every time by the instructions. The dough and yeast taste is perfect. The texture is perfect. With a dab of butter or without, always amazing.

The best part of all is their perfect size. These SMALLER dinner rolls are what every true blooded American loves. With the Fourth of July approaching in two days, I thank you for being an American. We eat these multiple times a week with dinner.

My four kids and I, a single dad, usually devour the entire pan in one sitting. These rolls in their taste, texture, and size are a model for all rolls around the world for dinner, lunch, or BREAKFAST!!! A breakfast roll this size, perhaps rolled in a spiral with…hmmm…cinnamon…and, of course a delicious icing…such a breakfast roll would fly off the shelves and make tons of moolah.

But alas…life is not fair. It is a lonely world for these perfect cinnamon rolls with their perfect smaller size. If only they had a breakfast cinnamon roll like them in the world to keep them company.

While picking up a few last minute items on Thanksgiving Eve. I ran across these rolls, what caught my eye is the fact that they were packaged different than the usual brown & serve rolls I generally buy, I thought to myself what the heck I’ll give them a try? I followed the easy instructions on the package and presto they were ready to serve, a pat of I can’t believe it’s not butter.

After one bite I was hooked. They are simply delicious. My Husband loves them too. These have become my go to rolls. Not just for the Holidays but dinner time as well. Thank you so much!.

I have been buying these for several years. They are a must at every holiday meal and my family loves them. I used to make homemade rolls but I don’t have to any more. These rolls remind me of the ones my grandmother made when I was growing up.

My husband recently found them at Sam’s club and brought a bag home. I was very glad he did. We will have them whenever we want now as they come in a bigger, handy bag. Delicious!.

These Pagoda Chicken Egg Rolls were a huge hit. I will say I wish I would have stocked up a bit since our local Walmart doesn’t carry them. yet. I am going to make sure to write to corporate store and beg them to stock.

They have a couple of Pagoda products there so we will try those too, but no egg rolls. We happened to be about 45 minutes from home and stopped purposely at that town’s Walmart and they did have them.

I like to make Orange Chicken (or Broccoli Beef) with fried rice and egg rolls on the side a few times a month. I had to hide the last egg roll for hubby since he was out bowling that night. My boys devoured them! They are crispy, don’t take long to cook, very tasty with just the right amount of chicken to veg filling.

Some egg rolls you get are really mushy or mealy inside. The Pagoda brand was super fresh tasting. I have to admit I only got two bites from my egg roll since when I set it down one of my boys swiped it when I wasn’t looking.

Great as a side to a Chinese food meal, on their own as a snack, in a kids lunch and awesome for an appetizer or slice diagonal and bring to a pot luck. We will absolutely buy these again if they stock them at our Walmart or will go to the other grocery in town to find.

I hate to say I couldn’t get a photo since they were gone. If you live/lived with teen boys you know how that goes. Mere crumbs left on the tray.

Got the Pagoda Egg Roll snacks few times now, and the taste of the egg rolls is really good. These snacks seem to be hard-to-find at store as they always seem to be out of stock whenever I went to purchase them so had to find out when the refrigerators are stocked and had to go that day to be able to pickup the items.

About the taste, the chicken and pork egg rolls taste really good. They are a good substitute to a restaurant bought egg rolls. Even the crispy outer texture has a good feel upon the first bite. Baked the egg rolls in oven and also warmed up in microwave.

Oven gave them a much crispy and tasted the same as we get at a restaurant. For microwave, I changed the instructions a bit and rolled the egg roll after about a minute of microwave before letting it heat in microwave for another minute.

Not as crispy shell when heated in microwave but still good. Flavorful and tasty for both Pork and chicken egg rolls. Put few on a platter for a party and friends loved them. Will definitely get more when I run out of current stock.

If I could give these a zero I would! These are not cinnamon rolls. They are just biscuits with frosting. There’s was literally no cinnamon in my cinnamon rolls, just a little unnoticeable bit on top.

It looks nothing like the picture and I am so mad. They used to be so good. What happened to original proper unraveling CINNAMON ROLL?? Stop with this disgusting biscuits and quite calling them a cinnamon roll.

Call them what they are a frosted biscuit.

Are these flaky cinnamon rolls temporarily unavailable, like the orange frosted version, or have they been discontinued? These and the orange rolls are the only Pillsbury breakfast rolls I will buy, because they’re made the traditional way by rolling the flattened dough.

Your other breakfast rolls are like hockey pucks with spots of topping sprinkled on them. Yes, these are harder to separate, but if you keep them chilled and use a fork to pull them apart, they work fine!.

We love love love these! I can’t believe I’ve wasted all these years on the original ones that aren’t even close to what cinnamon rolls should be. These have been “rolled” like cinnamon rolls should be (using a jelly roll technique) so you get a swirled roll when sliced.

Everyone is always surprised when we serve them. We often hear, “no way these are from a can”. Yes, sometimes they are not cut all the way through as previous reviews mention, but this is not a big deal and any misshapen dough quickly corrects itself in the 11 mins it’s in the oven.

These spring rolls are fantastic! They get just the right amount of crispy and the veggies inside are so tasty. There is a sauce that comes with it that is amazing but they don’t give you very much. My only con is that it doesn’t come with more than one sauce packet.

I was very sad when I went to eat them again and my husband had used all the sauce because he thought there was more 🙁 Other than that, AMAZING.

These are really good. They remind me of something you’d get at Trader Joe’s. The outside is light and crispy (I made mine in my toaster oven, I don’t have an air fryer). The filling is hearty and delicious, and the sauce is really good.

If you’re not a mushroom lover like me, than these are not for you. It’s seriously the only thing you taste. I really wanted to like these because I’m a busy mom and I need easy meal options, but I’ll never eat these again… super gross.

I purchased these rolls on a whim. What a pleasant discovery! With the resealable bag, you can make as many or as few as you need in 9 to 11 minutes! These rolls tasted as fresh & homemade the first time I baked them down to the last roll! Highly recommend! Reasonably priced also! It’s a win-win! Taste awesome plus great value!.

Purchased at Thanksgiving time. Gave some to family, made sliders, garlic breads, little sammichs etc. Lasted 4 months in my freezer without crystals forming or loosing flavor. If you have children around these are great for little hands for burgers and sammichs.

Just take out what you need because they are all separate in the bag. Excellent purchase!.

These rolls are awesome! The price is phenomenal. We had them for Thanksgiving and had plenty left for Christmas. Everywhere else they are much more expensive. Do not hesitate to buy them. Once I opened the bag, I put the remainder in a freezer bag.

I love almost anything with Thai basil, and these were no exception. We grab these as a last minute NYE snack & were shocked at the full flavor and amount of meat inside each roll. My husband & I fought over who would get the last roll.

So yummy and crispy and just the perfect size. Dare I say restaurant quality spring rolls. I could eat these all day and will include them on every Target run. Please never discontinue this variety.

I really love the chicken Thai basil spring rolls. They’re so easy to make especially during the week when you want something quick but delicious after working all day. I pop my spring rolls into my Ninja Foodi grill and within nine minutes they’re ready.

They taste just as good as authentic restaurant ordered Thai spring rolls. My only dislike is that they’re rarely in stock at my Target so I have to travel to another Target to purchase but it’s worth the trip! If you’re looking for authentic restaurant style spring rolls.

I don’t usually expect much from frozen food- it’s usually hit or complete miss. These are a hit, in my book! The flavor is good, they crisp up nicely in my air fryer, the sauce is tasty. I like them with a little sriracha too.

I freaking love these things and can pretty much eat these all day if I didn’t get full. I love them for breakfast or just a fast midnight snack so I definitely recommend this to any moms who have a busy schedule.

I received this product free/incentivized for testing purposes. I buy the Totino’s pepperoni pizza rolls all the time because my son loves them and requests them regularly. I had never tried or even seen the ones with bacon before.

I was pretty excited as I love bacon! The Totino’s pizza rolls with pepperoni and bacon are really good. They taste a little spicier to me compared to their regular pepperoni ones. I would like to taste more bacon bits in these, however.

I tried a few of these in the microwave and they were good, but I prefer them in the oven or air fryer for more crispness. It takes about 12 minutes in the regular oven and less time in the air fryer.

Totino’s pizza rolls are great for snacks, especially after school when kids are starving. I’ll buy these again. I had to go to a smaller regional chain store in a different part of town to find these.

I am grateful to be able to try this Tostino’s Pepperoni Party Pizza for my honest Incentivised review. I found this product easily in my local Walmart Store. I was actually planning to also try the Supreme and Hamburger flavor, however, those two are not available in my store.

This is actually my family’s first experience trying Tostino’s Pizza and we were pleasantly at the flavor and the thin crust of the pizza. These are delicious snacks, both of my kids enjoyed them very much.

The pizza is easy to prepare and they are the right size too for a personal pizza, or if it is for sharing, they are easy to be divided into rectangles. They are also reasonably prices so I would definitely consider Tostino’s pizza again the next time we are grocery shopping!.

I’ve always been a fan of pizza rolls, but this is the first I’ve the just cheese ones. They are actually alot better than what I thought they’d be! I baked them in the oven at 400° for 10mins then flipped them and baked for another 3mins they were just about to start busting open, so it was perfect! I let them cool for 2mins before serving.

They had the perfect crunchy but soft texture! My youngest said these are the best flavor pizza rolls! He doesn’t like a lot of meats, he’ll eat the pepperoni ones but none of the others. I’ll definitely be keeping this flavor stocked now just for him.
