Best Farm Names Stardew Valley (2024 Updated)

This is such a phenomenal game. It’s one of the only games I have ever played that it’s really just impossible to put what this game is into words. But, if I try, I can say that this game is many things.

One, it’s relationships. Romantic relationships are an option with most of the characters in the game, and for any character you don’t get with romantically, meaningful friendships are the thing. Of course, it’s up to you what your relationships look like.

If you want to be enemies with everyone, go for it. If you want to date, marry, divorce the town (people have done it, I’ve seen it and it’s so funny), then live your dreams. But for me, it’s about a cute little love story for my character and all the unique friends she makes along the way.

Two, it’s farming. But so much more than farming. It’s growing crops, yes, but it’s also buying seeds, tending crops, and turning crops into products like juice, honey, and food. The farming in this game is stellar because listen, I am not usually someone who enjoys farming games but in this game I can’t get enough of it.

Three, it’s mystery and exploration. There are seemingly endless quests, mysteries, and areas to be unlocked. I’ve been playing for years and I still have so much more to do. Four, it’s absolutely adorable animals.

You can have a cat or a dog for your household and then beyond that you can buy a horse, get a barn, and barn animals ranging from cows, to sheep, to truffle finding pigs (this is where the money is at fyi), to (spoiler?) little dinosaurs.

Five, it’s holiday/special events. The game has a calendar and for each season there are unique events. Some you might recognize as reflections of our holidays, like “Spirits Eve” or “Egg Festival,” but others are more unique like the “Flower Dance” or “Night Market.

” Every character also has a birthday and so another challenge lies in trying to figure out what to get them each year. Six, battle/fighting. Yeah, you get to collect weapons/armor and fight some difficult bosses while exploring intense caves.

I am almost definitely missing stuff here because like I said earlier, this game is impossible to sum up. It’s just entirely unlike anything else in that it is a combination of almost every game aspect out there.

I really cannot recommend this game enough. It’s one of the best games I have ever played and a game I know I will always return to.

Excellent game, the physical version also includes all dlc that has been released on the switch. Just a great game to sit back and enjoy if you like that old school Harvest Moon (SNES) feel, with minor combat/mining.

It features Online coop and also Local coop, and it does have a splitscreen coop, but i have not tried that specific one. The online coop is where its at, amazing gameplay, get a friend and build a farm together, explore the mines together, and just enjoy.

One really nice thing about the coop is that the host can start game online, and lets say the next day you are in the same place as your buddy, you can host the same save file but in Local coop, so you can play along with a friend while on an airplane without the need for internet, and use the same save file when you are miles away in different states through online connection!.

I have played on pc, PlayStation, and now as a new switch owner since 2017. The switch controls are by far the best, and very similar to PS4. Stardew Valley is my home away from home. For at least half the price of regular games, you get your own little world of farming, mining, crafting, fishing, decorating, dialogue, events, and endless cut scenes.

Complete creative freedom, adorable story lines, challenging but not impossible goals and quests, and years worth of entertainment. As a new player it will be a little rough in the beginning, and I highly recommend watching a handful of YouTube videos to avoid mistakes that are nearly impossible to fix, as well as join the subreddit r/stardewvalley for questions and tips.

I passionately recommend Stardew Valley to all friends and family members. It is so much more than any review or gameplay will show you. Has a wide range of cross play but because of the dynamic of the game, I suggest playing alone to let it be an oasis of accomplishment.

This game keeps players enthralled from start to finish. Our extended family over a period of thirty to forty five years ( most of us have our own “Farming Game” ) have come close to wearing them out.

In each game we add our rules that are acceptable to all players. On occasion we raise the amount it takes to win up to 1 million dollars. Making / adding our own rules that are agreeable to all creates alot of excitement, like borrowing from each other with a bonus repayment based on if we can repay by a certain date.

If we can’t, the borrows cost keeps going up, etc. Several other family units have games that are approaching replacement. Enjoy, Enjoy! Enjoy!! There are times where we will include up to eight (8) of us that all play one game.

We play really fast so as to get to the winning dollar amount and start over. It is amazing how excited we all are to play the next game. Thank you to who ever created this game!!.

Great family game that is pretty realistic to actual farming! Love the vinyl stickers in the original edition. Highly recommend.

I bought one when it first came out way back when. I’ve loved that game until I lost it but out of curiosity, I found it again!! Buy it and play it, you won’t regret it!!!

Didnt get what i wanted. bad communication then when i recieved item they lied about not getting emails. item wasnt what i asked for and poor printing quality on sign. mighty funny their email magically was repaired the day i recieved the item!!! I know they print this cheaply made sign but tell me after inalready recieve it that they couldnt do purple!!!.

This was perfect for hanging on a bedroom door or wall. She loved it! I just wish you could request names as they didn’t have the other 2 I was looking for. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! I just received the clock this morning and I’m amazed by the craftsmanship and high quality. In particular, I was surprised by how thick and sturdy the clock is so it should last a long time! The shop owner was also very responsive to my questions and was wonderful to work with.

Plus, the clock arrived even sooner than I expected!! My classmates and I are giving this to our professor as an end-of-the-year gift and I’m 100% confident he will appreciate it.

The item is beautiful, the wood grain was a little darker than I expected, but by no means am I unhappy. The beauty of wood is that each piece is unique in its appearance. I have no doubt that my husband will appreciate this gift on our anniversary.

Beautiful clock, exactly as pictured. I’m excited to give it to my husband for our 5th anniversary!\n\nI gave the clock to my husband today as it’s our anniversary and we hung it up right away. We are realizing that the hands are dark and it’s a tad hard to read.

What can we do? Paint the hands a different color maybe? Still love the clock but want to make it easier to see!.

The certificate I received is very clear and noticeable. We purchased our own frame which really sets it off. We love all the details about the stars and the night sky that came with it, telling us where our named star is.

It is definately worth paying extra to have the bright star package. We all love it and are sure the family we bought it for will do as well. It’s beautifully presented and the addition of the app to view the star is a lovely touch.

I named a star for my grandson who passed away at a young age, and bought the gift set for my daughter. (His Mum) This set is beautifully presented. and looks very expensive, It is also fairly informative.

Not sure that you could ever actually see the star in the sky without using professional star gazing equipment, but all round I think it is a beautiful gift to give or receive.

Sent to my brother who lost his soul mate. He said he cried for an hour Needless to say he loved it. This is at least the 4 star I have gifted. Everyone loves them. Some have gifted some to there friends.
