I purchased this product about a month ago deciding to try the keto diet. I thought this product might taste artificial, too sweet. However the sweetness is not artificial tasting and is very light. The overall flavor is good.

The vanilla is natural and mild tasting. I thought it might taste like a lot of the protein drinks that have alternative sweeteners and are overpowering. This is just super pleasant and creamy. I have been making hot chocolate every night to satisfy my cravings.

I use a scoop of this powder a teaspoon or a little more of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, then I add a half teaspoon of erythritol or three drops of stevia and a tablespoon of half and half. I actually use a scoop of Blue Lotus chai rooibose tea powder as well this product is made in Oregon you probably have to look at a natural food store or order it online but it is a lovely product.

And then I fill the cup with boiling water and whisk it to remove the lumps. It is very satisfying.

I was hesitant to try the Vanilla flavour of MCT powder where a lot of vanilla products in the health industry taste way too sweet. I was really surprised by the flavour of Nutivia’s vanilla MCT powder! It has a wonderful vanilla bean like flavour and is slightly sweetened but not overly so.

This is a great keto product that I use in my morning coffee to have the bullet coffee without the oily residue on top. I think this would go great in a latte, tea, hot chocolate or coffee and recommend giving either a good shake with your hot liquids or put it in the magic bullet/blender for a quick whirl to get a beautiful froth on top.

You get about 27 servings from 1 container, which works out to about $1/serving. However, I’ve been able to find this product on sale a few times which makes it an even better deal. This completely clear prebiotic powder mixes thoroughly in water/all beverages. It does not change the taste of the drink. You can easily mix it by hand in room temp or warm liquid. If you try to mix it in a cold drink it will get clumpy and form a gel like consistency.

I like that the fiber is organic and easily adds more fiber to my diet. I also use this daily or every few days alternating with other Renew Life prebiotic powders in the morning to aid in the absorption of the Renew Life probiotics I use.

I took 1 scoop a day with my morning tea. I found the claims on the front of the product to be completely true for me! This powder can be easily added to your favorite drink and I promise, there is no taste! It dissolved pretty well and kept me full between meals, which is important to me since I am trying to snack less.

The only issue I had was that when I used the plastic scoop, the powder would stick to my fingers (since I had to reach for the scoop inside the container) leaving them sticky (not a huge deal, but I ended up using a spoon and not the plastic scoop).

Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this fiber powder and would choose to use it daily!.

I have been using the Completey Clear Organic Prebiotic Fiber on the weekends only but I’m going to start using it during the week also. I am happily amazed that it truly does not have a taste or texture.

I put it in either my protein shake or my orange juice. When I put it in my orange juice I learned it is best to use a shaker cup because the fiber will clump on the tip of the spoon when I stir it. I’ve tired numerous dissolving fibers in the past and this one is the best.

Having had a complete meltdown over the Dr. Formulated Organic Prebiotic Fiber being out of stock — not only here at the Garden of Life website, but also at all of my usual, non-virtual haunts — I read some reviews and decided to give this one a try.

I was a little hesitant at first because my digestive track typically doesn’t agree with too, too much soluble fiber. (It tends to make my daily trip to the bathroom way more frustrating than usual–I mean, isn’t it supposed to help? Not this guy.

I have been using this product for many years since I was first introduced to it. I highly recommend having it on hand and using it daily. It is flavorless and doesn’t have an odor which is a plus for me.

It doesn’t compete with my protein shake, juice, or change the flavor of water if I stir it in. Simple, easy, and good for the system. Children and adults can use it. Good in cereal, yogurt, pudding or anything else.

I have been going really slow by only taking a teaspoon or less in my drinks. I started off with about half a scoop but got super constipated. I am optimistic that this product along with low dose probiotics and vitamins, will change my stomach issues for the better.

*Purchased to be able to mix it up with my own juices or other drinks. *It says it is flavorless but if you mix it with water it does have some kind of a taste. It is a plant! I’d say it tastes the way hay smells if mixed in water.

*This stuff mixes terribly. You need a shaker or blender. Mixing with a spoon does not get it blended in and you might choke a little from the particles that float on the top of the water or juice. *Bulks quickly in the glass.

If you don’t drink your serving FAST it will begin to bulk up in the glass. Most people consider this slimy or goopy but I like when it has a little tapioca texture. However, if I don’t get it down quickly I will add a bit more water to help thin it out.

We’re talking less than a 5 minute drink time. Don’t walk away and forget about your fiber! *Works well and even better the more water you ingest throughout the day (due to the bulking in your system).

I might purchase again but having to use a shaker every time is kind of a hassle.

Been taking this fiber supplement for over a year now. It’s great! It has helped with my stomach issues and added benefit is it has helped my weight loss plan. It dissolves completely in most liquids.

It is tasteless. I usually add a tsp of cinnamon to it if I put it in my coffee. I prefer it over psyllium husk in that it is easy to drink. The psyllium husk starts turning thick and you have to drink quickly.

That is not the case here with the dextrin. Works for me.

I have been drinking at least one packet of the strawberry kiwi packet every day for the past 5 years. Not only do I love it, but me teenage sons love it as well. It is a great way to get them to drink more water.

I’ve been unable to eat various food for over a year now due to health related reasons. This additive has changed me for the better. At first I thought I had a lactose intolerance. I got to where I could not eat cheese, beef, pork and the list goes on.

Have been using Benefiber for several years and use it in iced tea daily. A couple of things to be aware of. 1) It is best not to take within four hours of prescription medication because it can interfere with absorption and 2) it is fine to start out with recommended dose, but amount used can be gradually increased as the intestinal tract acclimates to daily fiber, as your system allows.

I ran out of psyllium husk capsules so I went to the vitamin shoppe. This was the closest item, it contained several other types of fiber as well. Over a month I slowly increased the dosage up to the recommended level.

The results were terrible. Days of constipation. Days! I thought maybe there was something really wrong with me. I was bloated and constipated like never before. I had to take a day off work to take magnesium citrate to clear out my system.

I’m not sure I can tell a difference with this product. I already eat a lot of fruit and veggies and take Triphala in the evenings. But I was looking for something that was dissolvable, like I used years ago after receiving colonics.

And this does fit that need. Easy to add to cereal or in any beverage. And I generally like NOW products and quality. My problem is with the packaging. This is 12 oz in a 24 oz container. I’m really not kidding – the fiber only fills half the bottle.
