Great product for Meibomium Gland Disfunction (Disfunction of the OIL producing glands in the eyelids). That said, if you H A V E MGD (Excess Tear Production is one indication = your body’s way of trying to compensate!!) get yourself to an ophthalmologist that has LipiFlow treatment equipment (I have NO relationship with that company!!) or your eye surfaces will scar up so badly as to make you functionally BLIND!!! ANY and ALL eyedrops are just a stop-gap measure; temporary treatment, albeit soothing for the time being.

They work pretty good. I need to use them when I’ve forgotten to take my fish oil which is my cure all for my MGD. There one big problem though. each little vessel has enough liquid in it for several uses but you’re “not supposed to” use more than once.

That’s like throwing away several dollars. They could put more vessels with less liquid in each and give us more uses per box. I don’t discard after 1 use, I keep them and use them despite the directions.

The packaging is completely ridiculous.

Best saline on the market. BEFORE REINSERTING YOUR LENSES, YOU MUST RINSE OFF THE NO RUB CLEANING SOLUTIONS! This saline does a great job of cleaning off the chemical cleaners that are not safe to put in your eyes.

Great for rewetting extended wear lenses also.

I have super dry eyes, and while I am under the care of an ophthalmologist, we try to manage the symptoms with over the counter products as much as possible. TheraTears is a favorite brand – their products really work for me.

However, I often resort to using the thick night time gel treatment even during the day to get dry eye relief. That works, but the gel can be inconvenient during the day when you need quick relief that doesn’t blur your vision for a bit.

This product moisturizes and soothes my eyes instantly. I also like that one application lasts a long time so I don’t have to keep reapplying it. This is well priced, available in a multi-pack, and is easy to find in store or online.

I selected this in the two pack and like the convenience of having an extra bottle for my purse. Overall, I am glad I tried this and this product does work well for me.

Well I can’t speak for the product cuz the stupid safety cap wouldn’t open at all. When I finally got it opened, the eye drops didn’t come from the opening it should. It began pouring from the base of the nozzle where the tube meets the nozzle I just wasted the entire thing as there is no way to use it as it’s no longer in a clean or sterile environment.

If I am in dire need of ointment in my eyes, what makes you think I want to figure A stupid puzzle out to get relief? If you need a safety method, use the shrink wrap plastic, just like the drops you sell.

If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it!! Unless you have someone who would open them while you can’t see from whatever condition you suffer from (mine is inflamed inner lids, which is the equivalent to sand paper scratching and scraping the eyeball… yup incredibly painful!) skip this and find a different one that doesn’t require an instruction manual.

I use this procedure several times daily for my ten year old pet. I adopted him from the local animal shelter. He was picking up by the county’s animal control. He didn’t have an identity information.

I am writing this review in response to reviews which say that this is not a good product for Sjogren’s. I’ve had Sjogren’s for more than 20 years and would be lost without something like this. Everyone is different.

I personally can’t use nighttime ointments because of allergies – that doesn’t make ointments bad products, just bad products for me. I highly recommend this product.

These drops provide temporary relief and cause slight stinging upon application. They make my eyes feel lubricated for maybe 10 mins and then they feel even more dry after. I would not recommend this formula, personally.

Especially if you have sjogrens. This does little to nothing and is a waste of money.

I have dry eyes and have used many other brands in the past. Yes, they soothe but are they free of preservative and phosphate, and not come in those single-vials that are completely wasteful (I never use more than 50% of the vials’ content and have to throw them away).

This is the product you’re looking for. It may be a bit expensive, but it is your EYES we’re talking about. Definitely recommended.

I love these drops. I tried all eye drops in the market, so I can say that these are the best. The only problem with them is the price. The rest is great !!

I bought these eyedrops for myself and my husband. We are both on the computer 8-12 hours a day for work. He has severe dry eye and I had developed Blepharitis. They do work for dry eyes and they are helping heal my Blepharitis.

We can share the box as the vials are individual vials and there’s a lot of them. The vials are better than one little bottle and you don’t have to worry about contaminating the tip of the bottle and touching your eyes.

I can actually use one vial twice per day. I use one drop in each eye in the morning before work starts and I store it safely so that nothing touches the open tip and if needed, I can use one drop in each eye again mid-day or at night and then throw it away.

Per the eye doctor, being preservative free is safer for your eyes so, this product is a win for us.

Preservative free eye drops that are single use recommended by my eye doctor. Preservatives in eye drops can aggravate your dry eyes. Single use to avoid contamination. A little hard to use for me. Sometimes miss my eye.

Getting better at it though.

I received this as a free sample from Pinchme in exchange for leaving my honest review. I suffer from a myopia/astigmatism in just my right eye. I have a feeling it’s from the apple iPhone screens ever since they came out with their “retina display” and my eye signs started to decline from theirs on/ and from other blue light screens.

So I don’t want to have to use glasses just yet since I’m in my mid 20s and don’t want my eyes to decline even further if I have them dependent on glasses/contacts. So instead I am doing eye exercises/ and giving them time to relaxing after the exercising and then I will start a diluted colloidal silver with distilled water and rise my eyes out and then out these eye drop in them since it will help moisturize my eyes after the wash.

I haven’t done this protocol on the regular yet but plan to (I’ve only one it once and got lazy and forgot about it). I just opened the package of this free sample and tired it out on my one bad eye and it felt very moist and it was kinda hard to see since it felt super oiled up but I tissues off the excess drops I put and moved my eye around to get it well coated and it feel nice and hydrated.

I would say if you’re wearing contacts it’s probably going to be blurry at first and may be too hydrating for contacts. I would recommend these for a quick moisture relief. I would consider this like the chapstick of the eyes.

Like when your lips feel dry you whip out your chapstick. So when my eyes feel dry I will whip out these eye drops! 9/10 I just wish they’re made from 100% organically grown materials instead of synthetic machine made ingredients that mimic the same effects of the real thing but why can’t we just have the real thing? Oh because it cost the company more money to produce it.

Also, having it made in USA with USA materials/ingredients would also be a great benefit to the consumer and to our farmers/worked in USA. So other than that I’m giving it 4/5 starts.

I recieved a few small, sample sized bottles of these amazing lubricating eye drops from PINCHme. I didn’t have super high expectations, because even though Bausch and Lomb have proven to be a great brand for me in the past, I have never quite been able to find an eye drop that works well for my Chronic Dry Eye.
